촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 일정한 크기와 형상을 갖고, 일정한 간극을 두고 배치되고 전기를 인가하면 저항열을 발생하기 위한 다공성의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록; 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부에 결합되고, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록을 전기적으로 서로 접속시켜 주기 위한 접속 단자; 및 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부에 각각 결합되고, 전원과 접속되기 위한 양극 단자와 음극 단자를 포함한다.
Description
본 발명은 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전기 히터의 발열체를 다공성의 금속폼을 이용하여 폼 블록 형태로 제작하여 비표면적을 최대화할 수 있는 발열체를 제작할 수 있으며, 촉매가 코팅된 폼을 발열체로 사용함으로써 발열과 촉매 반응을 동시에 구현함으로써 효율을 극대화 할 수 있는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 전기 히터는 발열체에 전기를 인가하면 발생되는 저항열을 이용하는 발열장치이다. 이러한 전기 히터는 발열체로 주로 니크롬선을 이용하여 발열시키는 구조로 주로 개발되었다.
또한, 차량의 배기 장치 등에 사용되는 경우에는 FeCrAl 소재의 파형판(corrugated sheet)을 사용하여 디스크 타입으로 개발되었으며, 금속 섬유(metal fiber)를 이용하여 전기를 인가하여 발열시키는 구조로 개발되었다.
종래의 전기 히터는 니크롬선과 같은 발열체를 중앙에서 반경 방향을 따라 동심적으로 이격되게 호형상으로 형성하고 있으므로 그 만큼 발열체의 비표면적이 작아지게 되어 발열 효율이 떨어지게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 종래의 전기 히터를 차량의 배기 장치에 이용하는 경우, 흐름이 바이패스 하는 구조이므로 공기 또는 배기가스를 발열하는데 그 만큼 많은 에너지가 소모되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 전기 히터의 발열체를 다공성의 금속폼을 이용하여 폼 블록 형태로 제작하여 비표면적을 비표면적을 최대화할 수 있는 발열체를 제작할 수 있으며, 촉매가 코팅된 폼을 발열체로 사용함으로써 발열과 촉매 반응을 동시에 구현함으로써 효율을 극대화 할 수 있는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하고자 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 일정한 크기와 형상을 갖고, 일정한 간극을 두고 배치되고 전기를 인가하면 저항열을 발생하기 위한 다공성의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록;
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부에 결합되고, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록을 전기적으로 서로 접속시켜 주기 위한 접속 단자; 및
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부에 각각 결합되고, 전원과 접속되기 위한 양극 단자와 음극 단자를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체가 제공된다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록에는 촉매가 코팅되거나 코팅되지 않을 수 있으며, 상기 촉매가 코팅되는 경우에 상기 촉매는 V2O5, WO3, SbO3, MoO3, TiO2, 및 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 팔라듐(Pt), 로듐(Rh)과 같은 귀금속 촉매 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 적어도 하나 이상의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 적층하거나, 적어도 하나 이상의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 병렬로 배치할 수 있다.
상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록의 사이에 적어도 하나 이상의 제1 금속폼 블록 또는 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입할 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 다수의 기공을 가지며, 상기 기공은 50㎛ ~ 10000㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록 사이의 상기 간극은 전기 절연이 가능하도록 2mm~3mm로 형성되거나, 상기 간극은 전기 절연체로 채워질 수 있다.
상기 접속 단자와 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 금속 접합제, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing)에 의하여 결합될 수 있다.
상기 접속 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제1 결합 플레이트를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 양극 단자와 상기 제1 금속폼 블록은 금속 접합제, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing)에 의하여 결합되고,
상기 음극 단자와 상기 제2 금속폼 블록은 금속 접합제, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing)에 의하여 결합될 수 있다.
상기 양극 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제2 결합 플레이트를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 음극 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제3 결합 플레이트를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따르면, 다공성 제1 금속폼 블록과 다공성 제2 금속폼 블록을 일정한 간극을 두고 병렬로 배치하는 배치 단계;
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부와 접속 단자를 서로 결합시키는 제1 결합 단계; 및
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부와, 양극 단자 및 음극 단자를 각각 결합시키는 제2 결합 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 다수의 기공을 가지며, 상기 기공은 50㎛ ~ 10000㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록 사이의 상기 간극은 전기 절연이 가능하도록 2mm~3mm로 형성되거나, 상기 간극은 전기 절연체로 채워질 수 있다.
