Description
本発明は、廃棄物を焼却炉で焼却処理、またはガス化炉で低酸素状態の加熱処理し、その廃熱を利用して発電する廃棄物処理施設に関する。
近年、廃棄物処理施設においても、地球温暖化防止に配慮した高効率の発電施設整備を推進することとされている。
一般に、廃棄物を焼却処理する廃棄物処理施設においては、廃棄物焼却炉から排出された排ガスから熱を回収するエコノマイザを、排ガス処理設備である集塵装置の上流側に設置し、排ガスからの熱回収を行うようにしている。
また、下記の特許文献1では、集塵装置の後流の排ガスから熱を回収する低温熱回収システムであって、蒸気タービンからからの抽気蒸気により、独立エコノマイザへ供給するボイラ給水の温度を制御することで、集塵装置の後流の排ガスから低温熱を回収することが開示されている。
一方で、下記の特許文献2では、ガス化ガス中の蒸気を凝縮除去する凝縮器を備えた廃棄物のガス化処理設備において、凝縮器内を貫通させた熱回収用パイプの内部に原料水を流通させ、凝縮器に送給されたガス化ガスの顕熱および潜熱を利用して原料水から水蒸気を生成させて、吸引ポンプで流動床ガス化炉および旋回溶融炉に水蒸気を送給することが開示されている。
ところで、集塵装置の後流の排ガスから低温熱回収するにあたり、排ガス中の蒸気の顕熱を熱回収するだけでは十分ではなく、高効率に発電するために満足できるものではなかった。すなわち、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の顕熱を熱回収する場合と、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱までを熱回収する場合を比較すると、後者の方が、熱回収効率が格段に向上する。
そこで、本発明の目的は、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の顕熱だけでなく、潜熱までを熱回収することができて、高効率に発電することができる廃棄物処理施設を提供することにある。
上記の目的を達成するために、請求項1に記載の発明は、廃棄物焼却炉またはガス化炉、過熱器、集塵装置、煙突を備えた廃棄物処理施設であって、集塵装置の後流に、集塵装置からの排出ガスに含まれる蒸気の潜熱を回収するための装置が設けられ、潜熱回収後の排ガスが煙突を介して大気へ放出することを特徴とする。
請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1に記載の廃棄物処理施設であって、集塵装置からの排出ガスを潜熱回収装置に供給するラインの途上に、潜熱回収装置を迂回する排出ガス迂回ラインが分岐して設けられており、潜熱回収装置に供給する排出ガスの流量(F1)と、潜熱回収装置を迂回する排出ガスの流量(F-F1)を制御することを特徴とする。
請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載の廃棄物処理施設であって、過熱器で発生した過熱蒸気により駆動される発電用蒸気タービンがさらに備えられており、蒸気タービンから排出される排気蒸気の復水であるボイラ給水が、潜熱回収装置に導入されて集塵装置からの排出ガスに含まれる蒸気の潜熱によって加熱され、加熱後のボイラ給水が脱機器に給水されるようになされていることを特徴とする。

つぎに、本発明の実施の形態を、図面を参照して説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
本発明による廃棄物処理施設は廃棄物を焼却処理またはガス化処理して、その廃棄物を処理した熱を利用して発電する施設として利用される。
本発明による廃棄物処理施設は、廃棄物焼却炉またはガス化炉、過熱器(図中、S/Hと略記)、集塵装置、エコノマイザ、煙突を備えた廃棄物処理施設であって、集塵装置の後流に集塵装置からの排出ガスに含まれる蒸気の潜熱を回収するための潜熱回収装置が設けられ、潜熱回収後の排ガスが煙突を介して大気へ放出することを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明による廃棄物処理施設の第1実施形態を示すフローシートである。
同図を参照すると、本発明による廃棄物処理施設は、廃棄物焼却炉(1)、過熱器(2)、エコノマイザ(3)、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)、および煙突(5)から構成されている。
本発明による廃棄物処理施設は、さらに、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱から熱回収を行ってボイラ給水を加熱するための給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)、脱気器(7)、過熱器(2)で発生した過熱蒸気を供給して蒸気タービン(8)により発電するようにした発電設備(9)、および蒸気タービン(8)からの復水を蓄える復水タンク(10)を備える。
給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)はバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流に設置する。すなわち、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)はバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)と煙突(5)の間に配置される。そして、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に送り込まれた排ガスは、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)にて、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収される。換言すると、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収することで、排ガス中の蒸気は飽和蒸気となり一部凝縮して水が発生する。そして、潜熱まで回収された排ガスは、煙突を介して大気へ放出される。
