当其中一终端根据与之配对的另一终端的要求开启呼叫转移功能时, 该 终端用于向网络侧发起开启呼叫转移的请求; 网络侧才 据该终端的开启呼叫 转移的请求查找与该终端配对的另一终端, 开启另一终端的呼叫转移功能, 将另一终端的所有呼叫转移到该终端上; 当该终端根据与之配对的另一终端 的要求关闭呼叫转移时, 则该终端向网络侧发起关闭呼叫转移的请求, 请求 网络侧关闭另一终端的呼叫转移功能, 网络侧根据关闭呼叫转移的请求, 关 闭另一终端的呼叫转移功能。
作为本发明的优选系统实施例, 当其中一终端向其意向配对的另一终端 发起匹配请求并与另一终端鉴权成功后, 该终端与另一终端分别请求网络侧 与对方建立配对关系, 网络侧在经过对该终端与另一终端进行配对成功后, 对这两个终端建立配对关系。 其中, 该终端向其意向配对的另一终端发送匹 配请求的同时可以携带有鉴权密码, 另一终端如果同意建立配对关系则回复 鉴权密码给该终端, 当该终端对收到的鉴权密码与其发送的鉴权密码进行匹 配并且确认成功时, 该终端与其意向配对的另一终端鉴权成功; 该终端与其 意向配对的另一终端鉴权成功后, 该终端与另一终端分别将各自的配对信息 以及鉴权密码上报给网络侧, 请求网络侧与对方建立配对关系; 网络侧对接 收到的来自这两个终端的匹配信息以及鉴权密码依次进行匹配, 并在全部匹 配成功后对这两个终端建立匹配关系, 同时保存匹配信息以及鉴权密码。 这 样, 当该终端向网络侧发起呼叫转移请求并携带有鉴权密码时, 网络侧就会 根据事先保存的匹配信息查找到该终端配对的另一终端后, 根据转移请求中 的鉴权密码与事先保存的鉴权密码进行匹配, 并在确定匹配成功后, 开启另 一终端的呼叫转移功能, 该另一终端的所有呼叫转移到该终端上。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端, 包括: 配对模块和呼叫转移模块, 其 中:
所述配对模块设置成: 与第二终端通过网络侧建立配对关系; 所述呼叫转移模块设置成: 根据与之配对的所述第二终端的要求开启呼 叫转移功能时, 向网络侧发起开启呼叫转移的请求, 并根据所述网络侧返回 的与该终端配对的所述第二终端, 开启所述第二终端的呼叫转移功能, 将所 述第二终端的所有呼叫转移到该终端上。
综述, 本发明实施例提供了一种呼叫转移的方法及系统, 在用户需要时 启动开机呼叫转移功能; 并且呼叫转移配对终端可以相互转接, 用户可根据 实际情况进行设定和开启; 本发明实施例与传统呼叫转移功能相比, 具有灵 活行, 可以在设置配对终端后, 远程开启该功能, 并且不受当前手机是否有 信号, 是否开机等状况的影响, 给用户带来很大方便, 能够让用好在特定条 件下, 试用该功能, 从而避免出现重要来电、 短信漏接的情况。 同时, 本发 明实施例相当于远程开启一个终端的呼叫转移功能, 由于之前终端双方进行 过配对过程, 所以网络侧已经将两个终端的信息进行了交叉存储, 不存在恶 意开启其他终端呼叫转移功能或者转接到错误终端上去的问题, 所以本发明 实施例在安全和灵活性上都有很大优势。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明 的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
传统呼叫转移功能相比, 上述技术方案实现起来更加灵活, 可以在设置 配对终端后, 远程开启呼叫转移功能, 并且不受当前手机是否有信号, 是否 开机等状况的影响, 给用户带来很大方便, 能够让用户在特定条件下, 使用 该功能, 从而避免出现重要来电、 短信漏接的情况。 因此具有很强的工业实 用性。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种设定呼叫转移的方法, 包括:
第一终端和第二终端预先通过网络侧建立配对关系;
当所述第一终端根据与之配对的所述第二终端的要求开启呼叫转移功能 时, 所述第一终端向网络侧发起开启呼叫转移的请求;
