在本发明实施例提供的技术方案中, 位于云服务器中的呼叫控制装置负 责基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行媒体协商, 以及根据座席终端和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址以及媒体协商结果在 座席终端和自动呼叫分配装置之间建立媒体会话。 在媒体会话建立之后, 自 动呼叫分配装置将呼叫相关的流媒体数据直接发送给座席终端, 由座席终端 执行编解码等流媒体处理。 因此, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案无需在呼叫 控制装置上执行编解码等流媒体处理, 如此便可大大降低整个云服务器的处 理负担, 有效保证基于云计算技术构建的呼叫中心的服务质量。 附图说明

图 1是依据本发明一实施例的呼叫中心 100的网络结构示意图。 如图 1 所示, 呼叫中心 100包括自动呼叫分配装置 102、 云服务器 104和座席终端 106、 108和 110。
呼叫中心 100基于桌面云技术构建,座席终端 106、 108和 110作为瘦客 户端, 每一座席终端可通过局域网与云服务器 104通信连接。 当然, 每一座 席终端也可通过互联网等广域网与云服务器 104通信连接, 例如 SOHO (家 庭办公, Small Office Home Office )座席终端。 本领域的技术人员应当明白, 尽管图 1中仅展示了三个座席终端即座席终端 106、 108和 110, 但是在具体 实现过程中, 座席终端的数量可根据具体需要例如但不限于呼叫中心所需的 规模进行设置。
云服务器 104上设置有与座席终端 106、 108和 110——对应的多个(在 本实施例中为三个)呼叫控制装置, 每一呼叫控制装置都在自动呼叫分配装 置 102上进行注册, 以便自动呼叫分配装置 102向注册的呼叫控制装置分发 对呼入呼叫的处理请求。 例如, 每一呼叫控制装置是云服务器 104为该呼叫 控制装置所对应的座席终端分配的虚拟机(Virtual Machine, VM ), 即该座 席终端在云服务器上的虚拟化的计算机。 该虚拟化的计算机与座席终端之间 的云通信通过独立计算架构 ( Independent Computing Architecture, ICA )协 议、 远程桌面协议 ( Remote Desktop Protocol, RDP )协议和 /或网络个人计 算机协议 ( Personal Computer over Internet Protocol, PCoIP )等协议来实现。
在运行过程中, 自动呼叫分配装置 102用于在监测到呼入呼叫时, 向云 服务器 104发起对该呼叫的处理请求, 该处理请求中携带有自动呼叫分配装 置 102的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。 在具体实现过程中, 自动呼叫分配装置 102基于自动呼叫分配(Automatic Call Distribution, ACD )技术, 在已注册 的呼叫控制装置中选择一呼叫控制装置, 向该呼叫控制装置分发对上述呼叫 的处理请求。
上述处理请求在到达云服务器 104之后, 将由上述选定的呼叫控制装置 进行处理。 该呼叫控制装置接收该处理请求, 提取其中携带的自动呼叫分配 装置 102的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。 在此之后, 该呼叫控制装置基于其所 对应的座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置 102的媒体能力执行媒体协 商, 或者该呼叫控制装置将自动呼叫分配装置 102的媒体连接地址和媒体能 力发往该呼叫控制装置对应的座席终端, 由该座席终端执行媒体协商, 并将 媒体协商结果返回呼叫控制装置。 随后, 该呼叫控制装置根据其所对应的座 席终端的媒体连接地址、 自动呼叫分配装置 102的媒体连接地址以及媒体协 商结果在该座席终端和自动呼叫分配装置 102之间建立媒体会话, 以便由座 席终端直接处理所述呼叫。
应注意, 在具体实现过程中, 上述呼叫不仅可以是语音呼叫, 也可以是 包含视频的多媒体呼叫。 自动呼叫分配装置 102 还包括计算机电话集成 ( Computer telephony integration , CTI )设备的 目关功能。
自动呼叫分配装置 102、云服务器 104中的呼叫控制装置和座席终端 106、 108和 110所执行的操作将在下文进行详细的描述。
图 2是依据本发明一实施例的呼叫处理方法 200的示范性流程图。
步骤 202 , 呼叫控制装置接收自动呼叫分配装置分发的对一呼叫的处理 请求, 提取其中携带的所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。 具体来说, 在基于会话初始化协议 ( Session Initiation Protocol, SIP )来 实现对上述呼叫的控制时, 上述处理请求可通过 SIP中规定的邀请( Invite ) 消息来实现, 上述媒体连接地址和媒体能力可通过例如但不限于会话描述协 议( Session Description Protocol, SDP )进行描述。 上述媒体连接地址可包括 例如但不限于自动呼叫分配装置的 IP (网际协议, Internet Protocol )地址和 端口号, 上述媒体能力可包括多个媒体能力参数, 例如但不限于自动呼叫分 配装置支持的编解码标准(例如 G.711或 G.723 )、 媒体格式和传输协议类型 (例如实时传输协议( Real-time Transport Protocol, RTP ) )等。
