发明详述
通过以下非限制性实施方案更详细地说明本发明。
现在参照图1至图10，示出了根据本发明的优选实施方案的狗靴10。靴子10还可以被配置为与不同类型的家养家畜一起使用，并且优选地是非一次性的，因为它可以被重复使用多次。
靴子10由具有管状主体14、底部封闭端16和顶部开口端18的织物材料12制成。织物材料12限定外表面12'和内表面12”。靴子包括覆盖织物材料12的内表面12”的硅胶材料20。硅胶材料20连接到织物材料12的内表面12”，例如通过熔合或粘合。
织物材料12可以由聚酯与另一种柔性材料例如氨纶、尼龙棉、竹、大麻或其任意组合的混合物或共混物制成。织物材料具有足够的可拉伸性以适应家畜的爪子和小腿。优选地，织物材料12是罗纹织物材料。织物材料中的罗纹有助于增加织物的拉伸性。本领域技术人员将理解，可以使用其他织物材料来实现相同的结果。
有利地，可以配置织物材料12和/或硅胶材料20的厚度以向家畜的爪子和小腿提供更好的保暖。织物材料12的厚度可为约0.5mm至1.5mm，或优选约1mm。织物材料12的重量可以在100到300克/平方米之间，优选地在120到140克/平方米之间。硅胶材料20的厚度可为约1mm至6mm，优选约2mm至3mm。
硅胶材料20可以制成足够厚以防水和抗撕裂。因为硅胶被织物材料12覆盖，所以狗不太可能咀嚼靴子10。硅胶材料20优选地足够柔软并且具有足够的粘着性或粘滞性以适当地附着和覆盖家畜的爪子和小腿。
在实施方案中，硅胶材料20具有约60肖氏A或更小的硬度。硅胶材料20可具有约55、50、45、40、35、30、25、20、15、10、5肖氏A或更小的硬度。
在实施方案中，硅胶材料20具有约90肖氏OO或更小的硬度。材料可具有约85、80、75、70、65、60、55、50、45、40、35、30、25、20、15、10、5肖氏OO或更小的硬度。
优选地，底部封闭端16的至少部分包括抓握层22以提供对爪子插入的靴子10的改进抓握。可以提供多个突起24以提高靴子10的抓地力。抓握层22和突起24可以由比用于靴子10内部的硅胶材料20更硬的硅树脂材料制成。如果在其上提供抓握层22，则靴子10可以具有较薄层的硅胶材料20。如果不提供抓握层22，则优选在靴子10的内侧具有较厚层的硅胶材料20以在动物站立、行走或奔跑时改善减震。代替具有突起24的抓握层22，靴子10可以在封闭底端16的同一部分上设置有橡胶膨化印花(未示出)。这些橡胶膨化印花直接印在织物材料12的外表面12'上。
在使用中，靴子10被构造成可翻转的，以便在穿上靴子10时覆盖并贴合家畜的爪子和小腿，该家畜的爪子和小腿与硅胶材料20接触。如此，硅树脂材料20和织物材料12被配置为通过织物和硅树脂材料的柔性将靴子10灵活且可移除地固定到家畜的爪子和小腿。
据发明人所知，本狗靴是第一个将聚酯混纺织物与硅胶熔合的狗靴。它很容易穿上，因为它是翻转的，所以穿上靴子时硅胶在外面，沿着爪子和小腿向上滑动，所以当靴子穿在狗身上时，聚酯共混物朝外。
靴子10可以具有不同的长度尺寸，以通过改变管状主体14的长度来为狗的小腿提供更多的覆盖。
靴子10提供了任何狗靴中最容易接近和可拉伸的开口之一，这是为什么它允许它成为最容易穿在狗爪子上的靴子的重要原因。如此之多，以至于只用一只手就可以穿上，与其他需要用两只手安装的狗靴相比，这是主要优势。靴子10可以如下仅用一只手放置。将人的拇指和食指或中指插入靴子10的底部，使硅胶材料20朝外，张开手指，插入爪子并向上滚动或滑动，以将靴子10完全插入狗的爪子和小腿上。为了移除靴子10，简单地向下滚动并用一只手移除，以便然后移除靴子10，暴露硅胶材料20，准备再次插入，硅胶材料20在外面。