상기 배치 단계와 상기 제1 결합 단계 사이에 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부를 상기 접속 단자의 제1 결합 플레이트 내에 삽입하는 제1 삽입 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1 삽입 단계와 상기 배치 단계 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부 또는 상기 접속 단자의 내면에 금속 접합제를 도포하는 제1 도포 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

상기 제2 삽입 단계와 상기 제1 결합 단계의 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부 또는 상기 양극 단자 및 상기 음극 단자의 내면에 금속 접합제를 도포하는 제2 도포 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 배치 단계 이전에 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 촉매로 코팅하는 코팅 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 촉매는 상기 촉매는 V2O5, WO3, SbO3, MoO3, TiO2, 및 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 팔라듐(Pt), 로듐(Rh)과 같은 귀금속 촉매 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따르면, 전기 히터의 발열체를 다공성의 금속폼을 이용하여 폼 블록 형태로 제작하여 비표면적을 최대화할 수 있는 발열체를 제작할 수 있으며, 촉매가 코팅된 폼을 발열체로 사용함으로써 발열과 촉매 반응을 동시에 구현함으로써 효율을 극대화 할 수 있으며,
또한, 본 발명의 전기 히터를 차량의 배기 장치에 이용하는 경우, 발열체로서 다공의 금속폼을 이용하므로 공기 또는 배기 가스를 발열하는데 그 만큼 에너지가 절감될 수 있다.

이하, 첨부한 도면을 참고로 하여 본 발명의 실시예에 대하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 상세히 설명한다. 본 발명은 여러 가지 상이한 형태로 구현될 수 있으며 여기에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되지 않는다.

도 1 내지 도 3을 참고하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체는, 일정한 크기와 형상을 갖고, 일정한 간극을 두고 배치되고 전기를 인가하면 저항열을 발생하기 위한 다공성의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200);
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 일단부에 결합되고, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)을 전기적으로 서로 접속시켜 주기 위한 접속 단자(300); 및
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 타단부에 각각 결합되고, 전원과 접속되기 위한 양극 단자(400)와 음극 단자(500)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 Ni, Fe, Cu, Ti, Al, Al2O3, Cr 등의 유기 및 무기 재질로 이루어진 3차원 기공체에 수십 ㎛의 직경을 가지는 유기/무기 분말을 도포하고 이를 고온 소결과 같은 일반적인 접합 방법으로 접합하여 표면을 올록볼록하게 제조할 수 있다.
이러한 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 표면의 올록볼록한 기하학적 형상은 촉매 코팅시 촉매 접착력을 향상시키는 역할을 할 뿐만 아니라, 촉매 활성을 향상시키는 역할을 할 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 적어도 하나 이상의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 적층할 수 있으며, 적어도 하나 이상의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 병렬로 배치할 수 있다.
상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)의 사이에 적어도 하나 이상의 제1 금속폼 블록 또는 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 Ni계 금속폼, Fe계 금속폼, NiFeCrAl계 금속폼 중 선택된 적어도 하나로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 다수의 기공(110, 210)을 가지며, 상기 기공(110, 210)은 수십㎛ 내지 수천㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성될 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 50㎛ ~ 10000㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)의 사이에는 전기 절연이 가능하도록 간극(10)이 형성되는데, 상기 간극(10)은 수mm로 형성될 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 2mm~3mm로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 간극(10)은 유체가 간극을 통해 바이패스 하지 않고 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼(100, 200)을 통과하도록 유도할 수 있도록 세라믹 계열의 전기 절연체로 채워질 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 블록과 같은 직사각체 형상 등으로 형성될 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 그 길이, 폭, 두께를 조절할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)에는 촉매가 코팅될 수 있으며, 상기 촉매가 코팅되는 경우에 상기 촉매는 V2O5, WO3, SbO3, MoO3, TiO2, 및 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 팔라듐(Pt), 로듐(Rh)과 같은 귀금속 촉매 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)에는 촉매가 코팅되지 않을 수도 있음은 물론이다.
