Abstract

一种电子负载机,包括:机箱(100),设置在机箱上的具有电磁干扰的一个或多个干扰源组件;在一个或多个干扰源组件上设置有屏蔽罩(101,102,103,104)。干扰源组件包括电源主板、AC转接板和显示屏线路板。通过在干扰源组件上设置能够屏蔽掉电磁波的屏蔽罩,既可以避免干扰源组件所产生的电磁波泄漏影响其他组件的正常运行,又可以避免外部组件所产生的电磁波干扰到屏蔽罩内组件的正常运行,从而提高了电子负载机的精确性。

一种电子负载机
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电源制造领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种电子负载机。 【背景技术】
电子负载机是针对各式 S.P.S. (转换式电源供应器)设计的多功能电子负 载仪器, 专门提供给生产部门, 检验部门或是开发部门使用。 电子负载机可以 模拟真实环境中的负载 (用电器) 来检测电源的好坏。 其功能相当多, 包括可 以调节负载大小, 以及短路, 过流, 动态等等。 电子负载的原理是控制内功率 或晶体管的导通量 (量占空比大小),靠功率管的耗散功率消耗电能的设备,它能够 准确检测出负载电压,精确调整负载电流, 同时可以实现模拟负载短路,模拟负载 是感性阻性和容性,容性负载电流上升时间。
电子负载机内部设置有多种线路板、 各种仪器等在通电使用时具有电磁干 扰的干扰源组件, 线路板以及仪器在工作时会产生各种电磁干扰现象, 电磁干 扰致使电子负载机内的各种仪器及线路运行受到干扰而降低电子负载机的精确 性。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种精确性高的电子负载机。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种电子负载机, 包括: 机 箱, 设置在机箱上的具有电磁干扰的干扰源组件, 所述一个或多个干扰源组件 上设置有屏蔽罩。
优选的, 所述干扰源组件包括有电源主板, 所述电源主板上设置有屏蔽罩。 电源主板会产生电磁干扰, 使用屏蔽罩进行屏蔽, 以避免影响到其它组件的正 常运行, 同时也能够避免其他组件影响到电源主板的正常运行, 进而提供电子 负载机的精确性。 优选的, 所述屏蔽罩上设置有用于将其固定到电子负载机的机箱上的安装 结构。 通过安装结构将屏蔽罩固定到机箱上, 从而可以避免屏蔽罩与电源主板 直接接触, 影响到电源主板的稳定性。
优选的, 所述屏蔽罩上设置有用于线路铺设的开口,。 通过在屏蔽罩上设置 开口以使线路可以通过。
优选的, 所述干扰源组件包括有前端显示屏线路板, 所述前端显示屏线路 板上也设置有屏蔽罩。 前端显示屏的线路较为集中, 也是电磁干扰的主要发生 组件。
优选的, 所述干扰源组件包括有 AC转接板, 所述 AC转接板上也设置有屏 蔽罩。 AC转接板也是电磁干扰的主要组件, 针对这些干扰源较大的组件, 设置 屏蔽罩以提高电子负载机的精确性。
所述电子负载机设置有一标配电源输入插座, 还设置有与所述标配电源输 入插座不同电压等级的增设电源输入插座。 通过设置增设电源输入插座, 以提 高电子负载机的通用性, 满足多个地区的使用需要。
优选的, 所述电子负载机上设置有一个增设电源输入插座, 所述增设电源 输入插座上设置有多个针脚, 所述多个针脚相互组合而对应到多种不同电压的 输入。 通过在一个增设电源输入插座上设置多个增加, 并通过组合使用而对应 到不同的电压, 从而避免因为需求而增加多个增设电源输入插座, 节约生产成 本及优化设计。
优选的, 所述增设电源输入插座上设置有四个针脚, 包括一个中性线针脚 以及三个火线针脚, 所述中性线针脚与中性线连接, 所述三个火线针脚分别与 90 V, 110V以及 120V输入线路连接, 所述输入线路共用一条中性线。 满足几种 常用的电压等级需求。
本发明由于在电子负载机的具有电磁干扰的干扰源组件如电源主板, AC转 接板等组件上设置屏蔽罩, 通过屏蔽罩将电磁波屏蔽掉, 以避免这些干扰源组 件所产生的电磁波泄露而影响到其它组件的正常运行, 也能够避免外部组件所 产生的电磁波干扰到屏蔽罩内的组件的正常运行, 从而提高电子负载机的精确 性。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1 所示为本发明所述的电子负载机, 其包括: 电源主板及其上的 AC 转接板屏蔽罩 101、 环形变压器及其上的环形屏蔽罩 102、 AC转接板及其上的 电源主板屏蔽罩 101以及显示屏线路板及其上的显示屏线路板屏蔽罩 104。通过 屏蔽罩将电磁波屏蔽掉, 以避免这些干扰源组件所产生的电磁波泄露而影响到 其它组件的正常运行, 从而提高电子负载机的精确性。
本实施例以电源主板的屏蔽罩为例, 如图 2所示, 电源主板主要为长方形 电路板, 其上设置有多种线路及元器件, 导通电路后产生较大的电磁干扰, 在 电源主板上设置了一长方体形状的电源主板屏蔽罩 103,电源主板屏蔽罩 103的 大小比电源主板的大小稍大, 刚好罩住电源主板, 电源主板屏蔽罩 103 内部的 深度可以容纳电源主板及其上的元器件, 避免电源主板屏蔽罩 103 与电源主板 上的元器件直接接触或抵压而影响到元器件的正常运行或者破坏这些元器件; 更正页 (细则第 91条) 电源主板屏蔽罩 103上设置有用于将其固定到机箱 100上的安装结构 1031, 安 装结构 1031上设置有螺钉孔, 电源主板屏蔽罩 1031通过螺钉固定到机箱 100 上。
电源主板屏蔽罩 103上还设置有用于提供线路铺设的开口 1032, 开口 1032 的方向尽量避免朝向其它重要的组件, 进而避免电磁波泄漏影响到这些重要的 组件。
如图 3所示在电子负载机的后面板上设置有: 标配电源输入插头 10、 S.P.S 输入插头 20、 增设电源输入插头 30、 用于选择标配电源输入插头 10与增设电 源输入插头 30的电源选择调换开关 40、 以及用于保证线路安全的保险丝 50。 其中,标配电压输入插头 10用于配置 115V标准电压以及 230V标准电源的输入, 而增设电源输入插头 30用于配置 90V、 110V以及 120或是更多的电源的输入; 另夕卜,电子负载机还设置有用于将标配电源输入插头 10连接到 115V或 230V线 路的线路选择开关 11。
如图中所示, 本发明中, 电子负载机设置了一个增设电源输入插座 30, 所 述增设电源输入插座 30上设置有四个针脚, 如图 4所示, 四个针脚中包括一个 中性线针脚 COM以及三个火线针脚 IN-1、 IN-2以及 IN-3 , 中心线针脚与中性 线连接, 而火线针脚分别与 90V、 110V以及 120V线路连接, 三个不同电压等 级的输入线路共用一条中性线, 进而使得该增设电源输入插座 30可以提供三种 不同电压的电源输入。 增设电源输入插座 30以及标配电源输入插座 10分别通 过调换开关选择, 如图中所示, 通过调换开关 40 ( Source Select )选择所需要的 输入插座。
如图 3所示, 针对 90V线路、 110V线路、 120V线路、 115V和 230V、 以 及中性线,分别设置了相应的保险丝 50,本实施例中共 5个保险丝分别为: AC-1、 AC- 2、 AC-3、 AC-N以及 line (线路),其中 line为 115V或 230V线路的保险丝。 通过保险丝 50的保护, 从而确保各条线路的安全性, 同时也确保电子负载机的 安全。 更正页 (细则第 91条) 本实施例中, 四个针脚按方形排列, 以便于插头的制作, 同时节约空间, 插头也可以根据需要进行相应的制作。如图 3中所示,在 90V、 110V以及 120V 线路中还分别设置有开关, 用于控制不同电压的输入。
当然, 增设电源输入插座 30的针脚数量可以根据需要而定, 根据所需输入 电压的等级, 可以设置相应数量的针脚以满足需求, 通过对针脚定义并连线而 使针脚具有不同的功能, 然后进行相应的组合满足多种电压的输入接口, 同时 在电路中进行相应的线路连接设置, 就能满足不同的电源输入要求。
另外, 本发明也可以通过增加三个普通的增设电源输入插座分别满足 90V、 110以及 120V的电源输入要求,或者更多。但次方法在成本上要多加几个插头, 在设计上也占用较大空间, 线路的连接也较为麻烦。

