汽车顶棚拉手结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车附件, 尤其涉及一种汽车顶棚拉手。 背景技术
为了解决轿车在紧急制动时,乘客向前倾而坐不稳及轿车转弯时,左右摇摆而坐不 稳的问题, 现在汽车均设有顶棚拉手。 借助拉手来把持住身体, 以提高行车的安全性。 为减少拉手的安装体积, 常将拉手设计成能翻转形式。 这种翻转的拉手往往都具有一阻 尼器, 阻尼器能使拉手翻转变得缓和, 降低冲击量。 目前阻尼方式是采用一个独立的阻 尼器装在拉手支架上, 中心靠一根轴销作支撑, 这类的专利文献可以参考专利号为
ZL200920120843.X 的中国实用新型专利 《车用顶棚拉手》 (授权公告号为 CN201457165U), 还可以参考本申请人的专利号为 ZL201020506395.X的中国实用新型 专利 《带衣帽够的车顶棚拉手》 (授权公告号为 CN201800600U)。
但上述结构存在如下缺陷: 首先, 结构比较松散, 不紧凑; 其次, 轴销制造成本高, 而且装配工艺繁琐, 在使用过程中又容易产生噪音。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述的技术现状而提供一种结构紧凑的汽车顶 棚拉手结构。
本发明所要解决的又一个技术问题是提供一种装配快速便捷的汽车顶棚拉手结构。 本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为: 一种汽车顶棚拉手结构,包括拉手 本体、 基座及阻尼器, 前述的拉手本体端部具有安装区域, 前述的基座连同阻尼器设置 于前述的安装区域内, 其特征在于所述拉手本体的安装区域一侧成型有连接槽或连接 ? L,另一侧成型有安装孔,所述基座的底端具有销轴部,该销轴部一端开口形成一腔体, 另一端为一短销部, 该短销部与前述的连接槽或连接孔转动配合, 前述的阻尼器自外向 内贯穿通过安装孔并伸入前述销轴部的腔体并将腔体密闭且同时将基座能转动地设置 于安装区域内, 并且, 密闭的腔体内具有阻尼油。
所述安装区域的底面布置有一衬垫。拉手在翻转过程中可起到缓冲和降低噪音的作 用。
为防止阻尼油泄漏,所述阻尼器的外壁套设有一密封圈,装配后该密封圈适配于安 装孔内壁。

所述安装孔的外端具有一止位面,对应地,所述的阻尼器具有与前述止位面配合以 阻止阻尼器继续伸入的配合面。
进一步,所述阻尼器的外壁具有凸起的张紧部,该张紧部挤压通过安装孔后与安装 区域的内壁相扣以限制阻尼器自内向外脱离安装孔。 装配更加紧密。
进一步,所述阻尼器前端开口形成一装配腔,所述销轴部腔体的中部具有一能伸入 前述装配腔的凸块。
进一步,所述的基座上装配有一能将基座固定于汽车钣金内的插装盖板,该插装盖 板外端面为一平整面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过阻尼器和销轴部实现基座的在拉手本体 上的转动连接, 省去了销轴这个零部件, 由于阻尼器与基座连在一起的, 又省去了一个 阻尼器的密封盖, 结构更加简单紧凑, 装配也更加便捷。
在运动过程中,基座与阻尼器完全同步,克服了现有阻尼器与基座两个零件装配而 成, 存在间隙, 而有一定的运动滞后等缺陷。 附图说明

