握柄部100的一端与刷头部200连接,握柄部100与刷头部200连接的端部为握柄部100的连接端,调速电机的驱动轴从握柄部100的连接端伸出,驱动轴的端部连接有驱动齿轮8,从握柄部100的连接端伸出的调速电机驱动轴通过驱动齿轮8与刷头部200相连,即调速电机驱动轴通过端部连接的驱动齿轮8与刷头部200连接,从而驱动刷头部200运动完成刷牙动作。优选地,握柄部100的连接端设置有旋转固定套23和旋转连接套24,调速电机的驱动轴从旋转固定套23和旋转连接套24中伸出,并且与刷头部200相连。
优选地,调速电机与转接轴7相啮合,转接轴7与驱动齿轮8相啮合,调速电机的输出轴通过转接轴7与驱动齿轮8相连。转接轴7上可套接弹簧26。
刷头部200包括U形外壳22,U形外壳22的内侧活动连接有牙刷板,牙刷板的表面设置有牙刷毛14,调速电机的驱动轴通过传动装置与牙刷板相连,调速电机通过传动装置驱动牙刷板在U形外壳22内往复运动,从而完成刷牙动作。
如图5-6所示,传动装置包括环形导槽12,环形导槽12可以呈长方形、圆形或椭圆形,环形导槽12内部嵌设有活动板9,例如环形导槽12的内环 边上设置有环形槽道,活动板9嵌设在环形导槽12的环形槽道内。活动板9的中部设置有环形轨道孔10,环形轨道孔10可以是椭圆形轨道孔、环形轨道孔10内设置传动齿轮,环形轨道孔10两端设置有换向弧形导板11,换向弧形导板11可引导驱动齿轮8在环形轨道孔10的端部进行换向运动。驱动齿轮8穿过环形轨道孔10,并与环形轨道孔10的传动齿轮啮合。应注意的是,驱动齿轮8保持原地旋转,驱动齿轮8通过与传动齿轮啮合的相互力作用,使传动装置发生相对运动。
优选地,当活动板9位于环形导槽12的中心位置时,活动板9和环形导槽12为对称结构,驱动轴位于环形导槽12的中线位置附近转动。
由此,在驱动轴上的驱动齿轮8保持原位置旋转时,驱动轴上的驱动齿轮8与传动装置的传动齿轮啮合,从而驱动活动板9在环形导槽12内移动。当驱动齿轮8沿环形轨道孔10的一侧运动到环形轨道孔10该侧的端部位置时,换向弧形导板11引导驱动轴的驱动齿轮8移动到环形轨道孔10的另一侧,当驱动齿轮8沿环形轨道孔10的该另一侧运动到环形轨道孔10的另一端时,另一端设置的换向弧形导板11引导驱动轴的齿轮移动回到环形轨道孔10的初始侧运动。
因注意的是,为确保环形导槽12以及与环形导槽12固定连接的牙刷板仅做水平往复运动,活动板9水平方向的宽度优选与环形导槽12的槽孔水平方向的宽度相同,而活动板9竖直方向的高度小于环形导槽12的槽孔竖直方向的高度。这种尺寸关系可确保活动板9仅带动环形导槽12做水平往复运动。
由此,驱动齿轮8在活动板9上设置的环形轨道孔10中转动,驱动活动板9在环形导槽12内做竖直面的环线运动,即活动板9在齿轮的驱动下,沿环形导槽12的内槽口做竖直面的上下左右画圈运动,活动板9水平方向的宽度与环形导槽12的水平宽度一致,活动板9竖直方向的高度小于环形导槽12的竖向高度,从而在活动板9的上下左右画圈运动过程中,驱动环形导槽12在水平面内来回往复运动,也即左右水平摆动。环形导槽12与牙刷板固定连接,从而驱动轴通过驱动活动板9运动从而同步带动环形导槽12和牙刷板在水平方向上往复运动,从而完成刷牙动作。
牙刷板包括前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17, 前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15构成牙齿走向的U形,内侧齿牙刷板17也呈U形,前外齿牙刷板13、侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17彼此固定相连,例如通过硅胶连接片18相连,或前外齿牙刷板13、侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17为一体成型结构,从而当驱动轴驱动传动装置运动时,传动装置带动前外齿牙刷板13、侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17同步做水平方向的往复运动,进行刷牙动作。
优选地,传动装置与前外齿牙刷板13为一体成型结构,或者传动装置与前外齿牙刷板13、侧外齿牙刷板15、内侧齿牙刷板17为一体成型结构。此外,传动装置、前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17也可为可拆卸连接结构,以方便更换零部件。
U形外壳22,前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17可采用无毒无害的硅胶材料制成,以确保消费者使用安全。刷头部200的U形外壳22的两端设置有咬合部20,使用本实用新型的电动牙刷进行刷牙时,可用内部牙齿咬住咬合部20进行刷牙。
进一步,具有牙刷毛14的牙刷板与硅胶支架21固定连接,硅胶支架21设置在U形外壳22的内侧,或者也可将牙刷毛14直接植入硅胶支架21上,取消牙刷板的设置。硅胶支架21的结构外形与人体口腔外形匹配,硅胶支架21包括外侧弧形边和内侧弧形边,前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15固定在硅胶支架21的外侧弧形边上,内侧齿牙刷板17固定在硅胶支架21的内侧弧形边上,从而再将具有硅胶支架21的刷头部200塞入口腔中时,前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15上的牙刷毛14包围外侧齿表面,内侧齿牙刷板17上的牙刷毛14包围内侧齿表面。
