A cet effet, la présente invention permet la rotation à grande vitesse du tambour rotatif externe et du tambour rotatif interne de manière à séparer du liquide les boues en suspension dans le liquide ; elle permet aussi de décharger les boues à une basse vitesse de rotation en déplaçant le tambour rotatif interne vers l'extérieur du tambour rotatif externe après la séparation des boues et du liquide ; elle présente une unité de migration du tambour rotatif interne formée à une extrémité du tambour rotatif interne ; et elle présente un trou de décharge des boues et un trou de décharge des lixiviats formé au niveau d'une partie inférieure d'un corps de séparateur.
