拼接结构二:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第一连接面完全重合,两第一连接面上的一类凸起和一类凹槽对应插接;
拼接结构三:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的一类凹槽与另一积木第一连接面上的2个一类凸起相应插接;
拼接结构四:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的6个连接面可同时与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任6个积木对应插接。
其中,上述的积木的拼接结构还可以包括如下几种:
拼接结构五:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第二连接面完全重合,第一连接面上的四类凸起与第二连接面上的四类凹槽插接;
拼接结构六:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第一连接面完全重合,两第一连接面上的四类凸起和四类凹槽对应插接;
拼接结构七:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的四类凹槽与另一积木第一连接面上的2个四类凸起相应插接;
拼接结构八:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的6个连接面可同时与四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任6个积木对应插接。
其中,上述的积木的拼接结构还可以包括如下几种:
拼接结构九:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的2个四类凸起与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的任一连接面上的任两个对角设置的一类插槽插接配合;
拼接结构十:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的对角设置的一类插槽与四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的2个四类凸起插接配合;
拼接结构十一:五类积木的任一第二连接面上的五类凹槽与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
拼接结构十二:五类积木的第一连接面上的五类凹槽与三类积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
拼接结构十三:六类积木的任一第二连接面上的六类通孔与与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
拼接结构十四:六类积木的第一连接面上的六类通孔与三类积木的第一连接面上的一个一类凸起插接配合。
本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:本发明所述的积木及其拼接结构,适用范围广,趣味性强,易于推广使用。

实现本发明的最佳方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细的描述,以更进一步了解本发明的目的、方案及功效,但并非作为本发明所附权利要求保护范围的限制。
本发明针对现有的拼接方式单一、趣味性差等问题,提供一种积木及其拼接结构。
本发明的实施例提供一种积木,其一面为第一连接面,其余面为第二连接面,所述第一连接面上设有凸起和凹槽,所述第二连接面上设有凹槽,所述凸起与第一连接面和第二连接面上的凹槽均能相互插接。
如图1所示的一类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面1和5个第二连接面2,所述第一连接面1的其中两个对角设有一类凸起12,另两个对角设有一类凹槽11;
每一所述第二连接面2上均布有4个一类凹槽11;
所述一类凸起12与第一连接面1和第二连接面2上的一类凹槽11均能相互插接;
每一所述一类凹槽11的4个角上设有一类插槽111。
如图2所示的二类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面1和5个第二连接面2,其第一、第二连接面较之一类积木的第一、第二连接面在中心位置处增设一圆形通孔13。
如图3所示的三类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面1和5个第二连接面2,其第一连接面上较之一类积木的第一连接面在一类凸起12的4个角处增设1个一类插槽111,其第二连接面与一类积木的第二连接面相同。
如图4所示的四类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,所述第一连接面的其中两个对角设有四类凸起14,另两个对角设有四类凹槽15;
每一所述第二连接面上均布有4个四类凹槽15;
所述四类凸起14与第一连接面和第二连接面上的四类凹槽15均能相互插接;
所述四类凸起14与一类插槽111能相互插接。
如图5所示的五类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,其第一、第二连接面较之四类积木的第一、第二连接面在中心位置处增设一五类凹槽16;
所述五类凹槽16与一类凸起12能相互插接。
如图6所示的六类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,其第一、第二连接面较之四类积木的第一、第二连接面在中心位置处增设一六类通孔17。
所述六类通孔17与一类凸起12能相互插接。
本发明实施例还提供一种积木的拼接结构,包括如下几种:
如图7所示的拼接结构一:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第二连接面完全重合,第一连接面上的一类凸起与第二连接面上的一类凹槽插接。
如图8所示的拼接结构二:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第一连接面完全重合,两第一连接面上的一类凸起和一类凹槽对应插接。
如图9所示的拼接结构三:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的一类凹槽与另一积木第一连接面上的2个一类凸起相应插接。
如图10所示的拼接结构四:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的6个连接面可同时与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任6个积木对应插接。
如图11所示的拼接结构五:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第二连接面完全重合,第一连接面上的四类凸起与第二连接面上的四类凹槽插接;
如图12所示的拼接结构六:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第一连接面完全重合,两第一连接面上的四类凸起和四类凹槽对应插接;
如图13所示的拼接结构七:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的四类凹槽与另一积木第一连接面上的 2个四类凸起相应插接;
如图14所示的拼接结构八:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的6个连接面可同时与四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任6个积木对应插接。
如图15(a)、(b)、(c)和(d)所示的拼接结构九:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的2个四类凸起与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的任一连接面上的任两个对角设置的一类插槽插接配合。
