啡粉在磨豆机构中的残留、 避免咖啡粉堵在磨豆机构和出粉通道内。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 包括有: 机体、 磨豆装置以及控制装置; 所述磨豆装置 和控制装置安装在机体上; 所述磨豆装置由上往下依次包括有: 豆箱组件和研磨组件, 豆箱 组件设置有通向研磨组件的原料出口; 所述研磨组件包括有: 磨豆室、 上磨轮组件和下磨轮 组件, 下磨轮组件安装在磨豆室的底部, 上磨轮组件安装在磨豆室的上部, 磨豆室设置有出 粉通道; 其中, 所述带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机还包括有: 磨豆装置拆装调节机构; 所述 磨豆装置拆装调节机构包括有与豆箱组件釆用方便拆装的方式连接的连接部、 能够调节上磨 轮组件进行往复移动从而调节上磨轮组件和下磨轮组件的研磨距离的调节部。
在其中一个实施例中, 所述带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机还包括有旋钮及连接装置, 所 述旋钮安装在机体上, 通过连接装置与磨豆装置拆装调节机构连接并驱动磨豆装置拆装调节 机构进行调节动作。
进一步地, 所述豆箱组件的原料出口位置设置有能够打开和闭合的豆箱门组件, 所述磨 豆装置拆装调节机构包括有豆箱门启闭部, 所述豆箱门启闭部与豆箱门组件连接并控制豆箱 门组件对原料出口的启闭状态。
进一步地, 所述研磨组件还包括有: 清渣盘, 磨豆室的出粉通道釆用倾斜管道结构, 出 粉通道的起始部分开口上部与磨豆室的侧壁相交, 出粉通道的起始部分开口上部与磨豆室的 底面相交, 清渣盘的最外端与清渣盘的回转中心线的距离大于出粉通道的起始部分开口与清 渣盘的回转中心线之间的最小距离。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 由于所述磨豆装置拆装调节机构包括有与豆箱 组件釆用方便拆装的方式连接的连接部、 能够调节上磨轮组件进行往复移动从而调节上磨轮 组件和下磨轮组件的研磨距离的调节部。 方便用户清洁、 维护研磨组件, 同时可按要求调节 磨粉颗粒的粗细。
进一步地, 由于磨豆室的出粉通道釆用倾斜管道结构, 出粉通道的起始部分开口上部与 磨豆室的侧壁相交, 出粉通道的起始部分开口上部与磨豆室的底面相交; 清渣盘的最外端与 清渣盘的回转中心线的距离大于出粉通道的起始部分开口与清渣盘的回转中心线之间的最小 距离。出粉通道的起始部分开口与磨豆室的柱状壳体相连贯并有一部分位于磨豆室的底板上, 另一部分位于磨豆室的侧面;不仅能通过倾斜的出粉通道让咖啡粉自由的滑入到酿造装置中, 而且当出粉通起始部分开口处发生堵粉,其清渣盘也能在第一时间破坏该处的咖啡粉的集结,
起到防止和化解磨豆室内和出粉通道堵粉的风险。

具体实施方式
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题, 提出了一种带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 包括有: 机体、 磨豆装置以及控制装置; 所述磨豆装置和控制装置安装在机体上; 所述磨豆装置由上 往下依次包括有: 豆箱组件和研磨组件, 豆箱组件设置有通向研磨组件的原料出口; 所述研 磨组件包括有: 磨豆室、 上磨轮组件和下磨轮组件, 下磨轮组件安装在磨豆室的底部, 上磨 轮组件安装在磨豆室的上部; 其中, 所述带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机还包括有: 磨豆装置 拆装调节机构; 所述磨豆装置拆装调节机构包括有与豆箱组件釆用方便拆装的方式连接的连 接部、 能够调节上磨轮组件进行往复移动从而调节上磨轮组件和下磨轮组件的研磨距离的调 节部。
在其中一个实施例中, 所述带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机还包括有旋钮及连接装置, 所 述旋钮安装在机体上, 通过连接装置与磨豆装置拆装调节机构连接并驱动磨豆装置拆装调节 机构进行调节动作。
进一步地, 所述豆箱组件的原料出口位置设置有能够打开和闭合的豆箱门组件, 所述磨 豆装置拆装调节机构包括有豆箱门启闭部, 所述豆箱门启闭部与豆箱门组件连接并控制豆箱 门组件对原料出口的启闭状态。