一方で、復水タンク(10)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給されるボイラ給水は、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)にて排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収することで、加熱される。なお、ボイラ給水が復水タンク(10)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)へ供給するまでに、蒸気タービン(8)の抽気により加熱されることも可能である。
そして、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)によりバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスから熱回収を行ってボイラ給水を加熱し、加熱されたボイラ給水を脱気器(7)へ供給する。脱気器(7)にてボイラ給水は、蒸気タービン(8)からの抽気蒸気供給ラインを介して供給された抽気蒸気により更に加熱するようにしている。従って、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスの熱を脱気器(7)へのボイラ給水の加熱に有効利用することができ、脱気器(7)への抽気蒸気の量が低減される。その結果、余剰蒸気を蒸気タービン(8)の排気側へ多く供給することができ、発電量を増加させることができる。
ところで、一般的に、都市廃棄物などの一般廃棄物および産業廃棄物などの廃棄物を焼却炉(1)によって処理された排ガス中には、配管を腐食させる塩化水素化合物、硫黄酸化物、窒素酸化物等の金属腐食成分ガスが含まれている。そして、排ガスの温度が低下すると、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気と金属腐食成分ガスとが反応して、配管を腐食させる酸露点腐食が発生する。
また、排ガスが煙突(5)を上昇することで排ガス温度が低下し、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気が煙突(5)において凝縮することもある。
従って、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)にて排ガス中の蒸気が飽和蒸気となるまで排ガス温度を低下させると、排ガスを給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)から煙突(5)に供給する排ガス移送ライン(13)の配管内と煙突(5)において、酸露点腐食または水蒸気凝縮が発生することが考えられる。
そこで、図2に示すように、本発明においては、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)からの排出ガスを給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給するライン(11)の途上に、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排出ガス迂回ライン(12)が分岐して設けられている。
ここで、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスの流量を排ガス流量(F)とする。そして、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給する排ガス供給ライン(11)の排出ガス流量(F1)と、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排ガス迂回ライン(12)の排出ガス流量(F-F1)を制御することにより、煙突(5)に供給する排ガス移送ライン(13)内の排ガスの温度を調整して、煙突内(5)で排ガス中の水蒸気が凝縮せず、かつ酸露点腐食が発生しないようになされるものである。
すなわち、本発明において、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスは一部抜き出されて、排ガスの蒸気濃度、塩化水素濃度、硫黄酸化物濃度、窒素酸化物濃度、酸素濃度が分析されている。そして、該分析値を利用して排出ガス流量(F1)と、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)を迂回する排ガス迂回ライン(12)の排出ガスの流量(F-F1)とが制御され、煙突(5)に供給する排ガス移送ライン(13)内の排ガスの温度が調整される。
ここで、本発明では、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスはバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)までに脱硫処理が施されており、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスに含まれる硫黄酸化物濃度は低減されている。例えば、本発明者等は脱硫処理としては特願2011-275649号を出願している。
また、従来の廃棄物処理施設では、脱硝処理は煙突(5)の前段に触媒塔(図示略)が配置され、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスから触媒塔に供給する際に、排ガスを再加熱していた。しかし、近年、触媒塔を配置せずに焼却炉(1)にて直接還元剤を廃棄物焼却炉に供給して脱硝処理を行う、無触媒脱硝法が開発されている。例えば、本発明者等は無触媒脱硝法としては特願2011-282567号を出願している。従って、無触媒脱硝法を利用する場合では、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスに含まれる窒素酸化物は廃棄物焼却炉(1)にて既に低減されている。
また、触媒脱硝法を利用する場合では、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流で排ガスを再加熱して触媒塔(図示略)に供給される。従って、触媒脱硝法では、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスは、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流であって、触媒塔と煙突(5)の間において給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)が配置されるものである。
