Description

一种电动牙刷刷头 技术领域
一种电动牙刷刷头, 涉及一种口腔清洁用的电动牙刷, 特别是双杆顺刷 电动牙刷刷头的改进。 背景技术
随着人们生活品质的提高, 对口腔清洁的关注度日益提高, 尤其是对牙 齿的清洁与保护, 已经提升到了养生和预防关联疾病的高度。
目前巿场上的主流洁齿产品, 依然是手动牙刷。 近一二十年逐渐兴起的 电动牙刷,也主要以回旋式和颤动式为主,这两类电动牙刷与手动牙刷一样, 由于受到刷头工作原理的限制, 洁齿效果不好, 均无法有效地清除牙缝里的 污垢。
随后出现的几款双杆顺刷电动牙刷, 洁齿效果得到了显著提高, 但由于 设计结构和制作工艺上的缺陷,至今未能实现大规模生产上巿。如法国的"丽 盾" 的双杆顺刷电动牙刷, 刷头结构比较复杂, 刷毛必须通过植毛工艺方能 完成。 还有一款名为 "曲臂双滚顺刷电动牙刷", 它的刷头结构更为复杂。 这两款双杆顺刷电动牙刷的刷头体积均过大, 不利于刷头在口腔的运动。 刷 头结构复杂, 还会相应地增加生产工艺环节, 加大生产成本, 也使刷头的故 障点明显增多, 不利于人们的广泛使用。
又如 "一种三维电动牙刷" (申请号为 02123943.6 )这篇专利, 釆用的 是 " ... ...微型电动机的转速通过一个齿轮减速传动装置降低后, 带动一对相 互齿合的传动杆插头。 该对相互齿合的传动杆插头分别连接一根柔性传动 杆, 柔性传动杆从有一定夹力的牙刷杆中穿过, 分别与被固定在牙刷杆前端 的有 5— 85度前倾角度的一对滚简式毛刷相连接" 的双动力输出结构形式。 这种结构貌似合理, 但从该发明投向巿场的 "爱之选" 牌双滚顺刷电动牙刷 实物中可以看出, 它的这种双动力输出结构, 存在着一个难以克服的隐患, 那就是刷体防水密封问题: 由于电动牙刷普遍釆用的是直径约 2亳米细轴做 传动, 对这种高速旋转的传动轴做单轴的长期动态防水密封, 已经是一件很 不容易的事情。 而此专利产品的 "传动杆插头" 为两个, 要为这两个间距不 大、 相互制约的高速旋转的传动杆同时做长期动态防水密封, 难度会数倍增 力口, 成本和事故率均会成倍上升, 这种无法规避的隐患, 极不适合大工业化 生产。 此外, 该专利实物中还存在着刷头脱落问题: 其刷头与柔性传动杆之 间, 釆用的是套插方式, 刷头脱落的危险性很高, 安全性也达不到大规模推 广的要求。 以上这两个问题, 是此专利电动牙刷未能大量面世的主要原因。 发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的不足, 提供一种生产方便、 本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种电动牙刷刷头, 该刷头的结构包括: 刷头壳体、 主传动杆和从传动 杆; 每个传动杆上各有一个齿轮、 一个凸台和一组刷毛, 其中主传动杆的末 端比从传动杆的末端略长, 并带有用于联接驱动机构的传动插头, 所述主传 动杆和从传动杆上的齿轮齿合连接, 所述凸台均位于在刷头壳体内的刷杆隔 板的内侧; 其特征在于, 所述的每根传动杆与齿轮、 凸台是釆用注塑、 熔铸 或锻压的方式, 一次性注压成型为一体; 刷头刷毛是釆用二次注塑、 热压或 热合的方式, 分别固定在每根传动杆前端的杆上。
根据上述的一种电动牙刷刷头, 其特征在于, 所述主传动杆和从传动杆 上的齿轮置于所述刷头壳体内的齿轮容纳腔内, 该容纳腔由两个隔板形成。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的一种电动牙刷刷头通过这种将相关部件一次性成型的技术, 不 但将双杆顺刷电动牙刷传动杆的双轴防水密封, 变成了技术上较为成熟的单 轴防水密封, 最大程度地降低了产品故障发生率, 而且简化了目前巿场上双 杆顺刷电动牙刷刷头各部件的生产和组装程序, 克服了组装所存在的结构繁 瑣、 故障点较多、 安全性较差、 生产成本较高等诸多影响双杆顺刷电动牙刷 大规模生产和使用的制约因素, 有利于企业低成本、 大规模生产。
本发明的一种电动牙刷刷头通过二次注塑或热压、 热合的方式将刷杆和 刷毛牢固在一起的方法, 不但可以省略刷毛的组装环节, 而且消除了因组装 而留下的潜在的刷毛脱落隐患, 让使用者更感安全。
本发明的一种电动牙刷刷头, 通过两根传动杆上的齿轮进行齿合连接, 形成两个刷头对称旋转的顺刷组合。
本发明的一种电动牙刷刷头, 有效简化了生产和组装程序, 克服组装方 式所存在的结构繁瑣、 故障点较多、 安全性较差、 生产成本较高等诸多影响 双杆顺刷电动牙刷大规模生产和使用的制约因素, 有利于企业低成本、 大规 模生产。 消除了刷毛脱落、 刷毛和传动杆的前部从刷杆的隔板上脱落下来的 隐患, 提高使用的安全性。 附图的简要说明

主传动杆前端的刷毛 5和从传动杆前端的刷毛 6, 均是釆用二次注塑、 热 压或热合的方式, 分别固定在主传动杆和从传动杆前端的杆上。 通过二次注 塑或热压或热合的方式将刷杆和刷毛牢固在一起的方法, 不但可以省略刷毛 的组装环节, 而且消除了因组装而留下的潜在的刷毛脱落隐患, 让使用者更 感安全。 主传动杆上有一个起保险作用的凸台 7, 从传动杆上也对称地具有 一个起保险作用的凸台 8 , 它们均设在刷头壳体 11的刷杆隔板 9的内侧。 所述 凸台 7和凸台 8用于防止在主传动杆出现断裂时, 刷毛 5和从传动杆的前部, 从刷杆隔板上脱落下来, 或者当从传动杆出现断裂时, 防止刷毛和从传动杆 的前部, 从刷杆隔板上脱落下来。 齿轮 3和齿轮 4置于刷头壳体 11内的齿轮容 纳腔内, 该容纳腔由两个隔板形成, 同样可以起到保险作用, 如图 1所示。 由此也带动了齿轮 3和刷毛 5同步旋转。 通过齿轮 3与齿轮 4的齿合连接, 从而 带动了从传动杆 2的对称旋转, 由此也带动了刷毛 6的对称旋转。 最终形成了 刷毛 5与刷毛 6对称旋转的顺刷组合。

1. 一种电动牙刷刷头, 该刷头的结构包括: 刷头壳体、 主传动杆和从传 动杆; 每个传动杆上各有一个齿轮、 一个凸台和一组刷毛, 其中主传动杆的 末端比从传动杆的末端略长, 并带有联接驱动机构的传动插头, 所述主传动 杆和从传动杆上的齿轮齿合连接, 所述凸台均位于在刷头壳体内的刷杆隔板 的内侧; 其特征在于, 所述的每根传动杆与齿轮、 凸台是釆用注塑或熔铸、 锻压的方式, 一次性注压成型为一体; 刷头刷毛是釆用二次注塑或热压、 热 合的方式, 分别固定在每根传动杆前端的杆上。
