Description

液晶显示模组、 晶显示装置及背板
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶显示模组、 液晶显 示装置及背板。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置的生产效率关系到其成本, 随着液晶显示技术的发展, 需要 不断的对其结构、 材料等进行改进设计, 以提高液晶显示的效果以及降低液晶 显示装置的成本。
如图 1及图 2所示为液晶显示模组的背板上的电路布置示意图, 如图中所 示, 背板 10上设置有电路板如: 信号电路板 20 ( X board ), 与信号电路板 20 通过 FFC25(柔性扁平电缆)以及连接器 21连接的控制电路板 30 ( C board ), 而 信号电路板 20通过薄膜覆晶 40 ( COF )与液晶显示模组连接, 信号电路板 20 以及控制电路板 30则通过螺釘 11锁附在背板 10上。 而对一个电路板进行锁附 需要通过多颗螺釘 11进行锁附, 从而增加了电路板的组装时间, 影响到液晶显 示装置的组装效率。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种便于组装, 组装效率高的液晶显示 模组、 液晶显示装置及背板。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种液晶显示模组, 包括: 背板以及设置在背板背面的电路板; 所述背板上设置有用于插放所述电路板的 卡沟, 所述电路板设置在所述卡沟上。
优选的, 所述卡沟为金属结构, 所述电路板与所述卡沟接触的地方设置有 棵铜区。 可以利用卡沟接地, 节省接地工艺。
优选的, 所述电路板包括: 信号电路板以及与所述信号电路板连接的控制 电路板。 根据需要, 可以选择相应的电路板设置到背板背面, 并通过卡沟组装, 提高电路板的组装效率。
优选的, 所述信号电路板上设置有具有金手指的突出部, 所述控制电路板 上对应于所述信号电路板的金手指的位置设置有连接器; 所述突出部的金手指 插入所述连接器中。 通过在信号电路板以及控制电路板上分别设置金手指以及 连接器, 从而使得电路板在插入导向卡沟后也完成电路板之间的连接, 进而提 高电路板的组装效率。
优选的, 所述突出部的上下面均设置有金手指, 所述信号电路板通过其突 出部的上下两面的金手指与所述连接器连接。 增加突出部上的针(pin )数, 有 利于电路设计。
优选的, 所述卡沟包括: 设置在电路板两侧的用于插入电路板的平行设置 的多个导向卡沟。 利用多个平行的导向卡沟将电路板插入, 便于实现电路板之 间的连接。
优选的, 所述卡沟还包括: 设置在导向卡沟插入方向的末端的用于限定电 路板的位置的限位卡沟。 在导向卡沟插入方向的末端设置限位卡沟, 进而提高 组装的精确度。
优选的, 所述卡沟与背板为一体成型结构。 不需要另外设置卡沟, 节省生 产工艺, 同时也可以直接用背板实现电路板的接地。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括上述的液晶显示模组。
一种背板, 所述背板的上设置有用于插放电路板的卡沟。
本发明由于在液晶显示模组的背板上设置了卡沟, 液晶显示模组上的电路 板可以通过插入的方式固定在所述背板的卡沟上, 从而不需要再使用螺釘对电 路板的多个固定点进行的固定, 提高了电路板的组装效率, 进而提高了液晶显 示模组的组装效率。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 3及图 4所示为本发明所述的液晶显示模组的电路板组装示意图, 如 图中所示, 液晶显示模组的背板 10上设置有用于插入电路板的导向卡沟 12以 及限位卡沟 13 , 其中电路板包括信号电路板 20以及控制电路板 30。 由于在液 晶显示模组的背板 10上设置了卡沟, 液晶显示模组上的电路板可以通过插入的 方式固定在所述背板 10的卡沟上, 从而不需要再使用螺釘对电路板的多个固定 点进行的固定, 提高了电路板的组装效率, 进而提高了液晶显示模组的组装效 率。
如图 5-7所示为一种信号电路板 20的固定方式, 如图中所示, 液晶显示模 组的背板 10上设置有导向卡沟 12, 导向卡沟 12为一矩形槽结构, 其开口方向 平行于背板 10的板面, 这样可以将 PCB 4艮好的锁附在背板 10上, 信号电路板 20在组装时, 由导向卡沟 12的一端插入, 在背板 10上还设置有位于导向卡沟 12的插入方向末端的限位卡沟 13 , 限位卡沟 13与导向卡沟 12—样, 也为矩形 槽结构, 其开口方向也平行于背板 10的板面, 用于限定信号电路板 20插入后 的位置, 当然, 限位卡沟 13也可以有其他形式的限位结构如凸台即可, 而卡沟 的形式可以使 PCB更好的锁附在背板 10上。 同样的, 如图 3所示, 背板 10上 也设置有用于插入控制电路板 30的导向卡沟 12, 以及用于限定控制电路板 30 的位置的限位卡沟 13。
