Abstract
L'invention concerne l'utilisation de TPE dans un cadre de fixation de filtre à air, un procédé de préparation de TPE utilisé dans la production d'un cadre de fixation de filtre à air, et un procédé d'utilisation de TPE pour produire un cadre de fixation de filtre à air. L'utilisation de TPE pour produire un cadre de fixation de filtre à air peut donner une bonne élasticité au cadre de fixation de filtre à air et ainsi rendre le couplage avec une cartouche filtrante plus sûr, fournir de bons effets d'étanchéité, et améliorer la durée de vie du filtre à air. Puisque la performance d'usinage du TPE est bonne, l'utilisation d'un procédé de moulage d'insert conjointement avec la cartouche filtrante permet de mouler le filtre à air en une pièce, la complexité de contrôle du procédé est faible, l'efficacité de production d'un produit unique comparée avec un filtre à air produit en utilisant un procédé de versement d'adhésif est 10 fois plus grande, et les défauts esthétiques du produit moulé par injection sont peu nombreux. Donc, l'efficacité de production est grandement augmentée, la consommation d'énergie est grandement réduite, et l'apparence des produits est lisse et attractive. Puisque le TPE est non toxique pour l'environnement et peut être recyclé, le cadre de fixation de filtre à air peut être réutilisé plusieurs fois, réduisant les coûts de production et même la ferraille peut aussi être dégradée facilement, réduisant significativement la pollution de l'environnement.