进一步地, 所述研磨组件还包括有: 清渣盘, 磨豆室的出粉通道釆用倾斜管道结构, 出 粉通道的起始部分开口上部与磨豆室的侧壁相交, 出粉通道的起始部分开口上部与磨豆室的 底面相交, 清渣盘的最外端与清渣盘的回转中心线的距离大于出粉通道的起始部分开口与清 渣盘的回转中心线之间的最小距离。
实施例:
如图 1、 4、 5, 本实施例的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 旋钮 1安装在机体 15上, 连 接装置釆用齿轮组 4, 旋钮 1通过齿轮组 4与磨豆装置 29拆装调节机构连接并驱动磨豆装置 拆装调节机构进行调节动作; 旋钮 1连接档位开关 2, 并与控制装置 3电气连接。
如图 2a、 2b、 12, 磨豆室 10釆用顶面开口的圆筒容器状结构, 磨豆室 9的壳体 33的侧 壁 32和底部 34结合的部分设置有出粉通道 10,即出粉通道 10的起始部分开口位于磨豆室 9 的圆筒状的壳体 33的侧壁 32和底部 34上, 清渣盘 11安装在底部 34上, 侧壁 32上设置有 多个均布的开槽 31。
清渣盘 11与出粉通道 10的起始处有交叉, 当有粉或其它异物在该处集结时, 清渣盘 11
可以阻止此处的异物集结现象产生。
如图 3a、 3b , 下磨轮组件 12和清渣盘 11同轴地安装在磨豆室 9的底部 34上, 下磨轮 组件 12位于清渣盘 11的上方, 清渣盘 11包括位于中部的轮毂和位于轮毂周围的清扫叶片, 清扫叶片的外端与轮毂中心的距离大于出粉通道 10与轮毂中心的最小距离。
如图 4、 5、 6、 12、 14a, 14b , 豆箱组件 13位于上磨轮组件 14的上方, 磨豆装置拆装 调节机构为一种调节锁紧环 5 , 上磨轮组件 14和调节锁紧环 5同轴地安装在磨豆室 9上, 调 节锁紧环 5套在磨豆室 9的侧壁 32外围与磨豆室同心并能够进行旋转运动。并且通过其它机 构固定调节锁紧环 5在磨豆室 5的中心线方向上的移动, 调节锁紧环 5和旋钮 1通过齿轮组 4连接; 调节锁紧环 5包括有: 上筒体 43、 下筒体 44和连接上筒体 43与下筒体 44的法兰结 构, 上筒体 43的外周设置有外齿轮 42, 与齿轮组 4啮合; 上筒体 43的内部设置有两段朝向 内的不连续的法兰片 20 , 法兰片 20之间具有缺口 19 , 这两段法兰片 20的上面还分别设置有 一个凸起 25 , 下筒体 44的内部设置有三段均布在圆周上的母螺紋 17 , 而且在每个母螺紋的 开口端设置有槽 16。
如图 7、8、13 ,上磨轮组件 14包括有位于中间的金属的磨豆刀 37和位于外围的壳体 38 , 上磨轮组件的壳体 38上设置有多个均布的向外的凸块 39 , 凸块 39安装在磨豆室 9的圆筒状 侧壁 32的开槽 31中;凸块 39上设置有与调节锁紧环 5的母螺紋 17和母螺紋的槽 16配合的 公螺紋 18。
上磨轮组件 4放入锁紧调节环 5的三个螺紋起始端位置的槽 16 ,当锁紧调节环 5 顺时针 旋转时, 上磨轮组件 4可以在一定的范围上下移动, 当旋转到起始位置时, 上磨轮组件 4松 开, 可以被取下。
如图 1、 3a、 4、 5、 16 , 所述带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机还包括有: 驱动机构, 驱动 机构的磨豆马达 36通过减速箱 35带动清渣盘 11和下磨轮组件 12绕一固定轴转动, 该固定 轴的中心线与磨豆室 9圆筒状壳体 33的中心线位于同一直线上。
如图 17 , 豆箱组件 13由上往下依次包括有: 豆箱盖 45、 豆箱 46和豆箱底座 47。
如图 9a、 9b、 10a、 10b、 lla、 lib, 15、 17 , 豆箱底座 47的原料出口 27位置设置有一 块或多块门 23 , 门 23釆用能够绕一定轴旋转的片状刀结构, 门 23的外端设置有多个凸起结 构 24与调节锁紧环 5的法兰片 20上的凸起 25相嵌合连接; 豆箱底座 47的外圏设置有两片 与调节锁紧环 5的两片不连续的法兰片 20之间的缺口 19相配合的法兰 21 , 法兰 21的安装 位置比法兰片 20低一个厚度。
豆箱组件 13在水平位置上由机体 15限制其转动, 在上下方向上, 可放入调节锁紧环 5
的缺口 19 , 当调节锁紧环 5沿顺时针转动时, 调节锁紧环 5上的法兰 20压住豆箱组件 5上 的法兰 21 , 豆箱组件 5被夹紧, 当调节锁紧环 5逆时针转动到初始位置时, 豆箱组件 13被 松开。
