目前的告警主要由网元自身来完成告警信息的上报, 例如, 当网元自身 的一个部分发生故障或者超过所设的门限需要告警时, 网元的告警模块向指 定的地址发送告警信息。
但是, 在网元自身故障而不能上报告警信息时, 对于告警管理的后台来 说, 就不能及时了解到网元的现状, 存在滞后告警的情况, 甚至在某些情况 下, 故障的网元很难将告警信息发送到指定的地址, 这个对于越来越庞大的 网络, 加剧了管理的难度, 因此, 如何及时了解、 掌握网元的状态, 及时调 整网络节点, 对网络的正常运营具有非常重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种故障告警方法、 系统及装置, 增强故障告警的 可靠性, 保障网络系统的正常运行。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的一种故障告警方法, 包括:
告警网元向转发网元请求建立告警链接;
转发网元允许建立告警链接;
告警网元在与转发网元建立告警链接后, 将告警信息目的地址发送给转 发网元; 以及
转发网元接收到告警信息目的地址后, 在告警网元发生故障时, 根据告 警信息目的地址, 向目的地发送告警信息; 其中,

步骤 209: 告警状态模块读取状态数据, 根据告警配置信息中的告警阔 值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果需要, 则从告警配置模块读取相应的告警 信息 , 通过告警网络模块将告警信息发送给转发网元;
也可以由转发网元从告警网元的告警数据模块读取状态数据, 根据告警 配置信息中的告警阔值和状态数据, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果需要, 则 根据告警信息目的地址向目的地发送自生成的告警信息。
步骤 210: 转发网元接收到告警信息后, 根据告警信息目的地址将告警 信息发送到目的地;
步骤 211 : 在转发网元与告警网元的网络链接出现故障时, 转发网元直 接根据告警信息目的地址, 发送告警网元发生网络故障的告警信息。
图 3所示为本实施方式故障告警装置, 包括: 告警配置模块、 告警状态 模块、 告警网络模块、 状态检测模块、 告警数据模块和告警安全模块, 其中: 告警配置模块设置成配置告警信息目的地址、 告警阔值和告警信息。 告警状态模块设置成:通知告警网络模块向转发网元请求建立告警链接; 从告警数据模块读取状态数据, 从告警配置模块读取告警阔值, 根据状态数 据和告警阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则从告警配置模块读取
告警信息, 通过告警网络模块将告警信息发送给转发网元, 由该转发网元根 据告警信息目的地址, 向目的地发送告警信息。 告警网络模块设置成: 根据告警状态模块的通知, 请求与转发网元建立 告警链接, 在转发网元允许建立告警链接并与告警网元建立告警链接后, 从 告警配置模块读取告警信息目的地址, 将该告警信息目的地址发送给转发网 元, 由该转发网元根据告警信息目的地址, 向目的地发送告警信息。
状态检测模块设置成检测故障告警装置的状态, 并将检测到的状态数据 保存到告警数据模块。
告警安全模块与上述告警网络模块连接, 其设置成: 对告警链接请求进 行安全验证, 通过验证后, 允许告警链接请求, 允许上述告警网络模块与发 送请求的告警网络模块建立告警链接, 并向发送请求的告警网络模块发送确 认消息。
或者, 告警配置模块配置告警信息目的地址和告警阔值;
告警网络模块在从告警配置模块读取告警信息目的地址时还读取告警阔 值, 并在将告警信息目的地址发送给转发网元时, 将告警阔值发送给转发网 元;
告警数据模块保存状态数据, 供转发网元读取状态数据, 或者由告警网 络模块将状态数据发送给转发网元, 转发网元根据状态数据和告警阔值, 判 断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则根据告警信息目的地址向目的地发送自 生成的告警信息。
或者, 告警配置模块配置告警信息目的地址和告警阔值;
告警网络模块在从告警配置模块读取告警信息目的地址时还读取告警阔 值, 在将告警信息目的地址发送给转发网元时, 将告警阈值发送给转发网元, 由该转发网元进行状态检测, 根据得到的状态数据和告警阔值, 判断是否进 行状态告警, 如果进行, 则根据告警信息目的地址向目的地发送自生成的告 警信息。

本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读存储 器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用一个 或多个集成电路来实现。 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块可以釆用硬件的形 式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任何特定形 式的硬件和软件的结合。
当然, 本发明还可有多种实施方式, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进, 均应包含 在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明中一个网元的告警信息可以被另外的一个或者 多个网元向指定目的地上报, 增加了可靠性, 并在链接故障时及时上报故障 告警信息, 增加了及时性, 本发明对告警部分的功能进行了增强, 对网络的 正常运营起到了保护作用, 使网元的告警信息的传递更加灵活, 有更好的健 壮性, 网络系统具有更好的可管理性, 使网络系统更加可靠。
Claims
1、 一种故障告警方法, 包括:
告警网元向转发网元请求建立告警链接;
所述转发网元允许建立所述告警链接;
所述告警网元在与所述转发网元建立所述告警链接后, 将告警信息目的 地址发送给所述转发网元; 以及
