移动终端丟失后, 失主通常会选择挂失 SIM (用户识别模块)卡(或 UIM (用户识别模块)卡;), 随移动终端一起丟失的 SIM卡(或 UIM卡) 将不能正常使用, 但在当前持有者更换 SIM卡(或 UIM卡)后该移动终端 仍能作为一部功能完整的移动终端使用。

本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端寻回和信息保护的方法, 该方法包 括:
对移动终端设置强推通讯号码;
在所述移动终端开机时, 对所述移动终端当前的用户识别模块卡标识 信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息的一致性进行判断, 并在确认不一致 时, 进入受限模式;
在受限模式下, 当所述移动终端发起呼叫时, 将本次呼叫的目标通讯 号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码。

先介绍应用场景中呼叫重定向过程, 再详细说明本发明的实施步驟, 以图 1例, 图 1为某应用场景下呼叫重定向的示意图。
应用场景:
移动终端 2 (原本属于用户 1 , 后来被用户 2通过非正常途径获得)在 丟失前, 用户 1 已经在移动终端 2上完成了信息保护和智能寻回功能的设 置; 当移动终端 2的持有者——用户 2经非正常途径获取到该移动终端, 并更换移动终端 2中原有 SIM卡开机后, 当其发起到某号码的呼叫 (图 1 中用户 2指定的号码为一固定电话), 移动终端 2发现工作于受限模式, 会 将此次呼叫重定向到用户 1原先预设的号码——对应移动终端 1 ,当移动终 端 1的持有者(可能为用户 1或者与用户 1有关系的人)应答此次呼叫时, 将成功在移动终端 2的失主(用户 1 )和当前持有者(用户 2 )间建立通话, 帮助失主协商寻回移动终端; 即便移动终端 1 的持有者未及时响应此次重 定向通话, 由于工作在受限模式下的移动终端 2每次主动发起呼叫时都会 重定向到移动终端 1的号码, 因而大大提高了有效通话建立的概率。
图 2为本发明实施例所述方法的流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 具体可以 包括如下步驟:
步驟 201 : 对移动终端设置强推通讯号码, 该强推通讯号码为智能寻回 功能触发后强制联系的通讯号码;
步驟 202: 在该移动终端开机时,对该移动终端当前的用户识别模块卡 标识信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息的一致性进行判断, 并在确认不 一致时, 进入受限模式, 所谓受限模式即仅加载移动终端的基本功能, 而 诸如照片、 录音等涉及到用户个人的信息并不会呈现给当前的持机者, 这 些信息屏蔽后有利于用户信息的保护;