步骤 204 , 呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置 的媒体能力执行媒体协商。
具体来说, 在由呼叫控制装置执行媒体协商时, 呼叫控制装置可预先存 储其对应的座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体能力, 也可在基于座席终端的媒 体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行媒体协商之前, 从呼叫控制装置 所对应的座席终端获取该座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。 座席终端的 媒体连接地址可包括例如但不限于座席终端的 IP地址和端口号 ,座席终端的 媒体能力可包括多个媒体能力参数, 例如但不限于座席终端支持的编解码标 准、 媒体格式和传输协议类型等。
在由呼叫控制装置执行进行媒体协商时, 对于每一媒体能力参数, 呼叫 控制装置计算该媒体能力参数在座席终端的媒体能力中的值与该媒体能力参 数在自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中的值的交集, 将该交集作为媒体协商结 果中该媒体能力参数的值。 因此, 所述媒体协商结果包括至少一个媒体能力 参数, 每一媒体能力参数的值为座席终端的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值 与自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值的交集。
作为可选的, 步骤 204还可具体实现为, 呼叫控制装置通过座席终端基 于座席终端的媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行上述媒体协 商, 即呼叫控制装置将所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力发 往所述座席终端, 由该座席终端基于自身媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置 的媒体能力执行上述媒体协商, 并将媒体协商结果返回给呼叫控制装置。 在 这种情况下, 座席终端的媒体连接地址可以预先存储在呼叫控制装置中, 也 可与媒体协商结果一同返回给呼叫控制装置。
在由座席终端执行进行媒体协商时, 对于每一媒体能力参数, 座席终端 计算该媒体能力参数在座席终端的媒体能力中的值与该媒体能力参数在自动 呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中的值的交集, 将该交集作为媒体协商结果中该媒 体能力参数的值。 因此, 所述媒体协商结果包括至少一个媒体能力参数, 每 一媒体能力参数的值为座席终端的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值与自动呼 叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值的交集。
步骤 206 , 呼叫控制装置根据所述座席终端的媒体连接地址、 所述自动 呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址以及媒体协商结果在所述座席终端和所述自动 呼叫分配装置之间建立媒体会话以便由座席终端处理所述呼叫。
具体来说, 在由呼叫控制装置执行媒体协商时, 媒体会话的建立过程如 下: 呼叫控制装置将座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往自动呼叫 分配装置, 以通知自动呼叫分配装置根据媒体协商结果向配置有上述媒体连 接地址的上述座席终端发起媒体会话请求。 此外, 呼叫控制装置将自动呼叫 分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往座席终端, 以通知座席终端接 受配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述自动呼叫分配装置根据上述媒体协商结果 向该座席终端发起的媒体会话请求, 与自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话。
