本发明具有节能、 遮阳、 隔热、 保温等多功能的一体化窗户, 具有 以下技术效果:
一、 将现有的繁杂产品简单化
本发明对传统的建筑外窗进行了突破性改进, 把具有节能、 遮阳、 隔热、 保温的室外遮阳帘、 玻璃窗和室内窗帘有机结合成一体, 形成一 种具有多功能的建筑窗户, 同时可以在窗框两立边设有窗帘抗风装置。 二、 具备多项功能
众所周知, 在建筑外窗上加装室外遮阳帘、 室内窗帘是为了减少阳 光的幅射热进入室内和减少室内热量外流而普遍采用的行之有效的方 法。 随着人们要求的提高和技术水平的提高, 为防止由于风吹使得遮阳 帘或窗帘飘动, 设计人员采取了各种措施, 但都不是很理想。 而本发明:
1、 把平移窗、 室外遮阳帘、 室内窗帘有机的结合在一起, 创造了一 个崭新的建筑外窗。 把平移窗、 室外遮阳帘、 室内窗帘三个产品的功能 融合于一体, 做到一物多能。 现有技术制作建筑外窗、 遮阳帘、 窗帘三 个产品才能满足的需求, 本发明只需制作一个产品即可满足需要, 从而 节省了大量的原材料, 降低了材料成本。
2、 为了增加室外遮阳帘、 室内窗帘的抗风性能, 本发明在一体化窗 框的立边内增设了抗风组件, 组成的抗风机构能有效地解决窗帘布受风 压后的飘动问题。
三、 节省工料, 降低成本。
现有技术若要具备本发明产品所具有的功能, 必须在建筑外窗的外 面制作安装遮阳帘, 在建筑外窗的里面制作安装窗帘, 连同建房时制作 安装建筑外窗共需三次制作并安装才能完成。而本发明制成一个产品后, 只需在建房时一次安装即可完成, 不但降低了制造成本, 还减少了施工 次数, 从而加快了施工进程, 并降低了安装施工成本。 附图说明

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图, 对本发明的技术方案作进 一步的描述, 但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例 1
本实施例为具有前后两个窗框的一体化窗户, 如图 1-12所示, 前后 两个窗框的结构原理相同, 下面详述窗框的结构。
前窗框的两侧为左右对称的前框体 2, 前框体 2具有前支撑部 2a与 前导向部 2b, 前框体呈长条 L形状, 即前支撑部 2a与前导向部 2b之间 为垂直连接结构, 且两者的上部形成一缺口 2 e (前支撑部的上端高于前 导向部)。 本实施例中, 前支撑部 2a和前导向部 2b为一体式结构。
前框体 2上部外侧安装有前窗罩 1, 前导向部 2b与前支撑部 2a之 间形成的前缺口 2e 的宽度与窗罩的宽度相等, 在安装时, 将前窗罩 1 固定安装在该前缺口 2e处,这样可以保证前窗罩 1不会孤零零的暴露凸 出在外面, 使得本窗户前半部分 (即暴露在外墙部分) 呈方框型, 保证 了窗户整体的美观性。
前框体的两侧支撑部上端部之间安装上滑 9, 下端部之间安装下滑 10, 上滑与下滑开设有上下相对应的滑道, 上滑 9和下滑 10上的滑道主 要用于方便水平左右移动推窗。 此下滑 10的底面由外窗框封口板 23盖 住。
后窗框的两侧为左右对称的后框体 3, 后框体 3具有后支撑部 3a与 后导向部 3b, 后框体呈长条 L形状, 即后支撑部 3a与后导向部 3b之间 为垂直连接结构, 且两者的上部形成一缺口 3 e (后支撑部的上端高于后 导向部)。 本实施例中, 后支撑部 3a和后导向部 3b为一体式结构。
后框体 3上部外侧设有后窗罩 17, 后导向部 3b与后支撑部 3a之间 所形成的后缺口 3e宽度比后窗罩 17宽度小, 由于后框体 3是面向室内 的, 为了整个产品的美观及协调性, 后框体 3不能突出墙外, 而后窗罩 17由于需要在内部安装管状电机 1 1, 其面积不能过小, 因此在设计时, 后框体 3上的后导向部 3b与后支撑部 3a之间所形成的后缺口 3e宽度要 比后窗罩 17宽度小, 使后窗罩 1 7能单独凸出墙体。
后框体的两侧支撑部上端部之间安装上滑 9, 下端部之间安装下滑 10, 上滑与下滑开设有上下相对应的滑道, 上滑 9和下滑 10上的滑道主 要用于方便水平左右移动推窗。 此下滑 10的底面由内窗框封口板 24盖 住。
在本实施例中,前窗罩 1和后窗罩 17均通过螺钉分别固定在前框体 2上部和后框体 3上部。
