防水保温一体化板 技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域, 尤其涉及一种建筑用防水保温一体化板。
背景技术
随着建筑形势的发展和建筑结构品位的提升, 建筑功能的要求也在不断的 提高, 科技的发展, 产业的进步, 防水、 保温材料的品种和质量也在不断的提 高和改进, 但是如何能从根本上解决好防水保温的问题是摆在新时期业内人士 面前值得探讨的课题。 目前, 保温和防水两个层次采取分开施工的方式。 此做 法的缺陷在于: 一方面施工周期比较长, 工序繁多; 另一方面不同工种交叉作 业会相互掣肘, 无法保证防水保温效果, 一旦出现问题, 责任界定不清, 最终 给业主带来巨大损失。
中国专利文献 CN 201908367 U公开一种 "保温防水复合板", 属于建筑技 术领域, 涉及一种建筑用板材, 包括保温板。 所述保温板的外表面设有阻燃防 水层, 所述的阻燃防水层内至少设有一层网格布。 保温板可以是成型的平板, 也可以是根据需要使用切割加工过的异型保温板材, 保温板的外表面可以使用 单层网格布, 亦可根据需要使用两层以上的网格布或加强型的网格布。 其阻燃 防水层采用聚合物水泥砂浆结构或者水泥砂浆结构, 安装时需要使用专用的粘 结砂浆, 辅以锚钉才能固定, 由于屋面使用时面积较大, 这样一来无疑增加工 作量, 同时大量使用固定件也会增加成本以及破坏板材的结构稳定性, 同时破 坏了防水层的整体性, 结构上存在渗漏隐患。
中国专利文献 CN 200940315 Y公开一种 "防水保温集成板", 包括基层、 保温层和面层, 保温层在基层和面层之间, 所述基层为柔性防水衬布或者聚乙 烯丙纶防水卷材, 所述保温层为硬聚氨酯泡沬塑料或者酚醛树脂泡沬塑料, 所 述面层为高分子防水卷材, 基层与保温层、 保温层与面层之间没有胶粘剂。 其 利用聚氨酯或者酚醛树脂在发泡过程中具有粘接性的特点, 将基层、 面层粘接 在一起, 无需另设胶粘剂。 其缺点在于: 1、 单纯依靠保温层在发泡过程中的自 身的粘结性粘结面层及基层, 粘结强度不够高, 板材的结构稳定性不够; 2、 基 层防水卷材与结构层粘结效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术问题, 提供一种防水保温一体化板, 其可 以使防水与保温系统一步完成, 一方面可以大大加快施工速度, 节省工期, 另 一方面防水卷材与保温材料层在工厂进行复合成型, 有利于保证防水层与保温 层的粘结质量。
为达此目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种防水保温一体化板, 包括保温层, 所述保温层的至少一侧设有防水卷 材层。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 包括保温层, 所述保温层的 相对的两侧分别设有第一防水卷材层和第二防水卷材层。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 本发明所述的保温层选自有 机或者无机保温材料。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 本发明所述的保温层选自硬 泡聚氨酯保温材料、 挤塑聚苯板、 聚苯乙烯泡沬板、 酚醛保温板、 岩棉、 玻璃 棉、 膨化微珠、 泡沬混凝土中的任一种或者几种混合物。 其它本领域技术人员 能够获知的有机或无机保温材料都可适用于本适用新型。
