M2M末梢网络是由传感器等具备信息采集、简单处理和通信能力的节点组成,其 目的是协作的感知、 采集网络覆盖范围内监测对象的相关信息, 并将监测数据发送给 M2M网关, 由 M2M网关将感知数据通过通信网络传输给 M2M业务平台或应用进行 分析和处理。 终端外设指的是具有环境感知功能的传感器等单个设备, 它能将感知到的信息通 过 M2M网关或 M2M终端发送给 M2M业务平台,同时还可以接收 M2M应用或 M2M 业务平台的对其的下行控制。 M2M末梢网络和终端外设其处理能力、存储能力以及电源受限等特点,不能直接 与通信网络进行通信, 需要通过 M2M网关接入通信网络。采用上述 M2M网关设备能
够使得 M2M网关可以进行 M2M末梢网络与上层网络之间的协议转换。 M2M网关除 了能够汇聚和转发 M2M末梢网络和终端外设采集到的数据信息外,还可以接收 M2M 业务平台的控制信息, 对 M2M末梢网络和终端外设进行管理。 基于上述 M2M网关设备,在本实施例中还提供了一种 M2M网关设备的应用方法, 图 6是根据本发明实施例的 M2M网关设备的应用方法的流程图, 如图 6所示, 该方 法包括如下步骤: 步骤 S602, 接收来自 M2M末梢网络的通信内容; 步骤 S604, 根据该通信内容按照策略进行事务管理, 和 /或, 将该通信内容转发给 M2M通信网络。 本实施例通过上述应用方法, 该 M2M网关设备采用通信模块 12与 M2M通信网 络以及 M2M末梢网络进行通信, 并采用管理模块 14对与 M2M通信网络和 /或 M2M 末梢网络通信的通信内容和 /或通信对象进行管理, 同时还能够采用业务模块 16根据 通信内容进行相应的业务操作, 解决了相关技术中未对 M2M网关的结构进行说明的 问题,并且基于说明的 M2M网关的结构提出了相应的应用方法,提升了 M2M网关设 备的智能化程度, 实用性和统一性, 方便对 M2M网关的后续研发、 操作、 管理、 维 护和应用。 优选地,在接收来自 M2M末梢网络的通信内容之后,可以应用上述 M2M网关设 备对该本地访问的安全性进行检测, 例如, 可以根据策略对上述通信内容进行完整性 校验, 或者对上述通信内容的发送方进行访问控制。 并且, 在将上述通信内容转发给 M2M通信网络之前, 还可以应用该 M2M网关设备对该通信内容进行完整性保护。 作为一种优选实施方式, M2M网关设备根据通信内容按照策略进行事务管理的方 式可以如下: 根据通信内容, 判断是否满足策略定义的事务触发条件; 如果判断结果 为满足策略对应的事务触发条件, 则可以对 M2M末梢网络中的终端外设发送关联操 作, 其中, 关联操作是指为达到预期目的而执行的一系列操作的集合, 其既可以是对 一个或多个终端外设发送的一组关联操作, 也可以是对该 M2M末梢网络中的一个或 多个终端外设组发送的群组关联操作。 该方式实现了 M2M网关设备的智能化管控。 优选地, 在对 M2M末梢网络中的终端外设发送关联操作之后, M2M网关设备还 可以根据终端外设的上报情况, 按照策略对关联操作进行处理, 该处理可以包括以下 至少之一: 计时、 重发、 删除。 该方式完善了实现 M2M网关设备的智能化的可靠性。
作为一种优选实施方式, 在将通信内容转发给 M2M通信网络之后, M2M网关设 备可以接收来自 M2M通信网络的操作并进行解析,将解析后的操作发送给 M2M末梢 网络; 获取 M2M末梢网络的操作的执行结果, 并将执行结果反馈给 M2M通信网络。 优选地, 在接收来自 M2M通信网络的操作之后, 还可以对远程访问的安全性进 行检测, 例如, 可以根据策略对该操作对应的信息进行完整性校验。 下面结合优选实施例进行说明, 以下优选实施例结合了上述实施例及其优选实施 方式。 在以下优选实施例中提供了一种 M2M网关设备, 目前 M2M网关的功能、实现方 法各异, 没有统一的规范。 有鉴于此, 以下优选实施例中提供一种 M2M网关的功能 架构及其实现方法, 以使 M2M网关符合一定的协议标准,实现 M2M网关对终端外设 和 /或终端外设组的管理, 以及终端外设和 /或终端外设组通过 M2M网关与 M2M应用 或 M2M业务平台之间的交互。 在本优选实施例提供了一种 M2M 网关设备, 图 Ί 是根据本发明优选实施例的 M2M网关设备的结构示意图, 如图 7所示, 该 M2M网关设备包括通信模块、 业务模 块与管理模块。 其中: 上述通信模块, 设置为实现 M2M网关的通信功能; 上述管理 模块, 设置为实现 M2M网关的管理功能; 上述业务模块, 设置为实现 M2M网关的业 务功能。 优选地, M2M网关通信模块又可以包括网络通信单元和设备通信单元。