在由座席终端执行媒体协商时, 媒体会话的建立过程如下: 呼叫控制装 置将座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往自动呼叫分配装置, 以通 知自动呼叫分配装置根据媒体协商结果向配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述座 席终端发起媒体会话请求。 此时, 由于座席终端已亲自执行媒体协商, 因此 呼叫控制装置无需再将自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发 往座席终端, 座席终端将自动接受配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述自动呼叫 分配装置根据上述媒体协商结果向该座席终端发起的媒体会话请求, 与自动 呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话。
在媒体会话建立之后, 座席终端将直接通过该媒体会话对上述呼叫进行 处理例如流媒体处理, 除了一些控制操作之外, 处理过程将无需呼叫控制装 置的参与。
在具体实现过程中, 方法 200还可包括:
呼叫控制装置根据座席终端发出的对所述呼叫的控制请求对所述媒体会 话进行控制。 例如, 当座席终端发出终止所述呼叫的控制请求时, 呼叫控制 装置将终止该媒体会话。 在具体实现过程中, 上述控制请求可通过座席终端 与呼叫控制装置之间的云通信来传送。 具体来说, 可通过如下流程终止媒体 会话: 当座席代表执行终止所述呼叫的操作 (例如座席代表挂机) 时, 座席 终端终止所述媒体会话, 并向呼叫控制装置发出终止所述呼叫的控制请求。 此后, 呼叫控制装置通知自动呼叫分配装置终止上述媒体会话。 在基于 SIP 来实现对上述呼叫的控制时, 在收到来自座席终端的终止所述呼叫的控制请 求时, 呼叫控制装置可通过向自动呼叫分配装置发送 Relnvite (再邀请) 消 息来通知自动呼叫分配装置终止媒体会话, 此时该消息中携带 sendonly (仅 发送)或者 inactive (去激活)等 SDP参数。 如此一来, 自动呼叫分配装置 在收到上述 Relnvite消息后, 便终止媒体会话。 在这种情况下, 呼叫控制装 置与自动呼叫分配装置之间的 SIP会话不会终止。 当然, 呼叫控制装置也可 通过向自动呼叫分配装置发送 Bye (再见 )消息来终止媒体会话。 如此一来, 自动呼叫分配装置在收到上述 Bye消息后,便终止媒体会话。在这种情况下, 呼叫控制装置与自动呼叫分配装置之间的 SIP会话将终止。

呼叫控制装置在监测到座席终端发生异常时, 通知自动呼叫分配装置向 所述呼叫的主叫用户终端传送预设媒体流以播放预设媒体(例如等待音乐 等), 并从所述自动呼叫分配装置上注销。如此一来, 自动呼叫分配装置在此 后分配新的呼入呼叫时, 便不会将新呼叫分配给与发生异常的座席终端相对 应的呼叫控制装置。
在本发明实施例提供的技术方案中, 位于云服务器中的呼叫控制装置负 责基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行媒体协商, 以及根据座席终端和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址以及媒体协商结果在 座席终端和自动呼叫分配装置之间建立媒体会话。 在媒体会话建立之后, 自 动呼叫分配装置将呼叫相关的流媒体数据直接发送给座席终端, 由座席终端 执行编解码等流媒体处理。 因此, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案无需在呼叫 控制装置上执行编解码等流媒体处理, 换句话说, 云服务器上的软电话相关 处理逻辑无需再执行流媒体数据处理等任务, 而只保留媒体协商等呼叫控制 功能, 软电话相关处理逻辑中的流媒体数据处理等任务移至座席终端执行。 如此便可大大降低整个云服务器的处理负担, 有效保证基于云计算技术构建 的呼叫中心的服务质量。 同时, 与云服务器上的虚拟声卡相比, 座席终端上 的物理声卡的流媒体处理效率更高。而且如果由云服务器承担呼叫处理任务, 在很多解决方案中, 云服务器还需要执行重新釆样、 编码等过程, 且语音呼 叫的相关数据也必然与云通信数据共路传输, 云服务器上的远程数据收发处 理单元的压力将非常大。 而由座席终端直接处理呼叫, 则不必引入上述重新 釆样、 编码等过程, 且云服务器上的远程数据收发处理单元可以仅用于处理 云通信相关数据, 压力得以大大降低。 座席终端与自动呼叫分配装置直接建 立媒体会话以处理呼叫而无需云服务器的中转处理, 也可降低云服务器到座 席终端之间的网络带宽压力, 降低因带宽争用而导致的语音数据丟包的发生 频率, 提升语音质量。 当媒体会话建立之后, 由于该媒体会话直接建立在座 席终端和自动呼叫分配装置之间而不经过呼叫控制装置, 因此即使云服务器 发生故障导致呼叫控制装置不可用, 也不会影响此次呼叫的处理。 此外, 由 于云通信往往釆用传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol, TCP )作为 传输层协议, 而媒体会话往往釆用用户数据 ^艮协议( User Datagram Protocol , UDP )作为传输层协议, 相比 TCP, UDP的连接建立速度更快, 因此呼叫过 程中的延迟更短。

提取模块 602用于接收自动呼叫分配装置分发的对一呼叫的处理请求, 提取其中携带的所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。
协商模块 604用于基于座席终端的媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置的 媒体能力执行媒体协商。
