Description

在自动贴片工艺中,常采用卡扣来连接料带,当一定长度的料带用完时,不必再取下上料器以装上新的料带,提高了贴片机的工作效率。

本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的卡扣条及其配套的料带连接装置会影响接料工作效率或存在一定安全隐患的缺陷,提供一种卡扣条及料带连接装置,可避免废料的干扰,提高接料工作效率,提升操作安全性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造 一种卡扣条,包括:

在图示的实施例中,上部主体 205 包括通过可转动的连接件 207 连接到卡扣条送料部 203 的手柄 206 、以及与手柄 206 和卡扣条送料部 203 转动连接的上部压块 225 。其中连接件 207 的数量为两个,分别设置在手柄 206 的两侧,其一端与卡扣条送料部 203 上的转轴 208 转动连接,另一端与手柄 206 转动连接。手柄 206 的前端通过压块连接轴 209 与上部压块 225 转动连接,而上部压块 225 通过下部主体连接轴 210 与下部主体 201 连接。在转轴 208 上,套设有扭簧,其一个端脚抵置在手柄 206 上,另一端脚抵置在卡扣条送料部 203 上,并衡对两者施加弹力,这使得在没有外力的情况下,手柄 206 呈打开状态,手柄 206 与上部压块 225 之间的压块连接轴 209 的位置处于最低处,此时的状态如图 9 所示。在其他的实施例中,扭簧的一个端脚抵置在连接件 207 与手柄 206 的连接转轴上。
当施加外力,使手柄 206 压下时,连接件 207 以卡扣条送料部 203 上的转轴 208 为中心转动,手柄 206 的前端向上运动,带动压块连接轴 209 向上运动,从而使得上部压块 225 以下部主体连接轴 210 为中心转动,前端压下,此时的状态如图 10 所示。
料带固定部 202 设置在下部主体 201 的前端,并沿着下部主体 201 的宽度方向形成,使得即将相互连接的料带 300 沿着下部主体 201 的宽度方向配置。在料带 300 上,设置有传动孔 301 ;在料带固定部 202 的两端,设置有料带固定柱 212 ,用于与料带 300 上的传动孔 301 配合,从而使料带 300 定位。在图中示出了两根料带固定柱 212 ,但其数量不限于此,也可以是例如四根,这四根料带固定柱 212 位于同一直线上。
除此之外,在下部主体 201 上、靠近料带固定部 202 处,设置有可转动的压制件 213 ,该压制件 213 包括 L 形的压臂 214 ,当转动预定角度时,压臂 214 会抵置于料带固定部 202 上,压住所固定的料带 300 。
在料带连接部 204 上,设置有可被压下的切割组件 215 。该切割组件 215 的数量为两个,每个切割组件 215 均包括弹性部和定位部(未图示),弹性部恒对切割组件 215 施加向上的弹力,而定位部与料带连接部 204 的内壁配合,使得切割组件 215 克服弹力停留在图 7 所示的空闲位置。切割组件 215 包括切割部 216 ,在料带连接部 204 上,设置有与切割部 216 对应的切割孔 217 。当上部压块 225 的前端压下时,切割组件 215 被压下且向下运动,切割部 215 进入切割孔 216 ,从而对位于两者之间的、相邻卡扣 101 的连接部 102 进行切割,且切割下来的连接部 102 进入切割孔 216 内回收。当外力撤销后,切割组件 215 在弹力作用下回到空闲位置。
在料带连接部 204 的前端,还设置有卡扣条挡板 218 ,用于使卡扣条 100 定位。
卡扣条送料部 203 包括:卡扣条滑轨 219 ,用于沿着下部主体 201 的长度方向放置卡扣条 100 ;推送件 220 ,可滑动地设置在卡扣条滑轨 219 上,用于自动推送卡扣条 100 ;以及导向件 221 ,设置在卡扣条滑轨 219 的上方,且从下部主体 201 的中部延伸到下部主体 201 的前端。
具体而言,卡扣条滑轨 219 从下部主体 201 的后端一直延伸到前端。推送件 220 与设置在下部主体 201 前部的弹性元件(未图示)相连,且该弹性元件对推送件 220 施加朝向下部主体 201 前端的拉力。在推送件 220 的后端,设置有拉动部。
导向件 221 包括平板状主体 222 ,以及平板状主体 222 的左右两侧向下延伸的导向板 223 。该平板状主体 22 的高度可供推送件 220 进入,且该高度优选地稍大于卡扣 101 上的突刺 105 的高度。当卡扣条 100 被推送件 220 推送进入导向件 221 下方时,导向板 223 位于相邻的两个冲孔 104 之间。由于冲孔 104 周围有连接突刺 105 ,而该突刺 105 被导向板 223 挡住而无法移位,所以可以对整个卡扣条 100 起到导向作用。
