[0033] 实施例: 本发明滚动摇摆装置参照图 1 至 8 所示, 滚动摇摆装置包 括有: 由减速马达 1、 马达安装板 2、 转距输出板 3、 摇摆推杆 4、 摇摆推杆 同步环 5、 阻尼环 6、 光电遮板转动环 7、 摇摆监测控制器 8、 主轴支撑板 9、 微电脑控制器 10、 支架 11 和弧形支脚 12组成。 减速马达 1蝝接于马达安装 板 2 上, 转距输出板嫘接于减速马达主轴, 摇摆推杆 4 上的滚珠轴承内孔与 减速马达的主轴呈过度配合, 摇摆推杆同步环 5 焊接或者铆接或者蛾接于摇 摆推杆上. 与减速马达主轴同轴度并有间隙: 阻尼环 6 套装于摇摆推杆同步 环 5外径上, 光电遮板转动环 7套装在阻尼环 7外径: 摇摆监测控制器 8的 光电开关支架 8. 3蛾接于主轴支撑板 9上, 光电开关 8. 2和遮板挡板 8. 1螵 接于光电开关支架 8. 3 上: 减速马达主轴安装于主轴支撑板 9上的滚珠轴承 内呈过度配合, 马达安装板 2 和主轴支捸板 9焊接或者钾接或者蟓接于支架 U上: 支架 1 1焊接或者铆接或者螺接于弧形支脚 12上。
[ 0034 ] 本发明滚动摇摆装置实施例是这样工作的: 本装置接上适配的电源, 人力推动给弧形支脚 12上的承载体以启动, 摇摆推杆 4上的滚轮 4. 1与地面 形成推动夹角, 从而转动摇摆推杆 4, 摇摆推杆同步环 5与摇摆推杆 4同步转 动带动阻尼环 6和光电遮板转动环 7 , 光电遮板转动环 7的遮板移动, 让光电 开关耦合, 光电开关耦合给微电脑控制器 10 信号, 微电脑控制器 10接通减 速马达 1 电源, 减速马达 1顺时针转动; 转距输出板 3随减速马达 1 转动并 带动摇摆推杆 4转动, 摇摆推杆 4上的滚轮 4. 1 与地面形成反推力作用于马 达安装板 2和主轴支捸板 9 ,通过支架 1 1作用于弧形支脚 12及其上的承载体, 弧形支脚 12便在地面上滚动。 当微电脑控制器 10接通减速马达 1的电源时, 微电脑控制器 10的微处理器开始计时, 到达程序设置的时长时, 微电脑控制 器 10切断减速马达 1 的电源, 马达停转, 此时弧形支脚 12及其上的承载体 还承载着减速马达 1推动的惯量继续前摆: 弧形支脚 12及其上的承载体的惯 量耗尽时, 其积蓄的势能使得弧形支脚 12及其上的承载体停止正摆并反向回 摆, 摇摆推杆 4 的滚轮 4. 1 反推摇摆推杆做反向旋转, 摇摆推杆 4 与摇摆推 杆同步环 5 同步转动带动阻尼环 6 和光电遮板转动环 7 反向旋转, 光电遮板 转动环 7 的遮板移动, 阻断光电开关。 当反向回摆能量耗尽恢复正摆的一刹 那, 摇摆推杆 4上的滚轮 4. 1 与地面形成推动夹角, 从而转动摇摆推杆 4和 摇摆推杆同步环 5带动阻尼环 6和光电遮板转动环 7旋转, 光电遮板转动环 7 的遮板移动, 让光电开关耦合重复着前面的加载过程。
[ 0035 ] 光电遮板置于光电开关 8. 2 发射接收两元件缝隙和遮板挡板 8. 1 的 封闭空间内, 光电遮板转动环 7不受阻挡时随同光电遮板转动环 7—起转动; 光电遮板转动环 7受阻挡时光电遮板转动环 7与阻尼环 6之间滑动:
[ 0036 ] 微电脑控制器 10 是这样工作的: 当微电脑控制器 10接收到光电幵 关的高电平信号或者低电平信号, 用哪一种电平信号做为微处理器的触发信 号由程序设计确定, 微处理器 10. 1 打开电子开关 10. 4接通减速马达 1 的电 源, 微处理器由编程给予若干个控制时长, 到达设定时长, 关闭电子开关切 断减速马达 1的电源, 减速马达 1通电时值的长短控制着弧形支脚 11滚动摇 摆的摆幅: 微电脑控制器 10还有键盘控制、 无线遥控和 LED数码显示; 键盘 10. 2有设定减速马达 1 的每次通电的时长, 也就是滚动摇摆的摆幅大小的功 能, 定时功能和开关功能: 无线遥控和键盘同等功能: LED数码显示当前的工 作数据。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 由减速马达, 马达安装板、 转距输 出板, 摇摆推杆, 摇摆推杆同步环, 阻尼环, 光电遮板转动环, 摇摆监测控制器固定部分, 微电脑控制器, 主轴支撑板、 支架和 弧形支脚组成本装置; 减速马达是齿轮减速马达, 嫘接于减速马 达安装板上: 转距输出板固接于减速马达主轴; 摇摆推杆与减速 马达主轴动配合; 摇摆推杆同步环固接于摇摆推杆; 阻尼环套装 于摇摆推杆同步环外径; 光电遮板转动环套装在阻尼环外径; 摇 摆方向监测器固定部分螺接于主轴支撑板;减速马达主轴与主轴 支撑板动配合, 减速马达安装板与主轴支撑板固接于支架; 支架 固接于弧形支脚; 光电幵关、 减速马达和微电脑控制器电连接, 微电脑控制器控制减速马达电源的通断。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 转距输出板 呈矮 " ΙΓ字形, 两边突出部卡于摇摆推杆的两侧将减速马达的转 矩传递到摇摆推杆; 两边突出部或者装有弹性垫, 在推动摇摆推 杆时起缓冲和降噪。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 摇摆推杆与 减速马达主轴配合处装有滚珠轴承, 摇摆推杆尾端与地面接触部 位装有滚轮。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 摇摆推杆同 步环固接于摇摆推杆, 摇摆推杆同步环与减速马达主轴轴向重合 并与减速马达轴有间隙。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 阻尼环套装 于摇摆推杆同步环外径, 光电遮板转动环套装在阻尼环外径, 阻 尼环与摇摆推杆同步环及光电遮板转动环之间有摩擦阻尼。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 摇摆方向监 测器固定部分由光电开关支架、 遮板挡板和光电开关组成, 光电 开关支架螺接于主轴支撑板, 光电开关和遮板挡板嫘接于光电开 关支架。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 主轴支撑板 装有滚珠轴承, 减速马达主轴与滚珠轴承配合。
8.根据权利要求 1所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 微电脑控制 器接受摇摆方向监测器的光电开关和遥控器、面板按键的信号控 制; 微电脑控制器控制减速马达电源的通断。
9.根据权利要求 1或 6或 8所述的滚动摇摆装置, 其特征是: 摇 摆方向监测器的光电开关或者是磁控开关或者是微动开关或者 是感应开关。
10.按摩椅, 包括现在商品市场所市售的按摩椅所有共有的: 坐 垫、 靠背、 扶手、 脚垫和把所有前者连接在一起的支架以及在皮 革包覆内的按摩机械还有靠背、脚垫的角度调节机构和控制器等 等; 其特征是: 该按摩椅还包括装有如权利要求 1所述的滚动摇 摆装置和与地面接触的两个弧形支脚,实现电力驱动自动滚动摇 摆。
