本实用新型伏地挺身收腹机在使用过程中:
1> 伏地挺身的运动:
将身体俯卧在靠背支架上, 通过伏地可调把手调节不同的档 位, 本实用新型产品中有 4个档位:
档位一: 可以锻炼腹肌、 肱三头肌、 肩部机群
档位二: 可以锻炼前臂、 臀部、 胸部集群
档位三: 可以锻炼腿部、 腹部、 手臂机群
档位四: 可以锻炼腿部机群、 腹部肌群。
身体呈正确姿势的时候, 身体一直处以收腹状态,所以对于腹部的减 肥效果最明显。
2、 仰卧收腹运动:
根据收腹运动学原理, 让头、肩和背的上半部都得到支撑, 从而 使运动完全依靠腹部力量,而且只在离地 30- 60度区间活动,据科学 家验证在此区间锻炼, 是平躺到直立运动的 3- 5倍以上,它能让腹部 所有肌肉都动起来, 瘦身效果提升数倍。

1、 一种转换机构, 其特征在于: 包括设置在伏地挺身收腹机 主机架(1 )上的转换座(71 ), 在所述的转换座(71 )上铰接有能使 伏地挺身收腹机在伏地挺身运动模式与收腹运动模式之间转换的操 纵杆(72), 在所述的操作杆(72) —端上设有滚轮 (73)。
2、 一种伏地挺身收腹机, 包括有主机架 (1 ), 其特征在于: 在所述的主机架 (1 ) 上设有坐垫组件(2), 在所述的主机架 (1 )上 连接有顶腰支撑管 (3), 在所述的顶腰支撑管 (3)上铰接有靠背支 架 (4), 在所述的主机架 (1 ) 上设有阻力调节机构 (5), 在所述阻 力调节机构(5)与靠背支架(4)下端之间设有拉簧(6), 在所述的 主机架(1)上设有转换机构(7), 所述的转换机构(7)包括设置在 伏地挺身收腹机主机架(1 )上的转换座(71 ),在所述的转换座(71 ) 上铰接有能使伏地挺身收腹机在伏地挺身运动模式与收腹运动模式 之间转换的操纵杆( 72 ),在所述的操作杆( 72 )一端上设有滚轮( 73 ), 在所述的主机架 (1 ) 上设有可调把手组件 (8)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种伏地挺身收腹机, 其特征在于 所述的主机架 (1 ) 设置在指示垫 (9) 上, 在所述的指示垫 (9)上 设有多个指示可调把手组件(8)调节的档位 (10)。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种伏地挺身收腹机, 其特征在于 所述的阻力调节机构(5)包括有设置在所述主机架(1 )上的阻力调 节座(51 ), 在所述阻力调节座(51 )上设有阻力调节杆(52), 所述 拉簧(6)连接在所述阻力调节杆(62) 的一端上, 所述阻力调节杆 (52)另一端穿过所述阻力调节座(51 ), 在所述的阻力调节杆(52) 上设有阻力调节旋钮 (53)。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种伏地挺身收腹机, 其特征在于 所述的可调把手组件(8)包括分别设置在主机架(1 )两边上并与所 述主机架(1 )连接的扶手管旋转调节座(81 ), 在所述扶手管旋转调 节座 (81 )上设有把手 (82)。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的一种伏地挺身收腹机, 其特征在于 所述的扶手管旋转调节座 (81 ) 包括有与所述主机架 (1 ) 固定连接 的扶手管旋转调节下座 (811 ) 和设置在所述扶手管旋转调节下座
(811) 上的扶手管旋转调节上座 (812)。

9、 据权利要求 8所述的一种伏地挺身收腹机, 其特征在于所 述的可调颈椎按摩泡棉组件 (13)包括有分别连接在所述靠背支架 (4) 左、 右两边上的连接关节 (131 ), 在所述的连接关节 (131 ) 上设有 调节伸缩管(132),在所述的调节伸缩管( 132)之间通过连接管( 133 ) 设置有颈椎按摩泡棉 (134)。
10、 根据权利要求 2所述的一种伏地挺身收腹机, 其特征在于 所述靠背支架(4)包括有铰接在所述顶腰支撑管(3)上的靠背支架 下段(41 ),在所述的靠背支架下段(41 )上插接有靠背支架上段 (42 )。