其中, 硬泡聚氨酯具有一材多用的功能, 同时具备保温、 防水、 隔音、 吸 振等诸多功能;保温性能卓越,是目前国内所有建材中导热系数最低( 0.024)、 热阻值最高的保温材料, 导热系数仅为 EPS发泡聚苯板的一半; 聚氨酯硬泡体 连续致密的表皮和近于 100%的高强度互联壁闭孔, 具有理想的不透水性。
挤塑聚苯板是一种具有高抗压、 吸水率低、 防潮、 不透气、 质轻、 耐腐蚀、 超抗老化、 导热系数低等优异性能的环保型材料。 挤塑聚苯板主要以聚苯乙烯 为原料制成, 而聚苯乙烯原本就是极佳的低导热原料, 再辅以挤塑压出紧密的 蜂窝结构, 就更为有效地阻止了热传导, 聚苯板导热系数为 0. 03, 具有高热阻、 低线性膨胀率的特性。导热系数远远低于其它保温材料;挤塑聚苯板具有紧密的 闭孔结构, 聚苯乙烯分子结构本身不吸水, 板材的正反面都没有缝隙, 因此吸 水率极低, 防潮和防渗透性能极佳; 挤塑板因具有优异的防腐蚀、 防老化性、保 温性、 在高水蒸气压力下, 仍能保持其优异的性能, 使用寿命可达 30-40年。
聚苯乙烯泡沬板又名泡沬板, 是由含有挥发性液体发泡剂的可发性聚苯乙 烯珠粒, 经加热预发后在模具中加热成型的白色物体,具有微细闭孔的结构特 点, 一方面可以有效的消除 "热桥", 避免结露, 提高结构的保温性能, 一方面 可以对建筑物主体结构进行保护, 延长建筑物寿命。
酚醛保温板由酚醛泡沬制成, 酚醛泡沬是一种新型不燃、 防火低烟保温材 料, 它是由酚醛树脂加入发泡剂、 固化剂及其它助剂制成的闭孔硬质泡沬塑料, 其具有不燃、 低烟、 抗高温歧变的优点, 克服了原有泡沬塑料型保温材料易燃、 多烟、 遇热变形的缺点, 保留了原有泡沬塑料型保温材料质轻、 施工方便等特 点。
岩棉保温板是以玄武岩及其它天然矿石等为主要原料, 经高温熔融成纤, 加入适量粘结剂, 固化加工而制成的, 广泛应用于船舶、 冶金、 电力、 建筑等 行业, 具有良好的绝热、 隔音效果。 施工及安装便利、 节能效果显著, 具有很 高的性能价格比。
玻璃棉属于玻璃纤维中的一个类别, 是一种人造无机纤维。 玻璃棉是将熔 融玻璃纤维化, 形成棉状的材料, 化学成分属玻璃类, 是一种无机质纤维, 具 有成型好、 体积密度小、 热导率祗、 保温绝热、 吸音性能好、 耐腐蚀、 化学性 能稳定。
泡沬混凝土保温板具有的优点: ①轻质材料: 产品干密度 200-250kg/m3, 导热系数在 0. 050-0. 059 W/ (m. K), 具有很好的保温节能效果; ② A级防火: 本 材料主材为水泥等无机材料, 经检测: 燃烧性能达到 A级; ③粘接力强: 由于 该材料是水泥基多孔材料, 与砂浆、 墙面属同质材料, 界面亲和力好, 粘结强 度高, 适应性强, 施工效率高; ④节能环保: 低碳利废, 无毒无害, 并能利用 工业废渣, 促进可持续发展; ⑤耐久性好: 水泥基的闭孔发泡材料, 比有机类 保温材料有着更长的使用寿命, 抗高低温性好、 耐腐蚀、 抗紫外线照射、 耐候 性、 耐久性好。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 本发明所述的第一防水卷材 层、 第二防水卷材层均选自高分子防水卷材、 水泥基防水卷材、 改性沥青防水 卷材、 自粘卷材中的任一种或者几种混合物, 并可根据需要复合胎体增强材料。
