Abstract

　情報処理装置は、完了取引に含まれる商品の商品コードと、限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、を少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される、完了取引データを保持する保持部と、返品画面に対するユーザ操作により選択された返品候補に関する商品コード及び特別販売情報を取得する取得部と、保持される完了取引データの中に、返品候補の商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコード以外のレコードであって、その商品コードと同一の商品コードを含み、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示す関連明細レコードが含まれており、かつ、返品候補の特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示すか否かを判定する判定部と、を有する。

Description

情報処理装置及び返品対象設定方法
　本発明は、ＰＯＳ（Point Of Sale）端末及びＰＯＳシステムに関する。
　スーパーマーケット、百貨店等の小売店では、限定数量以下の販売数量に値引を適用する限定販売が行われることがある。この限定販売の対象となり得る商品がその限定数量を超えて購入される場合には、超過分については一般的には通常価格が適用される。以降、このような数量限定販売の対象とされる商品を限定販売商品と表記する。また、限定販売商品のうち、限定数量以内の数量分に相当しかつ値引き後の限定価格が適用される商品を限定価格適用品と表記し、限定数量超過分に相当しかつ当該限定価格が適用されない商品を限定価格除外品と表記する。
　レジ担当者は、限定数量を超過する数の限定販売商品をＰＯＳ端末へ登録するにあたり、注意する必要があった。例えば、レジ担当者は、限定販売商品の数が限定数量を超えているか否かを自身で確認する必要があった。そこで、下記特許文献１には、商品が限定販売商品であるか否かを判定し、商品を購入した顧客を撮影し、撮影された顧客情報と、限定販売商品と判定された数量とにより、同一顧客に販売された限定販売商品の数量を計数することで、一人の顧客が購入する数量限定の限定販売商品を管理する手法が提案されている。

　しかしながら、上述の提案手法では、限定販売商品が返品された場合まで考慮されていない。限定数量を超えた限定販売商品を含む決済済みの取引に関し、限定販売商品の返品が要求された場合、限定価格除外品が優先的に返品対象とされる必要がある。限定価格除外品が含まれているにも関わらず、限定価格適用品が優先的に返品対象とされた場合、その返品を望む買物客は、限定価格の返金を受けることになるからである。この場合、結果として、その客は、限定数量以下の限定販売商品を購入しているにも関わらず、限定販売価格での購入ができなかったことになり得る。
　本発明は、上述のような事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、レジ担当者に限定販売商品の返品の設定を適切に行わせるようサポートする技術を提供する。
　本発明の各態様では、上述した課題を解決するために、それぞれ以下の構成を採用する。
　第１の態様に係る情報処理装置は、既に決済処理が完了している完了取引を示す完了取引データであって、完了取引に含まれる商品を特定可能とする商品コードと、限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、を少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される、完了取引データを保持する取引データ保持部と、完了取引データに含まれる複数の明細レコードに対応するデータの中から返品候補を選択するユーザ操作を可能とする返品画面を表示部に表示させる表示処理部と、返品画面に対するユーザ操作により選択された返品候補に関する、商品コード、及び特別販売情報を取得する操作情報取得部と、取引データ保持部に保持される完了取引データの中に、返品候補の商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコード以外のレコードであって、その商品コードと同一の商品コードを含み、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示す関連明細レコードが含まれており、かつ、返品候補の特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示すか否かを判定する判定部と、この判定部の判定結果に基づいて、上記ユーザ操作に応じて実行する処理を決定する設定処理部と、を有する。
