Description

铰接型悬浮液压立柱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种铰接型悬浮液压立柱,尤其适用于机械化采煤工作面的超静定液压支架。
背景技术
液压支架是煤矿井下综合机械化采煤工作面必不可少的设备之一。目前煤矿使用的液压支架一般是四连杆结构的液压支架,也称四连杆液压支架,四连杆液压支架顶梁上、下的运动轨迹为一条双纽线,具体见煤炭工业出版社于1993年出版的《煤矿支护手册》第五篇第四章第二节内容和中国矿业大学出版社于2010年出版的“十一五”高等学校国家规划教材《矿山机械》一书中关于支护设备内容。由于四连杆液压支架的结构特点,其使用的液压立柱是双伸缩液压立柱和带加长杆的单伸缩液压立柱;双伸缩液压立柱存在着结构复杂、可靠性差、支撑力小、成本高、抗冲击地压能力差等问题;带加长杆的单伸缩液压立柱存在着工作行程小、使用范围小、调节不便、抗冲击地压能力差等问题。因此,研制新型的液压立柱新技术产品具有重要的现实意义和历史意义。
技术问题
本发明的目的是克服已有技术中的不足,提供一种结构简单,承载能力大、工作行程大、成本低的铰接型悬浮液压立柱。
技术解决方案
本发明的铰接型悬浮液压立柱,包括活柱体、缸体、上耳座、下耳座、缸箍、卡箍、限位套、楔挡圈、螺柱、防尘圈、导向环、三通接口、接口、油管、四通、支撑钢筋及密封组件、油堵;所述的上耳座与活柱体焊接为一体,下耳座与缸体焊接为一体,缸箍与缸体外圆上端焊接为一体,活柱体套装在缸体内;所述活柱体外圆与缸体内圆的上部设有限位套,限位套上部设有螺柱,限位套的内、外圆分别设有内、外圆限位套密封组件;所述活柱体外圆与缸体内圆的下部设有卡箍,卡箍的上、下两端分别设有上、下卡箍密封组件,由活柱体的外圆、缸体的内圆、限位套、卡箍、上卡箍密封组件和内、外圆限位套密封组件包围形成较小可变密封腔体;由活柱体的内圆、缸体的内圆、上耳座、下耳座及下卡箍密封组件包围形成较大可变密封腔体;所述的缸体的外圆下端设有连通较大可变密封腔体的接口,接口上设有油管,油管上设有四通;缸体的外圆上端设有连通较小可变密封腔体的三通接口。
所述的螺柱与限位套接触面的外圆上设有楔挡圈;所述的限位套内圆沟槽内设有上导向环,所述的卡箍外圆沟槽内设有下导向环。所述的上耳座设有铰接轴圆通孔,所述的下耳座上设有铰接轴圆通孔;所述的螺柱内开有安设防尘圈的沟槽。
有益效果
本发明适用于煤矿井下顶板支护的超静定液压支架上,与现有技术相比,其结构简单,安全性好,可靠性强、承载能力大,工作行程大,拆卸安装方便,抗冲击地压能力强,使用范围宽,调节方便,成本低,具有广泛的实用性。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图中的实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
如图1、图2所示,铰接型悬浮液压立柱主要有上耳座14、下耳座1、活柱体7、缸体2、缸箍8、限位套10、楔挡圈16、螺柱12、盲孔13、卡箍5、防尘圈15、上、下导向环11、4、三通接口18、接口23、油管22、四通21、支撑钢筋20及密封组件3、6、9、17、油堵19、24、25、26、27、28组成。所述的上耳座14与活柱体7焊接为一体,上耳座14设有铰接轴圆通孔30;下耳座1与缸体2焊接为一体,下耳座1上设有铰接轴圆通孔29。缸箍8与缸体2上端外圆焊接为一体,活柱体7套装在缸体2内;所述活柱体7外圆与缸体2内圆的上部设有限位套10,所述的限位套10内圆沟槽内设有上导向环11,限位套10上端设有螺柱12,螺柱12可用金属材料制成,也可用尼龙、玻璃钢、塑料等非金属材料制成。所述的螺柱12与限位套10接触面的外圆上设有楔挡圈16,螺柱12的上端面上开有若干盲孔13,螺柱12内圆与活柱体7外圆接触面上设有防尘圈15。