본 발명은 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이에 관한 것으로서, 부품구성을 간소화시키고, 안전성이 확보되도록 파지구의 해제 작동이 2단계로 이루어지게 구성된 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 제공하려는 것이다. 본 발명은 슬라이드편(10)의 중앙에는 파지구의 2단계 해제를 위한 걸림편(12)을 형성하되, 걸림편(12)은 슬라이드편(10)의 일부분을 상부로 경사지게 절곡시켜 걸림편(12)의 선단부가 상부 덮개(2) 내면의 스토퍼(7)에 걸려지도록 구성하며, 레버(20) 중앙의 버턴(5)을 누르면 버튼(5)은 걸림편(12)을 직접 눌러 걸림편(12)이 아래로 젖혀지면서 걸림편(12)의 선단이 걸려 있던 스토퍼(7)로부터 해제되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

착탈식 조리용기 손잡이
본 발명은 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 안전성이 확보되도록 파지구의 해제 작동이 2단으로 이루어지게 구성하면서 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 구성하는 파지구의 작동 및 해제를 위한 부품과 조립구성을 간소화하여 생산성을 향상시키고 안전성이 향상되도록 한 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이에 관한 것이다.
주지하는 바와 같이 냄비나 프라이팬 등 조리용기에는 사용자가 조리용기를 잡고, 원하는 장소로 이동시킬 수 있도록 조리용기의 양쪽 또는 일측에 손잡이가 부착되어 있다.
상기와 같이 조리용기에 부착된 손잡이는 가열기구를 이용하여 조리용기를 고온으로 장시간 가열하게 되면, 고온의 열이 손잡이로 전달되어 사용자가 손에 화상을 입을 수 있기 때문에 행주나 조리용 장갑을 이용하여 조리용기를 들어야 하는 불편함이 있다.
그리고, 조리용기에 고정되어 있는 손잡이는 외부로 돌출되어 있기 때문에 보관시 공간을 많이 차지하게 될 뿐만 아니라, 손잡이와 그 연결부분에 음식물 찌꺼기나 이물질이 잘 묻고 세척시에도 잘 제거되지 않아 위생상 불결한 단점이 있었다.
상기한 조리용기의 단점을 해결하기 위하여 조리용기 손잡이를 조리용기와 별도로 제작하여 필요에 따라 조리용기에 착탈시켜 사용하는 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이가 개발되고 있다.
그러나 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이에서 가장 중요시되는 파지구를 작동시키는 구조에서 손잡이 하부에 집게 식으로 설치된 레버가 작동하여 조리용기를 집어 고정시키도록 구성되어 있기 때문에 레버를 작동킬 때 많은 힘이 소요되는 단점이 있다.
상기한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 파지구를 캠의 원리로 이동시켜 조리용기를 집어 고정시킬 수 있도록 구성된 것이 있으나 구조가 복잡하고, 특히 캠의 마모에 의해서 파지구의 기능이 떨어지고, 전반적인 작동이 잘되지 않는 등 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이의 수명이 단축되는 단점이 있다.
그리고, 조리용기에서 손잡이를 분리하기 위하여 파지구를 조리용기에서 해제할 때 단번에 해제되기 때문에 안전성이 크게 떨어지는 등 구조적으로 많은 단점이 있었다.
상기한 단점을 해결하기 위하여 레버를 돌려주면 파지구가 당겨지도록 구성된 본 발명자의 선출원발명(등록특허공보 제10-1092735호: 2011. 12. 09)이 있으나, 슬라이드편을 후진시킨 상태에서 전진을 제어함과 동시에 레버를 의도하지 않게 해제방향으로 회전시키더라도 곧바로 해제가 되지 않게 하는 장치와 관련하여 구성이 매우 복잡하게 되어 있다.
즉, 상기 선출원발명의 공고공보(도 2 및 도 3a)를 참조하여 살펴보면, 스톱퍼(30)가 별도의 부품으로 구성되어 슬라이드판(10)의 아래에 핀으로 설치되어 있고, 스톱퍼(30)의 아래에는 복귀를 위한 스프링(34)이 설치되며, 이러한 스프링(34)이 안정적으로 작용하기 위하여 스톱퍼(30)의 하단에는 스프링(34) 설치를 위한 돌출부가 구성되고 스프링(34)의 하단이 접촉하는 손잡이 본체(1)에는 구멍을 형성하는 등 부품과 그 설치를 위한 구성이 매우 복잡한 것을 알 수 있다.
