第一积木元件的第一连接头101和第一凹孔104进一步优选的结构为:第一连接头101包括一凸设于正方体本体100表面的横截面呈正多边形的凸台103、及一设于凸台103顶面的柱体102;相应的,第一凹孔104包括一设于正方体本体100表面的与所述凸台103尺寸相匹配的凹槽106、及一开设于所述凹槽105的底部且与所述柱体102尺寸相匹配的孔106。采用这种优选结构的第一连接头101和第一凹孔104,当两个第一积木元件1通过第一连接头101和第一凹孔104互相拼接在一起时,第一连接头101不容易在第一凹孔104内随意转动,从而可更好的保持所搭建造型的结构稳定。第一连接头101其凸台103的横截面优选为呈正八角形。
为了让积木玩具造型更为灵活多变,在第一积木元件1的正方体本体100表面还开设有多个第二凹孔107,可在第一积木元件1的正方体本体100的一个表面或者多个表面均设有 第二凹孔107。图1所示的第一积木元件1,其具体是在第一积木元件1正方体本体100的六个面均设有四个第二凹孔107,每个面上的四个第二凹孔107均布于相应表面的四角,处于同一表面的相邻两个第二凹孔107其中心距离为第二凹孔107的中心距其所在表面边缘的最短距离的两倍。
为了让积木玩具具有更为灵活多变的造型结构,积木玩具还可进一步具有多个第二积木元件。多个第二积木元件之间具有相同的基本结构,以图2所示的第二积木元件为例,第二积木元件其基本结构是:第二积木元件具有一本体201,在第二积木元件的本体201表面凸设有可与第二凹孔107形成紧密配合的连接柱301。第二积木元件通过连接柱301可插入第一积木元件1的第二凹孔107内,形成紧密配合。积木玩具所含有的多个第二积木元件,其具体结构形式可以为一种,也可以同时有不同具体结构的第二积木元件存在,下面结合附图2~9对本发明提供的积木玩具中可采用的几种不同具体结构的第二积木元件作进一步详细的说明。
图2所示为一种具体的第二积木元件2.1。该第二积木元件2.1具有一长方体本体201,在该长方体本体201的一面凸设有多个连接柱301,这些连接柱301其尺寸设置为可与第一积木元件1的第二凹孔107紧密配合连接。优选的,第二积木元件2.1其长方体本体201的长度为第一积木元件1的正方体本体100边长的整数倍。图2所示的第二积木元件2.1,其长方体本体201的长度具体为图1所示第一积木元件1正方体本体100边长的2倍。图2中,长方体本体201一面设有4个相互间隔布置的连接柱301,相邻两个连接柱301的间距正好设置为和图1中所示正方体本体100上位于同一表面的相邻两个第二凹孔107的间距一致,且,首尾两个连接柱301距离长方体本体边缘的最短距离和图1中所示正方体本体100上的第二凹孔107距离正方体本体100表面边缘的最短距离一致。采用图2所示第二积木元件2.1,可将其同时和两个第一积木元件1进行拼接。
图3所示为另一个具体的第二积木元件2.2。该第二积木元件2.2具有一长方体本体202,在长方体本体202的上表面凸设有多个连接柱301,这些连接柱301其尺寸设置为可与第一积木元件1的第二凹孔107紧密配合连接。在该第二积木元件2.2的长方体本体202的表面还设有多个第三凹孔302,第三凹孔302的结构与第一积木元件1表面的第二凹孔107一样,第三凹孔302与连接柱301相适配,其尺寸设置为可以和连接柱301紧密配合。从而,一个第二积木元件2.2的连接柱301可以和另一个第二积木元件2.2的第三凹孔302紧密配合连接,从而实现第二积木元件2.2之间的两两拼接。图3所示的第二积木元件2.2,其长方体本体202的长、宽优选为均与第一积木元件1正方体本体100的边长相等。图3的长方体本体202其上表面的两个连接柱301设于对角上,正好与图1所示的第一积木元件1处于同一表面对角 的两个第二凹孔107相对应。更进一步的,在图3所示的第二积木元件2.2的长方体本体202表面设有第四凹孔303,第四凹孔303的结构与第一积木元件1的第一凹孔104基本相同。该第四凹孔303可以和第一积木元件1的第一连接头101紧密配合连接。第四凹孔303的优选结构是:第四凹孔303包括一设于第二积木元件2.2的本体202表面的可与第一连接头101的凸台相匹配的正多边形凹槽304、及一开设于正多边形凹槽304的底部且与柱体102相匹配的孔305。图3所示的第二积木元件2.2,其长方体本体202的上下表面均可设有第三凹孔302、第四凹孔303,从而增加造型的灵活性。