在具体实现过程中, 协商模块 604还用于:
在由呼叫控制装置执行媒体协商时, 协商模块 604可预先存储所属呼叫 控制装置所对应的座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体能力, 也可在基于座席终 端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行媒体协商之前, 从上述座 席终端获取该座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。
在由呼叫控制装置执行进行媒体协商时, 对于每一媒体能力参数, 协商 模块 604计算该媒体能力参数在座席终端的媒体能力中的值与该媒体能力参 数在自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中的值的交集, 将该交集作为媒体协商结 果中该媒体能力参数的值。 因此, 所述媒体协商结果包括至少一个媒体能力 参数, 每一媒体能力参数的值为座席终端的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值 与自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值的交集。
作为可选的, 协商模块 604还可具体实现为, 用于通过座席终端基于座 席终端的媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行上述媒体协商, 即协商模块 604将所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力发往所 述座席终端, 由该座席终端基于自身媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒 体能力执行上述媒体协商, 并将媒体协商结果返回给协商模块 604。 在这种 情况下, 座席终端的媒体连接地址可以预先存储在协商模块 604中, 也可与 媒体协商结果一同返回给协商模块 604。 因此, 在这种情况下, 媒体协商由 座席终端执行。
在由座席终端执行进行媒体协商时, 对于每一媒体能力参数, 座席终端 计算该媒体能力参数在座席终端的媒体能力中的值与该媒体能力参数在自动 呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中的值的交集, 将该交集作为媒体协商结果中该媒 体能力参数的值。 因此, 所述媒体协商结果包括至少一个媒体能力参数, 每 一媒体能力参数的值为座席终端的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值与自动呼 叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值的交集。
建立模块 606用于根据所述座席终端的媒体连接地址、 所述自动呼叫分 配装置的媒体连接地址以及媒体协商结果在所述座席终端和所述自动呼叫分 配装置之间建立媒体会话以便由座席终端处理所述呼叫。
具体来说, 在由呼叫控制装置执行媒体协商时, 在建立媒体会话时, 建 立模块 606具体用于: 将座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往自动 呼叫分配装置, 以通知自动呼叫分配装置才艮据媒体协商结果向配置有上述媒 体连接地址的上述座席终端发起媒体会话请求。 此外, 建立模块 606将自动 呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往座席终端, 以通知座席终 端接受配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述自动呼叫分配装置根据上述媒体协商 结果向该座席终端发起的媒体会话请求,与自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话。
在由座席终端执行媒体协商时, 在建立媒体会话时, 建立模块 606具体 用于: 将座席终端的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往自动呼叫分配装置, 以通知自动呼叫分配装置根据媒体协商结果向配置有上述媒体连接地址的上 述座席终端发起媒体会话请求。 此时, 由于座席终端已亲自执行媒体协商, 因此建立模块 606无需再将自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结 果发往座席终端, 座席终端将自动接受配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述自动 呼叫分配装置根据上述媒体协商结果向该座席终端发起的媒体会话请求, 与 自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话。
在具体实现过程中, 呼叫控制装置 600还可包括:
控制模块(未示出),用于根据所述座席终端发出的对所述呼叫的控制请 求对所述媒体会话进行控制。 在具体实现过程中, 上述控制请求可通过座席 终端与呼叫控制装置之间的云通信来传送。 例如, 当座席终端发出终止所述 呼叫的控制请求时, 控制模块将终止该媒体会话。 具体来说, 当座席代表执 行终止所述呼叫的操作 (例如座席代表挂机) 时, 座席终端终止所述媒体会 话, 并向控制模块发出终止所述呼叫的控制请求。 此后, 控制模块通知自动 呼叫分配装置终止上述媒体会话。 在基于 SIP来实现对上述呼叫的控制时, 在收到来自座席终端的终止所述呼叫的控制请求时, 控制模块可通过向自动 呼叫分配装置发送 Relnvite (再邀请) 消息来通知自动呼叫分配装置终止媒 体会话, 此时该消息中携带 sendonly或者 inactive等 SDP参数。 如此一来, 自动呼叫分配装置在收到上述 Relnvite消息后, 便终止媒体会话。 在这种情 况下, 呼叫控制装置与自动呼叫分配装置之间的 SIP会话不会终止。 当然, 控制模块也可通过向自动呼叫分配装置发送 Bye (再见) 消息来终止媒体会 话。如此一来, 自动呼叫分配装置在收到上述 Bye消息后,便终止媒体会话。 在这种情况下, 呼叫控制装置与自动呼叫分配装置之间的 SIP会话将终止。
在具体实现过程中, 所述媒体协商结果包括至少一个媒体能力参数, 每 一媒体能力参数的值为所述座席终端的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值与所 述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力参数的值的交集。
在具体实现过程中, 呼叫控制装置 600还可包括:
注册模块(未示出 ),用于向自动呼叫分配装置注册该注册模块所属的呼 叫控制装置。
在具体实现过程中, 呼叫控制装置 600还可包括:
监测模块(未示出), 用于在监测到座席终端发生异常时, 通知自动呼叫 分配装置向所述呼叫的主叫用户终端传送预设媒体流以播放预设媒体(例如 等待音乐等),并将所属呼叫控制装置从所述自动呼叫分配装置上注销。如此 一来, 自动呼叫分配装置在此后分配新的呼入呼叫时, 便不会将新呼叫分配 给与发生异常的座席终端相对应的呼叫控制装置。
图 7是依据本发明一实施例的自动呼叫分配装置 700的逻辑结构示意图。 如图 7所示, 自动呼叫分配装置 700分别通信连接至座席终端和呼叫控制装 置, 该自动呼叫分配装置 700包括发送模块 702、 接收模块 704和建立模块 706。
发送模块 702用于向呼叫控制装置分发对一呼叫的处理请求, 其中, 所 述处理请求中携带有所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力。
在具体实现过程中, 发送模块 702具体用于, 在监测到呼入的呼叫时, 向呼叫控制装置分发对该呼叫的处理请求。 具体来说, 发送模块 702基于自 动呼叫分配技术, 在已注册的呼叫控制装置中选择一呼叫控制装置, 向该呼 叫控制装置分发对上述呼叫的处理请求。
接收模块 704用于接收呼叫控制装置返回的座席终端的媒体连接地址, 和呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执 行媒体协商后确定的媒体协商结果。
在具体实现过程中, 接收模块 704还可具体实现为, 用于接收呼叫控制 装置返回的座席终端的媒体连接地址, 和呼叫控制装置返回的座席终端基于 座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行媒体协商后确定的 媒体协商结果。
建立模块 706用于根据所述座席终端的所述媒体连接地址和所述媒体协 商结果与所述座席终端建立媒体会话以便由所述座席终端处理所述呼叫。
在具体实现过程中, 自动呼叫分配装置 700还包括:
控制模块(未示出),用于根据所述呼叫的主叫用户终端对所述呼叫的控 制请求对所述媒体会话进行控制。 例如, 当主叫用户通过主叫呼叫终端发出 终止所述呼叫的控制请求(例如主叫用户挂机) 时, 控制模块将终止该媒体 会话。 具体来说, 当主叫用户执行终止所述呼叫的操作(例如主叫用户挂机) 时, 控制模块终止所述媒体会话, 并通知呼叫控制装置指示座席终端终止所 述媒体会话。 此后, 呼叫控制装置通知座席终端终止上述媒体会话。 在基于

接收模块 802用于接收呼叫控制装置发送的自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连 接地址, 和呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒 体能力执行媒体协商后确定的媒体协商结果。
在具体实现过程中, 接收模块 802还可具体实现为, 用于接收呼叫控制 装置发送的自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力, 基于座席终端自 身的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行媒体协商以确定媒体协商 结果, 并将该媒体协商结果返回给呼叫控制装置。 在这种情况下, 座席终端 的媒体连接地址可以预先存储在呼叫控制装置中, 也可与媒体协商结果一同 由接收模块 802返回给呼叫控制装置。
处理模块 804用于根据所述自动呼叫分配装置的所述媒体连接地址和所 述媒体协商结果与所述自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话, 并通过所述媒体会 话处理自动呼叫分配装置分发的呼叫。