　第２の態様は、情報処理装置により実行される返品対象設定方法に関する。第２の態様に係る返品対象設定方法は、既に決済処理が完了している完了取引を示す完了取引データであって、完了取引に含まれる商品を特定可能とする商品コードと、限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、を少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される、完了取引データを取引データ保持部に保持し、完了取引データに含まれる複数の明細レコードに対応するデータの中から返品候補を選択するユーザ操作を可能とする返品画面を表示部に表示させ、返品画面に対するユーザ操作により選択された返品候補に関する、商品コード、及び特別販売情報を取得し、取引データ保持部に保持される完了取引データの中に、返品候補の商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコード以外のレコードであって、その商品コードと同一の商品コードを含み、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示す関連明細レコードが含まれており、かつ、返品候補の特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示すか否かを判定し、この判定結果に基づいて、上記ユーザ操作に応じて実行する処理を決定する、ことを含む。
　なお、本発明の他の態様としては、上記第１態様の各構成を情報処理装置に実現させるプログラムであってもよいし、このようなプログラムを記録したコンピュータが読み取り可能な記録媒体であってもよい。この記録媒体は、非一時的な有形の媒体を含む。
　上記各態様によれば、レジ担当者に限定販売商品の返品の設定を適切に行わせるようサポートする技術を提供することができる。
　上述した目的、およびその他の目的、特徴および利点は、以下に述べる好適な実施形態、およびそれに付随する以下の図面によってさらに明らかになる。

　以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。なお、以下に挙げる各実施形態はそれぞれ例示であり、本発明は以下の各実施形態の構成に限定されない。
　［第１実施形態］
　〔装置構成〕
　図１は、第１実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置の外観の構成例を示す図である。図１に示されるように、第１実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、チェッカ装置１０及びキャッシャ装置２０から構成される。ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１、チェッカ装置１０及びキャッシャ装置２０はＰＯＳ端末と呼ぶこともできる。
　チェッカ装置１０は、商品を精算対象に登録し、精算対象商品の情報をキャッシャ装置２０に送る。チェッカ装置１０は、キーボード１１、タッチパネルユニット１２、スキャナ装置１３、買物客用のディスプレイ１５等を有する。買物客用のディスプレイ１５には、精算対象に登録された商品の売価情報等が表示される。
　タッチパネルユニット１２は、表示部１２ａ、ユーザ操作を受け付けるタッチパネル１２ｂ、制御部等を含む。タッチパネルユニット１２は、受信される描画データに応じた画面を表示部１２ａに表示させ、タッチパネル１２ｂへの外部からの接触を感知することによりユーザ（レジ担当者等の店員）からの入力を得る。タッチパネルユニット１２は、取得された入力情報を送出する。表示部１２ａには、精算対象に登録された商品のリストを示す売上登録画面等が表示される。
　スキャナ装置１３は、読取窓１４にかざされた商品の包装に付された商品識別ラベルを検出し、更に、その商品の外観を映し出す商品画像を撮像する。具体的には、スキャナ装置１３は、商品からの光を読取窓１４を介してＣＣＤ（Charge Coupled Device）等の撮像素子上に光学像として結像させ、その像に対応する電気信号からその商品の画像データを取得する。スキャナ装置１３は、撮像素子により撮像された商品画像から商品識別ラベルを検出してもよい。この場合には、スキャナ装置１３は、商品画像の撮像時と商品識別ラベルの撮像時とで、焦点距離や画角等を自動調整する機能を有する。また、スキャナ装置１３は、レーザスキャナを更に有し、このレーザスキャナを用いて商品識別ラベルを検出してもよい。
　ここで、商品識別ラベルとは、各商品をそれぞれ特定可能な、文字、数字、記号等から形成される商品コードがエンコードされたコードシンボルであり、一次元バーコードや二次元バーコード等で実現される。本実施形態は、商品識別ラベルから商品コードを抽出することができるのであれば、商品識別ラベルの実現形態を制限しない。スキャナ装置１３は、検出された商品識別ラベルを復号することにより、商品コードを抽出する。
　また、商品コードとは、各商品を特定するために予め決められた、文字、数字、記号等から形成される識別データである。商品コードには、例えば、ＰＬＵ（Price Look Up）コード、Ｎｏｎ－ＰＬＵコード等が利用される。また、商品識別ラベルを用いて読み取られる商品コードには、例えば、ＪＡＮ（Japan Article Number）コードが利用される。
　このように、チェッカ装置１０は、スキャナ装置１３を用いて商品識別ラベルから抽出される商品コード、精算パネル画面の操作により取得される商品コード、又は、キーボード１１等を用いて直接入力される商品コード等により該当商品を認識し、その該当商品を精算対象に登録する。
