Description

一种节能环保的睡眠护理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能环保的睡眠护理装置。
背景技术
幼儿翻滚蹬踢使被毯挪移导致受凉发病,一直以来困扰着幼儿照看者。一般的解决方法是用被夹、松紧带等把被毯固定到例如床架等上,或采用睡袋或睡袋等同物,但因各有不合用之处,均未得到普遍采用,大部分照看者只能整夜不得安眠,反复起身观察、照顾。并且为了确保孩子不着凉,一般情况下都要使用空气温度调节装置,不节能,不环保。

专利CN200810183404.3,提供了一种幼儿用可活动的节能环保的睡眠护理装置,其既能固定被毯,又可响应幼儿的蹬踢翻滚动作抬起被毯散热。存在的问题是:底座的设置方式不适应多变的育儿环境和多种亲子互动方式。
技术解决方案
本发明人根据实际育儿经验,对上述幼儿用可活动的节能环保的睡眠护理装置进行了大的改进,以解决上述问题。
本发明之一的节能环保的睡眠护理装置,具有:重力式底座;以转动轴与所述底座基本平行的方式设置在所述底座上的铰链;一端与所述铰链的活动部分固定连接、并且沿与所述铰链的转动轴基本垂直的方向同向延伸的两个刚性连接杆,其分别至少在另一端侧设置有一个被毯夹具,所述两个被毯夹具之间的连线与所述铰链的转动轴基本平行, 所述连线长度为0.15m~2.2m;所述连接杆水平放置时,至少在所述底座的一侧,所述另一端侧的被毯夹具与所述底座的距离为0.4m~2.5m。
本发明之二的节能环保的睡眠护理装置,在本发明之一的基础上进一步具有包含轻于空气的气体的浮力部,所述浮力部与连接杆连接,其浮力相对于铰链的力矩等于或略大于连接杆的重力相对于铰链的力矩。
本发明之三的节能环保的睡眠护理装置,在本发明之二的基础上,浮力部的一部或全部构成围绕连接杆的软包层的一部或全部。
有益效果
采用本发明之一,能够提供一种既能固定被毯,又不束缚幼儿,且能响应幼儿的蹬踢翻滚动作散热,适用于多种育儿环境、多种亲子互动方式的节能环保的睡眠护理装置。
采用本发明之二,装置处于未工作状态时连接杆竖直向上,这样更便于使用、收纳。浮力部能帮助装置更灵敏地响应幼儿的蹬踢翻滚动作。作为浮力部的气球也有安抚孩子的作用,有助于孩子的睡眠。
采用本发明之三,整个装置更加紧凑,更加美观舒适,这些因素对于幼儿照顾来讲有时候相当重要。

