本发明涉及一种洗衣机部件及其使用方法,具体为洗衣机的洗涤剂投放装置 及其控制方法。
技术背景
现有的洗衣机自动添加洗涤剂功能,一般情况下是在洗衣机内部安装一个存 储洗涤剂的容器,在洗衣机工作时, 根据洗衣机自动称重功能测得的衣物重量信 息, 通过泵把一定量的洗涤剂抽到洗衣桶中, 实现洗涤剂的智能添加。但是洗涤 剂在不同的温度下,表现的粘稠度不同, 现有自动投放装置添加洗涤剂方法主要 是利用控制器计算出常温下, 正常抽取速率来推算洗涤剂泵的电机运转时间,并 用该时间控制电机运转, 但是, 在不同粘度洗涤剂添加时, 由于泵抽取速率不一 样, 而控制器采用统一的标准推算电机运转时间, 就造成添加量差异很大, 即使 通过测定环境温度, 反馈给控制器进行调节投放的时间, 但也只能实现对某种品 牌的一种洗涤剂达到精确投放的效果,由于其他品牌洗涤剂在不同温度下表现出 来的粘稠度变化规律都不同,所以现有装置对其他品牌洗涤剂投放又造成了投放 不准确。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种新的洗涤剂添加装置及其控制方法,不 再依赖时间来控制洗涤剂投放的量,解决不同洗涤剂即使不同温度下表现出不同 粘稠度的情况下, 也能精确投放, 具体的技术方案为:
克服洗涤剂粘稠度变化的投放装置,包括洗涤器存储器 3、抽取洗涤剂的泵、 和驱动泵的电机 10, 泵往洗涤器存储器 3内注入洗涤剂, 还包括投放盒 4, 洗涤 器存储器 3通过一个单向阀 2与投放盒 4连接; 还包括一溶解盒 12, 溶解盒 12 与投放盒 4通过单向阀 14连接, 单向阀 2、 14安装在溶解盒顶部并且两个单向 阀的导向液体方向相反; 投放盒 4内还有一活塞 5, 投放盒 4、 活塞 5、 活塞连 杆 6、 曲轴 11组成曲柄连杆机构, 曲柄连杆机构和电机 10连接; 曲轴 11主轴颈 上有一凸轮 9, 凸轮 9外轮廓的凸点与触点开关 8接触, 曲轴转动一周凸点触发触点开关

由于不同粘稠度下, 泵抽取的速率不一样, 粘稠度较高的时候, 电机转动就 会慢一些, 需要添加足量的洗涤剂需要的时间就会要长一些, 如果使用现有的技 术, 只根据时间控制电机开启, 就可能造成添加不足的情况, 本发明利用电机运 转次数控制电机,就可以精确的控制住添加量, 而不会受到粘稠度的变化而影响 洗涤剂添加量的控制。