其中, 高分子防水卷材选自 TPO、 PVC, HDPE、 EVA, EPDM、 ECB、 PE 卷材、 聚乙烯丙纶防水卷材以及其它高分子材料, 优选 PVC或 TPO。 本领域技 术人员能够获知的其它高分子防水卷材均可用于实施本发明。 PVC聚氯乙烯防水 卷材是以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要成分, 通过添加其它化学助剂, 采用挤出或压延 法生产工艺加工而成的合成高分子防水材料。 PVC防水卷材既有很高的韧性又有 很大的强度, 有较好的抗氧化, 抗紫外线、 耐高温、 耐腐蚀, 抗穿剌能力强等 性能, 用途十分广泛。 而且生产 PVC 的原料来源丰富, 在加入其它辅助材料后 可加入大量的改性填料, 可大大降低其价格。 再者 PVC 防水卷材易悍接, 其相 互搭接处可用悍枪或悍机热悍。 TPO 即热塑性聚烯烃类防水卷材, 是以采用先 进的聚合技术将乙丙橡胶与聚丙烯结合在一起的热塑性聚烯烃(TPO)合成树脂 为基料, 加入抗氧剂、 防老剂、 软化剂制成的新型防水卷材, 可以用聚酯纤维 网格布做内部增强材料制成增强型防水卷材, 属合成高分子防水卷材类防水产 品。 TPO综合了 EPDM和 PVC的性能优点, 具有前者的耐候能力、低温柔度和 后者的可悍接特性。 这种材料与传统的塑料不同, 在常温显示出橡胶高弹性, 在高温下又能像塑料一样成型。 因此, 这种材料具有良好的加工性能和力学性 能,并且具有高强悍接性能。而在两层 TPO材料中间加设一层聚酯纤维织物后, 可增强其物理性能、 提高其断裂强度、 抗疲劳、 抗穿剌能力。
水泥基防水卷材是将水硬性水泥、矿物掺合料等与聚合物胶乳经压延成型, 制成结构致密、 无宏观缺陷的柔性水泥基防水卷材。 水泥基防水卷材具有以下 特点: 1、 工艺: 将水硬性水泥及具有潜在水硬性的超细矿物掺合料与聚合物、 水、 助剂共同改性, 经成型, 制成不同颜色、 不同规格的防水卷材。 2、 材料: 良好的防水侵入能力; 基层、 粘结剂、 卷材均为水泥基材料, 形成刚柔一体的 防水结构; 优良的耐老化性; 良好的柔韧性及适应基材变形能力; 独特的透气 不透水性, 可彻底消除防水层起鼓胀裂而导致的渗漏隐患。 3、 施工: 施工采用 冷粘法, 操作简单、 方便, 可在潮湿基面上施工, 缩短施工周期, 对环境适应 力强, 粘结剂为专门研制的低聚灰比聚合物水泥砂浆。 4、 环保: 在生产、 施工 过程中无三害排放, 具有优良的环保特性。 5、 价格: 性能价格比优, 价格优势 明显。
改性沥青防水卷材是以 SBS橡胶改性石油沥青引为浸渍覆盖层, 以聚酯纤 维无纺布、 黄麻布、 玻纤毡等分别制作为胎基, 以塑料薄膜为防粘隔离层, 经 选材、 配料、 共熔、 浸渍、 复合成型、 卷曲等工序加工制作。 这种卷材具有很 好的耐高温性能, 可以在 -25°C到 +100°C的温度范围内使用, 有较高的弹性和耐 疲劳性, 以及较高的伸长率和较强的耐穿剌能力、 耐撕裂能力。 适合于寒冷地 区, 以及变形和振动较大的工业与民用建筑的防水工程。