如图 7所示, 信号电路板 20上设置有棵铜 27区域, 棵铜 27与金属的卡沟 接触, 若背板也为金属结构, 则可以利用卡沟与背板的接触进行接地设计, 若 背板为非导电结构, 则可以通过另外设置线路与卡沟连接进行接地设计。 当然, 如图 3所示, 信号电路板 20以及控制电路板 30上多个与卡沟接触的区域均设 置有棵铜 27。
如图 8及图 9所示, 信号电路板 20与控制电路板 30之间的连接同样也是 采用插入式连接。控制电路板 30上设置有突出部 31以形成插头,如图 10所示, 突出部 31上设置有金手指 37, 而相应的, 信号电路板 20上对应于所述金手指 37的位置也设置有插孔连接器 21。 结合图 3所示, 所有的导向卡沟 12均平行 设置, 这样便于控制电路板 30与信号电路板 20之间的对接; 组装时, 先将信 号电路板 20卡沟内就位, 控制电路板 30沿着所述导向卡沟 12插入, 而突出部 31上的金手指 37同时也插入已经就位的信号电路板 20上的插孔连接器 21内, 实现信号电路板 20与控制电路板 30的连接。 这样就免去了 FFC的布置步骤, 同时, 也免去了 FFC的使用, 更减少了一半的连接器。 当然, 突出部也可以相 应的设置在信号电路板上并在突出部上设置金手指, 相应的, 插孔连接器则可 以设置在控制电路板上对应于所述金手指的位置。
为了增加突出部的针数(pin ), 如图 9所示, 突出部 31的两面均设置有金 手指 37,信号电路板通过其突出部的上下两面的金手指 37与控制电路板上的连 接器连接, 进而有利于线路的布置。 在本发明实施例中, 卡沟与背板是一体成型的, 如卡沟可以直接在背板上 沖压形成; 当然, 也可以通过另外设置的方式, 但是另外设置卡沟加工方式较 为麻烦。
当然, 对于本发明实施例来说, 仅对信号电路板以及控制电路板设置卡沟 并通过卡沟进行组装来进行说明, 背板上的其它电路板也可以使用卡沟安装的 方式, 以提高安装效率。

1、 一种液晶显示模组, 包括: 背板以及设置在背板背面的电路板; 其中, 所述背板上设置有用于插放所述电路板的卡沟, 所述电路板插放在所述卡沟上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述卡沟为金属结构, 所述电路板与所述卡沟接触的地方设置有棵铜区。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述电路板包括: 信号 电路板以及与所述信号电路板连接的控制电路板。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述信号电路板上设置 有具有金手指的突出部, 所述控制电路板上对应于所述信号电路板的金手指的 位置设置有连接器; 所述突出部的金手指插入所述连接器中。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述突出部的上下面均 设置有金手指, 所述信号电路板通过其突出部的上下两面的金手指与所述连接 器连接。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述卡沟包括: 设置在 电路板两侧的用于插入电路板的平行设置的多个导向卡沟。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述卡沟还包括: 设置 在导向卡沟插入方向的末端的用于限定电路板的位置的限位卡沟。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的一种液晶显示模组, 其中, 所述卡沟与背板为一体 成型结构。
9、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 背板以及设置在背板背面的电路板; 其中, 所述背板上设置有用于插放所述电路板的卡沟, 所述电路板插放在所述卡沟上。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡沟为金属结构, 所述电路板与所述卡沟接触的地方设置有棵铜区。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述电路板包括: 信 号电路板以及与所述信号电路板连接的控制电路板。
