技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电机结构。
背景技术:
传统的电机, 包括机壳、 前端盖和后端盖, 前端盖和后端盖安装在机壳两 端, 通过螺栓和螺母配合锁紧, 螺栓尾部凸出螺母, 作为连接外部设备部分, 由于外部设备与螺栓连接的两个通孔中心距通常为 1 1 0mm或者 1 30mm, 对不同 的中心距需要使用不同型号的电机, 使用不同的机壳、 端盖、 定子组件和转子 组件, 物料繁多, 成本增加, 结构复杂。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的提供一种电机结构, 它结构筒单, 减少物料种类, 降低 生产成本。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案予以实现的。
一种电机结构, 包括机壳、 前端盖和后端盖, 前端盖和后端盖安装在机壳 两端, 机壳外壁设有若干支架, 支架上开设通孔, 后端盖边缘凸出若干凸耳, 凸耳上设有安装孔, 安装孔和通孔位置对应, 安装螺釘通过通孔和安装孔并伸 出后端盖端面。
上述所述的在靠近后端盖一端、 支架焊接在机壳的外侧壁面。
上述所述的凸耳和后端盖一体铸铝成型。
上述所述的安装螺釘铆压在支架上。
上述所述的若干支架是 4个, 均布在机壳外侧壁面上。
上述所述的若干凸耳是 4个, 均布在后端盖上。
本实用新型电机拉伸端盖与现有技术相比具有益效果: 1 )本实用新型机 壳外壁设有若干支架, 支架上开设通孔, 后端盖边缘凸出若干凸耳, 凸耳上设 有安装孔, 安装孔和通孔位置对应, 安装螺釘通过通孔和安装孔并伸出后端盖 端面, 结构筒单, 减少物料种类, 降低生产成本; 2 ) 凸耳和后端盖一体铸铝 成型, 在靠近后端盖一端、 支架焊接在机壳的外侧壁面, 由于后端盖是铸铝成
型, 铝的硬度较低, 容易变形, 钢支架起到支承作用, 防止铸铝端盖变形; 3 ) 安装螺釘铆压在支架上, 安装螺釘连接外部设备, 连接紧固。

具体实施方式: 下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一: 如图 1至图 4所示,本实用新型是一种电机结构, 包括机壳 1、 前端盖 2和后端盖 3 , 前端盖 2和后端盖 3安装在机壳 1两端, 机壳 1外壁设 有若干支架 4 , 支架 4上开设通孔 41 , 后端盖 3边缘凸出若干凸耳 31 , 凸耳 31上设有安装孔 31 0 , 安装孔 310和通孔 41位置对应, 安装螺釘 5通过通孔 41和安装孔 310并伸出后端盖 3端面。
实施例二:在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征:在靠近后端盖 3—端、 支架 4焊接在机壳 1的外侧壁面。
实施例三: 在实施例二的基础上增加如下技术特征: 凸耳 31和后端盖 3 一体铸铝成型。
实施例四: 在实施例一或实施例二或实施例三的基础上增加如下技术特 征: 安装螺釘 6铆压在支架 4上。
实施例五: 在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征: 所述的若干支架 4 是 4个, 均布在机壳 1外侧壁面上。
实施例六: 在实施例一的基础上增加如下技术特征: 所述的若干凸耳 31 是 4个, 均布在后端盖 3上。
由于本申请是机械领域,本领普通技术人员显而易见联想得到:实施例二、 实施例三、 实施例四、 实施例五和实施例六提及的增加的技术特征自由组合, 与实施例一的技术方案组合成新的技术方案。
如图 4所示, 过安装孔 310中心的圓的直径 Φ是 1 10匪或者是 1 30匪。
本实用新型包括机壳 1、 前端盖 2和后端盖 3 , 前端盖 2和后端盖 3安装在机 壳 1两端, 机壳 1外壁设有若干支架 4 , 支架 4上开设通孔 41 , 后端盖 3边缘 凸出若干凸耳 31 ,凸耳 31上设有安装孔 310 ,安装孔 310和通孔 41位置对应, 安装螺釘 5通过通孔 41和安装孔 310并伸出后端盖 3端面, 解决了外部设备 安装孔不同的中心距需要使用不同的机壳、 端盖、 定子组件和转子组件问题, 只需改换不同尺寸的后端盖, 结构筒单, 减少物料种类, 降低生产成本。

1. 一种电机结构, 包括机壳 (1)、 前端盖 (2)和后端盖(3), 前端盖(2) 和后端盖( 3 )安装在机壳( 1 )两端, 其特征在于: 机壳( 1 )外壁设有若 干支架(4), 支架(4 )上开设通孔(41 ), 后端盖(3)边缘凸出若干凸耳
( 31 ), 凸耳 ( 31 )上设有安装孔( 310 ), 安装孔( 310 )和通孔( 41 )位 置对应, 安装螺釘( 5 )通过通孔( 41 )和安装孔( Q )并伸出后端盖( 3 ) 端面。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机结构, 其特征在于: 在靠近后端盖(3)— 端、 支架(4)焊接在机壳 (1 ) 的外侧壁面。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的一种电机结构, 其特征在于: 凸耳 (31 )和后端盖
( 3)一体铸铝成型。
4. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的一种电机结构,其特征在于:安装螺釘( 6 ) 铆压在支架(4 )上。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机结构, 其特征在于: 所述的若干支架(4) 是 4个, 均布在机壳 ( 1 )外侧壁面上。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机结构, 其特征在于: 所述的若干凸耳(31 ) 是 4个, 均布在后端盖 (3)上。