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1、图 2、图 3、图 4和图 5所示,本实施例中的汽车顶棚拉手包括拉手本体 1、 两个基座 2及阻尼器 5, 拉手本体 1两端部具有安装区域 11, 基座 2连同阻尼器 5设置 于安装区域 11内, 拉手本体的安装区域 11一侧成型有连接槽 13, 另一侧成型有安装孔 12, 基座 2的底端具有销轴部 21, 该销轴部 21—端开口形成一腔体 22, 另一端为一短 销部 211, 该短销部 211与连接槽 13转动配合, 阻尼器 5 自外向内贯穿通过安装孔 12 并伸入销轴部 21的腔体而将基座 2能转动地设置于安装区域 11内, 阻尼器 5后端部与 安装孔 12紧配合而将腔体 22密闭, 该密闭的腔体 22内注入有阻尼油。
基座 2上装配有一能将基座 2固定于汽车钣金内的插装盖板 6, 该插装盖板 6外端 面为一平整面, 安装区域 11的底面布置有一衬垫 3。翻转过程中插装盖板 6的外端面与 衬垫 3接触, 能起到缓冲和降低噪音的作用。
进一步, 阻尼器 5的外壁套设有一密封圈 4, 装配后该密封圈 4适配于安装孔 12 内壁, 可防止阻尼油泄漏。 安装孔 12的外端具有一止位面 24, 对应地, 阻尼器具有与 止位面 24配合以阻止阻尼器继续伸入的配合面 53。 阻尼器 5的外壁具有凸起的张紧部 51, 该张紧部 51挤压通过安装孔 12后与安装区域 11的内壁相扣以限制阻尼器 5 自内 向外脱离安装孔 12。 阻尼器 2前端开口形成一装配腔 52, 销轴部腔体 22的中部具有一 能伸入装配腔 52的凸块 23。 装配腔 52的设计也便于阻尼器 5前端变形。
通过阻尼器 5和销轴部 21实现基座的在拉手本体 1上的转动连接, 省去了销轴这 个零部件, 结构更加简单紧凑, 装配时, 先将销轴部的短销部 211设置于连接槽 13内, 将阻尼油注入腔体 22, 然后自外向内将阻尼器 5对准安装孔 12伸入销轴部的腔体 22 即可, 装配快速便捷。

权 利 要 求
1、 一种汽车顶棚拉手结构, 包括拉手本体 (1)、 基座 (2)及阻尼器 (5), 前述的拉手本 体 (1)端部具有安装区域 (11),前述的基座 (2)连同阻尼器 (5)设置于前述的安装区域 (11)内, 其特征在于所述拉手本体 (1)的安装区域 (11)一侧成型有连接槽 (13)或连接孔, 另一侧成 型有安装孔 (12), 所述基座 (2)的底端具有销轴部 (21), 该销轴部 (21)—端开口形成一腔体
(22), 另一端为一短销部 (211), 该短销部 (211)与前述的连接槽 (13)或连接孔转动配合, 前述的阻尼器 (5)自外向内贯穿通过安装孔 (12)并伸入前述销轴部 (21)的腔体 (22)并将腔 体 (22)密闭且同时将基座 (2)能转动地设置于安装区域 (11)内, 并且, 密闭的腔体 (22)内具 有阻尼油。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车顶棚拉手结构, 其特征在于所述安装区域 (11)的底 面布置有一衬垫 (3)。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的汽车顶棚拉手结构, 其特征在于所述阻尼器 (5)的外壁套 设有一密封圈 (4), 装配后该密封圈 (4)适配于安装孔 (12)内壁。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车顶棚拉手结构, 其特征在于所述安装孔 (12)的外端 具有一止位面 (24), 对应地, 所述的阻尼器 (5)具有与前述止位面 (24)配合以阻止阻尼器 (5)继续伸入的配合面 (53)。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的汽车顶棚拉手结构, 其特征在于所述阻尼器 (5)的外壁具 有凸起的张紧部 (51), 该张紧部 (51)挤压通过安装孔 (12)后与安装区域 (11)的内壁相扣以 限制阻尼器 (5)自内向外脱离安装孔 (12)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的汽车顶棚拉手结构, 其特征在于所述阻尼器 (5)前端开口 形成一装配腔 (52), 所述销轴部 (21)腔体 (22)的中部具有一能伸入前述装配腔 (52)的凸块