有利地，靴子不允许狗的爪子(或小腿)与靴子之间有任何空间。这提供了四(4)个主要优点：1)有助于使靴子保持牢固，因此不会脱落。无需VelcroTM或按扣即可牢固地固定靴子；2)不允许狗试图咀嚼或啃靴子；3)防寒防潮；4)它让狗走路轻松舒适，因为靴子呈现出从狗的小腿和爪子的每一个动作的精确形状，并且硅胶材料20提供了减震保护，让狗或动物感觉更舒适。
有利地，当靴子容易地滑离/滚下小腿和爪子时，靴子允许容易地移除。
有利地，由于硅胶优异的热性能，极冷或极热的温度(-60至+200摄氏度或-76至392华氏度)不会改变产品的性能。
有利地，织物材料12的聚酯共混物允许设计方面，因此可以向消费者提供不同的图案和颜色。
有利地，由在靴子下方具有突起24的抓握层22提供的附加抓握(抓握层22被镶嵌或制有小“齿”)是允许更好地抓握多个表面并增加保护的一种选择，基本上是下爪子和地板表面之间的第三层保护。
在实施方案中，硅胶可以注入芦荟或类似产品或保湿剂或其组合以帮助防止狗爪子开裂。事实上，虽然狗的爪垫很坚固，但它们可能会破裂甚至流血。当您带您的狗在不寻常的区域徒步旅行时，通常会发生这种情况，尤其是在地面多岩石且粗糙的情况下，但也可能由于恶劣的天气条件(如雪、热、冷或冰)而发生。芦荟是治疗烧伤和皮肤病的最佳自然疗法之一，但它也可用于治疗狗的皮炎，也可用于治疗影响狗脚垫的疾病。
有利地，具有注入芦荟的硅胶的狗靴可以提供以下健康益处：它再生皮肤细胞并促进受影响的足垫区域的恢复；它具有镇痛作用和抗炎作用，因此可以缓解狗在行走时可能感到的不适；它提供防腐作用，因为它可以防止狗的脚垫上的伤口被感染。
现在参考图11至13，示出了根据本发明的优选实施方案的外套30。外套一部分横截面由由第一织物材料制成的外层32、由硅胶材料制成的中间层34和由第二织物材料制成的内层36制成，所述第二织物材料可以与第一种织物材料相同。中间层34夹在外层32和内层36之间。
优选地，狗外套的下面设置有一对狭缝以允许狗的腿通过。狭缝38优选为U形，但可采用不同的形状以实现相同的功能。
优选地，外套30使用聚酯混纺织物与硅胶的融合物。硅胶夹在两层聚酯/氨纶织物之间。硅胶/聚酯纤维面板位于狗的腹部和胸部下方，水平面板位于顶部。
有利地，外套30可以像毛衣一样穿上，因为它可以拉伸大约其尺寸的三倍。没有其他已知的狗外套为狗提供这种类型的拉伸和舒适度。
有利地，外套30由于其可拉伸性，从两个面板(顶部和底部)提供4向拉伸。由于在腹部和胸部下方没有VelcroTM，外套30允许狗轻松行走或跑步，从而提供自由运动的舒适感和硅胶超舒适感。特别是在狗的腋窝下方(使用我们的“U”形设计，为前腿提供斜线防护)，由于硅胶，它们将体验到非常柔软的感觉/知觉。同样，在外套的顶部，水平面板允许外套30上下延伸，特别是为较长的狗提供进一步的移动性和覆盖性。据发明者所知，世界上没有任何狗外套在顶部侧和底部侧提供这种可拉伸性。
有利地，由于硅胶优异的热性能、极冷或极热的温度(-60至+200度或-76至392华氏度)，狗的胸部和下腹部得到最大的保护，胸部和下腹部是它们身体的最暴露和最脆弱的部分。因此，防水、防风并且具有最大的保温性。
有利地，聚酯共混物考虑到设计方面，因此可以向消费者提供不同的图案和颜色。
权利要求的范围不应受到实施方案中阐述的优选实施方案的限制，而应给出与整个描述一致的最宽泛的解释。

Claims (22)

1.用于家畜的靴子(10)，包括：
具有管状主体(14)、底部封闭端(16)和顶部开口端(18)的织物材料(12)，所述织物材料(12)限定外表面(12')和内表面(12”)；以及
用于覆盖所述织物材料(12)的内表面(12”)的硅胶材料(20)，所述硅胶材料(20)连接到所述织物材料(12)；