　キャッシャ装置２０は、精算対象の商品の決済処理を行う。基本的には、精算対象は、上述のようにチェッカ装置１０で登録される。但し、精算対象が、追加的に、キャッシャ装置２０自身で登録される場合もある。この場合、キャッシャ装置２０は、ハンディスキャナ２３を用いて商品識別ラベル等から取得される商品コード、又は、キーボード２１等を用いて直接入力される商品コード（部門コードの場合もある）により該当商品を認識し、その該当商品を精算対象に追加登録する。
　キャッシャ装置２０は、キーボード２１、タッチパネルユニット２２、ハンディスキャナ２３、買物客用のディスプレイ２５、キャッシュドロア２７等を有する。キャッシュドロア２７は、紙幣、硬貨、金券等、商品の決済で扱われる金銭を収納する。本実施形態では、自動釣銭機を有するキャッシュドロア２７を例示する。
　タッチパネルユニット２２の構成は、上述のタッチパネルユニット１２と同様であり、タッチパネルユニット２２には、表示部２２ａ、タッチパネル２２ｂ等が含まれる。表示部２２ａには、売上登録画面、支払画面等が表示される。買物客用のディスプレイ２５には、合計金額、釣り銭金額等が表示される。
　ハンディスキャナ２３は、上述のスキャナ装置１３と同様に、商品の包装に付された商品識別ラベルを読み取り、更に、その商品の外観を映し出す商品画像を撮像する。ハンディスキャナ２３は、上述のスキャナ装置１３と同様の構成を有すればよいため、ここでは説明を省略する。
　図２は、第１実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置１のハードウェア構成例を概念的に示す図である。図２に示されるように、チェッカ装置１０は、ＣＰＵ（Central Processing Unit）２、メモリ３、通信装置４、表示処理装置５、入出力インタフェース（Ｉ／Ｆ）６等を有する。これら各ユニットは、例えば、バス７に接続される。メモリ３は、ＲＡＭ（Random Access Memory）、ＲＯＭ（Read Only Memory）、ハードディスク、可搬型記憶媒体等である。通信装置４は、無線又は有線にて、他の装置（キャッシャ装置２０等）と通信を行う。
　表示処理装置５には表示装置が接続されており、表示処理装置５は、ＣＰＵ２により実行される処理に応じて任意の画面を表示させるための画面表示信号を表示装置に送る。チェッカ装置１０は、表示装置として、買物客用のディスプレイ１５、タッチパネルユニット１２の表示部１２ａを有する。
　入出力Ｉ／Ｆ６には入出力装置が接続されており、入出力Ｉ／Ｆ６は、ＣＰＵ２により実行される処理に応じて出力装置に音声等を出力し、入力装置からの入力信号を受け付ける。チェッカ装置１０は、入出力装置として、キーボード１１、タッチパネルユニット１２のタッチパネル１２ｂ、スキャナ装置１３を有する。
　キャッシャ装置２０は、チェッカ装置１０と同様に、ＣＰＵ２、メモリ３、通信装置４、表示処理装置５、入出力Ｉ／Ｆ６等を有する。キャッシャ装置２０は、表示装置として、買物客用のディスプレイ２５、タッチパネルユニット２２の表示部２２ａを有する。キャッシャ装置２０は、入出力装置として、キーボード２１、タッチパネルユニット２２のタッチパネル２２ｂ、ハンディスキャナ２３を有する。
　なお、本実施形態は、上述のような、チェッカ装置１０及びキャッシャ装置２０のハードウェア構成を制限しない。例えば、キーボード１１及び２１は、ソフトウェアキーボードで代替されてもよい。また、買物客用のディスプレイ１５及び２５は、１つに統合されてもよいし、タッチパネルユニット１２の表示部１２ａ及びタッチパネルユニット２２の表示部２２ａと同等の内容を表示するディスプレイであってもよい。
　〔処理構成〕
　図３は、第１実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置１の一部の処理構成例を概念的に示す図である。ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、ジャーナル格納部１０１、取引データ保持部１０２、表示処理部１０３、操作情報取得部１０４、判定部１０５、設定処理部１０６等を有する。これら各処理部は、例えば、ＣＰＵ２によりメモリ３に格納されるプログラムが実行されることにより実現される。また、当該プログラムは、例えば、ＣＤ（Compact Disc）、メモリカード等のような可搬型記録媒体や他の装置からインストールされ、メモリ３に格納されてもよい。
　図３には、返品に関連する処理構成のみが示されているため、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、図示される各処理部以外の多数の処理部を有する。また、図３では、チェッカ装置１０とキャッシャ装置２０とが区別されて示されていないが、各処理部は、キャッシャ装置２０でそれぞれ実現される。但し、取引データ保持部１０２、表示処理部１０３、操作情報取得部１０４、及び判定部１０５は、チェッカ装置１０及びキャッシャ装置２０の両方で実現されてもよい。
　ジャーナル格納部１０１は、決済処理が完了した各完了取引についての売上情報をジャーナルデータとして格納する。各完了取引の売上情報は、完了取引に含まれる各商品の商品情報、利用された支払方法種毎の支払金額、商品合計金額、釣銭金額等をそれぞれ含む。また、商品情報は、商品を特定可能とする商品コード（部門コード等が利用される場合もある）、販売数量、単価、値引額、限定価格適用フラグ等を含む。限定価格適用フラグは、例えば、オンの状態で限定価格適用品であることを示し、オフの状態で限定価格適用品でないことを示す。