具体来说, 在由呼叫控制装置执行媒体协商时, 呼叫控制装置将座席终 端的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往自动呼叫分配装置, 以通知自动呼叫 分配装置根据媒体协商结果向配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述座席终端发起 媒体会话请求。 此外, 呼叫控制装置将自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和 媒体协商结果发往处理模块 804, 以通知处理模块 804接受配置有上述媒体 连接地址的上述自动呼叫分配装置根据上述媒体协商结果向该座席终端发起 的媒体会话请求, 与自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话。
在由座席终端执行媒体协商时, 呼叫控制装置将座席终端的媒体连接地 址和媒体协商结果发往自动呼叫分配装置, 以通知自动呼叫分配装置根据媒 体协商结果向配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述座席终端发起媒体会话请求。 此时, 由于座席终端已亲自执行媒体协商, 因此呼叫控制装置无需再将自动 呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体协商结果发往处理模块 804, 处理模块 804 将自动接受配置有上述媒体连接地址的上述自动呼叫分配装置根据上述 媒体协商结果向该座席终端发起的媒体会话请求, 与自动呼叫分配装置建立 媒体会话。
在具体实现过程中, 座席终端 800还包括:
控制模块(未示出), 用于根据座席代表针对所述呼叫的操作指令, 向所 述呼叫控制装置发送对应的控制请求以便由所述呼叫控制装置根据所述控制 请求对所述媒体会话进行控制。 例如, 当座席代表通过座席终端发出终止所 述呼叫的控制请求(例如座席代表挂机) 时, 呼叫控制装置将终止该媒体会 话。 在具体实现过程中, 上述控制请求可通过座席终端与呼叫控制装置之间 的云通信来传送。 在具体实现过程中, 当座席代表执行终止所述呼叫的操作 (例如座席代表挂机) 时, 控制模块终止所述媒体会话, 并向呼叫控制装置 发出终止所述呼叫的控制请求。 此后, 呼叫控制装置通知自动呼叫分配装置 终止上述媒体会话。 具体来说, 在基于 SIP来实现对上述呼叫的控制时, 呼 叫控制装置在收到座席终端发出的终止所述呼叫的控制请求时, 可通过向自 动呼叫分配装置发送 Relnvite消息来通知自动呼叫分配装置终止媒体会话, 此时该消息中携带 sendonly或者 inactive等 SDP参数。 如此一来, 自动呼叫 分配装置在收到上述 Relnvite消息后, 便终止媒体会话。 在这种情况下, 呼 叫控制装置与自动呼叫分配装置之间的 SIP会话不会终止。 当然, 呼叫控制 装置也可通过向自动呼叫分配装置发送 Bye消息来终止媒体会话。如此一来, 自动呼叫分配装置在收到上述 Bye消息后,便终止媒体会话。在这种情况下, 呼叫控制装置与自动呼叫分配装置之间的 SIP会话将终止。
本领域普通技术人员可知, 上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序 指令相关的硬件完成, 该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中, 该计算 机可读存储介质如 ROM、 RAM和光盘等。
综上所述, 以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的 保护范围。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改 进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
呼叫控制装置接收自动呼叫分配装置分发的对一呼叫的处理请求, 提取 其中携带的所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力;
呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体 能力执行媒体协商;
呼叫控制装置根据所述座席终端的媒体连接地址、 所述自动呼叫分配装 置的媒体连接地址以及媒体协商结果在所述座席终端和所述自动呼叫分配装 置之间建立媒体会话以便由所述座席终端处理所述呼叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 呼叫控制装置根据所述座席终端发出的对所述呼叫的控制请求对所述媒 体会话进行控制。
3、如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述媒体协商结果包括 至少一个媒体能力参数, 每一媒体能力参数的值为所述座席终端的媒体能力 中该媒体能力参数的值与所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力参 数的值的交集。