豆箱底座 47的底面外侧设置有一个或多个弧台 22, 用于启动控制装置的安全开关。 安 全开关可以在豆箱组件 13被夹紧时与豆箱组件上的弧台 22接触, 只有此时机器才能工作, 以保用户安全。
豆箱底座 47上安装有能够驱使门 23复位的弹性装置 30。
当豆箱组件 13被调节锁紧环 5夹紧时,调节锁紧环 5上的凸起 25推动豆箱组件 13上的 凸起结构 24, 使豆箱组件 13底部的门 23打开。 反之, 当豆箱组件 13被松开时, 调节锁紧 环 5上的凸起 25推动豆箱组件 13上的凸起结构 24, 使豆箱组件 13底部的门 23关闭。
本实施例的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 包括机体、 磨豆装置、 水箱、 咖啡篮 (酿造机 构)、 从磨豆装置到咖啡篮 (酿造机构)的出粉装置、 马达带动的挡板密封装置, 可拆磨豆装置 包括: 旋钮、 豆箱组件、 磨豆室、 清渣盘、 上磨轮组件、 下磨轮组件、 调节锁紧环、 齿轮组、 磨豆马达、 减速箱, 调节旋钮可以通过一系列齿轮带动调节锁紧环豆箱组件和上磨轮组件可 以从机体上分离。 旋钮带动齿轮组来控制套到磨豆室外与磨豆室同心的调节环, 来实现两种 不同的过程, 第一种过程锁紧豆箱组件, 打开豆箱组件底部的豆箱门, (在一定范围内)调节 磨粉粗细从粗到细; 第二种过程与第一种过程相反, 调节磨粉从细到粗, 关闭豆箱组件底部 的豆箱门, 松开豆箱组件。
从上述各部件的安装位置可知,转动调节旋钮时调节锁紧环可以绕轴在一定范围内转动, 上磨轮组件可以随调节锁紧环的转动而在一定范围内上下移动 (螺紋传动), 以实现上下磨轮 之间间隙的调整, 以实现磨粉粗细的调整, 调节锁紧环转动时通过自身的两个法兰压住豆箱 组件的豆箱底座外围的法兰片来锁紧豆箱组件 (反之松开), 同时通过法兰上的两个凸起顶豆 箱门上的两个凸起来触发豆箱门的绕其定轴运动来打开豆箱门 (反之关闭)。 上磨轮组件通过 上述调节锁紧环的下筒体上的三头母螺紋的开口端的槽, 豆箱组件通过上述调节锁紧环的上 筒体的两段不连续法兰之间的缺口, 均可自由取下。 取下上磨轮组件和豆箱组件后可对磨豆 装置进行清洁和维护。
因此, 本实施例的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 通过调节锁紧环可以实现夹紧豆箱组 件、 打开豆箱组件底部的门、 在一定范围内调节磨豆装置的磨粉粗细的过程和实现在一定的 范围内调节磨豆装置的磨粉粗细、 关闭豆箱组件底部的门、 松开豆箱组件的过程。
综上, 本发明的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 豆箱组件设置在磨豆机构的上方, 豆箱
组件底部设置有原料出口和能封闭出口的豆箱门, 当豆箱门打开时咖啡豆能落入磨豆机构,当 豆箱门关闭时咖啡豆不能落入磨豆机构,在本咖啡机上设置有一个可以锁紧、 松开豆箱组件, 开启、 关闭豆箱组件底部的豆箱门的调节旋钮, 同时调节旋钮可调节磨粉粗细。 豆箱组件放 置在本咖啡机的对应位置, 沿某一特定方向旋转旋钮一定的角度, 可锁紧豆箱组件并打开豆 箱组件底部的豆箱门, 继续在一定的范围内旋转该旋钮可以调节磨粉的粗细; 沿该特定方向 的反方向旋转旋钮时可关闭豆箱组件底部的豆箱门并松开豆箱组件, 豆箱组件被松开后可以 被用户从本咖啡机上取下, 从而方便用户清洁、 维护磨豆机构、 豆箱组件, 更换咖啡豆等。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的具体实施方式, 其描述较为具体和详细, 但并不能因 此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。 应当指出的是, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 在 不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若干变形和改进, 这些都属于本发明的保护范围。 因此, 本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

