- the AC power supply 10 is a power source that supplies power to a load (not shown), and is also a power source that supplies charging power to the battery 30 via the inverter 20.
- the AC power supply 10 includes a transformer, and is grounded by grounding a neutral point on the secondary side of the transformer. This transformer is, for example, a transformer that is provided in a general home or facility and transforms and outputs AC power supplied from an electric power company.
- the inverter 20 is an AC / DC conversion circuit in which a plurality of switching elements are connected in a bridge shape, and is a conversion circuit that converts AC power supplied from the AC power supply 10 into DC power and supplies the DC power to the battery 30. Further, the inverter 20 converts the DC power output from the battery 30 into AC power and supplies the load 110 with power. Inverter 20 is connected to a pair of power supply lines connected to AC power supply 10, and is connected between AC power supply 10 and battery 30.
- the battery 30 is a storage battery in which a plurality of secondary batteries such as lithium ion batteries are connected.
- the battery 30 is a battery that stores electric power to be supplied to a load (not shown).
- the battery 30 is charged with the power from the AC power supply 10 at midnight when the electricity rate is low, and the power is controlled so that the power stored in the battery 30 is supplied to the load during the daytime. ing.
- the smoothing capacitor 40 is a capacitor for rectifying the power supplied from the inverter 20 to the battery 30, and is connected between the positive electrode side and the negative electrode side of the pair of power supply lines, and between the inverter 20 and the relay switch 50. Connected between.
- the relay switch 50 is a switch for electrically connecting and disconnecting the battery 30 and the AC power supply 10, and is connected between the inverter 20 and the battery 30. When the relay switch 50 is in the OFF state, the power from the battery 30 is not supplied to the inverter 20, and the power from the inverter 20 is not supplied to the battery 30.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 is a circuit that detects a ground fault of the battery 30 and is connected to the battery 30 side from the relay switch 50.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 is connected to a power line that connects the contact on the negative electrode side of the relay switch 50 and the negative electrode of the battery 30. That is, since the ground fault detection circuit 60 is connected between the battery 30 and the relay switch 50, the ground fault detection circuit 60 detects the insulation resistance of the battery 30 when the relay switch 50 is in the OFF state. Thus, a ground fault (that is, a decrease in insulation resistance) can be detected.
- the relay switch 50 when the relay switch 50 is in the ON state, the relay switch 50 and the inverter 20 are connected to the ground of the AC power supply 10. Or whether the insulation resistance is lowered due to the grounding of the AC power supply 10, and the ground fault of the battery 30 cannot be detected.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 has capacitors 61 and 65, resistors 62 and 64, a pulse transmitter 63, and a comparator 67.

- the comparator 67 has an input side connected to a connection point between the resistor 64 and the capacitor 65 and a reference voltage 66, and an output side connected to a controller described later.
- a pulse which is a voltage signal having a predetermined amplitude is output from the pulse transmitter 63, and the battery 30 (the electrode terminal of the battery 30 is passed through the capacitor 61. Input to the power line). Since the voltage change (at the measurement point) on the other end side of the capacitor 61, that is, the connection point side with the resistor 62, appears as a change in the amplitude of the input voltage input to the comparator 97 according to the insulation resistance of the battery 30, The fault detection circuit 60 determines whether or not the insulation resistance of the battery 30 has decreased by comparing the amplitude voltage with the reference voltage.
- the reference voltage is a voltage threshold value corresponding to an insulation resistance for detecting a ground fault of the battery 30 set in advance. That is, since the amplitude (amplitude voltage) of the input voltage input to the comparator 97 corresponds to the insulation resistance, a decrease (ground fault) of the insulation resistance of the battery 30 is detected by comparing the amplitude voltage with the reference voltage. . That is, the ground fault detection circuit 60 detects the insulation resistance (ie, amplitude voltage), and compares the detected insulation resistance with the insulation resistance (ie, the reference voltage) used as a reference for ground fault detection to detect the occurrence of a ground fault. It can be said that they are doing.

- the controller 100 is a controller that controls the AC power supply 10, the inverter 20, the battery 30, the relay switch 50, and the ground fault detection circuit 60, and is connected by a signal line.
- the controller 100 switches the normal control mode and the ground fault detection mode for detecting the ground fault of the battery 30 to control the relay switch 50 and the like.
- the normal control mode will be described.
- the controller 100 turns on the relay switch 50 to supply the power of the battery 30 to the load 110 (via the inverter 20) and the power of the AC power supply 10 (via the inverter 20). 30 to make the battery 30 in a chargeable state.
- the controller 100 controls the AC power supply 10, the inverter 20, and the battery 30 according to demand power, time zone, and the like corresponding to the load usage status. For example, the controller 100 supplies the power of the battery 30 to the load 110 during a time period when the electricity rate is high, such as during the daytime. Further, when the demand power by the load 110 is large and cannot be covered by the power of the battery 30 alone, the controller 100 supplies the power of the AC power supply 10 to the load 110 in addition to the power of the battery 30.
- the controller 100 charges the battery 30 while supplying the power of the AC power supply 10 to the load 110 in the time zone when the electricity bill is cheap.
- the controller 100 manages the charging state of the battery 30 and controls the charging power supplied from the inverter 20 to the battery 30 so that the battery 30 is not overcharged. .