따라서 부품의 생산과 조립 등에 따르는 비용과 시간의 소요가 많아 제조원가가 매우 높게 형성되고, 조립불량이나 사용중 고장이 발생할 여지가 많아 안전사고가 우려되는 등의 문제점을 안고 있었던 것이다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 구성하는 파지구를 조리용기에서 해제할 때 파지구가 2단계로 해제되도록 구성하여 해제시 의도하지 않은 조리용기의 낙하로 인한 안전사고를 예방하고, 사용자의 안전성을 확보할 수 있도록 구성된 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 제공하며,
특히, 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 구성하는 파지구의 작동구조를 레버쪽에 집중화하고 부품구성을 간단하게 개선하여 조립성 및 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있게 구성된 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 손잡이 본체와 상부 커버 사이에 파지구가 형성된 슬라이드편이 설치되고, 파지구에 구비된 연결축과 레버에 구비된 레버축이 호형 견인로드로 연결되며,
상기 파지구가 2단계로 해제 동작을 하도록 슬라이드편의 중앙에는 슬라이드편 자체를 절개하여 절곡한 형태로 탄성을 가진 걸림편을 형성하여 파지구가 당겨졌을 때, 걸림편의 선단이 상부 덮개의 내면에 형성된 스톱퍼를 지나서 내측으로 좀 더 이동할 수 있게 구성되며,
상기 슬라이드편에 형성된 걸림편을 상부 덮개의 내면에 형성된 스톱퍼를 누르면 걸림편이 젖혀지면서 해제되고, 해제 후에는 탄성에 의해 다시 복귀할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 파지구를 조리용기에서 해제할 때 파지구가 2단계로 작동되도록 구성하여 레버의 오작동으로 인한 조리용기의 낙하로 안전사고를 유발시키는 문제점을 해결하는 것은 물론이고, 특히 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이의 파지구를 작동시키는 구조가 레버에 집중적으로 구성되어 부품수가 줄고, 구조가 간단하여 조립성과 내구성 및 파지력이 향상되는 품질로 제품 경쟁력을 높이는 효과가 있으며, 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 작동으로 안전사고를 예방할 수 있게 된 것이다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 의한 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이는, 손잡이 본체(1)와 중앙에 버턴(5)이 결합된 레버(20)가 회전할 수 있게 설치된 상부 덮개(2)가 볼트로 체결되며,
상기 손잡이 본체(1)와 상부 덮개(2) 사이에 파지구(11)가 구성된 슬라이드편(10)이 설치되는데, 상기 파지구(11)가 구성된 슬라이드편(10)은 일체형 또는 조립형으로 구성되며, 탄성을 갖는 금속재질로 구성하였다.
상기 파지구(11)에 구비된 연결축(4)과 레버(20)에 구비된 레버축(21)을 호형 견인로드(3)로 연결하여 레버(20)의 회전에 따라 지렛대의 원리로 파지구(11)와 슬라이드편(10)을 당길 수 있게 구성되며,
상기 파지구(11)에는 미끄럼방지 패드(6)가 결합되고, 파지구가 구성된 슬라이드편(10)의 후미 양쪽과 손잡이 본체(1) 사이에 코일 스프링(30)을 개입시켜 코일 스프링의 탄성으로 파지구(11)및 슬라이드편(10)이 복귀할 수 있도록 구성되며,
상기 슬라이드편(10)의 중앙에는 파지구의 2단계 해제를 위한 걸림편(12)을 형성하되, 걸림편(12)은 슬라이드편(10)의 일부를 ㄷ형으로 절개한 다음 상부로 경사지게 절곡시켜 걸림편(12)의 선단부가 상부 덮개(2)의 내면에 형성된 스토퍼(7)에 걸려질 수 있게 구성되고, 또 레버(20)의 중앙에 결합된 버턴(5)을 누르면 버턴(5)이 직접 걸림편(12)을 눌러 걸림편(12)이 아래로 젖혀지면서 걸림편(12)의 선단이 걸려 있던 스토퍼(7)로부터 해제될 수 있게 구성되어 있다.
해제 후 버턴(5)을 누르는 힘을 제거하면 걸림편(12)은 자체 탄성으로 복귀한다.
