Description

说 明 书 远程推注装置 技术领域 本发明涉及一种医用领域的介入治疗设备, 具体来说, 涉及一种在 介入治疗过程中, 能够避免医师长时间暴露于放射性环境下的远程推注 装置。 背景技术 介入治疗手术室分为两个部分, 一间是有放射线辐射的手术操作室, 一间为装有放射线屏蔽的观察控制室, 目前通常的情况是所有的治疗操 作均在手术操作室完成, 医师须在 X光线透视下近距离进行操作, 使得 介入治疗医师长期暴露于 X光下近距离操作, 由于放射线暴露的累积作 用, 对医师的健康将产生严重的损害, 如何做好放射线防护是介入治疗 的重要问题。 发明内容 针对以上的不足, 本发明提供了一种在介入治疗过程中, 能够避免 医师长时间暴露于放射性环境下的远程推注装置, 它包括第一注射器, 还包括固定安装所述第一注射器的固定座, 所述固定座上还固定安装有 可推动第一注射器的第二注射器, 所述第二注射器与第一注射器反向设 置, 第二注射器活塞杆的端部可抵靠住第一注射器活塞杆的端部, 第二 注射器的出气口处连接有密封软管, 所述密封软管的另一端连接第三注 射器的出气口。
所述密封软管内填充有液体。
所述第二注射器内填充有液体。
所述第三注射器内填充有液体。
所述固定座的上表面向下凹陷形成有可容纳第一注射器的针管的凹 槽, 固定座对应于第一注射器的针柄的位置形成有可卡住第一注射器的 针柄的卡槽。
所述固定座对应于第一注射器的针管的位置设置有可绑住针管的束 带。
所述固定座对应于第二注射器的针柄的位置形成有可卡住第二注射 器的针柄的卡槽。
所述固定座对应于第二注射器的针管的位置设置有可绑住针管的束 带。
所述第三注射器与密封软管之间设置有三通开关, 所述三通开关的 另一输出支路上设有控制阀。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明利用第三注射器驱动第二注射器动作, 通过第二注射器推动第一注射器的活塞杆动作, 从而实现远程注射。 实 际应用过程中, 将第二注射器、 第一注射器和固定座放置于含有放射性 辐射的手术操作室内, 第三注射器和医师位于屏蔽掉放射线的观察控制 室内, 医师利用第三注射器远程控制第一注射器实现远程注射, 这样可 以有效减少介入治疗过程中医师暴露于 X线下, 避免对医师的健康造成 伤害, 结构简单, 操作也极为方便。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的远程推注装置的结构示意图;

如图 1、图 2和图 3所示,本发明的远程推注装置包括第一注射器 1、 固定座 2、 第二注射器 31、 密封软管 42和第三注射器 41, 第一注射器 1 和第二注射器 31固定安装在固定座 2上,第二注射器 31与第一注射器 1 反向设置 (第二注射器 31和第一注射器 1轴线相同) , 第二注射器 31 活塞杆的端部可抵靠住第一注射器 1活塞杆的端部, 密封软管 42连接在 第二注射器 31与第三注射器 41 的出气口之间。 介入治疗过程中, 第一 注射器 1、 固定座 2和第二注射器 31设置在含有放射性辐射的手术操作 室内, 第三注射器 41和医师位于屏蔽掉放射线的观察控制室内, 这样, 医师在向左推动第三注射器 41的活塞杆的时候, 第二注射器 31为了平 衡气压, 第二注射器 31 的活塞杆也会向右移动, 从而第二注射器 31的 活塞杆推动第一注射器 1的活塞杆向右运动, 将第一注射器 1 内的注射 液射出。 本发明还可以在密封软管 42、 第二注射器 31 或者第三注射器 41中的一个或者多个内填充液体。 另外, 固定座 2的上表面 (或者各侧面) 向下凹陷形成有可容纳第一 注射器 1的针管的凹槽 21, 固定座 2对应于第一注射器 1的针柄的位置形成 有可卡住第一注射器 1的针柄的卡槽 22, 固定座对应于第一注射器 1的针 管的位置设置有可绑住针管的束带 5, 固定座 2对应于第二注射器 31的针 柄的位置也形成有可卡住第二注射器 31的针柄的卡槽 22, 固定座对应于 第二注射器 31的针管的位置也设置有可绑住针管的束带 5。 这样, 利用凹 槽 21、 卡槽 22和束带 5的配合可以更好的将第一注射器 1和第二注射器 31 固定安装在固定座 2上。
进一步, 本发明在第三注射器 41与密封软管 42之间设置有三通开关 6, 三通开关 6的另一输出支路 (空余的支路) 上设有控制阀 7, 通过三通 开关 6可以调节 (增加或减少)第三注射器 41中的液体含量,从而使之与第 一注射器 1所含药量始终匹配相等, 便于通过第三注射器 41中的液体含量 实时监控第一注射器 1内的液体含量。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式, 本发明并不局限于上述实施 方式, 在实施过程中可能存在局部微小的结构改动, 如果对本发明的各 种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 且属于本发明的权利要求和 等同技术范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。
