- 제1 디바이스가 제2 디바이스와 P2P(peer to peer) 그룹을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제2 디바이스가 상기 제1 디바이스와 단말 디스커버리 과정 및 서비스 디스커버리 동작을 수행하는 과정;상기 제1 디바이스로부터 connection capabilities를 포함하는 요청 메시지를 수신하는 과정; 및상기 요청 메시지에 포함된 connection capabilities를 확인하고, 상기 connection capabilities에 따라서 그룹을 형성할지를 판단하는 과정;상기 connection capabilities에 따라서 그룹을 형성할 경우, 협상된 그룹 형태 정보를 생성하고, 상기 협상된 그룹 형태 정보를 포함하는 응답 메시지를 전송하는 과정;상기 응답 메시지에 포함된 그룹 형성 정보를 기반으로 하여 상기 제1 디바이스와 그룹을 형성하는 과정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 요청 메시지는 앞으로 생성될 그룹에 대한 그룹 식별자를 나타내는 그룹 정보가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 connection capabilities는 송신기가 원하는 그룹의 형태를 나타내는 정보를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 connection capabilities 및 협상된 그룹 형태 정보 중 하나는,상기 제1 디바이스와 제2 디바이스 그룹의 intra BSS 분배 값;그룹 한계 정보;상기 제1 디바이스와 제2 디바이스 세션 타입;진행 중인 미디어 타입 중 적어도 하나에 의해 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 협상된 그룹 형태 정보는 그룹 정보 및 connection capabilities 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 방법.
- 제2 디바이스가 제1 디바이스와 P2P(peer to peer) 그룹을 형성하는 장치에 있어서,상기 제2 디바이스가 상기 제1 디바이스와 단말 디스커버리 과정 및 서비스 디스커버리 동작을 수행하고, 상기 제1 디바이스로부터 connection capabilities를 포함하는 요청 메시지를 수신하고, 상기 요청 메시지에 포함된 connection capabilities를 확인하고, 상기 connection capabilities에 따라서 그룹을 형성할지를 판단하고, 상기 connection capabilities에 따라서 그룹을 형성할 경우, 협상된 그룹 형태 정보를 생성하고, 상기 협상된 그룹 형태 정보를 포함하는 응답 메시지를 전송하고, 상기 응답 메시지에 포함된 그룹 형성 정보를 기반으로 하여 상기 제1 디바이스와 그룹을 형성하도록 제어하는 제어부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 요청 메시지는 앞으로 생성될 그룹에 대한 그룹 식별자를 나타내는 그룹 정보가 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 connection capabilities는 송신기가 원하는 그룹의 형태를 나타내는 정보를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 connection capabilities 및 협상된 그룹 형태 정보 중 하나는,상기 제1 디바이스와 제2 디바이스 그룹의 intra BSS 분배 값;그룹 한계 정보;상기 제1 디바이스와 제2 디바이스 세션 타입;진행 중인 미디어 타입 중 적어도 하나에 의해 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 장치.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 협상된 그룹 형태 정보는 그룹 정보 및 connection capabilities 중 적어도 하나를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 P2P 그룹 형성 장치.
