当然, 通过对宠物的脚部进行清洗可以解决上述问题, 但是 仍然存在着下述问题: 1、 清洗过程繁琐, 费时费力; 而且并不是 所有的宠物主人每次回去都会给宠物清洗, 经常给宠物清洗的主 人也会遇到特殊情况而无法清洗。 2、 若清洗后不擦干水, 宠物行 走时又会给地面留下难看的脚印。 3、 当严寒季节时, 宠物的脚部 也会因接触地面而感到寒冷。 4、宠物尖锐的爪子还容易对人特别 是小孩造成伤害;此外尖锐的爪子还有可能损伤人们穿着的服装、 木质地板、 家具等。

与现有的技术相比, 本宠物袜及其制造方法的优点在于: 设 计合理, 结构简单, 由于设置了防滑脱结构, 能保护袜子牢固在 宠物的腿部, 不易滑落, 同时设置了遮挡套, 可以遮挡防滑脱结 构, 增加了宠物袜的美观性并且更加保暧, 另外设置了弹性防水 层, 可以提高宠物穿着的舒适性和保护宠物的脚掌不易损伤。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的说 明。
实施例 1 :
如图 1所示, 本宠物袜包括袜身 1和容纳宠物脚部的袜底 2, 所述的袜身 1与袜底 2相连通, 在袜身 1上设有供宠物脚进出的 袜口 3。 袜底 2 的底部外侧复合有由弹性防水材料制成的弹性防 水层 4。 弹性防水层 4包覆住整个袜底 2 的底部且向上延伸形成 侧围部 5 ; 侧围部 5局部包覆袜身 1外侧。
由于设置了弹性防水层, 能够有效防止水分进入, 不仅提高 穿着的舒适性, 而且有利于健康。 此外, 由于具有弹性, 能够适 应不同尺寸的宠物脚部, 使用范围广泛。 另一方面, 弹性防水层 还能对宠物袜起到防护作用, 不仅提高了耐磨性, 而且避免沾染 杂物, 避免损伤。 为了提高本防水宠物袜的美观性, 在袜身上可 以设置各种各样的图形。 此外, 根据不同种类的宠物, 本防水宠 物袜可以设计成多种多样的形状。 弹性防水材料可由 PVC、 PU、 橡胶、 硅胶、 乳胶中的任意一种制成。
实施例 2 :
如图 2所示, 本实施例中, 侧围部 5包覆住整个袜身 1外侧。 其余均与实施例 1类同, 本文不做赘述。
实施例 3 :
如图 3所示, 本实施例中, 弹性防水层 4底部设有防滑结构 6。 防滑结构 6包括呈片状的垫片 7, 所述的垫片 7底部设有凹凸 结构; 或者所述的防滑结构 6为形成在弹性防水层 4底部且与弹 性防水层 4连为一体的凹凸紋。 垫片 7通过粘合或热熔固定在弹 性防水层 4上; 所述的凹凸结构包括分布在垫片 7底部的凸点、 凸条、 凸块、 凸环中的任意一种或多种的组合。 其余均与实施例 在袜身 1上还设有能够遮挡住所述防滑脱结构 8的遮挡结构 9。 防滑脱结构 8固定连接或可拆卸地连接在袜身 1的中上部; 所述 的防滑脱结构 8包括设置在袜身 1 上的带体 10, 所述的带体 10 周向绕于袜身 1并使袜身 1紧贴宠物腿部。 当然, 这里的防滑脱 结构 8还可以采用其他的结构, 例如抽紧绳、 松紧带、 纽扣收紧 等方案。 遮挡结构 9包括设置在袜身 1上且与袜身 1连为一体的 遮挡套 1 1, 所述的遮挡套 1 1翻折后将所述防滑脱结构 8遮挡; 所述的遮挡套 1 1 的内侧设有当翻折后位于外侧的装饰结构。 当 然, 这里的遮挡结构 9可以采用其他方案, 例如与袜身分体设置 的环形遮挡套、 可拆卸地固定在袜身上的遮挡套或遮挡带等。 遮 挡套未翻折时, 可以延长袜身的长度, 从而作为长筒宠物袜使用。 当遮挡套翻折后, 能够遮挡防滑脱结构, 同时具有更加保暧厚实 的作用。 装饰结构可以多种多样, 用于提高宠物袜的美观性。 遮 挡套可以具有弹性从而更好地包覆住装饰结构。遮挡套 1 1设置在 防滑脱结构 8的上方或下方, 当位于防滑脱结构 8上方时, 遮挡 套 1 1即为袜身 1的罗口部,且该罗口部下翻后盖住防滑脱结构 8 ; 当位于防滑脱结构 8下方时,遮挡套 1 1为固定在袜身 1中部的筒 状体, 且该筒状体上翻后盖住防滑脱结构 8。
带体 10 的一端固定在袜身 1 上, 另一端为自由端, 在带体 10的自由端设有第一定位件 12,在带体 10上设有第二定位件 13, 所述的第一定位件 12和第二定位件 13相互连接。第一定位件 12 为第一魔术贴, 第二定位件 13为第二魔术贴, 所述的第一魔术贴 与第二魔术贴相互贴合。 这里的第一定位件和第二定位件还可以 采用其他的各种结构。 例如钮扣和钮孔的配合、 拉链、 揿扣等等。 本实施例的其余结构与实施例 1或 2或 3类同, 本文不做赘述。
实施例 5 :
如图 6所示, 本实施例中, 带体 10的中部固定在袜身 1上, 在带体 10的一端设有第三定位件 14, 在带体 10的另一端设有第 四定位件 15, 所述的第三定位件 14和第四定位件 15相互连接。 第三定位件和第四定位件也可以采用与第一定位件和第二定位件 相同的方案。 本实施例的其余结构与实施例 5类同, 本文不做赘 述。
本宠物袜的制造方法, 包括下述步骤:
A、 制备袜子: 采用线材编织成袜体, 该袜体包括袜身 1和容 纳宠物脚部的袜底 2, 所述的袜身 1 与袜底 2相连通, 在袜身 1 上设有供宠物脚进出的袜口 3,