其中: 上 述网络通信单元设置为实现 M2M网关与 M2M应用或 M2M业务平台之间的通信功能; 上述设备通信单元设置为实现 M2M 网关与终端外设和 /或终端外设组之间的通信功 能。 优选地, M2M网关业务模块又可以包括事务管理单元 (也称策略控制单元)、 远 程管理单元、 本地管理单元。 其中: 上述事务管理单元设置为实现 M2M网关对终端 外设和 /或终端外设组的事务管理功能; 上述远程管理单元设置为实现 M2M网关对终 端外设和 /或终端外设组的远程管理功能; 上述本地管理单元设置为实现 M2M网关对 终端外设和 /或终端外设组的本地管理功能。 优选地, M2M网关管理模块又可以包括数据管理单元、信息管理单元、安全管理 单元。 其中: 上述数据管理单元设置为实现 M2M网关基于策略对终端外设和 /或终端 外设组的数据管理功能; 上述信息管理单元设置为实现 M2M网关基于策略对终端外
设和 /或终端外设组的信息管理功能; 上述安全管理单元设置为实现 M2M网关基于策 略对 M2M网关通信的安全管理功能。 优选地,上述策略可以是用户本地设置的,也可以是 M2M应用或 M2M业务平台 下发的, 还可以是设备出厂预设的。 实施例一 本优选实施例描述了采用上述 M2M网关设备进行信息数据管理以及非法远程访 问的校验的实现流程, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤一、 M2M 网关通信模块设备通信单元接收终端外设和 /或终端外设组发送的 数据。 该数据可以是终端外设和 /或终端外设组的信息数据, 如节点信息、 状态信息、 能力信息等。 步骤二、 M2M 网关管理模块信息管理单元解析终端外设和 /或终端外设组的信息 数据, 并在本地存储的信息中检索是否已有该终端外设和 /或终端外设组的上下文信 息- 如果没有, 则 M2M网关管理模块信息管理单元根据策略对终端外设和 /或终端外 设组进行注册后, 存储该信息数据, 并对该数据进行完整性保护, 通过 M2M网关通 信模块网络通信单元将该信息数据转发给 M2M业务平台; 如果已有, 则 M2M网关管理模块信息管理单元存储该信息数据, 并对该数据进 行完整性保护,通过 M2M网关通信模块网络通信单元将该信息数据转发给 M2M业务 平台。 步骤三、 M2M业务平台接收到 M2M网关发送的终端外设和 /或终端外设组的信息 数据后, 存储该信息数据。 步骤四、 M2M应用通过信息查询和信息反馈信息向 M2M业务平台获取该终端外 设和 /或终端外设组的信息数据。 步骤五、 M2M应用接收到 M2M业务平台反馈的信息数据后, 经由业务逻辑判断 触发 M2M应用进行远程管理,即下发远程管理操作给 M2M网关业务模块远程管理单 元。 上述管理可以包括监控与故障管理、 性能管理、 软件 /固件管理等。 步骤六、 M2M网关通信模块网络通信单元接收到 M2M应用下发的操作信息后, 对该 M2M应用进行接入控制,并由 M2M网关管理模块安全管理单元根据策略对该操
作信息进行完整性校验, 以避免非法的远程访问, 并记录操作尝试和 /或产生安全警告 提示。 步骤七、 M2M 网关管理模块安全管理单元通过对该操作信息的完整性校验后, M2M网关通信模块网络通信单元将该操作信息发送给 M2M网关业务模块远程管理单 元。 步骤八、 M2M 网关业务模块远程管理单元接收到该操作信息后, 解析和 /或存储 该操作信息, 并通过 M2M网关通信模块设备通信单元下发给该操作信息所对应的终 端外设和 /或终端外设组。 步骤九、 终端外设和 /或终端外设组接收到该操作信息后, 解析该操作信息, 执行 对应的操作,并通过 M2M网关通信模块设备通信单元将执行结果上报给 M2M网关业 务模块远程管理单元。 步骤十、 M2M 网关业务模块远程管理单元根据策略以及终端外设和 /或终端外设 组的上报情况处理该操作信息, 并通过 M2M网关通信模块网络通信单元将远程管理 操作执行结果反馈给 M2M应用。 该处理可以包括计时、 重发、 删除等操作。 该执行 结果可以是执行成功指示与终端外设和 /或终端外设组执行操作成功后的状态值, 或者 执行失败指示与失败时的原因值。 实施例二 本优选实施例描述了采用上述 M2M网关设备进行监测数据以及非法本地接入的 校验的实现流程, 该流程包括如下步骤: 步骤一、 M2M 网关通信模块设备通信单元接收终端外设和 /或终端外设组发送的 数据。 该数据可以是终端外设和 /或终端外设组的监测数据, 如温度、 湿度、 亮度等。 步骤二、 M2M 网关管理模块安全管理单元根据策略对该终端外设和 /或终端外设 组进行接入控制, 并对该数据进行完整性校验, 以避免非法的本地接入, 并记录操作 尝试和 /或产生安全警告提示。 步骤三、 M2M 网关管理模块安全管理单元通过对该数据的完整性校验后, M2M 网关通信模块设备通信单元将该数据发送给 M2M网关管理模块数据管理单元。 步骤四、 M2M网关管理模块数据管理单元接收到该数据后,根据策略对该数据进 行管理。 上述管理可以包括收集、 存储、 处理、 转发等操作。