步驟 406-1: 移动终端正常加载所支持的功能, 开机完成后, 移动终端 处于正常工作状态;
步驟 406-2: 移动终端进入受限模式, 即仅加载通话等基本功能, 开机 完成后, 移动终端处于受限工作状态;
至此, 支持信息保护和智能寻回的移动终端完成了开机流程, 实现了 信息保护和智能寻回的保护机制。 受限模式下只加载基本功能, 移动终端 中诸如照片、 录音等的用户信息并不会呈现给当前的持机者; 因而本流程 完成后, 即完成了在开机后基于身份验证的信息保护功能。
如图 5所示, 图 5为移动终端实现号码重定向的流程示意图, 具体可 以包括如下步驟:
步驟 501 : 当持机者发起语音呼叫时, 将触发强推功能;
步驟 502: 在进行强推通讯前, 对目标通讯号码进行检查, 应排除紧急 呼叫类型的特殊号码, 如果检测到目标通讯号码属于紧急呼叫号码, 则发 起正常的呼叫; 否则触发强推功能;
步驟 503: 将本次呼叫的目标通讯号码重定向到该强推通讯号码, 将本 次呼叫目标通讯号码转为呼叫该强推通信号码;
步驟 504: 强推结果处理包括: 如该强推通讯号码应答了此次呼叫, 则 成功在持机者和失主间建立了通话通道; 如果该强推通讯号码无应答则可 按照预定的规则进行处理, 例如, 如果预先设置有多个强推通讯号码, 选 择下一个强推通讯号码继续发起呼叫。
接下来, 结合附图 6对本发明实施例所述装置进行详细说明。
如图 6所示, 图 6为本发明实施例所述装置的结构示意图, 具体可以 包括: 设置模块、 验证模块、 呼叫处理模块, 其中,
设置模块, 设置为对所述移动终端设置强推通讯号码; 具体的说就是, 设置模块判断是否是初次设置强推通讯号码, 如果是, 请求用户设置用于 识别用户身份的控制密码以及设置强推通讯号码; 否则请求用户输入原有 的控制密码, 并在对原有的控制密码验证通过后, 修改所述强推通讯号码。
验证模块, 设置为在移动终端开机时, 对移动终端当前的用户识别模 块卡标识信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息的一致性进行判断, 并在确 认不一致时, 触发移动终端仅加载基本功能; 验证模块还设置为, 在触发 移动终端仅加载基本功能前, 请求用户输入控制密码, 并对用户输入的控 制密码进行验证: 如果验证通过, 则正常开机, 否则仅加载基本功能。
呼叫处理模块, 在基本功能下, 当移动终端发起呼叫时, 将本次呼叫 的通讯号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码; 呼叫处理模块还设置为, 将本次 呼叫的通讯号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码前, 对本次呼叫的通讯号码进 行检查, 如果为紧急呼叫号码, 则发起正常呼叫, 否则将本次呼叫的通讯 号码重定向到强推通讯号码。
以上, 本发明实施例所述装置的具体实施过程, 由于在上述方法中已 有详细说明, 故此处不再赘述。
综上所述, 本发明实施例提供了一种移动终端寻回及信息保护的方法 及装置, 在持机者更换 SIM卡后, 使用基于控制密码和 SIM卡标识信息的 身份验证系统对当前持机者实施身份验证, 进而决定对移动终端功能的限 制和通讯强推的实施。 与现有技术相比, 本发明解决了后台定期拨号建立 有效通话的不确定性, 并通过呼叫的自动重定向、 手机功能限制以及用户 信息的保护, 将寻回手机的主动权交给了失主; 并且, 在强推通讯模式触 发后对移动终端的可用功能进行一定限制, 从而使移动终端中的信息的安 全性得到保证。 再有, 本发明基于设备现有的硬件实现, 仅需要提供软件 控制层面的支持, 易于实施。
需要说明的是, 以上为了描述方便, 仅以支持 SIM卡的移动终端为例 进行了说明, 对于支持 UIM卡或者其他用户识别模块卡的移动终端, 本发 明实施例同样适应, 原理相同, 故此处不再赘述。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并 不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本 发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端寻回和信息保护的方法, 其中, 该方法包括: 对移动终端设置强推通讯号码;
在所述移动终端开机时, 对所述移动终端当前的用户识别模块卡标识 信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息的一致性进行判断, 并在确认不一致 时, 进入受限模式;
在受限模式下, 当所述移动终端发起呼叫时, 将本次呼叫的目标通讯 号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 对所述移动终端设置强推通讯 号码为:
判断是否是初次设置强推通讯号码, 如果是, 请求用户设置用于识别 用户身份的控制密码以及设置强推通讯号码; 否则请求用户输入原有的控 制密码, 并在对原有的控制密码验证通过后, 修改所述强推通讯号码。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 确认移动终端当前的用户识别 模块卡标识信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息不一致后, 该方法还包括: 请求用户输入控制密码, 并对用户输入的控制密码进行验证: 如果验 证通过, 则正常开机, 否则进入受限模式。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 在受限模式下, 当移 动终端发起呼叫时, 该方法还包括:
对本次呼叫的目标通讯号码进行检查, 如果为紧急呼叫号码, 则发起 正常呼叫, 否则将本次呼叫的目标通讯号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括:
对所述移动终端设置了多个强推通讯号码, 则在所述强推通讯号码无 应答后, 选择下一个强推通讯号码继续呼叫。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述强推通讯号码为智能 寻回功能触发后强制联系的通讯号码。
7、 一种移动终端智能寻回的装置, 其中, 该装置包括:
设置模块, 设置为对所述移动终端设置强推通讯号码;
验证模块, 设置为在所述移动终端开机时, 对所述移动终端当前的用 户识别模块卡标识信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息的一致性进行判 断, 并在确认不一致时, 触发移动终端进入受限模式;
呼叫处理模块, 在受限模式下, 当所述移动终端发起呼叫时, 将本次 呼叫的目标通讯号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中,
所述设置模块, 具体设置为判断是否是初次设置强推通讯号码, 如果 是, 请求用户设置用于识别用户身份的控制密码以及设置强推通讯号码; 否则请求用户输入原有的控制密码, 并在对原有的控制密码验证通过后, 修改所述强推通讯号码。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中,
所述验证模块, 还设置为在确认移动终端当前的用户识别模块卡标识 信息与预存的用户识别模块标识信息不一致后, 请求用户输入控制密码, 并对用户输入的控制密码进行验证: 如果验证通过, 则正常开机, 否则触 发移动终端进入受限模式。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8或 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述呼叫处理模块, 还设置为在受限模式下, 移动终端发起呼叫时, 将本次呼叫的目标通讯号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码前, 对本次呼叫的 目标通讯号码进行检查, 如果为紧急呼叫号码, 则发起正常呼叫, 否则将 本次呼叫的目标通讯号码重定向到所述强推通讯号码。