1、 一种电子负载机, 包括: 机箱, 设置在机箱上的具有电磁干扰的干扰源 组件, 其特征在于, 所述一个或多个干扰源组件上设置有屏蔽罩。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述干扰源组件包 括有电源主板, 所述电源主板上设置有屏蔽罩。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述屏蔽罩上设置 有用于将其固定到电子负载机的机箱上的安装结构。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述屏蔽罩上设置 有用于铺线线路的开口。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述干扰源组件包 括有前端显示屏线路板, 所述前端显示屏线路板上也设置有屏蔽罩。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述干扰源组件包 括有 AC转接板, 所述 AC转接板上也设置有屏蔽罩。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述电子负载机设 置有一标配电源输入插座, 还设置有与所述标配电源输入插座不同电压等级的 增设电源输入插座。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述电子负载机上 设置有一个增设电源输入插座, 所述增设电源输入插座上设置有多个针脚, 所 述多个针脚相互组合而对应到多种不同电压的输入。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的一种电子负载机, 其特征在于, 所述增设电源输入 插座上设置有四个针脚, 包括一个中性线针脚以及三个火线针脚, 所述中性线 针脚与中性线连接, 所述三个火线针脚分别与 90V、 110V以及 120V输入线路 连接, 所述输入线路共用一条中性线。
