本发明涉及玩具领域,特别是涉及一种组合式玩具。
背景技术
由于生活水平的提高,越来越多的家长对儿童的玩具也越来越重视。虽然市场上的玩具种类名目繁多,但是通常情况的仅仅状态,图案单一的玩具,即便是能够进行搭接、组装的也只是简单的拼凑,且结构不容易定型。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种随意拆卸、组合的组合式玩具。
一种组合式玩具,包括多种组合件及至少一个把手,每种组合件的数量均为多个,每个组合件上均设置有至少一个把手孔,所述把手具有一端部,所述端部截面的形状与所述把手孔截面的形状相匹配,每个把手均可同时穿设于分别位于任意两个组合件上的两个把手孔内,从而将所述任意两个组合件连接,以使多个所述组合件组合成预定的形状。
在其中一个实施例中,每种所述组合件均包括板体,所述板体上至少设置一个条状体,所述条状体上设有至少一个贯通所述条状体的把手孔,所述把手孔的延伸方向与所述板体平行,与所述条状体的延伸方向垂直,所述把手一端插入所述板体中,另一端插入所述条状体中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述组合式玩具包括多个第一组合件,所述第一组合件包括一方形的第一板体,所述第一板体的四个边缘分别垂直延伸出首尾相接的第一条状体、第二条状体、第三条状体及第四条状体,所述第一条状体、第二条状体、第三条状体及第四条状体上均设有至少一个贯通的第一把手孔,所述第一把手孔的延伸方向均与其所在的条状体的延伸方向相垂直,且与所述第一板体平行。
在其中一个实施例中,所述组合式玩具包括多个第二组合件,所述第二组合件包括一方形的第二板体,沿所述第二板体的一个边缘设有至少一排贯通所述第二板体的第二把手孔,所述第二板体的另外三个边缘分别垂直延伸出顺次相接的第五条状体、第六条状体及第七条状体,所述第五条状体、第六条状体及第七条状体上均设有至少一个贯通的第三把手孔,所述第三把手孔的延伸方向均与其所在的条状体的延伸方向相垂直,且与所述第二板体平行。
在其中一个实施例中,所述组合式玩具包括多个第三组合件,所述第三组合件包括一方形的第三板体,沿所述第三板体的一个边缘设有至少一排贯通所述第三板体的第四把手孔,沿所述第三板体的所述一个边缘相邻的另一个边缘设有至少一排贯通所述第三板体的第五把手孔,所述第三板体的另外两个边缘分别垂直延伸出相接的第八条状体及第九条状体,所述第八条状体及第九条状体上均设有至少一个贯通的第六把手孔,所述第六把手孔的延伸方向均与其所在的条状体的延伸方向相垂直,且与所述第三板体平行。
在其中一个实施例中,所述组合式玩具包括多个第四组合件,所述第四组合件包括角块及与所述角块相连接的第四板体及第五板体,所述第四板体与第五板体的延伸方向具有一定的夹角,在角块的相邻的两边分别设置第七把手孔、及第八把手孔,所述角块通过所述第七把手孔、及第八把手孔连接所述第四板体、第五板体。
在其中一个实施例中,各组合件上的相邻的两个所述把手孔的孔中心距离距离为50mm。
上述组合式玩具利用多种组合件及多个把手,每个把手均可同时穿设于分别位于任意两个组合件上的两个把手孔内,从而将所述任意两个组合件连接,以使多个所述组合件组合成预定的形状。组装拆卸简单,还可以进行随意组合。
板体和条状体的组合设置,并且把手的两端分别插入板体和条状体。不同方向上设置条状体,可以组合出不同角度的造型。
第一组合件包括一方形的第一板体,所述第一板体的四个边缘分别垂直延伸出首尾相接的第一条状体、第二条状体、第三条状体及第四条状体。如此拼接出的可以随意的改变形状。

请参阅图1、图2及图3,一种组合式玩具包括多种组合件10及多个把手11。每种组合件10的数量均为多个,每个组合件10上均设置有至少一个把手孔12。把手11具有一端部,端部截面的形状与把手孔12截面的形状相匹配,每个把手11均可同时穿设于分别位于任意两个组合件上的两个把手孔12内,从而将任意两个组合件10连接,以使多个组合件10组合成预定的形状。
每种组合件10均包括板体13,板体13上至少设置一个条状体14,条状体14上设有至少一个贯通条状体14的把手孔12。把手孔12的延伸方向与板体13平行,与条状体14的延伸方向垂直。把手11一端插入板体13中,另一端插入条状体14中。
组合式玩具包括多个第一组合件15,第一组合件15包括一方形的第一板体151,第一板体151的四个边缘分别垂直延伸出首尾相接的第一条状体152、第二条状体153、第三条状体154及第四条状体155,第一条状体152、第二条状体153、第三条状体154及第四条状体155上均设有至少一个贯通的第一把手孔156,第一把手孔156的延伸方向均与其所在的条状体的延伸方向相垂直,且与第一板体151平行。
上述组合式玩具利用多种组合件及多个把手,每个把手均可同时穿设于分别位于任意两个组合件上的两个把手孔内,从而将所述任意两个组合件连接,以使多个所述组合件组合成预定的形状。组装拆卸简单,还可以进行随意组合。
板体和条状体的组合设置,并且把手的两端分别插入板体和条状体。不同方向上设置条状体,可以组合出不同角度的造型。

实施例三
请参阅图6及图7,组合式玩具包括多个第三组合件30,第三组合件30包括一方形的第三板体31,沿第三板体31的一个边缘设有至少一排贯通第三板体31的第四把手孔32,沿第三板体31的一个边缘相邻的另一个边缘设有至少一排贯通第三板体31的第五把手孔33,第三板体31的另外两个边缘分别垂直延伸出相接的第八条状体34及第九条状体35,第八条状体34及第九条状体35上均设有至少一个贯通的第六把手孔(图未示),第六把手孔的延伸方向均与其所在的条状体的延伸方向相垂直,且与第三板体平行。
实施例四
请参阅图8及图9,组合式玩具包括多个第四组合件40,角块41及与角块41相连接的第四板体42及第五板体43,第四板体42与第五板体43的延伸方向具有一定的夹角,在角块41的相邻的两边分别设置第七把手孔44、及第八把手孔45,角块41通过第七把手孔44、及第八把手孔45连接第四板体42、第五板体43。
各组合件上的相邻的两个把手孔的孔中心距离距离为50mm。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的组合式玩具,其特征在于,每种所述组合件均包括板体,所述板体上至少一个条状体,所述条状体上设有至少一个贯通所述条状体的把手孔,所述把手孔的延伸方向与所述板体平行,与所述条状体的延伸方向垂直,所述把手一端插入所述板体中,另一端插入所述条状体中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的组合式玩具,其特征在于,所述组合式玩具包括多个第一组合件,所述第一组合件包括一方形的第一板体,所述第一板体的四个边缘分别垂直延伸出首尾相接的第一条状体、第二条状体、第三条状体及第四条状体,所述第一条状体、第二条状体、第三条状体及第四条状体上均设有至少一个贯通的第一把手孔,所述第一把手孔的延伸方向均与其所在的条状体的延伸方向相垂直,且与所述第一板体平行。