前支撑部 2a与后支撑部 3a之间通过塑条 5固连, 具体结构: 在前 支撑部 2a—侧面上开设有第一卡槽 2c, 在后支撑部 3a—侧面上开设有 与第一卡槽 2c相对应的第二卡槽 3 c, 塑条 5两长侧边分别穿插卡固在 第一卡槽 2c和第二卡槽 3c内。 塑条 5横截面呈 " I "型, 在安装时, 先 将前框体 2和后框体 3对齐, 再将塑条 5对准第一卡槽 2c和第二卡槽 3c穿插进去, 通过塑条 5两长侧边分别卡固在第一卡槽 2c和第二卡槽 3c内从而将前框体 2和后框体 3连接在一起, 安装方便。 窗框整体采用 铝合金材料制成, 其中前框体 2前支撑部 2a与后框体 3后支撑部 3a均 为横向周边封闭且纵向两端具有开口的中空的板体, 这样不仅在保证产 品牢固性的前提下能降低生产成本, 而且具有良好的隔热效果。
当前后窗框通过塑条相连后, 两者相对应的上滑、下滑也固定相连, 两上滑间通过一塑条 (隔热条) 相连, 两下滑间通过另一塑条 (隔热条) 相连。
其中一个前支撑部 2a 内侧边上具有用于定位推窗的前框体限位部 2d,处于对立面的后支撑部 3a内侧边上具有用于定位另一推窗的后框体 限位部 3d , 通过这两个限位部可以方便安装及定位推窗的位置。
前窗罩 1和后窗罩 17内均设置有窗帘布卷动机构, 在本实施例中, 窗帘布卷动机构均包括一安装在铝制卷管 16 内的管状电机 1 1, 两窗帘 布 4上端边沿分别固连在相对应的铝管 16管壁上, 铝管 16外卷绕窗帘 布 4, 这样通过开启管状电机 1 1便可驱动卷管 16转动即可自动升降窗 帘布 4, 使窗帘布 4展开或收卷。
在前后窗罩的两端部均安装有端盖 12,端盖 12与卷管 16转动配合。 在端盖 12上具有延伸部 12b, 通过将延伸部 12b插固在窗框支撑部内, 便可使得端盖 12与窗框支撑部固连在一起,这样可保证本窗帘整体的牢 固性。 其中, 安装在前窗罩 1上的 (即位于外墙部分) 窗帘布 4采用遮 阳面料制成, 安装在后窗罩 17上的 (即位于室内部分) 窗帘布 4采用纱 窗布制成, 这样可根据实际情况需要分别放下两片窗帘布 4, 两窗帘布 4 分别起到阻止阳光照进室内和防蚊透风作用。端盖 12上可以开设有散热 孔。
前框体 2的前导向部 2b和后框体 3的后导向部 3b内部均具有轨道 7, 具体的说, 轨道 7与相对应的导向部为一体式结构, 便于制造。 导向 部 2b朝向窗帘布 4一侧具有纵向开口。轨道 7沿纵向形成开口槽, 开口 槽的开口处朝窗帘布 4一侧, 开口槽的上口与窗罩 1相连通, 开口槽内 沿纵向布设一根导向杆 6,并在前导向部 2b和后导向部 3b内靠近轨道 7 端口处均安装有两个对称设置的封塞 8, 两封塞 8之间形成有缝隙 8a且 缝隙 8a口径小于导向杆 6的外径。窗帘布 4的两侧边沿分别通过同侧导 向部 2b的纵向开口及开口槽的开口处后伸入开口槽 21 内并横向定位于 导向杆 6。
两窗帘布 4的两侧边沿均固连有裙边 4a, 裙边 4a穿过两封塞 8之 间的缝隙 8a套设在导向杆 6上并可沿导向杆 6上下移动, 裙边 4a是由 普通的尼龙复合材料或普通的化纤材料制成的布料, 抗拉性好, 不易断 裂, 裙边 4a对折形成一周向封闭的空间, 导向杆 6就穿插在该空间内, 这样就使得导向杆 6与窗帘布 4连接一起。在裙边 4a随着窗帘布 4被卷 起时, 裙边 4a被压平, 且裙边 4a厚度与窗帘布 4的厚度相同并一直保 持平整的状态, 可防止窗帘布 4移位, 这样当风吹向窗帘布 4时, 窗帘 布 4通过裙边 4a被两导向杆 6拉住, 使得窗帘布 4处于被拉直的状态, 同时保证了导向杆 6始终被限制在轨道 7 内而不会脱离出来。 窗帘布 4 与裙边 4a可以通过热合机在温度为 200-400 °C条件下热合或采用缝纫机 缝纫方式固连在一起。
在窗框导向部下端面安装有底塞 13, 导向部上端面安装有导向塞 14, 在底塞 13内安装有定位块 15, 导向杆 6—端插接在定位块 15上, 另一端贯穿导向塞 14。通过底塞 13和导向塞 14可以使灰尘等杂质不会 进入到窗框导向部内, 保证了窗框导向部内轨道 7的整洁, 防止由于杂 质过多堵塞轨道 7造成窗帘布 4升降困难的情况。