其中，所述靴子被配置为覆盖并贴合家畜的爪子和小腿，当靴子被穿上时，该家畜的爪子和小腿与所述硅胶材料(20)接触；并且其中，所述硅树脂材料(20)和织物材料(12)被配置为通过织物材料和硅树脂材料的柔性将靴子(10)灵活且可移除地固定到家畜的爪子和小腿上；并且其中所述硅胶材料(20)为所述爪子提供减震保护。
2.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述织物材料(12)包括与柔性材料混合的聚酯，所述柔性材料包括氨纶、尼龙棉、竹、大麻或其任意组合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的靴子，其中，所述织物材料(12)包括氨纶、尼龙棉、竹、麻或其任意组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述织物材料(12)包括聚酯和氨纶的共混物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述织物材料(12)和/或硅胶材料(20)的厚度被配置为提高家畜的爪子和小腿的保暖性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述织物材料(12)熔合或粘合到所述硅胶材料(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述硅胶材料(20)是防水的和/或注入芦荟或保湿产品或其任意组合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述底部封闭端(16)的至少部分包括抓握层(22)以提供对家畜的爪子的抓握以及增加的减震保护。
9.根据权利要求1所述的靴子，其中，所述抓握层(22)由比所述硅胶材料(20)硬的硅树脂材料制成。
10.根据权利要求6所述的靴子，其中，所述抓握层(22)包括多个突起(24)，用于改善所述靴子(10)的抓地力。
11.保护家畜的爪子的方法，包括：
生产或获得靴子(10)，所述靴子(10)包括：
具有管状主体(14)、底部封闭端(16)和顶部开口端(18)的织物材料(12)，所述织物材料(12)限定外表面(12')和内表面(12”)；
用于覆盖所述织物材料(12)的内表面(12”)的硅胶材料(20)，所述硅胶材料(20)连接到所述织物材料(12)；
翻转或折叠保护所述靴子，使所述硅胶材料(20)向外露出；以及
将所述爪子滑入翻转或折叠的靴子中，以便在穿上靴子时覆盖并贴合与所述硅胶材料(20)接触的家畜的爪子和小腿，从而通过织物材料和硅树脂材料的柔韧性使所述硅树脂材料(20)和所述织物材料(12)灵活可移除地将所述靴子(10)固定到家畜的爪子和小腿上，并且所述硅胶材料(20)对所述爪子提供减震保护。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法，其中，所述织物材料(12)包括与柔性材料混合的聚酯，所述柔性材料包括氨纶、尼龙棉、竹、大麻或其任意组合。
13.根据权利要求11所述的方法，其中，所述制造靴子(10)的步骤包括在所述底部封闭端(16)的至少部分上连接抓握层(22)或在所述底部封闭端(16)的至少部分上印刷橡胶膨化印花的步骤。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法，其中，所述抓握层(22)由比所述硅胶材料(20)硬的硅树脂材料制成。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法，其特征在于，所述抓握层(22)包括多个突起(24)，用于改善所述靴子(10)的抓地力。
16.用于家畜的外套(30)，包括：