　取引データ保持部１０２は、返品対象となる完了取引を示す完了取引データを保持する。この完了取引データは、例えば、ジャーナル格納部１０１から抽出される売上情報から生成される。完了取引データは、ジャーナル格納部１０１に格納される売上情報そのものであってもよいし、その一部であってもよい。完了取引データは、完了取引に含まれる商品を特定可能とする商品コードと、限定価格適用品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、販売数量とを少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される。例えば、特別販売情報は、上記売上情報に含まれる限定価格適用フラグである。また、値引額から限定価格適用品であるか否かを判別可能である場合には、特別販売情報は、値引額であってもよい。
　本実施形態は、完了取引データを構成する１明細レコードの形態を制限しない。以下、トマトが限定販売商品であり、限定数量５個までの限定価格が１個２５円であり、６個以上の価格が１個３５円であり、レジ担当者により、トマト３個、レタス１個、トマト２個、キュウリ１個、トマト２個の順で精算対象に登録された完了取引を例に挙げ、当該明細レコードの形態について詳述する。
　完了取引データの１明細レコードは、例えば、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１における精算対象への登録単位に設定されてもよい。この場合、完了取引データは、限定価格適用品としてトマト３個を示す明細レコード、レタス１個を示す明細レコード、限定価格適用品としてトマト２個を示す明細レコード、キュウリ１個を示す明細レコード、限定価格除外品としてトマト２個を示す明細レコードの５レコードから構成される。
　他の形態として、完了取引データの１明細レコードは、精算対象への登録のされ方に依存せず、商品コード、単価及び値引額が同じ単位に設定されてもよい。この場合、完了取引データは、限定価格適用品としてトマト５個を示す明細レコード、レタス１個を示す明細レコード、キュウリ１個を示す明細レコード、限定価格除外品としてトマト２個を示す明細レコードの４レコードから構成される。
　表示処理部１０３は、取引データ保持部１０２に保持される完了取引データを用いて、この完了取引データに含まれる複数の明細レコードに対応するデータの中から返品候補を選択するユーザ操作を可能とする返品画面を表示部２２ａに表示させる。このとき、表示処理部１０３は、ユーザ（レジ担当者）に返品候補を含む完了取引を特定させるための表示画面を表示部２２ａに表示させ、この表示画面に対するユーザ操作で特定された完了取引の完了取引データを取引データ保持部１０２に保持する。
　図４は、ユーザに返品候補を含む完了取引を特定させるための表示画面の例を示す図である。この表示画面Ｇ４０には、取付日付の入力欄Ｇ４１、レジ番号の入力欄Ｇ４２、レシート番号の入力欄Ｇ４３が含まれる。表示処理部１０３は、買物客により提示されたレシートからハンディスキャナ２３により取得された各情報を各入力欄Ｇ４１、Ｇ４２及びＧ４３に設定する。また、表示処理部１０３は、タッチパネル２２ｂ又はキーボード２１で入力された情報を各入力欄Ｇ４１、Ｇ４２及びＧ４３に設定してもよい。
　例えば、表示処理部１０３は、この表示画面Ｇ４０を介して設定された各情報を用いて、返品候補を含む完了取引を特定し、この完了取引の売上情報をジャーナル格納部１０１から抽出し、この抽出された売上情報から完了取引データを生成する。表示処理部１０３は、この完了取引データを取引データ保持部１０２に保持する。
　図５は、返品画面の例を示す図である。表示処理部１０３は、図４の例に示される表示画面Ｇ４０の一部返品ボタンＧ４５がタッチパネル２２ｂ又はキーボード２１で選択されたことを検出すると、返品画面Ｇ５０を表示させる。返品画面Ｇ５０では、左欄に完了取引データに含まれる各明細レコードに対応するデータが示され、右欄に返品対象に設定された明細レコードに対応するデータが示される。レジ担当者は、タッチパネル２２ｂ又はキーボード２１を用いて、この返品画面Ｇ５０の左欄のリストから返品候補としたい行（データ）を選択し、選択取消ボタンＧ５１を押下する。表示処理部１０３は、この選択取消ボタンＧ５１を押下するユーザ操作を検出し、この検出に応じて後述する判定部１０５を実行させ、そのユーザ操作が有効と判定されると、選択されている返品候補を返品対象に設定し、この返品対象を右欄に移動させる。
　操作情報取得部１０４は、返品画面に対するユーザ操作により選択された返品候補に対応する明細レコードを特定し得る情報を取得する。具体的には、操作情報取得部１０４は、返品候補に関する商品コード及び特別販売情報を取得する。例えば、操作情報取得部１０４は、返品画面に対するユーザ操作を検出した表示処理部１０３から、当該商品コード及び特別販売情報を取得する。操作情報取得部１０４は、返品候補に関する返品数量の情報を更に取得するようにしてもよい。
