本发明涉及一种被毯及具有其的幼儿照顾装置。
背景技术
发明一种既能帮助照顾好幼儿避免其因踢被而着凉生病，又能让照顾者休息好的装置，一直以来是很多人孜孜以求的目标，截止目前为止相关的专利有数百件。其中提出最多也是最合理的，是利用传感器探测幼儿身体或身体近旁的温度等参数，在踢被时发出提醒信号，敦促照顾者照顾幼儿的技术方案，代表性的例如中国专利 201310695358.6 等等。
 技术问题
问题在于温度传感器等检测装置需贴附在孩子衣物上、围肚上、或贴身的被毯处，贴近幼儿肌肤从而干扰幼儿睡眠并与传统的育儿文化、育儿心理抵触，导致这些方案迄今未能实际应用。
技术解决方案
本发明人根据实际育儿经验，提出一种新型被毯和具有其的幼儿照顾装置。
本发明的新型被毯，其具有被毯本体，其特征在于具有所述被毯本体与作为使用者的幼儿的胸腹部大致相对应的部分向远离幼儿侧凹 陷形成的帐篷状空间；和浮力部，所述浮力部与围成所述帐篷状空间的被毯部分连接。
所述浮力部的浮力略大于所述新型被毯的围成所述帐篷状空间的部分的重量。
本发明的幼儿照顾装置，包括所述新型被毯，温度检测单元和监控告警单元，其特征在于所述温度检测单元位于所述新型被毯的所述帐篷状空间内，所述监控告警单元位于所述帐篷状空间之外。
 有益效果
采用本发明的新型被毯，能够提供以不与作为使用者的幼儿的肌肤接触的方式放置温度检测单元的空间，解决传统解决方案因传感器等干扰幼儿睡眠并与传统育儿文化育儿心理相抵触以致于无法应用的问题。

 本发明的最佳实施方式
如图 1 所示，本发明的新型被毯 60 与传统的被毯大体相同，其主要的功能是覆盖作为使用者的幼儿的身体构成保暖空间。特别之处在于被毯 60 的与作为使用者的幼儿的胸腹对应的部分，向远离幼儿侧凹陷形成帐篷状空间 90 。围成帐篷状空间 90 的被毯上连接有浮力部 20 ，在本实施例中浮力部 20 是充有密度比空气小的气体的气球 ，所充气体例如为氢气或氦气，优选为氦气。浮力部 20 与围成该帐篷状空间 90 的被毯部分相连。帐篷状空间 90 与浮力部20 一起悬停，构成一个不与作为使用者的幼儿的身体相接触的空间。
易知浮力部 20 的浮力应略大于围成帐篷状空间 90 的被毯部分的重量，如果浮力小于等于该部分的重量，则达不到形成不与幼儿身体接触的空间的目的，如果浮力大于该部分重量较多，则不利于被毯形成保暖空间，背离了被毯的基本功能，所以优选略大于围成帐篷状空间 90 的被毯部分的重量。
此时，被毯 60 的除去围成帐篷状空间 90 的被毯部分的部分，实际上起到了锚固一起悬停的帐篷状空间 90 与浮力部20 的作用。
如图 2 所示的本发明的包括新型被毯 60 的幼儿照顾装置 100 ，包括温度检测单元 10 和监控告警单元 12 。
温度检测单元 10 和监控告警单元 12 的具体结构和工作原理如背景技术中所披露的那样，属于现有技术范畴，这里不再赘述。
温度检测单元 10 置于该帐篷状保暖空间 90 的内部顶部，帐篷状保暖空间 90 具有一定高度，使得温度检测单元 10 不与睡眠中的幼儿接触。
监控告警单元 12 置于被毯 60 之外的适宜之处。
在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内进行的各种改进和变化均落在本发明的保护范围之内。例如，也可以不使用浮力装置，而是采用乳罩类产品采用的轻质弹性材料形成帐篷状空间。