所述转发网元接收到所述告警信息目的地址后, 在所述告警网元发生故 障时, 根据所述告警信息目的地址, 向目的地发送告警信息; 其中 所述告警网元中配置有所述告警信息目的地址。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述告警网元中还配置有告警阔值和告警信息;
所述转发网元在所述告警网元发生故障时, 向目的地发送告警信息的步 骤包括: 所述告警网元检测自身状态, 根据检测得到的状态数据和所述告警 阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则将所述告警信息发送给所述转 发网元; 所述转发网元向目的地发送接收到的告警信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述告警网元中还配置有告警阔值; 将所述告警信息目的地址发送给所 述转发网元的步骤中, 所述告警网元还将所述告警阔值发送给该转发网元; 所述转发网元在所述告警网元发生故障时, 向目的地发送告警信息的步 骤包括: 所述转发网元接收到所述告警阔值后, 检测所述告警网元的状态, 根据检测得到的状态数据和所述告警阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进 行, 则根据所述告警信息目的地址向所述目的地发送自生成的告警信息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述告警网元中还配置有告警阔值; 将所述告警信息目的地址发送给所 述转发网元的步骤中, 所述告警网元还将所述告警阈值发送给该转发网元; 所述转发网元在所述告警网元发生故障时, 向目的地发送告警信息的步 骤包括: 所述告警网元检测自身状态, 保存检测得到的状态数据; 所述转发 网元从所述告警网元读取或接收所述告警网元发送的状态数据, 根据读取或 接收的状态数据和所述告警阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则根 据所述告警信息目的地址向所述目的地发送自生成的告警信息。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 还包括:
所述转发网元在所述告警链接出现故障时,根据所述告警信息目的地址, 向所述目的地发送告警网元发生网络故障的告警信息。
6、 一种故障告警系统, 包括: 告警网元和转发网元, 其中:
所述告警网元设置成: 配置告警信息目的地址, 向所述转发网元请求建 立告警链接, 以及, 在与所述转发网元建立所述告警链接后, 将所述告警信 息目的地址发送给所述转发网元;
所述转发网元设置成: 接收到所述告警信息目的地址后, 在所述告警网 元发生故障时, 根据所述告警信息目的地址, 向目的地发送告警信息。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述告警网元还设置成: 配置告警阔值和告警信息, 以及, 在将所述告 警信息目的地址发送给所述转发网元后, 检测自身状态, 并根据检测得到的 状态数据和所述告警阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则将所述告 警信息发送给所述转发网元;
所述转发网元是设置成通过如下方式向所述目的地发送告警信息: 将从 所述告警网元接收到的告警信息发送到所述目的地。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述告警网元还设置成: 配置告警阔值, 以及, 在将所述告警信息目的 地址发送给所述转发网元时, 将所述告警阈值发送给该转发网元;
所述转发网元是设置成通过如下方式向所述目的地发送告警信息: 接收 到所述告警阔值后, 检测所述告警网元的状态, 根据检测得到的状态数据和 所述告警阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则根据所述告警信息目 的地址向所述目的地发送自生成的告警信息。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述告警网元还设置成: 配置告警阔值, 在将所述告警信息目的地址发 送给所述转发网元时, 将所述告警阔值发送给该转发网元, 并检测自身状态, 保存检测得到的状态数据;
所述转发网元是设置成通过如下方式向所述目的地发送告警信息: 接收到 所述告警阔值后, 从所述告警网元读取或接收所述告警网元发送的状态数据, 根据读取或接收的状态数据和所述告警阔值, 判断是否进行状态告警, 如果进 行, 则根据所述告警信息目的地址向所述目的地发送自生成的告警信息。
10、 一种故障告警装置, 包括: 告警配置模块、 告警状态模块和告警网 络模块, 其中:
所述告警配置模块设置成配置告警信息目的地址;
所述告警状态模块设置成通知所述告警网络模块向转发网元请求建立告 警链接;
所述告警网络模块设置成: 根据所述告警状态模块的通知, 向所述转发 网元请求建立所述告警链接, 以及, 在与所述转发网元建立所述告警链接后, 从所述告警配置模块读取所述告警信息目的地址, 将该告警信息目的地址发 送给所述转发网元, 由该转发网元根据所述告警信息目的地址, 向目的地发 送告警信息。
11、如权利要求 10所述的装置,还包括:状态检测模块和告警数据模块, 其中:
所述告警配置模块还设置成配置告警阔值和告警信息;
所述状态检测模块设置成检测所述故障告警装置的状态, 将检测得到状 态数据保存到告警数据模块;
所述告警状态模块还设置成: 从所述告警数据模块读取状态数据, 从所 述告警配置模块读取所述告警阔值, 根据所读取的状态数据和告警阔值, 判 断是否进行状态告警, 如果进行, 则从所述告警配置模块读取所述告警信息, 通过所述告警网络模块将所述告警信息发送给所述转发网元, 由该转发网元 根据所述告警信息目的地址, 向目的地发送所述告警信息。