本发明的最佳实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示,节能环保的睡眠护理装置100包括底座10,铰链20,被夹30、31,连接杆40、41。
底座10是利用自身重量,以边缘为支点形成抗倾覆力矩,抵抗通过连接杆40、41传递过来的幼儿的蹬踢翻滚产生的倾覆力矩的重力式底座。公知重力式底座应具有较大重量,因此可以采用例如铁、铜、铅等材料制作内核,在侧面等位置包上软包材料以适应育儿要求。考虑到幼儿产生的作用力的大小和装置便携的考虑,优选重量小于50kg。公知重力式底座应具有低重心等结构特点。本实施例中采用长50cm*宽20cm*高5cm的长方体形底座,其铁质内核为长30cm*宽15cm*高3cm的长方体形,重量约为10kg。
铰链20通过螺接、铆接或一体成型等方式设置在底座10上,本实施例中设置在底座10的上部。也可以设置在侧壁上。
连接杆40、41至少在一端设置有被夹30、31,另一端与铰链20的活动部分固定连接。
端侧的被夹30、31用于在作为使用者的幼儿的头部侧夹持盖在使用者身上的被毯60,其连线与铰链20的转动轴基本平行。连线的距离太短则影响装置的使用舒适性,所以应略大于作为使用者的幼儿的头部的宽度,太长则不适于幼儿使用,并且导致配合使用的被毯60重量过大影响使用效果。因此根据普通幼儿的身材数据把该长度确定为0.15~2.2m。短于0.15m和长于2.2m虽然仍能使用,但缺乏实用性。
在连接杆40、41上增加被夹30、31的数量,使得被毯60和连接杆40、41实现多点连接,将更有利于节能环保的睡眠护理装置100发挥作用。
作为连接杆40、41与被毯60的连接方式,本实施例中采用了被夹30、31,当然也可以采用绳带捆扎、锁扣连接、魔术贴粘贴等方式进行替代。
在本实施例中连接杆40、41是位于作为使用者的幼儿的体侧的直线杆,只要不影响幼儿的正常睡眠活动当然也可以是曲线杆。连接杆40、41的作用是既能在幼儿蹬踢翻滚时传递力,从而灵敏响应幼儿施加的作用力抬起被毯60散热,又能保持被毯60的覆盖状态和位置不变,因此是刚性杆而不是弹性杆。优选由例如塑料、木、竹等制成的轻质的刚性杆。
下面介绍节能环保的睡眠护理装置100的使用方法。
使用时,首先优选宽度大于被夹30、31之间的连线距离、在长度方向能被容纳在底座10和连接杆另一端侧的被夹30、31之间的被毯60。使被毯60妥帖地盖上幼儿,待幼儿熟睡后,在与幼儿的脚部离开一定距离的地方放置底座10,向幼儿头部方向放下连接杆40、41,然后以确保被毯60能形成保温空间的方式将被夹30、31与被毯60连接。
睡眠中幼儿蹬踢翻滚顶起被毯60,牵拉连接杆40、41,连接杆40、41在铰链20的约束下转动,与连接杆40、41相连接的被毯部分被抬起。幼儿的蹬踢翻滚动作结束后,被毯60在铰链20的限制下回归原位。
由上述使用方法可知,连接杆40、41处于工作状态即大致水平放置时在水平面上的投影的长度与底座10不重合的部分的长度,应大于作为使用者的幼儿的不包含头部的身长,最小也在0.4m以上。即连接杆40、41另一端侧的被夹30、31与底座10的距离最小也在0.4m以上。在把该长度确定在0.4m~2.5m。大于2.5m也可以使用但缺乏实用性,优选为0.8~1.5m。
使用时也可以使底座10位于作为使用者的幼儿的体侧或头顶侧。
本发明的实施方式
实施例2
如图2所示,节能环保的睡眠护理装置200包括底座10,铰链20,被夹30、31,连接杆40、41,浮力部50、51。
与实施例1相比,实施例2多了浮力部50、51。浮力部50、51为充有密度比空气小的气体的气球,所充气体例如为氢气或氦气,优选为氦气。浮力部50、51与连接杆40、41连接,其浮力相对于铰链20产生的力矩略大于所述连接杆40、41的重力相对于铰链轴的力矩。
如图3所示,浮力部50、51与连接杆40、41连接,使连接杆40、41在未与被毯60连接的未工作状态时处于垂直向上的状态,便于收纳和移动。由此可知其浮力相对于铰链20产生的力矩应大于连接杆40、41的重力相对于铰链20的力矩。又从上述使用方法可知,其浮力相对于铰链20产生的力矩不应比连接杆40、41的重力相对于铰链20的力矩大很多,因为大很多的话,在使用时会向上提拉被毯60,不利于形成保温空间。因此浮力部50、51其浮力相对于铰链20产生的力矩应等于或略大于连接杆40、41的重力相对于铰链轴的力矩。
作为浮力部的气球还有娱乐孩子的作用,有助于安抚孩子,帮助睡眠。还有利于减轻连接杆40、41的重量给幼儿带来的不舒适感,有助于装置灵敏响应幼儿动作。
实施例3
如图4所示,把浮力部50、51的一部分设置成围绕包裹连接杆40、41,这样既能够利用其浮力,又可以起到隔离刚性杆和幼儿的软包的作用。软包指的是由对幼儿有保护作用的柔软材料制成的包裹在连接杆外表面的包装物。
在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内进行的各种改进和变化均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种节能环保的睡眠护理装置,具有:重力式底座(10);以转动轴与所述底座(10)基本平行的方式设置在所述底座(10)上的铰链(20);一端与所述铰链(20)的活动部分固定连接、并且沿与所述铰链(20)的转动轴基本垂直的方向同向延伸的两个刚性连接杆(40、41),其分别至少在另一端侧设置有一个被毯夹具(30、31),所述两个被毯夹具(30、31)之间的连线与所述铰链(20)的转动轴基本平行, 所述连线长度为0.15m~2.2m;所述连接杆(40、41)水平放置时,至少在所述底座(10)的一侧,所述另一端侧的被毯夹具(30、31)与所述底座(10)的距离为0.4m~2.5m。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的节能环保的睡眠护理装置,其特征在于:进一步具有包含轻于空气的气体的浮力部(50、51),所述浮力部(50、51)与所述连接杆(40、41)连接,其浮力相对于铰链(20)的力矩等于或略大于所述连接杆(40、41)的重力相对于铰链(20)的力矩。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的节能环保的睡眠护理装置,其特征在于:所述浮力部(50、51)的一部或全部构成围绕所述连接杆(40、41)的软包层的一部或全部。