　判定部１０５は、返品画面で選択された返品候補が限定価格適用品であり、かつ、その完了取引に、その返品候補と同一商品の限定価格除外品が含まれているか否かを判定する。具体的には、判定部１０５は、取引データ保持部１０２に保持される完了取引データの中に、操作情報取得部１０４で取得された商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコード以外のレコードであって、その商品コードと同一の商品コードを含み、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品（限定価格適用品）でないことを示す関連明細レコードが含まれており、かつ、操作情報取得部１０４で取得された特別販売情報が限定価格適用品であることを示すか否かを判定する。ここでは、操作情報取得部１０４で取得された商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコードが返品画面で選択された返品候補に対応し、関連明細レコードが返品候補と同じ限定販売商品の限定価格除外品に対応する。また、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示す場合とは、限定価格適用フラグがオフの状態である場合や、値引額がその限定販売商品の値引額に設定されていない場合である。判定部１０５は、例えば、図５に示される返品画面Ｇ５０の選択取消ボタンＧ５１がユーザにより押下されたことを検出することを契機に、上述のような判定を行う。
　設定処理部１０６は、判定部１０５による判定結果に応じて、返品画面に対するユーザ操作に応じて実行する処理を切り替える。具体的には、設定処理部１０６は、判定部１０５により、操作情報取得部１０４で取得された特別販売情報が限定価格適用品であることを示しておりかつ関連明細レコードが完了取引データに含まれていると判定された場合には、当該ユーザ操作に対する警告表示を表示部２２ａに表示するよう表示処理部１０３に指示する。これは、その完了取引に限定価格除外品が含まれており、かつ、返品画面でそれと同一商品の限定価格適用品が返品候補として選択されている場合に相当する。これにより、表示処理部１０３は、「同一商品の中でも限定価格が適用されていない商品から返品操作をしてください」といった内容を含む警告表示を表示部２２ａに表示させる。この警告表示は、記号や図柄で示されてもよいし、テキストとそれらの組み合わせで示されてもよい。本実施形態は、この警告表示の具体的態様を制限しない。
　また、設定処理部１０６は、判定部１０５により、操作情報取得部１０４で取得された特別販売情報が限定価格適用品であることを示しておりかつ関連明細レコードが完了取引データに含まれていると判定された場合には、返品画面においてユーザ操作により選択されている返品候補を、関連明細レコードに対応するデータに切り換えるようにしてもよい。これにより、図５に示される返品画面Ｇ５０で限定価格適用品（トマト５個）が選択された状態で、選択取消ボタンＧ５１が押下された場合には、上記警告表示の後、選択箇所が限定価格除外品（トマト２個）に移る。
　更に、設定処理部１０６は、判定部１０５により、操作情報取得部１０４で取得された特別販売情報が限定価格適用品でないか、又は、関連明細レコードが完了取引データに含まれていないと判定された場合には、返品画面に対するユーザ操作により選択された返品候補を、操作情報取得部１０４により取得された返品数量と共に返品対象に設定する。これにより、図に示される返品画面Ｇ５０においてその返品候補が右欄に移動する。これは、限定販売商品が返品候補に選択されていない場合、又は、限定価格適用品が返品候補に選択されているが同一商品の限定価格除外品がその完了取引にない場合に相当する。
　設定処理部１０６は、上記返品対象の設定処理として、取引データ保持部１０２に保持される完了取引データから、返品対象に対応する明細レコードを削除する。更に、設定処理部１０６は、その更新された完了取引データに基づいて、決済処理部（図示せず）にその変更された完了取引について再度の決済処理を指示し、決済が完了すると、その変更された完了取引についての売上情報をジャーナル格納部１０１に反映させる。なお、本実施形態では、返品画面に対する返品候補を選択するユーザ操作が確定され、返品対象が設定されれば、その他の返品処理を制限しない。
　〔動作例〕
　以下、第１実施形態における返品対象設定方法について図６を用いて説明する。図６は、返品対象設定時における第１実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置１の動作例を示すフローチャートである。例えば、図６に示される各工程はそれぞれキャッシャ装置２０で実行される。
　ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、返品候補を含む完了取引を特定する（Ｓ６０）。具体的には、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、図４に示される画面を表示部２２ａに表示させ、その画面に対するユーザの入力操作、又は、ハンディスキャナ２３を用いたレシートのスキャン操作に応じて、返品候補を含む完了取引を特定し得る情報（レシート番号等）を取得し、この情報に基づいて完了取引を特定する。
　ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、この特定された完了取引に関する完了取引データを取引データ保持部１０２に保持する（Ｓ６１）。例えば、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、ジャーナル格納部１０１からその完了取引に関する売上情報を取得し、この取得された売上情報から当該完了取引データを生成する。
　ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、その完了取引データを用いて、図５の例に示されるような返品画面を表示部２２ａに表示させる（Ｓ６２）。レジ担当者は、この返品画面をタッチパネル２２ｂやキーボード２１を用いて操作することにより、完了取引データに含まれる複数の明細レコードの中の１つに対応するデータを選択候補として選択し、その選択された選択候補の登録操作を行う。この登録操作は、例えば、図５の返品画面Ｇ５０の選択取消ボタンＧ５１の押下操作である。
　ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、このような選択候補の登録操作を検出すると（Ｓ６３；ＹＥＳ）、返品画面で選択された返品候補に関する、返品コード、特別販売情報及び返品数量を取得する（Ｓ６４）。
　ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、返品画面で選択された返品候補が限定価格適用品であり、かつ、その完了取引にその返品候補と同一商品の限定価格除外品が含まれているか否かを判定する（Ｓ６５）。前者の判定の具体的処理は、工程（Ｓ６４）で取得された特別販売情報が限定価格適用品であることを示しているか否かの判定により実現される。後者の判定の具体的処理は、工程（Ｓ６１）で保持された完了取引データに、工程（Ｓ６４）で取得された返品候補に関する商品コード及び特別販売情報に対応する明細レコード以外で、その商品コードと同一の商品コードと、限定価格が適用された限定販売商品（限定価格適用品）でないことを示す特別販売情報とを含む関連明細レコードが含まれるか否かの判定により実現される。
　ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、当該返品候補が限定価格適用品であり、かつ、その完了取引にその返品候補と同一商品の限定価格除外品が含まれている場合に（Ｓ６５；ＹＥＳ）、表示部２２ａに警告表示させる（Ｓ６６）。この警告表示では、選択された選択候補が不適切であり、同一商品の限定価格除外品を選択すべきことが示される。
　更に、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、そのときの返品候補を適切な対象に自動変更する（Ｓ６７）。これにより、現在選択されている返品候補が、限定価格適用品から、同一商品の限定価格除外品に変更される。この場合、レジ担当者は、その自動変更された返品候補を確認し、再度、選択候補の登録操作を行う。
　一方、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、当該返品候補が限定価格適用品でない場合、又は、当該返品候補が限定価格適用品であるがその完了取引にその返品候補と同一商品の限定価格除外品が含まれていない場合（Ｓ６５；ＮＯ）、その返品候補が適切であるため、その返品候補を返品対象に設定する（Ｓ６８）。
　また、図６に示されるフローチャートでは、複数の工程（処理）が順番に記載されているが、各工程の実行順序は、その記載の順番に制限されない。
　〔第１実施形態の作用及び効果〕
　このように、第１実施形態では、完了取引に関する、完了取引に含まれる商品を特定可能とする商品コードと、限定価格適用品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、販売数量とを少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される完了取引データを用いて、返品画面が表示される。そして、この返品画面に対する返品候補を選択するユーザ操作が検出され、この返品候補に関する、商品コード、特別販売情報及び返品数量が取得される。この取得された情報に基づいて、選択されている返品候補が、限定価格適用品であるか否か、及び、その完了取引にその返品候補と同一商品の限定価格除外品が含まれるか否かが判定される。
　その判定結果に基づいて、返品候補が限定価格適用品でありかつその完了取引にその返品候補と同一商品の限定価格除外品が含まれる場合には、その返品候補が不適切であることを示す警告が表示される。更に、返品候補が、不適切な限定価格適用品から、それと同一商品の限定価格除外品に自動変更される。
　これにより、レジ担当者は、限定販売商品の返品が要求された場合に、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１により促されるとおり、その設定作業を行なえばよい。完了取引に含まれる商品が多数である場合、返品画面において、限定価格適用品と、それと同一商品の限定価格除外品とが一覧できない状態で表示される可能性がある。このような場合には、間違って限定価格適用品が返品候補して選択される可能性が高い。また、このような場合、適切に限定価格除外品を返品候補に選択しようとすると、多くの時間が費やされる可能性がある。