以上のように、本発明では、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスは、金属腐食成分が給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)までに既に低減されている。すなわち、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスは、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を経由または迂回した排ガスが合流して煙突(5)を介して大気へ放出されるように配置されるものである。
図3は、本発明による廃棄物処理施設をガス化炉に適用した第2実施形態を示すフローシートである。この第2実施形態では、本発明による廃棄物処理施設をガス化炉に適用したものである。
同図を参照すると、廃棄物をガス化炉(20)に投入して流動層内で酸素不足の状態で熱分解し、生成された熱分解ガスを溶融炉(21)に導入して高温燃焼させる。そして、燃焼排ガスを二次燃焼室に導入して完全燃焼させ、排ガス処理後、排出するものである。
本発明による廃棄物処理施設の第2実施形態では、ガス化炉(20)、溶融炉(21)、過熱器(2)、エコノマイザ(3)、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)、および煙突(5)から構成されている。
本発明の廃棄物処理施設の第2実施形態のその他の点は、上記本発明の廃棄物処理施設の第1実施形態の場合と同様であり、図面において同一のものには、同一の符号を付した。
すなわち、図3に示す本発明による廃棄物処理施設の第2実施形態では、さらにバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱から熱回収を行ってボイラ給水を加熱するための給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)、脱気器(7)、過熱器(2)で発生した過熱蒸気を供給して蒸気タービン(8)により発電するようにした発電設備(9)、および蒸気タービン(8)からの復水を蓄える復水タンク(10)を備える。
給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)はバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流に設置する。すなわち、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)はバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)と煙突(5)の間に配置される。そして、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に送り込まれた排ガスは、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)にて、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収される。換言すると、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収することで、排ガス中の蒸気は飽和蒸気となり一部凝縮して水が発生する。そして、潜熱まで回収された排ガスは、煙突を介して大気へ放出される。
同図に示すように、本発明においては、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)からの排出ガスを給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給するラインの途上に、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排出ガス迂回ラインが分岐して設けられている。
ここで、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスの流量を排ガス流量(F)とする。そして、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給する排ガス供給ラインの排出ガス流量(F1)と、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排ガス迂回ラインの排出ガス流量(F-F1)を制御することにより、煙突内(5)で排ガス中の水蒸気が凝縮せず、かつ酸露点腐食が発生しないようになされるものである。
なお、図3に示す本発明による廃棄物処理施設の第2実施形態では、ガス化炉の後段において溶融炉を記載したが、従来公知のガス化炉を用いた廃棄物処理施設であればよく、ガス化炉後段において、改質炉や煙突前の排ガスを燃焼させるガスエンジン発電装置を設置しても良いものである。
また、上記実施形態における構成は、相互に矛盾しない限り適宜組み合わされてよい。
つぎに、本発明の実施例を説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
(実施例1)
図2に示す本発明による廃棄物処理施設を用いた。同図において、本発明による廃棄物処理施設は、廃棄物焼却炉(1)、過熱器(2)、エコノマイザ(3)、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)、および煙突(5)から構成されており、さらに、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱から熱回収を行ってボイラ給水を加熱するための給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)、脱気器(7)、過熱器(2)で発生した過熱蒸気を供給して蒸気タービン(8)により発電するようにした発電設備(9)、および蒸気タービン(8)からの復水を蓄える復水タンク(10)を備える。