自粘防水卷材是一种以 SBS等合成橡胶、 增粘剂及优质道路石油沥青等配 制成的自粘橡胶沥青为基料, 强韧的高密度聚乙烯膜或铝箔作为上表面材料, 可剥离的涂硅隔离膜或涂硅隔离纸为下表面防粘隔离材料制成的防水材料。 它 是一种极具发展前景的新型防水材料, 具有低温柔性、 自愈性及粘结性能好的 特点, 可常温施工、 施工速度快、 符合环保要求。 自粘防水卷材可为高分子自 粘防水卷材、 改性沥青自粘防水卷材、 有胎体自粘防水卷材或者无胎体自粘防 水卷材。 高分子自粘防水卷材集高分子防水卷材和自粘防水卷材优点于一身, 大大提高了抗穿剌、 耐候、 自愈、 耐高低温等性能, 物理性能更优异, 化学性 能更稳定。 高分子自粘防水卷材具有以下特点: 1.抗拉、 抗撕裂及抗穿剌等物 理性能良好; 较强的耐化学腐蚀性, 对来自混凝土的碱水有很好的抵抗性, 不 受生活垃圾及生物侵害, 防霉、 耐腐蚀; 2.施工时可根据工程现场条件选择湿 铺、 空铺、 机械固定、 挂铺等施工方法, 施工更灵活, 防水效果更优。 特别是 采用湿铺法施工时对基层要求低, 无需找平层, 不受基层潮湿和天气影响, 雨 季施工及赶工期有其独特的优势; 接缝通过热风悍接形成一体, 牢固可靠, 具 有长期可悍性; 3.冷作业、 无明火、 无毒无味、 无环境污染及消防隐患, 安全 环保; 维修方便、 快捷; 4.一层防水, 两道设防, 防水效果更可靠; 可不做卷 材上的混凝土保护层直接实施钢筋混凝土浇筑,性价比高。 改性沥青自粘防水卷 材具有以下特点: 1、 材料: 具有橡胶的弹性, 延伸率极佳, 很好地适应基层的 变形和开裂; 具有优异的对基层的粘结力, 粘结力往往大于其剪切力, 确保搭 接严密可靠; 该卷材具有良好的耐酸、 耐碱、 耐化学腐蚀, 在各种环境中具有 优良的耐老化性能; 极具特色的 "自愈功能", 能自行愈合较小的穿剌破损, 在 遭遇穿剌或硬物嵌入时,会自动与这些物体合为一体,保持良好的防水性能; 2、 施工: 不用粘结剂, 也不须加热烤至熔化, 只须撕去隔离层, 即可牢固地粘结 在基层上, 施工方便且施工速度极快; 施工安全、 不污染环境, 施工简便干净, 容易做到现场文明施工; 3、 环保: 施工过程中省去溶剂和燃料, 避免了环境污 染和消防隐患, 节约了资源; 4、 价格: 最优性价比, 可靠性高。
自粘防水卷材可复合有增强胎体材料, 也可不含增强胎体材料。 胎体增强 材料主要有聚酯毡、 玻纤毡、 玻纤网格布、 棉混合纤维无纺布以及其他各类胎 体增强材料, 其主要作用是保持卷材的尺寸稳定性和提高卷材的抗拉强度。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 所述保温层与所述第一防水 卷材层和 /或所述第二防水卷材层之间设置具有结合作用的结合层。 进一步的, 结合层采用水泥基材料或者胶粘剂, 水泥基材料可选自普通水泥基材料、 聚合 物水泥基材料, 其它本领域技术人员可以获知的水泥基材料也可适用于本发明; 胶粘剂可采用单组份或双组份胶粘剂; 水泥基材料或胶粘剂可采用人工涂刷或 者机械涂覆方式结合于保温层与防水卷材之间。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 所述结合层的内部和 /或表面 选择性复合有胎体增强材料, 胎体增强材料可以采用膜结构胎体、 布结构胎体、 网格布结构胎体以及其它本领域技术人员能够获知的胎体, 如玻纤布胎体、 玻 纤网格布胎体、 聚酯布胎体、 聚酯网格布胎体等。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 可以根据需要在保温层的内 部和 /或表面复合具有增强作用的胎体增强材料。 进一步的, 增强材料可采用金 属材料和 /或非金属材料, 如金属网格、 尼龙网格、 玻纤网格。 作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 所述第一防水卷材层的内部 和 /或表面选择性复合具有增强和 /或隔离作用的保护层, 所述第二防水卷材层 的内部和 /或表面选择性复合具有增强和 /或隔离作用的保护层。