如图16所示的拼接结构十:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的对角设置的一类插槽与四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的2个四类凸起插接配合。
如图17所示的拼接结构十一:五类积木的任一第二连接面上的五类凹槽与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合。
如图18所示的拼接结构十二:五类积木的第一连接面上的五类凹槽与三类积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合。
如图19拼接结构十三:六类积木的任一第二连接面上的六类通孔与与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
如图20拼接结构十四:六类积木的第一连接面上的六类通孔与三类积木的第一连接面上的一个一类凸起插接配合。
本实施例的积木除上述举例的正六面体结构,也可以变为等边三棱柱(图21)、等腰直角三棱柱(图22a、22b)、长方体(图23)、直角内凹三棱柱(图24)、四分之一圆柱体(图25a、25b)、L形贴片(图26)、直形贴片(图27)、半球体(图28a、28b)、底板一(图29)、底板二(图30a、30b)、关节一(图31)、关节二(图32)、车轴(图33a、33b)、旋转件(图34a、34b)、车轮一(图35)、车轮二(图36)。另外也可在此基础上增加与之配合的多种配件。
当然,在特殊时候第一连接面上可以设置一个凸起或者多个凸起,第二连接面上可以设置一个凹槽或者多个凹槽。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业应用性
本发明积木及其拼接结构,适用范围广,趣味性强,易于推广使用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种积木,其特征在于,其一面为第一连接面,其余面为第二连接面,所述第一连接面上设有凸起和凹槽,所述第二连接面上设有凹槽,所述凸起与第一连接面和第二连接面上的凹槽均能相互插接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的积木,其特征在于,包括一类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,所述第一连接面的其中两个对角设有一类凸起,另两个对角设有一类凹槽;
    每一所述第二连接面上均布有4个一类凹槽;
    所述一类凸起与第一连接面和第二连接面上的一类凹槽均能相互插接;
    每一所述一类凹槽的4个角上设有一类插槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的积木,其特征在于,包括二类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,其第一、第二连接面较之一类积木的第一、第二连接面在中心位置处增设一圆形通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的积木,其特征在于,包括三类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,其第一连接面上较之一类积木的第一连接面在一类凸起的4个角处增设1个一类插槽,其第二连接面与一类积木的第二连接面相同。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的积木,其特征在于,包括四类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,所述第一连接面的其中两个对角设有四类凸起,另两个对角设有四类凹槽;
    每一所述第二连接面上均布有4个四类凹槽;
    所述四类凸起与第一连接面和第二连接面上的四类凹槽均能相互插接;
    所述四类凸起与一类插槽能相互插接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的积木,其特征在于,包括五类积木,为正六面体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,其第一、第二连接面较之四类积木的第一、第二连接面在中心位置处增设一五类凹槽;
    所述五类凹槽与一类凸起能相互插接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的积木,其特征在于,包括六类积木,为正六面 体结构,分为1个第一连接面和5个第二连接面,其第一、第二连接面较之四类积木的第一、第二连接面在中心位置处增设一六类通孔。
    所述六类通孔与一类凸起能相互插接。
  8. 一种如权利要求2至7中任一项所述的积木的拼接结构,其特征在于,包括如下几种:
    拼接结构一:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第二连接面完全重合,第一连接面上的一类凸起与第二连接面上的一类凹槽插接;
    拼接结构二:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第一连接面完全重合,两第一连接面上的一类凸起和一类凹槽对应插接;
    拼接结构三:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的一类凹槽与另一积木第一连接面上的2个一类凸起相应插接;
    拼接结构四:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的6个连接面可同时与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任6个积木对应插接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的积木的拼接结构,其特征在于,还包括如下几种:
    拼接结构五:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第二连接面完全重合,第一连接面上的四类凸起与第二连接面上的四类凹槽插接;
    拼接结构六:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面和另一积木的第一连接面完全重合,两第一连接面上的四类凸起和四类凹槽对应插接;
    拼接结构七:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的四类凹槽与另一积木第一连接面上的2个四类凸起相应插接;
    拼接结构八:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的6个连接面可 同时与四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任6个积木对应插接。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的积木的拼接结构,其特征在于,还包括如下几种:
    拼接结构九:四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的2个四类凸起与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的任一连接面上的任两个对角设置的一类插槽插接配合;
    拼接结构十:一类积木、二类积木及三类积木的任两个积木并排放置,两相邻且不属于同一积木上的对角设置的一类插槽与四类积木、五类积木及六类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的2个四类凸起插接配合;
    拼接结构十一:五类积木的任一第二连接面上的五类凹槽与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
    拼接结构十二:五类积木的第一连接面上的五类凹槽与三类积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
    拼接结构十三:六类积木的任一第二连接面上的六类通孔与与一类积木、二类积木及三类积木中任一积木的第一连接面上的1个一类凸起插接配合;
    拼接结构十四:六类积木的第一连接面上的六类通孔与三类积木的第一连接面上的一个一类凸起插接配合。