该导向件 221 上设置有一弯折处(未图示),该弯折处呈弧形,与下部主体连接轴配合,且通过螺钉固定,该螺钉的固定方向沿着主体连接轴 210 的径向,使得导向件 221 保持固定。
为了便于对切割组件 215 进行挤压,而不对其他部分造成干涉,在上部压块 225 的前端,设有切割组件挤压部 224 ,该切割组件挤压部 224 突出于上部切块 207 的下表面,这样在挤压的过程中,上部压块 225 的其它部分不会与下部主体 201 接触。
以下简单说明本发明的料带连接装置的动作过程。当施加外力,使手柄 206 压下时,连接件 207 以卡扣条送料部 203 上的转轴 208 为中心转动,手柄 206 的前端向上运动,带动压块连接轴 209 向上运动,从而使得上部压块 225 以下部主体连接轴 210 为中心转动,前端的切割组件挤压部 224 压下,对料带连接部 204 上的卡扣条 100 进行切割,相邻卡扣 101 之间的连接部 102 被切断。同时,卡扣 101 上的连接突刺 105 发生变形从而扣接在料带 300 的连接孔周围,将相邻的两个料带连接在一起。
与现有技术相比,本发明的卡扣条 100 、以及料带连接装置 200 可减少废料,同时在切割的过程中,料带连接装置 200 可对废料进行回收,不会对节料操作形成干扰,保证了接料工作效率。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卡扣条,其特征在于,包括:
    多个卡扣,沿着宽度方向以相同的形态排列;以及
    用于连接相邻卡扣的多个卡扣连接部;
    其中所述卡扣连接部与相邻卡扣的宽度方向的侧边连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣条,其特征在于,所述卡扣包括条状主体、贯穿所述条状主体的多个冲孔、形成于所述冲孔周围的连接突刺、以及设置在相邻的冲孔之间的定位孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的卡扣条,其特征在于,所述卡扣连接部呈矩形、或者从连接卡扣的两端向中间逐渐变细的沙漏形。
  4. 一种料带连接装置,其特征在于,用于将如权利要求1所述的卡扣条与料带相连,所述料带连接装置包括:
    下部主体,包括:料带固定部,使即将被连接的所述料带以直线形态彼此对准;用于将所述卡扣条朝向与所述料带垂直的方向供给的卡扣条送料部;以及料带连接部,设置在所述料带固定部的前端和所述卡扣条送料部之间;以及
    上部主体,可转动地连接在所述下部主体上侧,包括:手柄,通过可转动的连接件连接到所述卡扣条送料部;以及上部压块,与所述手柄和卡扣条送料部转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的料带连接装置,其特征在于,所述连接件设置在所述手柄的两侧,一端与所述卡扣条送料部上的转轴转动连接,另一端与所述手柄转动连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的料带连接装置,其特征在于,在所述转轴上,套设有扭簧,其一个端脚抵置在所述手柄上,另一端脚抵置在所述卡扣条送料部上,并衡对两者施加弹力,使得在没有外力的情况下,所述手柄呈打开状态。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的料带连接装置,其特征在于,在所述料带上,设置有传动孔;在所述料带固定部的两端,设置有料带固定柱,用于与所述料带上的传动孔配合。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的料带连接装置,其特征在于,在所述料带连接部上,设置有可被压下的切割组件,所述切割组件包括切割部,在所述料带连接部上,设置有与所述切割部对应的切割孔。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的料带连接装置,其特征在于,在所述料带连接部的前端,还设置有用于使卡扣条定位的卡扣条挡板。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的料带连接装置,其特征在于,所述卡扣条送料部包括:用于沿着下部主体的长度方向放置卡扣条的卡扣条滑轨;用于自动推送所述卡扣条的推送件,可滑动地设置在所述卡扣条滑轨上,;以及导向件,设置在所述卡扣条滑轨的上方,且从所述下部主体的中部延伸到所述下部主体的前端。