- the ground fault detection means 60 transmits a pulse from the pulse transmitter 63 in order to detect a ground fault of the battery 30, and compares the voltage by the comparator 67.
- the amplitude voltage input to the comparator 67 becomes lower than the voltage threshold due to the grounding of the AC power supply 10, so that the insulation resistance of the battery 30 can be obtained even when the battery 30 is not grounded. May decrease and erroneously detect that a ground fault has occurred in the battery 30. Therefore, in this example, before detecting the ground fault by the ground fault detection circuit 60, the following control is performed so that the relay switch 50 is turned off.
- the controller 100 when executing the ground fault detection mode, the controller 100 confirms the ON / OFF state of the relay switch 50. When the relay switch 50 is in the OFF state, the controller 100 activates the ground fault detection circuit 60 and measures the insulation resistance of the battery 30 to detect the ground fault of the battery 30.
- the controller 100 detects the current flowing through the relay switch 50 and determines whether or not the detected current is lower than a predetermined current threshold value. Determine.
- the current threshold is set in advance and is a threshold current for turning off the relay switch 50.
- the detected current may be detected by connecting a current sensor to the power supply line to which the relay switch 50 is connected.
- the controller 100 since the controller 100 controls the power of the AC power supply 10 and the charge / discharge power of the battery 30 according to the demand power of the load, the controller 100 detects the current flowing through the relay switch 50 from the charge / discharge power of the battery 30. Also good.
- the controller 100 turns off the relay switch 50 and activates the ground fault detection circuit 60 to detect the ground fault of the battery 30.
- the controller 100 detects the current of the relay switch 50 while keeping the relay switch 50 in the ON state.
- the controller 100 turns off the relay switch and detects a ground fault of the battery 30.
- the controller 100 If it is determined that a ground fault has occurred in the battery 30, the controller 100 notifies the user of the occurrence of a ground fault and maintains the relay switch 50 in the off state, thereby allowing the battery 30 to The charging / discharging of is prohibited.
- FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a control procedure of the controller 100.
- step S1 the controller 100 confirms whether or not the relay switch 50 (first switch) is turned off. If the relay switch 50 is off, the process proceeds to step S5.
- step S2 the controller 100 detects the current of the relay switch 50 (step S2).
- step S3 the controller 100 compares the detected current of the relay switch 50 with a current threshold value. If the detected current of the relay switch 50 is equal to or greater than the current threshold value, the process returns to step S2, and the current of the relay switch 50 is detected again.
- the controller 100 turns off the relay switch 50 (step S4).
- step S5 the controller 100 activates the ground fault detection circuit 60.
- step S ⁇ b> 6 the ground fault detection circuit 60 measures the insulation resistance of the battery 30 by measuring the response voltage to the pulse of the pulse transmitter 63.
- step S7 the ground fault detection circuit 60 uses the comparator 67 to compare the response voltage with the reference voltage to detect whether the insulation resistance is equal to or greater than the ground fault detection threshold.
- the ground fault detection threshold corresponds to the reference voltage 66. If the insulation resistance is equal to or greater than the ground fault detection threshold, the controller 100 determines in step S8 that no ground fault has occurred in the battery 30, turns on the relay switch 50, and detects the ground fault. End the mode.
- step S9 the controller 100 determines from the comparison result by the comparator 67 that a ground fault has occurred in the battery 30, and notifies the user of the ground fault. Is notified and the ground fault detection mode is terminated.
- the ground fault of the battery 30 is detected by the ground fault detection circuit 60 when the relay switch 50 connected between the AC power supply 10 and the battery 30 is in the OFF state.
- this example can detect the ground fault of the battery 30 in the power supply device that supplies the power of the grounded AC power supply 10 to the battery 30 via the inverter.
- the battery 30 in order to detect a ground fault of the battery 30, the battery 30 is in an insulated state (a state in which the AC power supply 10 and the battery 30 are electrically separated) using a mega ohm tester, and then grounded by an operator.
- a method of detecting a fault is also conceivable, in this example, since a ground fault can be detected without using a mega ohm tester, man-hours for detecting a ground fault can be reduced.
- a method of detecting a ground fault of the battery 30 after providing a transformer between the inverter 20 and the battery 30 can be considered.
- the transformer is provided, there is a problem that the system becomes larger, the cost of the power supply device increases, and the operation sound of the power supply device becomes louder.
- the above-described transformer can be omitted.
- the controller 100 causes the ground fault detection circuit 60 to turn off all of the plurality of switching elements included in the inverter 20 so that the AC power supply 10 and the battery 30 are electrically disconnected.
- the ground fault of the battery 30 may be detected.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 is disconnected from the AC power supply 10, so that the ground fault detection circuit 60 erroneously sets the ground of the AC power supply 10 as the ground fault of the battery 30. Detection can be prevented.
- the controller 100 may turn off the relay switch 50 at a predetermined cycle and control the ground fault detection circuit 60 to detect the ground fault of the battery 30.
- the predetermined cycle is a cycle set in advance, and is set to one day (24 hours), for example. Thereby, this example can detect the ground fault of the battery 30 regularly.
- timing at which the relay switch 50 is turned off at a predetermined cycle may be set, for example, at midnight when the charge / discharge control of the battery 30 is not performed.
- the controller 100 measures the elapsed time from the previous ground fault detection time, and turns off the relay switch 50 when the measured elapsed time exceeds a preset time limit.
- the control may be performed so that the ground fault of the battery 30 is detected. If the detected current of the relay switch 50 becomes lower than the current threshold and the ground fault is detected before the measured elapsed time exceeds the time limit, the measurement of the elapsed time may be reset. Thereby, this example can detect the ground fault of the battery 30 regularly.
- the controller 100 turns off the relay switch 50 at least once per predetermined time, and detects the ground fault of the battery 30. Thereby, even when the ON state of the relay switch 50 is continued, the relay switch 50 can be turned OFF and the ground fault of the battery 30 can be detected. As a result, a highly safe system can be provided.
- the controller 100 turns off the relay switch 50 when the time zone in which the AC power supply 10 is used is the nighttime power time zone (the time zone in which the power charge is reduced during the day).
- a ground fault of the battery 30 may be detected by the ground fault detection circuit 60.
- the AC power supply 10 is used when the power from the battery 30 cannot be supplied to the load 110 with the power from the AC power supply 10. It is possible to detect the ground fault of the battery 30 while suppressing the influence on the power rate when the power is applied. As a result, a highly secure system can be provided without increasing the economic burden on the user.