상기 접속 단자(300)는 용이한 전기 전도를 위하여 인청동 재질의 플레이트로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 접속 단자(300)와 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 메탈 본드(metal bond) 등과 같은 금속 접합제를 이용하여 접합될 수 있으며, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing) 등에 의하여 결합될 수 있다.
상기 접속 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제1 결합 플레이트(310)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 양극 단자(400)와 상기 음극 단자(500)는 용이한 전기 전도를 위하여 인청동 재질의 플레이트로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기 양극 단자(400)와 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)은 메탈 본드 등과 같은 금속 접합제에 의하여 접합될 수 있으며, 볼트 또는 브레이징(vrazing) 등에 의하여 결합될 수 있다.
상기 음극 단자(500)와 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)은 메탈 본드 등과 같은 금속 접합제에 의하여 접합될 수 있으며, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing) 등에 의하여 결합될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 양극 단자(400)의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제2 결합 플레이트(410)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 음극 단자(500)의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제3 결합 플레이트(510)를 포함할 수 있다.
이하에서, 도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하여, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 작동에 대해서 설명한다.
외부의 전원 공급부로부터 상기 양극 단자(400)에 전원이 공급되면, 전기는 상기 양극 단자(400)로부터 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100), 상기 접속 단자(300), 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200), 및 상기 음극 단자(500)로 순차적으로 흐르게 된다.
이 때, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)에 전기가 인가되면, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 저항열을 발생시켜 발열된다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 다수의 기공을 갖는 3차원 입체 구조로 형성되어 있기 때문에 그 만큼 비표면적이 커지게 되므로, 발열 면적이 넓어지게 되어 발열 효율을 향상할 수 있게 되는 것이다.
특히, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체를 차량의 배기 장치에 이용하는 경우, 발열체로서 다공성 금속폼 블록을 이용하므로 공기 또는 배기 가스를 발열하는데 그 만큼 에너지가 절감될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 접속 단자(300)는 메탈 본드와 같은 금속 접착제에 의하여 접합되어 있으므로, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)로부터 상기 접속 단자(300)로 전기가 흐를 수 있다.
상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)과 상기 접속 단자(300)도 메탈 본드와 같은 금속 접착제에 의하여 접합되어 있으므로, 상기 접속 단자(300)로부터 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)으로 전기가 흐를 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1, 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)의 사이에는 일정한 간극(10)이 형성되어 있으므로, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200)의 절연이 가능하다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)에는 촉매가 코팅되어 있으므로, 발열과 촉매 반응을 동시에 구현함으로써 효율을 극대화 할 수 있다.
또한, 도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법의 개략적인 구성도이다.
도 4를 참고하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법은, 다공성 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 다공성 제2 금속폼 블록(200)을 일정한 간극을 두고 병렬로 배치하는 배치 단계(S20);
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 일단부와 접속 단자(300)를 서로 결합시키는 제1 결합 단계(S50); 및
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 타단부와, 양극 단자(400) 및 음극 단자(500)를 각각 결합시키는 제2 결합 단계(S80)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)은 다수의 기공(110, 210)을 가지며, 상기 기공(110, 210)은 수십㎛ 내지 수천㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성될 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 50㎛ ~ 10000㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 제1 금속폼 블록(100)과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록(200) 사이의 간극(10)은 전기 절연이 가능하도록 수mm로 형성될 수 있으며, 보다 바람직하게는 2mm~3mm로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 간극(10)은 유체가 간극을 통해 바이패스 하지 않고 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼(100, 200)을 통과하도록 유도할 수 있도록 세라믹 계열의 전기 절연체로 채워질 수 있다.