其中, 起增强和隔离作用的保护层可选自无纺布、 HDPE、 LDPE、 聚乙烯丙 纶、 土工布、 聚合物水泥基涂膜中的一种或几种混合物, 其它本领域技术人员 能够获知的可以起到相应增强和隔离效果的材料均可用于本发明。 HDPE既可以 增强卷材的强度, 又可以有效的将保温材料和沥青基卷材隔开, 从而起到隔离 作用。
起增强作用的保护层可选自聚酯无纺布、 聚酯网格布、 玻纤无纺布、 玻纤 网格布或其它增强材料中的一种或至少两种的混合物, 其它本领域经常用到的 可以起到相应增强效果的材料均可用于本发明, 增强材料的设计能够使卷材铺 贴更加平整顺直。
起隔离作用的保护层可选自隔离膜或隔离纸或粉状物体。 本领域技术人员 能够获知的起隔离作用的各类隔离膜或隔离纸或粉状物体均可用于本发明, 如 PE膜、 PET膜等。 PE是结构最简单的高分子有机化合物, 当今应用最广泛的高 分子材料, PE膜以特殊聚乙烯 (PE) 塑料薄膜为基材, 根据密度的不同分为高 密度聚乙烯、 中密度聚乙烯和低密度聚乙烯, PE膜最大的优点是被保护的产品 在生产加工、 运输、 贮存和使用过程中不受污染, 腐蚀, 划伤, 保护原有的光 洁亮泽的表面,从而提高产品的质量及市场竞争力。 PET膜具有优异的物理性能、 化学性能及尺寸稳定性、 透明性、 可回收性, 可广泛的应用于磁记录、 感光材 料、 电子、 电气绝缘、 工业用膜、 包装装饰等领域, PET膜还具有优良的耐热、 耐寒性和良好的耐化学药品性和耐油性, PET膜在起到隔离作用的同时也可以起 到减少卷材变形的作用。 优选的, 所述保护层复合于所述第一防水卷材层和 /或所述第二防水卷材层 上靠近所述保温层的一面。
更进一步的, 所述第一防水卷材层和 /或所述第二防水卷材层上远离所述保 温层的一面设有防护作用的防护层, 防护层可选用具有防护作用的隔离膜、 隔 离纸或粉状物体。
作为上述防水保温一体化板的一种优选方案, 所述第一防水卷材层和 /或所 述第二防水卷材层的两端或任一端设有卷材搭接边。 搭接边可预设在两防水卷 材层同侧的一端或者两端, 搭接边形成相对设置; 也可预设在两防水卷材层异 侧的一端, 搭接边形成交错设置。
本发明主要是用于各类混凝土屋面、 地下室顶板、 侧墙等保温防水工程。 防水保温一体化板是以保温材料为芯材, 两面均为防水卷材, 通过水泥 (砂) 浆与基层粘结, 集防水与保温功能于一身, 本发明提高了整个系统的防水、 保 温功能, 并且施工简单, 经济适用、 节能耐久。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有如下技术效果:
1 ) 防水保温一体化板集防水和保温功能于一身, 防水与保温一步完成, 大 大简化了施工工序;
2) 防水层与保温层在工厂进行复合成型, 实现工业化生产, 有利于控制两 个层次之间的粘结强度;
3 )本发明施工时对基面要求低, 潮湿甚至未找平基面均可施工, 施工自由 度高, 不受天气影响, 雨季施工时, 优势更加突出, 保障了目标工期的顺利完 成;
4)粘结可靠, 安全环保, 防水保温一体化板采用水泥 (砂) 浆作为粘结剂 与基层永久牢固粘结, 在施工中也省去了溶剂和燃料, 避免环境污染和消防隐 m .