限位套10的内、外圆分别设有内、外圆限位套密封组件9、17;所述活柱体7外圆与缸体2内圆的下部设有卡箍5,卡箍5安装在活柱体7外圆下部开设的凹槽内,所述的卡箍5为两半圆环结构,卡箍5外圆沟槽内设有下导向环4;卡箍5的上、下两端分别设有上、下卡箍密封组件6、3;下导向环4和上、下卡箍密封组件6、3与缸体2内圆表面形成滑动配合密封关系;缸体2内圆上部设有台阶、沟槽及螺纹,缸体2内圆上部台阶、沟槽及螺纹与活柱体7外圆之间设有限位套10、楔挡圈16、螺柱12、上导向环11、防尘圈15及内、外圆限位套密封组件9、17;限位套10、螺柱12、上导向环11、内圆限位套密封组件9及防尘圈15与活柱体7外圆表面形成滑动配合密封关系。由活柱体7的外圆、缸体2的内圆、限位套10、内、外圆限位套密封组件9、17和上卡箍密封组件6包围形成较小可变密封腔体;所述的缸体2的外圆上端设有连通较小可变密封腔体的三通接口18;三通接口18的三个进出液通孔上分别设有三个油堵19、26、27。由活柱体7的内圆、缸体2的内圆、上耳座14、下耳座1及下卡箍密封组件3包围形成较大可变密封腔体;所述的缸体2外圆下端设有连通较大可变密封腔体的接口23、油管22及四通21,接口23与油管22焊接连通,油管22与四通21焊接连通,四通21的三个进出液通孔上分别设有三个油堵24、25、28,四通21与缸体2外圆表面之间设有支撑钢筋20。
悬浮液压立柱升柱时,高压液体通过缸体2外圆下部接口23的进出液通孔进入悬浮液压立柱的较大可变密封腔体,随着液体的注入,立柱的较小可变密封腔体的液体通过缸体2外圆上部三通接口18的进出液通孔排回油箱,从而达到升柱的目的。
悬浮液压立柱降柱时,高压液体通过缸体2外圆上部三通接口18的进出液通孔向立柱的较小可变密封腔体注入液体,随着液体的注入,立柱的较大可变密封腔体的液体通过缸体2外圆下部接口23的进出液通孔泄回油箱,从而达到降柱的目的。
高压液体每注入和泄出一次,立柱便支撑和降柱一次,这样液压立柱便完成一个工作循环。

  1. 一种铰接型悬浮液压立柱,其特征在于:它包括活柱体(7)、缸体(2)、上耳座(14)、下耳座(1)、缸箍(8)、卡箍(5)、限位套(10)、楔挡圈(16)、螺柱(12)、防尘圈(15)、上、下导向环(11、4)、三通接口(18)、接口(23)、油管(22)、四通(21)、支撑钢筋(20)及密封组件(3、6、9、17)、油堵(19、24、25、26、27、28);所述的上耳座(14)与活柱体(7)焊接为一体,下耳座(1)与缸体(2)焊接为一体,缸箍(8)与缸体(2)上端外圆焊接为一体,活柱体(7)套装在缸体(2)内;所述活柱体(7)外圆与缸体(2)内圆的上部设有限位套(10),限位套(10)上部设有螺柱(12),限位套(10)的内、外圆沟槽内分别设有内、外圆限位套密封组件(9、17);由活柱体(7)的外圆、缸体(2)的内圆、限位套(10)、卡箍(5)、上卡箍密封组件(6)和内、外圆限位套密封组件(9、17)包围形成较小可变密封腔体;由活柱体(7)的内圆、缸体(2)的内圆、上耳座(14)、下耳座(1)及下卡箍密封组件(3)包围形成较大可变密封腔体;所述活柱体(7)外圆与缸体(2)内圆的下部设有卡箍(5),卡箍(5)的上下两端分别设有上、下卡箍密封组件(6、3),所述的缸体(2)的外圆下端设有连通较大可变密封腔体的接口(23),接口(23)与油管(22)焊接连通,油管(22)与四通(21)焊接连通;缸体(2)的外圆上端设有连通较小可变密封腔体的三通接口(18);
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铰接型悬浮液压立柱,其特征在于:所述的螺柱(12)与限位套(10)接触面的外圆上设有楔挡圈(16)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的铰接型悬浮液压立柱,其特征在于:所述的限位套(10)内圆沟槽内设有上导向环(11),所述的卡箍(5)外圆沟槽内设有下导向环(4)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的铰接型悬浮液压立柱,其特征在于:所述的上耳座(14)设有铰接轴圆通孔(30),所述的下耳座(1)上设有铰接轴圆通孔(29)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的铰接型悬浮液压立柱,其特征在于:所述的螺柱(12)内开有安设防尘圈(15)的沟槽。