상기 배치 단계(S20)와 상기 제1 결합 단계(S50) 사이에 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 일단부를 상기 접속 단자(300)의 제1 결합 플레이트(310) 내에 삽입하는 제1 삽입 단계(S40)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 삽입 단계(S40)와 상기 배치 단계(S20) 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 일단부 또는 상기 접속 단자(300)의 내면에 메탈 본드 등과 같은 금속 접합제를 도포하는 제1 도포 단계(S30)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 제1 결합 단계(S50))와 상기 제2 결합 단계(S80)의 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 타단부를 상기 양극 단자(400)의 제2 결합 플레이트(410)와 상기 음극 단자의 제3 결합 플레이트(510) 내에 각각 삽입하는 제2 삽입 단계(S70)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 제2 삽입 단계(S70)와 상기 제1 결합 단계(S50)의 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)의 타단부 또는 상기 양극 단자(400) 및 상기 음극 단자(500)의 내면에 메탈 본드 등과 같은 금속 접합제를 도포하는 제2 도포 단계(S60)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 배치 단계(S20) 이전에 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록(100, 200)을 촉매로 코팅하는 코팅 단계(S10)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 촉매는 V2O5, WO3, SbO3, MoO3, TiO2, 및 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 팔라듐(Pt), 로듐(Rh)과 같은 귀금속 촉매 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어질 수 있다.
상기에서는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 대하여 설명하였지만, 본 발명은 이에 한정되는 것이 아니고 특허청구범위와 발명의 상세한 설명 및 첨부한 도면의 범위 안에서 여러 가지로 변형하여 실시하는 것이 가능하고 이 또한 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것은 당연하다.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록에는 촉매가 코팅되거나 코팅되지 않을 수 있으며, 상기 촉매가 코팅되는 경우에 상기 촉매는 V2O5, WO3, SbO3, MoO3, TiO2, 및 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 팔라듐(Pt), 로듐(Rh)과 같은 귀금속 촉매 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 적어도 하나 이상의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 적층하거나, 적어도 하나 이상의 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 병렬로 배치하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록의 사이에 적어도 하나 이상의 제1 금속폼 블록 또는 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 다수의 기공을 가지며,상기 기공은 50㎛ ~ 10000㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성되는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록 사이의 상기 간극은 전기 절연이 가능하도록 2mm ~ 3mm로 형성되거나, 상기 간극은 전기 절연체로 채워지는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접속 단자와 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 금속 접합제, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing)에 의하여 결합되는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 접속 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제1 결합 플레이트를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 양극 단자와 상기 제1 금속폼 블록은 금속 접합제, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing)에 의하여 결합되고,상기 음극 단자와 상기 제2 금속폼 블록은 금속 접합제, 볼트 또는 브레이징(brazing)에 의하여 결합되는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 양극 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제1 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제2 결합 플레이트를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 음극 단자의 양단부로부터 연장 형성되고, 상기 제2 금속폼 블록을 삽입하여 결합시켜 주기 위한 제3 결합 플레이트를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체.
- 다공성 제1 금속폼 블록과 다공성 제2 금속폼 블록을 일정한 간극을 두고 병렬로 배치하는 배치 단계;상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부와 접속 단자를 서로 결합시키는 제1 결합 단계; 및상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부와, 양극 단자 및 음극 단자를 각각 결합시키는 제2 결합 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록은 다수의 기공을 가지며,상기 기공은 50㎛ ~ 10000㎛ 범위 내의 크기로 형성되는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1 금속폼 블록과 상기 제2 금속폼 블록 사이의 상기 간극은 전기 절연이 가능하도록 2mm ~ 3mm로 형성되거나, 상기 간극은 전기 절연체로 채워지는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 배치 단계와 상기 제1 결합 단계 사이에 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부를 상기 접속 단자의 제1 결합 플레이트 내에 삽입하는 제1 삽입 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제1 삽입 단계와 상기 배치 단계 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 일단부 또는 상기 접속 단자의 내면에 금속 접합제를 도포하는 제1 도포 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 제1 결합 단계와 상기 제2 결합 단계의 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부를 양극 단자의 제2 결합 플레이트와 음극 단자의 제3 결합 플레이트 내에 각각 삽입하는 제2 삽입 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 제2 삽입 단계와 상기 제1 결합 단계의 사이에는 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록의 타단부 또는 상기 양극 단자 및 상기 음극 단자의 내면에 금속 접합제를 도포하는 제2 도포 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 배치 단계 이전에 상기 제1, 제2 금속폼 블록을 촉매로 코팅하는 코팅 단계를 포함하는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서,상기 촉매는 상기 촉매는 V2O5, WO3, SbO3, MoO3, TiO2, 및 백금(Pt), 금(Au), 팔라듐(Pt), 로듐(Rh)과 같은 귀금속 촉매 중에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 촉매 변환기용 금속폼 발열체의 제조 방법.