定位块 15上开设有椭圆凹槽 15a,导向杆 6插接在椭圆凹槽 15a内, 通过将导向杆 6安放在椭圆凹槽 15a内的不同位置处可以改变两导向杆 6之间的间距, 从而可适用于安装不同宽度的窗帘布 4, 同时在遇到风力 强劲的情况下, 两导向杆 6在相对应的椭圆凹槽 15a内的移动, 保证了 窗帘布 4移动顺畅, 允许窗帘布 4可适当的稍微鼓起, 避免窗帘布 4由 于过于拉直而被风撕裂掉。
窗帘布的下边沿连接一下杆 20, 下杆 20 的两端分别通过同侧导向 部的纵向开口及开口槽的开口处后上下滑动式地伸入开口槽, 其长度与 两侧的导向杆 6之间的距离相适配。下杆 20的呈中空状, 两端各由一下 杆塞 2封住。 下杆 20的下表面沿其长度方向安装一根橡胶条 2 1。 下杆 20的下表面沿长度方向形成一道凹形插槽, 插槽嵌入橡胶条 2 1, 橡胶条 21局部凸出于下杆 20的下表面。 实施例 2

其中一个边封 4内侧边上具有用于定位推窗的边封限位部 4b, 处于 另一对立面的框体 2支撑部 2a内侧边上具有用于定位另一推窗的框体限 位部 2 e, 通过这两个限位部可以方便安装及定位推窗的位置。
两侧边封的上端部之间安装上滑 9, 下端部之间安装下滑 10, 上滑 与下滑开设有上下相对应的滑道,上滑 9和下滑 10上的滑道主要用于方 便水平左右移动推窗。
当窗框与边封通过塑条相连后, 相对应的上滑、 下滑也固定相连, 两上滑间通过一塑条 (隔热条) 相连, 两下滑间通过另一塑条 (隔热条) 相连。
在本实施例中, 设有窗罩的窗框主要应用于外遮阳窗户, 因此边封 4与框体 2的位置关系为边封 4位于室内一侧, 框体 2位于室外一侧, 也就是说窗罩 1位于室外。
其中窗帘布 7采用遮阳面料制成, 这样当放下窗帘布 7时可有效阻 止阳光照进室内。

如图 18- 19所示, 本实施例同实施例 2的结构及原理基本相同, 不 同之处在于: 在导向部 2b与支撑部 2a之间所形成的缺口 3宽度比窗罩
1宽度小, 主要是因为在本实施例中, 本窗框主要应用于内遮阳窗户中, 因此边封 4与框体 2的位置关系为框体 2位于室内一侧, 边封 4位于室 外一侧, 也就是说窗罩 1位于室内。 由于边封 4及框体 2是安装在墙体 内的, 为了整个产品的美观及协调性, 框体 2不能突出墙外, 而窗罩 1 由于安装有管状电机, 其面积不能过小, 因此在设计时框体 2上的导向 部 2b与支撑部 2a之间所形成的缺口 3宽度必须要比窗罩 1宽度小, 使 窗罩 1单独凸出墙体。同时为了防止在开窗透风情况下蚊虫进入到室内, 在本实施例中窗帘布 7采用纱窗布。
本实施例其它内容参考实施例 2。 实施例 4 : 本实施例与实施例 1或 2或 3的不同之处在于: 窗框的 抗风组件所采用的定位件不同, 本实施例的定位件采用柔性带, 窗帘布 的两侧边沿分别与同侧的柔性带固定连接或者窗帘布的两侧边沿分别外 套于同侧的柔性带, 柔性带上端卷绕于卷管。 导向部下端部的底塞上设 有钩; 窗帘布处于展开状态下, 柔性带的下端钩于底塞的钩, 使窗帘布 始终处于被拉直的状态; 当柔性带的下端脱离底塞的钩时, 卷管能带动 窗帘布向上收卷。

实施例 5 : 本实施例与实施例 1或 2或 3或 4的不同之处在于: 卷 管的驱动方式不同, 本实施例采用手动拉绳驱动方式, 从而省去管状电 机等驱动部件。 本实施例中, 卷管的一端外固接一珠盘, 珠盘由一拉珠 驱动而转动, 进而带动卷管同步转动。
实施例 6 : 本实施例与实施例 1或 2或 3或 4的不同之处在于: 卷 管的驱动方式不同, 本实施例采用手动摇杆驱动方式, 从而省去电机等 驱动部件。 手动摇杆驱动方式为普通技术, 在此不具体描述。
本实施例的其它内容参考实施例 1或 2或 3或 4。 与现有技术相比, 本发明有如下特点:
1、前窗罩和后窗罩上均安装有窗帘布,既满足了窗户外遮阳的需求, 又满足了室内防蚊虫及遮阳的目的, 一物多用, 一次安装即可满足多方 面的需求, 经济实惠。
2、设计更合理, 将用于放置导向杆引导窗帘布升降的导向部与用于 安放推窗的支撑部设计成一体结构, 同时通过塑条将分别安装有推窗的 前框体和后框体连接在一起, 隔热效果好, 制造及安装简便。