网絡侧根据所述第一终端的开启呼叫转移的请求查找与所述第一终端配 对的所述第二终端, 开启所述第二终端的呼叫转移功能, 将所述第二终端的 所有呼叫转移到所述第一终端上。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 当所述第一终端根据与之配对的 所述第二终端的要求关闭呼叫转移时, 则所述第一终端向网絡侧发起关闭呼 叫转移的请求; 网络侧^^据关闭呼叫转移的请求, 关闭所述第二终端的呼叫 转移功能。
3、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 第一终端和第二终端预先通 过网络侧建立配对关系的步骤包括:
当所述第一终端向其意向配对的所述第二终端发起匹配请求并与所述第 二终端鉴权成功后, 所述第一终端与所述第二终端分别请求网络侧与对方建 立配对关系,网络侧在经过对所述第一终端与所述第二终端进行配对成功后, 对这两个终端建立配对关系。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端向其意向配对的所 述第二终端发送匹配请求的同时携带有鉴权密码, 所述第二终端如果同意建 立配对关系则回复鉴权密码给所述第一终端, 当所述第一终端对收到的鉴权 密码与其发送的鉴权密码进行匹配并且确认成功时, 所述第一终端与其意向 配对的所述第一终端鉴权成功。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端与其意向配对的所 述第一终端鉴权成功后, 所述第一终端与所述第二终端分别将各自的配对信 息以及鉴权密码上报给网络侧, 请求网络侧与对方建立配对关系; 网络侧对 接收到的来自这两个终端的匹配信息以及鉴权密码依次进行匹配 , 并在全部 匹配成功后对这两个终端建立匹配关系, 同时保存匹配信息以及鉴权密码。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 如果所述第一终端向网络侧发起 呼叫转移请求的同时携带有鉴权密码, 则网络侧根据事先保存的匹配信息查 找到所述第一终端配对的所述第二终端后, 根据转移请求中的鉴权密码与事 先保存的鉴权密码进行匹配, 并在确定匹配成功后, 开启所述第二终端的呼 叫转移功能, 所述第二终端的所有呼叫转移到所述第一终端上。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 所述匹配信息至少包括与所述第 一终端配对的所述第二终端的信息。
8、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述第一终端及所述第二终端以 无线方式预先通过网络侧建立配对关系。
9、 一种设定呼叫转移的系统, 包括第一终端、 第二终端及网络侧, 所述 第一终端及所述第二终端预先通过所述网络侧建立配对关系, 其中:
所述第一终端设置成: 根据与之配对的所述第二终端的要求开启呼叫转 移功能, 并向所述网络侧发起开启呼叫转移的请求;
所述网络侧设置成: 根据所述第一终端的开启呼叫转移的请求查找与所 述第一终端配对的所述第二终端, 开启所述第二终端的呼叫转移功能, 将所 述第二终端的所有呼叫转移到所述第一终端上。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述第一终端还设置成: 根据 与之配对的所述第二终端的要求关闭呼叫转移时, 向所述网络侧发起关闭呼 叫转移的请求, 请求所述网絡侧关闭所述第二终端的呼叫转移功能。
11、 一种终端, 包括: 配对模块和呼叫转移模块, 其中:
所述配对模块设置成: 与第二终端通过网络侧建立配对关系;
所述呼叫转移模块设置成: 根据与之配对的所述第二终端的要求开启呼 叫转移功能时, 向网络侧发起开启呼叫转移的请求, 并根据所述网络侧返回 的与该终端配对的所述第二终端的信息,开启所述第二终端的呼叫转移功能, 将所述第二终端的所有呼叫转移到该终端上。