5) 防水保温一体化板表面的高分子卷材具有超强的耐老化性能以及良好的 低温柔韧性。

实施例二:
如图 1所示, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层采用硬泡聚 氨酯, 保温层的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2, 保温层的另一侧设有第二防水卷材 层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选用 TP0防水卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3选用自粘防水卷 材。
第一防水卷材层 2的一端设置有卷材搭接边 5,第二防水卷材层 3的一端也 设置有卷材搭接边 5, 两搭接边呈上下交错布置; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一面、第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1的一面均设置具增强作用的保护层 4, 保护层采用无纺布。
实施例三:
如图 1所示, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层采用聚苯乙 烯泡沬板,保温层的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2, 保温层的另一侧设有第二防水 卷材层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选用 EVA防水卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3选用水泥基 防水卷材。
第一防水卷材层 2的一端设置有卷材搭接边 5,第二防水卷材层 3的一端也 设置有卷材搭接边 5, 两搭接边呈上下交错布置; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一面、第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1的一面均设置具增强作用的保护层 4, 保护层采用聚酯网格布。
实施例四: 如图 1所示, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层采用挤塑聚 苯板, 保温层的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2, 保温层的另一侧设有第二防水卷材 层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选用 HDPE防水卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3选用改性沥青 防水卷材。
第一防水卷材层 2的一端设置有卷材搭接边 5,第二防水卷材层 3的一端也 设置有卷材搭接边 5, 两搭接边呈上下交错布置; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一面、第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1的一面均设置具增强作用的保护层 4, 保护层采用玻纤网格布。
实施例五:
参见图 2, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层 1选用硬泡聚 氨酯; 保温层 1一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2, 保温层 1另一侧设有第二防水卷材 层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选自 MAC高分子自粘防水卷材,第二防水卷材层 3选自 MAC高分子自粘防水卷材。
第一防水卷材层 2、第二防水卷材层 3远离保温层的一面均复合防污隔离膜 7, 且第一防水卷材层 2的两端均预留有搭接边防污染隔离膜。
实施例六:
参见图 3,一种防水保温一体化板,其包括保温层 1,保温层 1选用酚醛板; 保温层 1的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2,保温层 1的另一侧设有第二防水卷材层 3, 第一防水卷材层 2选自 PVC高分子卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3选自 MAC高分子 自粘防水卷材。
保温层 1的内部复合增强作用的胎体增强材料 6,胎体增强材料采用尼龙网 格; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一面、 第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1 的一面均复合具有增强和隔离作用的保护层 4, 该保护层材料选自无纺布; 第一 防水卷材层 2的一端预留搭接边 5, 第二防水卷材层 3的一端也预留搭接边 5, 两搭接边呈上下交错布置。
实施例七:
参见图 4, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层 1选用挤塑聚 苯板; 保温层 1的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2,保温层 1的另一侧设有第二防水 卷材层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选自 TP0高分子卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3选自 MAC 高分子自粘防水卷材。