도면의 미설명 부호 41은 손잡이 본체에 형성된 받침면, 42는 조리용기를 표시한 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 발명에 의한 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이의 작용을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 의한 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이는 파지구(11)가 형성된 슬라이드편(10)에 구비된 파지구(11)와, 손잡이 본체에 형성된 받침면(41) 사이에 조리용기(42)를 넣어서 파지구를 레버의 회전으로 당겨서 조리용기(42)를 집게 하는 것이다.
먼저, 파지구(11)와 손잡이 본체(1)에 형성된 받침면(41)이 이격된 상태가 아닌 경우에는, 레버(20)의 중앙에 설치되어 있는 버턴(5)을 눌러서 파지구(11) 및 슬라이드편(10)을 전진시켜 손잡이 본체(1)에 형성된 받침면(41)과 파지구(11)의 간격을 이격시킨다.
이러한 상태에서 파지구(11)와 받침면(41) 사이를 조리용기(42)의 상부에 끼우고 레버(20)를 시계 반대방향으로 완전히 회전시키면 슬라이드편(10)에 구성된 파지구(11)가 당겨지면서 조리용기를 집게 되는 것이다.
좀 더 구체적으로는, 상기 레버(20)를 시계 반대방향으로 회전시키면 레버축(21)에 결합된 호형 견인로드(3)가 원호를 그리며 당겨지고, 호형 견인로드(3)의 타측에 연결축(4)을 통해 결합된 파지구(11) 및 슬라이드편(10)도 함께 당겨지면서 파지구(11)와 받침면(41)이 조리용기(42)를 집게 된다.
한편, 슬라이드편(10)이 당겨지면서 슬라이드편의 중앙에 형성된 걸림편(12)이 상부 덮개(2)의 내면에 형성된 스토퍼(7)을 지나 약간 더 이동하게 되고, 이때 슬라이드편(10)의 후미에 구성된 코일 스프링(30)은 수축된다.
상기와 같은 상태로 조리용기(42)에 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 고정시켜 사용한 후, 조리용기(42)에서 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 분리하고자 할 때에는 먼저 레버(20)를 시계 방향으로 약간 회전시킨다.
그러면, 파지구(11) 및 슬라이드편(10)이 약간 전진하면서 슬라이드편(10)에 형성되어 있는 걸림편(12)이 상부 덮개의 내면에 형성된 스토퍼(7)에 부딪쳐 1차적으로 전진하고 더 이상 전진하는 것을 방지하게 된다.
상기와 같이 한 상태에서 레버(20)의 중앙에 결합된 버턴(5)을 눌러주면, 슬라이드편(10)에 형성된 걸림편(12)이 버턴(5)에 의해 눌려지면서 걸림편(12)의 선단이 덮개의 내면에 형성된 스토퍼(7)보다 아래로 내려가면서 걸림이 해제되고, 이때 슬라이드편(10) 후미에 구성된 코일 스프링(30)은 탄성으로 슬라이드편(10) 및 파지구(11)를 2차적으로 전진시키게 되므로 파지구(11)가 받침면(41)으로부터 완전히 이격되어 조리용기(42)와 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이를 분리시킬 수 있게 되는 것이다.
따라서, 해제시에 레버를 시계 방향으로 약간 회전시키고 다시 버턴을 눌러주지 않으면 파지구 및 슬라이드편(10)이 전진하는 것을 방지하게 되므로 레버(20)의 오작동으로 인한 의도하지 않은 파지구의 해제 작용이 이루어지지 않게 되므로 안전사고를 방지하게 된다.
상기와 같은 해제 작동 후 걸림편(12)은 그 재질 차체의 탄성으로 원래의 경사진 각도로 복귀하게 되며, 잠금을 위해 슬라이드편(10) 후진하면 탄성에 의해 약간 아래로 젖혀지면서 스톱퍼(30)를 지나 다시 걸림이 발생할 수 있는 상태가 된다.

    상기 슬라이드편(10)의 중앙에는 파지구의 2단계 해제를 위한 걸림편(12)을 형성하되, 걸림편(12)은 슬라이드편(10)의 일부분을 ㄷ형의 절개한 다음 상부로 경사지게 절곡시켜 걸림편(12)의 선단부가 상부 덮개(2) 내면의 스토퍼(7)에 걸려지도록 구성하며,
    레버(20) 중앙의 버턴(5)을 누르면 버튼(5)은 걸림편(12)을 직접 눌러 걸림편(12)이 아래로 젖혀지면서 걸림편(12)의 선단이 걸려 있던 스토퍼(7)로부터 해제되도록 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 착탈식 조리용기 손잡이.