図2に示す本発明による廃棄物処理施設を用いた。同図において、本発明による廃棄物処理施設は、廃棄物焼却炉(1)、過熱器(2)、エコノマイザ(3)、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)、および煙突(5)から構成されており、さらに、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱から熱回収を行ってボイラ給水を加熱するための給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)、脱気器(7)、過熱器(2)で発生した過熱蒸気を供給して蒸気タービン(8)により発電するようにした発電設備(9)、および蒸気タービン(8)からの復水を蓄える復水タンク(10)を備える。
給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)はバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流に設置した。すなわち、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)はバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)と煙突(5)の間に配置した。そして、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に送り込まれた排ガスは、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)にて、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収される。換言すると、排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収することで、排ガス中の蒸気は飽和蒸気となり一部凝縮して水が発生する。そして、潜熱まで回収された排ガスは、煙突を介して大気へ放出される。
一方で、復水タンク(10)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給されるボイラ給水は、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)にて排ガス中に含まれる蒸気の潜熱まで熱回収することで、加熱される。
同図に示すように、この実施例では、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)からの排出ガスを給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給するラインの途上に、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排出ガス迂回ラインが分岐して設けた。
そして、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスの流量を排ガス流量(F)とし、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給する排ガス供給ラインの排出ガス流量(F1)と、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排ガス迂回ラインの排出ガス流量(F-F1)を制御した。
ここで、この実施例の廃棄物処理施設におけるバグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)の後流の排ガスを一部抜き出して分析を行ったところ、排ガスの性状は、下記の表1に示すようなものであった。
なお、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)後流の排ガスの硫黄酸化物濃度、窒素酸化物濃度、塩化水素濃度は、表1の分析で計測される酸素濃度から酸素濃度12%に換算されている。
つぎに、バグフィルタ(集塵装置)(4)から給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)に供給する排ガス供給ラインの排出ガス流量(F1)をF1=F/2とした。そして、給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)を迂回する排ガス迂回ラインの排出ガス流量(F-F1)=F/2とした。
給水加熱器(潜熱回収装置)(6)により排ガス温度を50℃まで下げた場合には、排ガスに含まれる蒸気量は飽和状態で12%になる。従って、上記の流量による制御では、合流後の排ガスの温度は(50℃+160℃)/2=105℃となり、排ガスに含まれる蒸気量は(12%+20%)/2=16%となる。
そして、合流後の排ガスが煙突(5)を介して大気へ放出される際に、放熱することを計算した煙突出口排ガス温度をT3とすると、煙突出口排ガス温度(T3)が、煙突出口排ガスの蒸気量の飽和温度よりも高ければ、煙突内で水が凝縮することはない。この実施例では、煙突出口排ガス温度(T3)が95℃であり、蒸気量16%の飽和温度55℃より高いものであった。
以上のように、煙突出口排ガス温度(T3)と、蒸気量、塩化水素濃度、硫黄酸化物濃度、窒素酸化物濃度の関係で、煙突出口排ガス温度(T3)が露点温度以上なら、煙突内で水は露点腐食が発生することはない。
Claims (3)
- 廃棄物焼却炉またはガス化炉、過熱器、集塵装置、煙突を備えた廃棄物焼却施設であって、集塵装置の後流に、集塵装置からの排出ガスに含まれる蒸気の潜熱を回収するための装置が設けられ、潜熱回収後の排ガスが煙突を介して大気へ放出することを特徴とする、廃棄物焼却施設。
- 集塵装置からの排出ガスを潜熱回収装置に供給するラインの途上に、潜熱回収装置を迂回する排出ガス迂回ラインが分岐して設けられており、潜熱回収装置に供給する排出ガスの流量(F1)と、潜熱回収装置を迂回する排出ガスの流量(F-F1)を制御することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の廃棄物焼却施設。
- 過熱器で発生した蒸気により駆動される発電用蒸気タービンがさらに備えられており、蒸気タービンから排出される排気蒸気の復水であるボイラ給水が、潜熱回収装置に導入されて集塵装置からの排出ガスに含まれる蒸気の潜熱によって加熱され、加熱後のボイラ給水が脱機器に給水されるようになされていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の廃棄物焼却施設。