保温层 1的内部复合增强作用的胎体增强材料 6,胎体增强材料采用金属网 格; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一面、 第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1 的一面均复合具有增强和隔离作用的保护层 4, 该保护层材料选自无纺布; 第一 防水卷材层 2的一端预留搭接边 5, 第二防水卷材层 3的一端也预留搭接边 5, 两搭接边呈上下交错布置; 第二防水卷材层 3远离保温层的一面复合防污隔离 膜 7。
实施例八:
参见图 5, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层 1选用挤塑聚 苯板; 保温层 1的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2,保温层 1的另一侧设有第二防水 卷材层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选自 MAC高分子自粘防水卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3 选自 MAC高分子自粘防水卷材。
保温层 1的内部复合增强作用的胎体增强材料 6,胎体增强材料采用玻纤网 格; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一面、 第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1 的一面均复合具有增强和隔离作用的保护层 4, 该保护层材料选自无纺布; 第一 防水卷材层 2、 第二防水卷材层 3远离保温层的一面均复合防污隔离膜 7, 第一 防水卷材层 2的两端预留有搭接边防污染隔离膜。 实施例九:
参见图 6, 一种防水保温一体化板, 其包括保温层 1, 保温层 1选用酚醛保 温板; 保温层 1的一侧设有第一防水卷材层 2,保温层 1的另一侧设有第二防水 卷材层 3; 第一防水卷材层 2选自 TP0高分子防水卷材, 第二防水卷材层 3选自 MAC高分子自粘防水卷材。
第一防水卷材层 2与保温层 1之间、 第二防水卷材层 3与保温层 1之间均 设置结合层 8, 结合层 8采用水泥基材料; 第一防水卷材层 2靠近保温层 1的一 面、 第二防水卷材层 3靠近保温层 1的一面均复合增强和隔离作用的保护层 4, 保护层采用无纺布; 第一防水卷材层 2的一端预留搭接边 5, 第二防水卷材层 3 的另一端也预留搭接边 5, 两搭接边呈上下交错布置; 第二防水卷材层 3远离保 温层的一面复合防污隔离膜 7。
本发明的技术方案是这样构成的, 它按照下列施工工艺步骤进行: 一、 施工准备
施工前预先搅拌水泥浆或水泥砂浆。
二、 施工工艺
1.作业条件:
1 ) 基层养护满足设计和规范要求;
2 ) 各种预埋管件按设计及规范要求事先预埋, 并做好密封处理;
3 ) 基层表面已清理干净;
4) 施工时基面无明水。
2.施工流程:
基层清理、 湿润一抹水泥 (砂)浆一铺贴防水保温一体化板一长短边搭接;
3.施工步骤: 1 )基层清理、 湿润: 用扫帚、 铁铲等工具将基层表面的灰尘、 杂物清理干 净, 干燥的基面需预先洒水润湿, 但不得残留积水。
2)抹水泥(砂)浆: 其厚度视基层平整情况而定, 铺抹时应注意表面平整、 厚度均匀。
3)铺贴防水保温一体化板: 对准控制线将防水保温板贴于基面上, 并用平 板振动器振动板材, 使其与基层粘结密实。
4)搭接面连接: 防水保温一体化板粘贴后的上表面的卷材通过对接或热风 悍接等方式。

1、 一种防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 包括保温层, 所述保温层的至少 一侧设有防水卷材层。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述保温层的相 对的两侧分别设有第一防水卷材层和第二防水卷材层。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述保温层与所 述第一防水卷材层和 /或所述第二防水卷材层之间设置具有结合作用的结合层。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述第一防水卷 材层的内部和 /或表面复合具有增强和 /或隔离作用的保护层; 所述第二防水卷 材层的内部和 /或表面复合具有增强和 /或隔离作用的保护层。
5、 如权利要求 2至 4任一项所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述 第一防水卷材层、 所述第二防水卷材层采用水泥基防水卷材、 高分子防水卷材、 改性沥青防水卷材、 自粘防水卷材中的任一种或者几种混合物。
6、 如权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述 保温层采用有机或者无机保温材料。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述结合层采用 水泥基材料或者胶粘剂, 所述结合层的内部和 /或表面复合有胎体增强材料。
8、 如权利要求 5所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述第一防水卷 材层和 /或所述第二防水卷材层的两端或任一端设有卷材搭接边。
9、 如权利要求 5所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述第一防水卷 材层、 所述第二防水卷材层复合有胎体增强材料。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述保温层采 用硬泡聚氨酯保温材料、 挤塑聚苯板、 聚苯乙烯泡沫板、 酚醛保温板、 岩棉、 玻璃棉板、 膨化微珠、 泡沫混凝土中的任一种或者几种混合物。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述保温层的 内部和 /或表面复合具有增强作用的增强材料。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的防水保温一体化板, 其特征在于, 所述增强材料 采用金属材料和 /或非金属材料。
