Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système modulaire destiné à produire des prototypes et des moules, qui est applicable à la production rapide de moules, de mandrins et de prototypes basés sur de petits blocs modulaires. Le système selon l'invention est composé de petits blocs prismatiques modulaires placés et fixés côte à côte dans un cadre d'organisation, et la surface des blocs prismatiques établit la surface extérieure pour le moule ou le mandrin ou le prototype. Le système est caractérisé par le fait que les blocs (4) placés dans le cadre d'organisation (2) constituent ensemble un jeu de blocs (1) qui correspond à un moule. Les blocs (4) de forme prismatique sont utilisés comportant différentes formes sur leurs surfaces d'extrémité (15) et sur leurs surfaces latérales (16), de préférence comportant une base carrée ou rectangulaire. Les surfaces d'extrémité (15) et, dans un cas spécifié, les surfaces latérales (16) des blocs (4) forment des parties ou des unités de surface de la surface extérieure (7) du moule, du mandrin ou du prototype, et les blocs prismatiques (4) sont installés dans le cadre d'organisation (2) d'une façon telle que les surfaces d'extrémité (15) et, dans un cas spécifié, les surfaces latérales (16) des blocs (4) constituent la surface extérieure (7) du moule, du mandrin ou du prototype sans nécessiter d'usinage ultérieur.
