Description
特許文献1においては、磁石とコイルが等しい長さと等しい間隔がよいという定量的な説明が、十分にはなされていなかった。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における振動発電機の磁石およびコイル部分の概略断面図である。図1において、円柱あるいは円筒形をした永久磁石(以下磁石)1、2が、同極を対向して配置されている。さらに、磁石1、2の周りを、コイル3(3aおよび3b)と、コイル4(4aおよび4b)が囲む構成を備えている。
図5は、本発明の実施の形態2における振動発電機の磁石およびコイル部分の概略断面図である。図5においては、磁石1つあたりのコイル数を2とし、かつ、コイル間ギャップを小さくし、静止状態でコイルの片側エッジを磁石エッジ付近に配置したものである。
本実施の形態3では、先の実施の形態1、2で説明した磁石およびコイルの構成を実装した振動発電機による起電力の測定結果について詳細に説明する。
本実施の形態4では、本発明の振動発電機を適用した無線伝送装置について説明する。
図13は、本発明の実施の形態4における振動発電機を用いた無線伝送装置のブロック図である。この図13に示した無線伝送装置は、振動発電機100、無線センサ装置200、およびデータ受信部300を備えて構成されている。
本実施の形5では、磁石間に、空気層の代わりにヨークを挿入して磁束密度の改善を図り、起電力を増大させる場合について説明する。
Claims (6)
- 同極同士が対向した状態で一定の磁石間ギャップを有して一体化された複数の永久磁石と、
前記複数の永久磁石のそれぞれの外周に、前記複数の永久磁石のそれぞれと間隔を有して配置される複数のコイルと
を備え、前記複数の永久磁石と前記複数のコイルとの相対運動により発電する振動発電機であって、
互いに対向するコイルの長さと、永久磁石の長さとの関係において、前記コイルの長さは、前記永久磁石の長さより大きく、前記永久磁石の長さと前記磁石間ギャップの長さの合計以下である
振動発電機。 - 1つ以上の永久磁石と、永久磁石の外周に間隔を有して配置されるコイルとからなり、前記永久磁石と前記コイルとの相対運動により発電する振動発電機であって、
前記コイルは、前記永久磁石のそれぞれに対向するコイルが、コイル間に一定のコイル間ギャップを有するようにN(N:2以上の整数)分割された分割コイルとして構成され、
互いに対向する分割コイルの長さと、永久磁石の長さとの関係において、前記分割コイルの長さは、前記永久磁石の長さと前記磁石間ギャップの長さの合計の1/N以下である

前記磁石間ギャップないし磁石端部は、比透磁率が1より大きい材料が挿入される