3、 窗框整体采用铝合金和 /或塑钢材料制成, 使用寿命长。
4、可根据实际情况需求改变两框体的前后连接位置关系, 从而将窗 框分为内遮阳窗框和外遮阳窗框两种, 适用范围广。
5、 当有大风时, 通过设置导向杆和套设在导向杆上并可沿导向杆上 下移动的裙边, 该结构一方面保证及增强了窗框整体的抗风强度, 另一 方面保证了窗帘布在移动时的顺畅性。
6、采用布料对折形成有周向封闭空间的裙边, 在裙边随着窗帘布被 管状电机卷起来时, 裙边被压平, 且裙边厚度与窗帘布的厚度相同并一 直保持平整的状态, 使得窗帘布整体整齐平整的卷在铝管上, 从而克服 了其他防风窗帘卷绕时窗帘布移位的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 多功能一体化窗户, 包括第一窗框, 第一窗框具有第一窗口, 其 特征是: 第一窗框的上部安装第一窗罩, 第一窗罩内设第一伸缩式窗帘 布; 第一窗框的一侧固定连接第二窗框, 第二窗框具有第二窗口, 第二 窗口与所述的第一窗口位置相对应。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第一 窗框的两侧为对称的支撑部与导向部,同侧的支撑部与导向部一体成型, 支撑部的上端高于导向部的上端即同侧的支撑部与导向部的上部形成缺 口; 第一窗框两侧的缺口部安装所述的第一窗罩。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 两侧支撑 部的上端连接上滑, 两侧支撑部的下端连接下滑, 上滑与下滑相对应。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述的第 二窗框由竖向的两侧边封、 连接于两侧边封上端的上滑、 连接于两侧边 封下端的下滑围构而成, 上滑与下滑相对应。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第一 窗框支撑部的一侧面沿纵向开设有第一卡槽, 与此相对应的, 所述第二 窗框边封的一侧面沿纵向开设有第二卡槽; 第一塑条的两侧边分别穿插 卡固在同侧的第一卡槽与第二卡槽。
6、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述 第一窗框的上滑与第二窗框的上滑固定相连; 和 /或, 所述第一窗框的下 滑与第二窗框的下滑固定相连。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第一 窗框的上滑与第二窗框的上滑通过第二塑条固定连接; 所述第一窗框的 下滑与第二窗框的下滑通过第三塑条固定连接。
8、 如权利要求 4或 5所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 第二 窗框的其中一边封内侧沿纵向形成定位推窗的边封限位部, 处于对侧的 第一窗框支撑部内侧沿纵向形成定位另一推窗的窗体限位部。
9、 如权利要求 3所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 第二窗框 的上部安装第二窗罩, 第二窗罩内设第二伸缩式窗帘布。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第 二窗框的两侧为对称的支撑部与导向部, 同侧的支撑部与导向部一体成 型, 支撑部的上端高于导向部的上端即同侧的支撑部与导向部的上部形 成缺口; 第二窗框两侧的缺口部安装所述的第二窗罩。
1 1、 如权利要求 10所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 第二窗 框两侧支撑部的上端连接上滑, 两侧支撑部的下端连接下滑, 上滑与下 滑相对应。
12、 如权利要求 10或 1 1所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第一窗框支撑部的一侧面沿纵向开设有第一卡槽, 与此相对应的, 所述第二窗框支撑部的一侧面沿纵向开设有第二卡槽; 第一塑条的两侧 边分别穿插卡固在同侧的第一卡槽与第二卡槽。