图4所示的第二积木元件2.3为在图3所示的第二积木元件2.2的基础上的一种变形,其和图3所示第二积木元件2.2的不同在于,其长方体本体203的长度为图1中正方体本体100边长的两倍,采用该第二积木元件2.3,可以将其同时和两个第一积木元件1进行拼接。
图5所示的第二积木元件2.4和图3的基本相同,其主要不同在于,图5所示的第二积木元件2.4其连接柱301不仅设于长方体本体202的上表面,在长方体本体202侧面也设有连接柱301。
图6所示为另一种具体的第二积木元件2.5。图7为图6的背面结构示意图。图6所示的第二积木元件2.5与图3所示的第二积木元件2.2有许多相同之处,对于相同之处不再赘述,二者的主要不同在于:图6所示的第二积木元件2.5其长方体本体204表面没有设置第四凹孔303,而其长方体本体204的背面镶嵌有磁性元件306(参见图7),具体的,在长方体本体204的背面设有镶嵌槽,磁性元件306镶嵌于镶嵌槽中。磁性元件306具体可以采用单面磁铁等现有的磁性元件。通过设置磁性元件306,从而可以和其他可被磁性吸附的积木构件组合使用,增加造型的多样性,同时也可增添积木的乐趣。
多个第二积木元件中,还可进一步具有本体为三棱柱本体的第二积木元件,从而使得造型空间感更强,造型的方向变幻更容易。下面结合附图8~9对这种本体为三棱柱本体的第二积木元件进行详细说明。
图8所示为本体205为三棱柱本体的第二积木元件2.6。该第二积木元件2.6,其三棱柱本体205的侧面设有多个连接柱301,这些连接柱301其尺寸设置为可与第一积木元件1的第二凹孔107紧密配合连接。在三棱柱本体2.6的底面设有第四凹孔303,第四凹孔303的结构与第一积木元件1的第一凹孔104基本相同,该第四凹孔303可以和第一积木元件1的第一连接头101紧密配合连接。优选的,图8所示的第二积木元件2.6,其三棱柱本体205的底面的两条边的边长和第一积木元件1的正方体本体100的边长相等。进一步的,可在图8的第二积木元件的三棱柱本体的上、下底面均设有第四凹孔303。为了丰富积木元件的造型灵活性,积木玩具所含有的多个第二积木元件中,可包含多个本体为三棱柱本体的第二积木元 件,三棱柱本体的底面三角形可以有多种形式,例如可以为直角三角形、锐角三角形等。图8所示为底面三角形为等腰直角三角形的第二积木元件2.6,图9所示为底面三角形为等腰锐角三角形的第二积木元件2.7。
本发明提供的积木玩具,还可进一步包含有第三积木元件3,参见图10。第三积木元件3具有一本体206,在第三积木元件3的本体206表面设有可与所述第一连接头101紧密配合的第五凹孔401,第五凹孔401的结构与第一凹孔104基本相同,不再赘述。第三积木元件的一种具体结构如图10所示,其本体206为长方体本体,在长方体本体的表面还设有多个第六凹孔501,第六凹孔的结构与第一积木元件1的第二凹孔107一样,其可以和具有连接柱的第二积木元件进行紧密配合连接。图10所示的第三积木元件3,其长方体本体206的长具体为第一积木元件1正方体本体100边长的两倍,其宽与第一积木元件1正方体本体100的边长相等。进一步的,图10所示的第三积木元件3,其长方体本体的上下表面均可设有第五凹孔401、第六凹孔501,从而增加造型的灵活性。
在实际应用中,为了便于积木造型,图2~9所示的第二积木元件,其长方体本体的宽可设置为与第一积木元件1正方体本体100的边长相等,其高可设置为第一积木元件正方体本体100的边长的1/2、1/3或1/4。