　しかしながら、第１実施形態によれば、誤って限定価格適用品が返品候補して選択されたとしても警告が表示されるため、レジ担当者に、最終的に適切な返品候補を選択させることができる。また、第１実施形態によれば、このようなエラーチェック機構を備えることで、返品の設定に不必要に時間が費やされることを防ぐことができる。即ち、第１実施形態によれば、限定販売商品の返品が要求された場合に、レジ担当者に、限定販売商品の返品の設定を適切に行わせることができる。
　［変形例］
　上述の各実施形態では、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１がチェッカ装置１０及びキャッシャ装置２０を有する例が示されたが、ＰＯＳレジスタ装置１はキャッシャ装置２０のみで構成されてもよい。また、上述の返品画面は、チェッカ装置１０で表示されてもよい。
　更に、上述の各実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置１は、サーバ装置と携帯端末とを含むＰＯＳシステムとして実現されてもよい。
　図７は、変形例におけるＰＯＳシステム７００の構成例を概念的に示す図である。
　ＰＯＳシステム７００は、サーバ装置７０５及び店舗側構成７１０から構成され、サーバ装置７０５と店舗側構成７１０とは、通信網７０１により通信可能に接続される。通信網７０１は、インターネット等のような公衆網、ＷＡＮ（Wide Area Network）、ＬＡＮ（Local Area Network）、無線通信ネットワーク等である。この通信網７０１の実現形態は制限されない。
　店舗側構成７１０には、通信中継装置７１１、店舗端末７１５、スタンド７１６、ハンディスキャナ７１７、キャッシュドロア７１８、レシートプリンタ７１９等が含まれる。スタンド７１６は、店舗端末７１５と、他の機器（ハンディスキャナ７１７、キャッシュドロア７１８、レシートプリンタ７１９）とを通信可能に接続するための機器である。店舗端末７１５とスタンド７１６とは、例えば、Ｂｌｕｅｔｏｏｔｈ（登録商標）や赤外線通信等の短距離無線通信や無線ＬＡＮ等により接続される。スタンド７１６と他の機器とは各種通信線又は無線により接続される。通信中継装置７１１は、店舗端末７１５を通信網７０１に接続し、店舗端末７１５とサーバ装置７０５との間の通信を可能とする。なお、これら各ノード間の通信形態は制限されない。通信中継装置７１１は省かれ、店舗端末７１５は、通信中継装置７１１を介することなく、無線基地局等を介して３Ｇ回線等を用いて通信網７０１に接続されてもよい。
　店舗端末７１５は、ＰＣ（Personal Computer）、ノートＰＣ、タブレット型端末、スマートフォン等のような汎用コンピュータであり、サーバ装置７０５との間でデータのやり取りをすることにより、上述のＰＯＳレジスタ装置１のユーザインタフェースを実現する。サーバ装置７０５は、一般的なサーバコンピュータであり、ＷＥＢサーバ、アプリケーションサーバ等として実現される。
　上述の実施形態におけるＰＯＳレジスタ装置１がこのようなＰＯＳシステム７００として実現される形態では、上述の各処理部は、実現可能な限り、サーバ装置７０５及び店舗端末７１５のどちらで実現されてもよい。例えば、サーバ装置７０５と店舗端末７１５との間のインタフェースとしてＷＥＢシステムが利用される場合、上述の全処理部がサーバ装置７０５で実現され、店舗端末７１５は、単なる表示部として動作してもよい。逆に、店舗端末７１５において全処理部が実現されてもよい。また、一部の処理部がサーバ装置７０５で実現され、残りの処理部が店舗端末７１５で実現されるような形態でもよい。例えば、ジャーナル格納部１０１及び取引データ保持部１０２がサーバ装置７０５で実現され、その他の処理部が店舗端末７１５で実現されてもよい。
　このように、本発明における情報処理装置は、複数の装置（複数のコンピュータ、複数のＣＰＵを持つ筐体）で実現されることを排除するものではなく、上述の実施形態におけるチェッカ装置１０及びキャッシャ装置２０の組み合わせで実現されてもよいし、本変形例におけるサーバ装置７０５及び店舗端末７１５の組み合わせで実現されてもよい。もちろん、本発明における情報処理装置は、上述の実施形態におけるキャッシャ装置２０のみで実現されてもよいし、変形例におけるサーバ装置７０５のみ又は店舗端末７１５のみで実現されてもよい。
　この出願は、２０１２年８月３日に出願された日本特許出願特願２０１２－１７３４１６を基礎とする優先権を主張し、その開示の全てをここに取り込む。

Claims (9)

  1. 　既に決済処理が完了している完了取引を示す完了取引データであって、該完了取引に含まれる商品を特定可能とする商品コードと、限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、を少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される、完了取引データを保持する取引データ保持部と、
    　前記完了取引データに含まれる複数の明細レコードに対応するデータの中から返品候補を選択するユーザ操作を可能とする返品画面を表示部に表示させる表示処理部と、
    　前記返品画面に対する前記ユーザ操作により選択された前記返品候補に関する、商品コード、及び前記特別販売情報を取得する操作情報取得部と、