That is, both the relay switch 50 and the relay switch 70 may be turned off when it is confirmed that the flowing current is smaller than a predetermined threshold current and the influence is small even in the off state.
- steps S15 to S18 are the same as steps S5 to S8 in the first embodiment, and thus description thereof is omitted.
- step S20 the controller 100 determines that no ground fault has occurred in the battery 30, and sets the relay switch 70 in the OFF state. While holding, only the relay switch 50 is turned on, the ground fault detection mode is terminated, and the disconnection detection mode is entered.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 measures the insulation resistance of the leakage detection circuit 80 by measuring the response voltage with respect to the pulse of the pulse transmitter 63.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 uses the comparator 67 to compare the response voltage with the reference voltage, thereby detecting whether the insulation resistance of the leakage detection circuit 80 is less than the disconnection detection threshold.
- the disconnection detection threshold value is a threshold value for determining whether or not a disconnection has occurred in the leakage detection circuit 80, and is a preset value. Therefore, a resistance value corresponding to the reference voltage is set to a value higher than the response voltage when at least the resistors 81 and 82 are not disconnected.
- the disconnection detection threshold corresponds to the reference voltage 66, but may be set to a value different from the ground fault detection threshold.
- step S23 the controller 100 determines that the disconnection has not occurred in the leakage detection circuit 80, turns on the relay switch 70, and ends the disconnection detection mode.
- step S24 if the insulation resistance is greater than or equal to the disconnection detection threshold, it is determined in step S24 that disconnection has occurred in the leakage detection circuit 80, and the disconnection detection mode is terminated.

- the ground fault detection circuit 60 detects the disconnection of the leakage detection circuit 80. Thereby, even if it does not provide the exclusive mechanism for the detection of the disconnection of the leak detection circuit 80 separately, a disconnection can be detected.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 detects the disconnection of the leakage detection circuit 80. Thereby, disconnection of leakage detection circuit 80 can be detected in a state where ground fault detection circuit 60 is reliably disconnected from AC power supply 10.
- the relay switch 70 when the ground fault detection circuit 60 detects the disconnection of the leakage detection circuit 80, the relay switch 70 is turned off. However, the plurality of switching elements included in the inverter 20 are turned off to disconnect the disconnection. It may be detected.

- the ground fault detection circuit 60 passes through the positive electrode side resistor 81 through the positive electrode switch 51 to the ground point of the leakage detection circuit 80. To do.
- the ground fault detection circuit 60 is not electrically connected to the resistor 82 on the negative electrode side.
- the amplitude voltage input to the comparator 67 is higher than the reference voltage with respect to the input pulse from the pulse generator 63. Similarly, the amplitude voltage input to the comparator 67 is higher than the reference voltage even when a disconnection occurs in the ground portion of the leakage detection circuit 80. On the other hand, when no breakage occurs in the resistor 81 and the ground detection portion of the leakage detection circuit 80, the amplitude voltage input to the comparator 67 is lower than the reference voltage. Thereby, this example can detect an abnormality on the positive electrode side of the leakage detection circuit 80.

- the ground fault detection circuit 60 is conducted to the ground point of the ground fault detection circuit through the negative resistor 82 via the negative switch 52. To do. On the other hand, since the positive electrode switch 51 is in the off state on the positive electrode side, the ground fault detection circuit 60 is not electrically connected to the resistor 81 on the positive electrode side.
- the amplitude voltage input to the comparator 67 is higher than the reference voltage with respect to the input pulse from the pulse generator 63.