本发明还可进一步包括有第四积木元件4,其结构示意图参见图11。该第四积木元件4其具有正方体本体601,在该本体601的两个面或多个面设有向外凸伸的第二连接头602,具体的,可在本体601的相邻或相对的两个面设有第二连接头602。该第二连接头602可与第一积木元件1的第一凹孔104相适配,第二连接头602插入第一凹孔104中时,二者可紧密配合。进一步的,在本体601表面还设有第七凹孔603,该第七凹孔603可与设于第一积木元件1的第一连接头101相适配,当第一连接头101插入第七凹孔603时二者可紧密配合。第二连接头602其结构可和第一连接头101相同,第七凹孔603其结构可和第一凹孔104相同,在此不再赘述。作为优选的,第七凹孔603和第二连接头602二者不设于同一表面。更为优选的,第七凹孔603、第二连接头602均优选设于正方体本体601相应表面的中部。第四积木元件4的其余结构均可与第一积木元件1相同,不再赘述。该第四积木元件与其他积木元件搭配组合使用,可进一步增强造型的灵活性。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,凡是对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意味着包含这些改动和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种积木玩具,其特征在于,包括多个第一积木元件,每个第一积木元件均具有一正方体本体,所述正方体本体其一面设有一向外凸伸的第一连接头,正方体本体的其他五个面均设有一第一凹孔,第一连接头和第一凹孔相适配,且当第一连接头插入至第一凹孔内时二者可紧密配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,所述第一连接头包括一凸设于正方体本体表面的横截面呈正多边形的凸台、及一设于凸台顶面的柱体,所述第一凹孔包括一设于正方体本体表面的与所述凸台相匹配的凹槽、及一开设于所述凹槽的底部且与所述柱体相匹配的孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,在第一积木元件的正方体本体表面还开设有多个第二凹孔;所述积木玩具还具有多个第二积木元件,所述第二积木元件具有一本体,在第二积木元件的本体表面凸设有可与所述第二凹孔形成紧密配合的连接柱。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,第二积木元件其本体的表面开设有第三凹孔,所述第三凹孔与所述连接柱相适配且当所述连接柱插入第三凹孔内时二者可紧密配合。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,第二积木元件的本体表面还开设有可与第一积木元件的第一连接头形成紧密配合的第四凹孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,第一积木元件其第一连接头包括一凸设于第一积木元件的正方体本体表面的横截面呈正多边形的凸台、及一设于凸台顶面的柱体;
    第二积木元件其第四凹孔包括一设于第二积木元件的本体表面的与所述凸台相匹配的正多边形凹槽、及一开设于所述正多边形凹槽的底部且与所述柱体相匹配的孔。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,第二积木元件其本体表面镶嵌有磁性元件。
  8. 根据权利要求3~7任意一项所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,所述多个第二积木元件其本体为长方体本体或三棱柱本体;
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,所述长方体本体其长为第一积木元件正方体本体的边长的整数倍,其宽与第一积木元件正方体本体的边长相等,其高为第一积木元件正方体本体的边长的1/2、1/3或1/4;
    或者,所述三棱柱本体其底面三角形的两条边的边长和第一积木元件正方体本体的边长相等。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的积木玩具,其特征在于,所述积木玩具还具有第三积木元件,所述第三积木元件具有本体,第三积木元件的本体表面设有可与所述第一连接头紧密配合的第五凹孔。