B、 浸胶: 将液态的弹性防水材料盛装在容器中, 将制备好的 袜体套设在形状与宠物脚部相同的模具上, 然后将套有袜体的模 具浸入弹性防水材料中, 并使袜体部分或全部浸入呈液态的弹性 防水材料中;
C、 烘干成型: 浸胶完成后, 将袜体放入加热装置中, 烘干后 形成弹性防水层 4, 然后将袜体从模具上取下;
D、加工防滑脱结构和遮挡结构: 在袜身 1的中上部直接固定 或通过可拆卸方式固定带体 10, 且该带体 10 能周向绕于袜身 1 并使袜身 1紧贴宠物腿部; 在带体 10的上方或下方形成与袜身 1 连为一体的遮挡套 1 1, 且该遮挡套 1 1 上设有当翻折后能遮挡住 带体 10的装饰结构。
本文中所描述的具体实施例仅仅是对本发明精神作举例说 明。 本发明所属技术领域的技术人员可以对所描述的具体实施例 做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代, 但并不会偏离 本发明的精神或者超越所附权利要求书所定义的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种宠物袜, 包括袜身 (1) 和容纳宠物脚部的袜底 (2), 所述的袜身 (1) 与袜底 (2) 相连通, 在袜身 (1) 上设有供宠物 脚进出的袜口 (3), 其特征在于, 所述的袜底 (2) 的底部外侧复 合有由弹性防水材料制成的弹性防水层 (4)。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的弹性 防水层 (4) 包覆住整个袜底 (2) 的底部且向上延伸形成侧围部
(5); 所述的侧围部 (5) 包覆住整个袜身 (1) 外侧或者局部包 覆袜身 (1) 外侧。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的弹性 防水层 (4) 底部设有防滑结构 (6)。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的防滑 结构 (6) 包括呈片状的垫片 (7), 所述的垫片 (7) 底部设有凹 凸结构; 或者所述的防滑结构 (6) 为形成在弹性防水层 (4) 底 部且与弹性防水层 (4) 连为一体的凹凸紋。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的垫片 (7) 通过粘合或热熔固定在弹性防水层 (4) 上; 所述的凹凸结 构包括分布在垫片 (7) 底部的凸点、 凸条、 凸块、 凸环中的任意 一种或多种的组合。
6.根据权利要求 1或 2或 3或 4或 5所述的宠物袜, 其特征 在于, 所述的袜身 (1) 上设有防滑脱结构 (8), 在袜身 (1) 上 还设有能够遮挡住所述防滑脱结构 (8) 的遮挡结构 (9)。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的防滑 脱结构 (8) 固定连接或可拆卸地连接在袜身 (1) 的中上部; 所 述的防滑脱结构 (8) 包括设置在袜身 (1) 上的带体 (10), 所述 的带体 (10) 周向绕于袜身 (1) 并使袜身 (1) 紧贴宠物腿部。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的遮挡 结构 (9) 包括设置在袜身 (1) 上且与袜身 (1) 连为一体的遮挡 套 (11), 所述的遮挡套 (11) 翻折后将所述防滑脱结构 (8) 遮 挡; 所述的遮挡套 (11) 的内侧设有当翻折后位于外侧的装饰结
9.根据权利要求 7所述的宠物袜, 其特征在于, 所述的带体 (10) 的一端固定在袜身 (1)上, 另一端为自由端, 在带体(10) 的自由端设有第一定位件 (12), 在带体 (10) 上设有第二定位件 (13), 所述的第一定位件 (12) 和第二定位件 (13) 相互连接; 或者所述的带体 (10) 的中部固定在袜身 (1) 上, 在带体 (10) 的一端设有第三定位件 (14), 在带体 (10) 的另一端设有第四定 位件 (15), 所述的第三定位件 (14) 和第四定位件 (15) 相互连 接。
10.根据权利要求 1-9中任意一项所述的宠物袜的制造方法, 其特征在于, 本方法包括下述步骤:
A、 制备袜子: 采用线材编织成袜体, 该袜体包括袜身 (1) 和容纳宠物脚部的袜底 (2), 所述的袜身 (1) 与袜底 (2) 相连 通, 在袜身 (1) 上设有供宠物脚进出的袜口 (3),
B、 浸胶: 将液态的弹性防水材料盛装在容器中, 将制备好的 袜体套设在形状与宠物脚部相同的模具上, 然后将套有袜体的模 具浸入弹性防水材料中, 并使袜体部分或全部浸入呈液态的弹性 防水材料中;
C、 烘干成型: 浸胶完成后, 将袜体放入加热装置中, 烘干后 形成弹性防水层 (4), 然后将袜体从模具上取下;
D、 加工防滑脱结构和遮挡结构: 在袜身 (1) 的中上部直接 固定或通过可拆卸方式固定带体 (10), 且该带体 (10) 能周向绕 于袜身 (1) 并使袜身 (1) 紧贴宠物腿部; 在带体 (10) 的上方 或下方形成与袜身(1)连为一体的遮挡套(11),且该遮挡套(11) 上设有当翻折后能遮挡住带体 (10) 的装饰结构。