13、 如权利要求 1 1所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第 一窗框的上滑与第二窗框的上滑固定相连; 和 /或, 所述第一窗框的下滑 与第二窗框的下滑固定相连。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述第 一窗框的上滑与第二窗框的上滑通过第二塑条固定连接; 所述第一窗框 的下滑与第二窗框的下滑通过第三塑条固定连接。
15、 如权利要求 10或 1 1或 13或 14所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其 特征在于: 第一窗框的其中一支撑部内侧沿纵向形成定位推窗的窗体限 位部, 处于对侧的第二窗框支撑部内侧沿纵向形成定位另一推窗的窗体 限位部。
16、 如权利要求 1-5、 9- 1 1、 13、 14任一项所述的多功能一体化窗 户,其特征在于:所述的第一窗罩和 /或第二窗罩之内装配转动式的卷管, 卷管外卷绕所述的窗帘布, 卷管转动而带动窗帘布展开或收卷; 所述的 导向部朝向窗帘布一侧具有纵向开口; 所述的导向部内沿纵向具有一轨 道, 所述的轨道沿纵向形成开口槽, 开口槽的开口处朝窗帘布一侧, 开 口槽的上口与窗罩相连通, 开口槽内沿纵向布设一根定位件; 所述窗帘 布的两侧边沿分别通过同侧导向部的纵向开口及开口槽的开口处后伸入 开口槽内并横向定位于所述的定位件。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述 的定位件为导向杆, 导向杆的下端固定, 上端正对所述窗罩的内部; 所 述窗帘布的两侧边沿分别外套于同侧的导向杆并能在卷管的带动下沿导 向杆上下移动。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述 的定位件为柔性带; 所述窗帘布的两侧边沿分别与同侧的柔性带固定连 接或者窗帘布的两侧边沿分别外套于同侧的柔性带, 柔性带上端卷绕于 所述的卷管; 窗帘布处于展开状态下, 柔性带的下端固定而使窗帘布横 向定位; 当柔性带的下端脱离固定位时, 卷管能带动窗帘布向上收卷。
19、 根据权利要求 17所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于: 所述 窗帘布的两侧边沿各固定连接一裙边, 所述的窗帘布通过所述的裙边横 向定位于所述的定位件。
20、 根据权利要求 16所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于, 所述 的卷管内安装有管状电机, 所述的管状电机带动卷管转动。
21、 根据权利要求 17所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于, 所述 的导向部下端部固定连接一底塞, 所述的底塞上安装有定位块; 所述的 导向杆下端插固在所述的定位块上。
22、 根据权利要求 18所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于, 所述 导向部的下端部固定连接一底塞, 所述的底塞上设有钩; 窗帘布处于展 开状态下, 柔性带的下端钩于所述底塞的钩; 当柔性带的下端脱离所述 底塞的钩时, 卷管能带动窗帘布向上收卷。
23、 根据权利要求 16所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于, 所述 卷管的一端外固接一珠盘, 珠盘由一拉珠驱动而转动, 进而带动卷管同 步转动。
24、 根据权利要求 16所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于, 所述 窗帘布的下边沿连接一下杆, 下杆的两端分别通过同侧导向部的纵向开 口及开口槽的开口处后上下滑动式地伸入开口槽, 其长度与两侧的定位 件之间的距离相适配。
25、 根据权利要求 24所述的多功能一体化窗户, 其特征在于, 所述 下杆的下表面沿长度方向形成一道凹形插槽, 插槽嵌入橡胶条, 橡胶条 局部凸出于下杆的下表面