    　前記取引データ保持部に保持される完了取引データの中に、前記返品候補の商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコード以外のレコードであって、該商品コードと同一の商品コードを含み、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示す関連明細レコードが含まれており、かつ、前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示すか否かを判定する判定部と、
    　前記判定部の判定結果に基づいて、前記ユーザ操作に応じて実行する処理を決定する設定処理部と、
    　を備える情報処理装置。
  2. 　前記設定処理部は、前記判定部により、前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示し、かつ、前記関連明細レコードが前記完了取引データに含まれていると判定された場合には、前記ユーザ操作に対する警告表示を前記表示部に表示するよう前記表示処理部に指示する、
    　請求項１に記載の情報処理装置。
  3. 　前記設定処理部は、前記判定部により、前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示し、かつ、前記関連明細レコードが前記完了取引データに含まれていると判定された場合には、前記返品画面において前記ユーザ操作により選択されている前記返品候補を、前記関連明細レコードに対応するデータに切り換える、
    　請求項１又は２に記載の情報処理装置。
  4. 　前記完了取引データの前記各明細レコードは、前記商品コード及び前記特別販売情報に加えて、販売数量を更にそれぞれ含み、
    　前記操作情報取得部は、前記返品候補に関し、前記商品コード及び前記特別販売情報に加えて、返品数量を更に取得し、
    　前記設定処理部は、前記判定部により、前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示している、又は、前記関連明細レコードが前記完了取引データに含まれていないと判定された場合には、前記返品画面に対する前記ユーザ操作により選択された前記返品候補を、前記操作情報取得部により取得された前記商品コード及び前記返品数量と共に返品対象に設定する、
    　請求項１から３のいずれか１項に記載の情報処理装置。
  5. 　情報処理装置により実行される返品対象設定方法において、
    　既に決済処理が完了している完了取引を示す完了取引データであって、該完了取引に含まれる商品を特定可能とする商品コードと、限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であるか否かを判別可能とする特別販売情報と、を少なくともそれぞれ有する複数の明細レコードから構成される、完了取引データを取引データ保持部に保持し、
    　前記完了取引データに含まれる複数の明細レコードに対応するデータの中から返品候補を選択するユーザ操作を可能とする返品画面を表示部に表示させ、
    　前記返品画面に対する前記ユーザ操作により選択された前記返品候補に関する、商品コード、及び前記特別販売情報を取得し、
    　前記取引データ保持部に保持される完了取引データの中に、前記返品候補の商品コード及び特別販売情報を含む明細レコード以外のレコードであって、該商品コードと同一の商品コードを含み、特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示す関連明細レコードが含まれており、かつ、前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示すか否かを判定し、
    　前記判定結果に基づいて、前記ユーザ操作に応じて実行する処理を決定する、
    　ことを含む返品対象設定方法。
  6. 　前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示し、かつ、前記関連明細レコードが前記完了取引データに含まれていると判定された場合には、前記ユーザ操作に対する警告表示を前記表示部に表示させる、
    　ことを更に含む請求項５に記載の返品対象設定方法。
  7. 　前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品であることを示し、かつ、前記関連明細レコードが前記完了取引データに含まれていると判定された場合には、前記返品画面において前記ユーザ操作により選択されている前記返品候補を、前記関連明細レコードに対応するデータに切り換える、
    　ことを更に含む請求項５又は６に記載の返品対象設定方法。
  8. 　前記完了取引データの前記各明細レコードは、前記商品コード及び前記特別販売情報に加えて、販売数量を更にそれぞれ含み、
    　前記返品候補に関する返品数量を取得し、
    　前記返品候補の前記特別販売情報が限定価格が適用された限定販売商品でないことを示している、又は、前記関連明細レコードが前記完了取引データに含まれていないと判定された場合には、前記返品画面に対する前記ユーザ操作により選択された前記返品候補を、前記商品コード及び前記返品数量と共に返品対象に設定する、
    　ことを更に含む、請求項５から７のいずれか１項に記載の返品対象設定方法。
  9. 　請求項５から８のいずれか１項に記載の返品対象設定方法を情報処理装置に実行させるプログラム。