4、 一种呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
自动呼叫分配装置向呼叫控制装置分发对一呼叫的处理请求, 其中, 所 述处理请求中携带有所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力; 自动呼叫分配装置接收呼叫控制装置返回的座席终端的媒体连接地址, 和呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执 行媒体协商后确定的媒体协商结果;
自动呼叫分配装置根据所述座席终端的所述媒体连接地址和所述媒体协 商结果与所述座席终端建立媒体会话以便由所述座席终端处理所述呼叫。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述自动呼叫分配装置才艮据所述呼叫的主叫用户终端对所述呼叫的控制 请求对所述媒体会话进行控制。
6、 一种呼叫处理方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
座席终端接收呼叫控制装置发送的自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址, 和呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执 行媒体协商后确定的媒体协商结果;
座席终端根据所述自动呼叫分配装置的所述媒体连接地址和所述媒体协 商与所述自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话, 并通过所述媒体会话处理自动呼 叫分配装置分发的呼叫。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述座席终端根据座席代表针对所述呼叫的操作指令, 向所述呼叫控制 装置发送对应的控制请求以便由所述呼叫控制装置根据所述控制请求对所述 媒体会话进行控制。
8、 一种呼叫控制装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
提取模块, 用于接收自动呼叫分配装置分发的对一呼叫的处理请求, 提 取其中携带的所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力;
协商模块, 用于基于座席终端的媒体能力和所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒 体能力执行媒体协商;
建立模块, 用于根据所述座席终端的媒体连接地址、 所述自动呼叫分配 装置的媒体连接地址以及媒体协商结果在所述座席终端和所述自动呼叫分配 装置之间建立媒体会话以便由所述座席终端处理所述呼叫。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 控制模块, 用于根据所述座席终端发出的对所述呼叫的控制请求对所述 媒体会话进行控制。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述媒体协商结果包 括至少一个媒体能力参数, 每一媒体能力参数的值为所述座席终端的媒体能 力中该媒体能力参数的值与所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力中该媒体能力 参数的值的交集。
11、 一种自动呼叫分配装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送模块, 用于向呼叫控制装置分发对一呼叫的处理请求, 其中, 所述 处理请求中携带有所述自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接地址和媒体能力;
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫控制装置返回的座席终端的媒体连接地址, 和 呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体能力执行 媒体协商后确定的媒体协商结果;
建立模块, 用于根据所述座席终端的所述媒体连接地址和所述媒体协商 结果与所述座席终端建立媒体会话以便由所述座席终端处理所述呼叫。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置还包括: 控制模块, 用于根据所述呼叫的主叫用户终端对所述呼叫的控制请求对 所述媒体会话进行控制。
13、 一种座席终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收呼叫控制装置发送的自动呼叫分配装置的媒体连接 地址, 和呼叫控制装置基于座席终端的媒体能力和自动呼叫分配装置的媒体 能力执行媒体协商后确定的媒体协商结果;
处理模块, 用于根据所述自动呼叫分配装置的所述媒体连接地址和所述 媒体协商与所述自动呼叫分配装置建立媒体会话, 并通过所述媒体会话处理 自动呼叫分配装置分发的呼叫。
14、如权利要求 13所述的座席终端,其特征在于,所述座席终端还包括: 控制模块, 用于根据座席代表针对所述呼叫的操作指令, 向所述呼叫控 制装置发送对应的控制请求以便由所述呼叫控制装置根据所述控制请求对所 述媒体会话进行控制。