优选地, 在实施过程中, 可以首先根据策略所指示的依据对该数据进行收集, 例 如建立数据收集列表, 对数据进行筛选; 接下来根据策略所指示的方式对收集的数据进行存储, 例如建立数据存储列表, 对数据进行分类别存储; 再接下来根据策略所指示的方式对存储的数据进行处理,例如建立数据等级列表, 再根据数据的优先级设置不同类别数据的检索频率; 最后根据策略所指示的目标将检索的数据进行转发, 例如建立数据转发列表, 将 指定的数据类别转发给指定的 M2M网关功能模块与单元,如 M2M网关业务模块事务 管理单元。 步骤五、 M2M网关业务模块事务管理单元接收到该监测数据后,根据策略执行事 务管理, 即通过 M2M网关通信模块设备通信单元下发关联操作给终端外设和 /或终端 外设组。 优选地, 在实施过程中, 可以首先根据策略定义的事务触发条件, 例如事务触发 阀值, 检测该监测数据是否满足事务触发条件; 再根据所触发的事务查询所对应的关联操作; 最后通过 M2M网关通信模块设备通信单元下发给该关联操作对应的终端外设和 / 或终端外设组。 步骤六、 终端外设和 /或终端外设组接收到该关联操作后, 解析该关联操作, 执行 对应的操作,并通过 M2M网关通信模块设备通信单元将执行结果上报给 M2M网关业 务模块事务管理单元。 步骤七、 M2M 网关业务模块事务管理单元根据策略以及终端外设和 /或终端外设 组的上报情况处理该关联操作, 并通过 M2M网关通信模块网络通信单元将关联操作 执行结果上报给 M2M业务平台。 上述处理可以包括计时、 重发、 删除等操作。 该执 行结果可以是执行成功指示与终端外设和 /或终端外设组执行操作成功后的状态值, 或 者执行失败指示与失败时的原因值。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实 施例中描述的技术方案。

配置模块, 设置为在 M2M网关本地配置所述策略;
接收模块, 设置为接收由所述 M2M通信网络下发的所述策略; 存储模块, 设置为存储预设的所述策略, 或者所述配置模块配置的所述策 略, 或者所述接收模块接收的所述策略。
6. 一种机器与机器 /人通信 M2M网关设备的应用方法, 用于如权利要求 1至 5中 任一项所述的 M2M网关设备, 包括:
接收来自 M2M末梢网络的通信内容;
根据所述通信内容按照策略进行事务管理, 和 /或, 将所述通信内容转发给 M2M通信网络。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 根据所述通信内容按照策略进行事务管理 包括:
根据所述通信内容, 判断是否满足策略定义的事务触发条件; 如果是, 对所述 M2M末梢网络中的终端外设发送关联操作。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 在对所述 M2M末梢网络中的终端外设发 送关联操作之后, 还包括:
根据所述终端外设的上报情况,按照策略对所述关联操作进行处理,其中, 所述处理包括以下至少之一: 计时、 重发、 删除。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 将所述通信内容转发给 M2M通信网络之 后, 还包括:
接收来自所述 M2M通信网络的操作并进行解析;
将解析后的所述操作发送给所述 M2M末梢网络;
获取所述 M2M末梢网络的所述操作的执行结果, 并将所述执行结果反馈 给所述 M2M通信网络。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 在接收来自所述 M2M通信网络的操作之 后, 还包括:
根据策略对所述操作的信息进行完整性校验。
11. 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其中, 在将所述通信内容转发给 M2M通信网络 之前, 还包括:
对所述通信内容进行完整性保护。
12. 根据权利要求 6至 11中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 在接收来自 M2M末梢网络 的通信内容之后, 还包括:
根据策略对所述通信内容进行完整性校验, 或者对所述通信内容的发送方 进行访问控制。