1、 带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 包括有: 机体、 磨豆装置以及控制装置; 所述磨豆装 置和控制装置安装在机体上; 所述磨豆装置由上往下依次包括有: 豆箱组件和研磨组件, 豆 箱组件设置有通向研磨组件的原料出口; 所述研磨组件包括有: 磨豆室、 上磨轮组件和下磨 轮组件, 下磨轮组件安装在磨豆室的底部, 上磨轮组件安装在磨豆室的上部; 其特征在于, 所述带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机还包括有: 磨豆装置拆装调节机构; 所述磨豆装置拆装调 节机构包括有与豆箱组件釆用方便拆装的方式连接的连接部、 能够调节上磨轮组件进行往复 移动从而调节上磨轮组件和下磨轮组件的研磨距离的调节部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述带可拆磨豆 装置的自动咖啡机还包括有旋钮及连接装置, 所述旋钮安装在机体上, 通过连接装置与磨豆 装置拆装调节机构连接并驱动磨豆装置拆装调节机构进行调节动作。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述豆箱组件的 原料出口位置设置有能够打开和闭合的豆箱门组件, 所述磨豆装置拆装调节机构包括有豆箱 门启闭部, 所述豆箱门启闭部与豆箱门组件连接并控制豆箱门组件对原料出口的启闭状态。
4、根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述研 磨组件还包括有: 清渣盘, 磨豆室的出粉通道釆用倾斜管道结构, 出粉通道的起始部分开口 上部与磨豆室的侧壁相交, 出粉通道的起始部分开口上部与磨豆室的底面相交, 清渣盘的最 外端与清渣盘的回转中心线的距离大于出粉通道的起始部分开口与清渣盘的回转中心线之间 的最小距离。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述磨豆室釆用 顶面开口的圆筒容器状结构, 磨豆室的壳体的侧壁和底部结合的部分设置有出粉通道, 即出 粉通道的起始部分开口位于磨豆室的圆筒状的壳体的侧壁和底部上, 清渣盘安装在底部上; 磨豆室的圆筒状的壳体侧壁上设置有多个均布的开槽。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述下磨轮组件 和清渣盘同轴地安装在磨豆室的底部上, 下磨轮组件位于清渣盘的上方, 清渣盘包括位于中 部的轮毂和位于轮毂周围的清扫叶片, 清扫叶片的外端与轮毂中心的距离大于出粉通道与轮 毂中心的最小距离。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述豆箱组件位 于上磨轮组件的上方, 磨豆装置拆装调节机构为一种调节锁紧环, 上磨轮组件和调节锁紧环
同轴地安装在磨豆室上, 调节锁紧环套在磨豆室的侧壁外围与磨豆室同心并能够进行旋转运 动; 旋钮安装在机体上, 连接装置釆用齿轮组, 调节锁紧环和旋钮通过齿轮组连接; 调节锁 紧环包括有: 上筒体、 下筒体和连接上筒体与下筒体的法兰结构, 上筒体的外周设置有外齿 轮, 与齿轮组啮合; 上筒体的内部设置有两段朝向内的不连续的法兰片, 法兰片之间具有缺 口, 这两段法兰片的上面分别设置有一个凸起, 下筒体的内部设置有三段均布在圆周上的母 螺紋, 而且在每个母螺紋的开口端设置有槽。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述上磨轮组件 包括有位于中间的金属的磨豆刀和位于外围的壳体, 上磨轮组件的壳体上设置有多个均布的 向外的凸块, 凸块安装在磨豆室的圆筒状侧壁的开槽中; 凸块上设置有与调节锁紧环的母螺 紋和母螺紋的槽配合的公螺紋。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述带可拆磨豆 装置的自动咖啡机还包括有: 驱动机构, 驱动机构的磨豆马达通过减速箱带动清渣盘和下磨 轮组件绕一固定轴转动, 该固定轴的中心线与磨豆室圆筒状壳体的中心线位于同一直线上。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的带可拆磨豆装置的自动咖啡机, 其特征在于, 所述豆箱组件 由上往下依次包括有: 豆箱盖、 豆箱和豆箱底座; 豆箱底座的原料出口位置设置有一块或多 块门, 门釆用能够绕一定轴旋转的片状刀结构, 门的外端设置有多个凸起结构与调节锁紧环 的法兰片上的凸起相嵌合连接; 豆箱底座的外圏设置有两片与调节锁紧环的两片不连续的法 兰片之间的缺口相配合的法兰, 法兰的安装位置比调节锁紧环的法兰片低一个厚度。