进一步,硅胶支架21可通过固定支架28、上排齿29、上排齿固定套30可拆卸地与U型连接支架16连接,以方便更换零部件。
设置在硅胶支架21上的牙刷板可通过U型连接支架16与U形外壳22活动连接,U形外壳22的内侧设置有U型支架以支撑U形外壳22的形状。
本实用新型的电动牙刷使用过程如下,在电动牙刷的牙刷毛14上涂上牙膏,将电动牙刷的刷头部200放入用户口腔,使用者的牙齿咬住刷头部的咬合片,此时前外齿牙刷板13和侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17上的牙 刷毛14包围用户的整个牙齿的内侧面和外侧面。按下握柄部100电源开关,调速电机开始启动,调速电机带动驱动齿轮8转动,驱动齿轮8沿着传动装置的环形轨道孔10运动,驱动齿轮8通过环形轨道孔10上的传动齿轮带动活动板9在环形导槽12内做上下左右往复运动,环形导槽12与前外齿牙刷板13固定连接,前外齿牙刷板13与侧外齿牙刷板15以及内侧齿牙刷板17固定相连,从而实现环形导槽12同步带动所有牙刷板沿水平方向来回摆动运动。这样,牙刷板上的牙刷毛14水平向来回运动进行刷牙。
由此,使用本实用新型的电动牙刷刷牙时,使用者不需要用手握住电动牙刷的握柄部100就能完成刷牙动作,解放了双手。控制板5内设置有定时模块,通过设置控制板5的定时功能,从而设置规定的刷牙时间,如3分钟,刷完后自动停止,更加方便。此外,通过选择调速按钮可选定调速电机的速度值,方便使用者根据自己的习惯,调整速度。
可以理解,本实用新型是通过一些实施例进行描述的,本领域技术人员知悉的,在不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围的情况下,可以对这些特征和实施例进行各种改变或等效替换。另外,在本实用新型的教导下,可以对这些特征和实施例进行修改以适应具体的情况及材料而不会脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。因此,本实用新型不受此处所公开的具体实施例的限制,所有落入本申请的权利要求范围内的实施例都属于本实用新型所保护的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动牙刷,其特征在于,包括:
    握柄部,内部设置有彼此相连的驱动装置和控制板;
    刷头部,与握柄部相连,包括U形外壳和活动连接在U形外壳内的牙刷板,牙刷板的表面设置有牙刷毛;
    其中,驱动装置通过传动装置与握柄部相连,驱动装置通过传动装置带动牙刷板在刷头部的U形外壳内沿水平方向来回摆动,以使牙刷板上的牙刷毛完成刷牙动作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,驱动装置包括驱动轴和驱动齿轮,驱动装置通过驱动轴带动驱动齿轮转动,驱动装置的驱动齿轮与传动装置相连以带动传动装置运动,传动装置进而带动刷头部的牙刷板运动以完成刷牙动作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,传动装置包括环形导槽,环形导槽内部嵌设有活动板,活动板可在环形导槽内部相对于环形导槽竖向运动,活动板的中部设置有环形轨道孔,环形轨道孔内部设置有传动齿轮,环形轨道孔的两端设置有换向弧形导板,换向弧形导板可引导驱动齿轮从环形轨道孔的一侧换向运动到另一侧,驱动齿轮穿过环形轨道孔并与环形轨道孔的传动齿轮啮合,环形导槽与牙刷板固定连接,驱动齿轮旋转时通过啮合的传动齿轮驱动活动板运动,活动板带动环形导槽和牙刷板沿水平方向来回摆动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,环形导槽呈长方形、圆形或椭圆形,活动板水平方向的宽度与环形导槽的槽孔水平方向的宽度相同,活动板竖直方向的高度小于环形导槽的槽孔竖直方向的高度。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,环形导槽的内环边上设置有环形槽道,活动板嵌设在环形导槽的环形槽道内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,驱动装置与转接轴相啮合,转接轴与驱动齿轮相啮合,驱动装置通过转接轴与驱动齿轮相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,控制板上设置有电源开关、调速按钮及定时控制模块,控制板可控制调速电机的开关及运行速度,定时控制模块可控制调速电机运行设定的时间。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,牙刷板由硅胶材料制成,并且包括前外齿牙刷板和侧外齿牙刷板以及内侧齿牙刷板,前外齿牙刷板和侧外齿牙刷板构成牙齿走向的U形,内侧齿牙刷板也呈U形。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,前外齿牙刷板、侧外齿牙刷板以及内侧齿牙刷板固定相连,前外齿牙刷板、侧外齿牙刷板以及内侧齿牙刷板为一体成型结构或者为可拆卸连接结构。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的电动牙刷,其特征在于,传动装置与前外齿牙刷板为一体成型结构,刷头部的U形外壳的两端设置有咬合部以方便用户咬住咬合部进行刷牙。
