Description

栈板支撑件的折迭结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 特别涉及一种结构简单、 成本低 廉、 组装容易, 并且较现有更具有强大强度及承载能力的栈板支撑件的折迭结 构。 背景技术
一般现有纸栈板支撑件的折迭方法, 其揭露有: 包括有一纸板, 该纸板是 由一纸板材料一体折迭成型, 其方式是将纸板材料两侧先往中间折迭, 再以纸 板材料中心线将整个纸板材料对折, 此时纸板末端再向两侧弯折, 形成顶部增 厚的 T字型截面结构, 其具有稳定的支持结构。
然而, 该现有纸栈板支撑件的折迭方法虽可通过单一的纸板设置, 省却黏 合加工的过程, 但是其折迭方法仅能将单一纸板折迭成顶部增厚的 T字型截面结 构的支撑件 5 , 如图 1所示, 无法再折迭成顶部、 底部皆增厚的 I字型截面结构, 导致其顶部 51增厚的部份强度足够, 反而底部 52强度不足, 造成设于底部 52供 堆高机插臂穿入的插孔 521的高度, 因底部 52强度不足而无法设置够高, 当其组 装成网状纸栈板承载座时, 堆高机的两个插臂易因其底部 52插孔 521高度不足, 而容易碰撞到底部 52的侧壁 522, 造成侧壁 522损坏而导致整个承载座无法使用; 而且该现有纸栈板支撑件的折迭方法, 是将纸板材料两侧先往中间折迭, 因此 其底部中央纸板仅有向下折迭的部份, 仅具有纸板单面支撑力, 支撑力较差较 无法承载较重的物品, 且容易因重压而变形。 由此可见, 上述现有物品仍有诸 多缺失, 实非一良善的设计, 而亟待加以改良。 发明内容
鉴于上述现有纸栈板支撑件的折迭方法所衍生的各项缺点, 本发明人乃亟 思加以改良创新, 并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后, 终于成功研发完成本件一种 栈板支撑件的折迭结构。
本发明的一个目的, 在于提供一种栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 通过特别的折 迭结构方式, 让栈板支撑件的形成更快速, 且具有较大的负荷能力, 可运输更 重的货物, 以提高实用性。
本发明的另一个目的, 在于提供一种栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 通过单一的 板材设置, 省却繁瑣的折迭加工过程, 可在不增加大量成本的情况下, 大幅增 加负荷能力。
可达成上述目的的栈板支撑件的折迭结构技术在于, 在一瓦楞板的上下两 个表面上,各设有 (可通过冲切方式或异型压出方式)多条等间距或不等间距的凹 槽折线, 该多条凹槽折线将该瓦楞板面分割成数个等宽或不等宽的区块, 且多 条等折线经一顶件撑抵后会使该多个区块翘起, 并通过一压件将该瓦楞板面翘 起的两侧区块折迭在一起, 以形成一支撑件单元; 该支撑件单元的长侧上部设 有至少一个, 供与另一支撑件单元相互嵌接的上开槽, 该支撑件单元的长侧下 部并设有至少一个, 供堆高机运送的下开槽, 而形成一栈板支撑件。

本发明的有益效果是: 如此形成的支撑件, 能省却繁瑣的折迭加工过程, 及可在不增加大量成本的情况下, 大幅增加其负荷能力。

本发明所提供的一种栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 请参阅图 2、 图 3所示, 是在 一瓦楞板 10的上下两个表面上, 各设有 (该设置方式可通过冲切方式或异型压出 方式)多条等间距或不等间距的凹槽折线 1 1 , 该多条凹槽折线 1 1将该瓦楞板 10面 分割成数个等宽或不等宽的区块 12 , 且该多条凹槽折线 1 1分别经一顶件 30撑抵 后会使该多个区块 12翘起, 并在翘起的两侧区块 12分别通过一压件 40 , 将该瓦 楞板 10面的全部区块 12折迭在一起, 以形成一支撑件单元 20 (如图 4所示) 。
请参阅图 5所示, 该支撑件单元 20的长侧上部设有至少一个, 供与另一支撑 件单元 (图中未示)相互嵌接的上开槽 21 , 该支撑件单元 20的长侧下部设有至 少一个, 供堆高机运送的下开槽 22, 而形成一栈板支撑件 2; 其中该支撑件单元 20的上开槽 21与下开槽 22可事先在瓦楞板 10表面上冲切完成, 或该上开槽 21与 下开槽 22可在该支撑件单元 20完成后才冲切出。
如此形成的栈板支撑件 2, 可在不增加大量成本的情况下, 省却繁瑣的折迭 加工过程, 大幅增加其负荷能力。
另, 该多条凹槽折线 1 1呈一纵向及横向其中的一方式开设于该瓦楞板 10的 上下两个表面上。
各该凹槽折线 1 1的宽度至少大于该瓦楞板 10的厚度。
该瓦楞板 10的板材可为一瓦楞纸板或一塑胶瓦楞板。
再者, 数个纵、 横方向的支撑件 2可通过其上开槽 21交叉嵌设在一起, 而组 成一栈板承载座 (图中未示) 。
本发明所提供的栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 与前述引证案及其他现有技术相 互比较时, 更具有下列的优点:
1、 通过特别的折迭结构方式, 让栈板支撑件 2的形成更快速, 且具 T较大 的负荷能力, 可运输更重的货物, 以提高实用性。
2、 通过单一的板材设置, 省却现有繁瑣的折迭加工过程, 可在不增加大量 成本的情况下, 大幅增加负荷能力。

1. 一种栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 其特征在于, 在一瓦楞板的上下两个表面 上, 各设有多条凹槽折线, 该多条凹槽折线将该瓦楞板面分割成数个区块, 且 该多条凹槽折线分别经一顶件撑抵后使该多个区块翘起, 并在翘起的两侧区块 分别通过一压件, 将该瓦楞板面的全部区块折迭在一起, 以形成一支撑件单元, 其中该支撑件单元的长侧上部设有至少一个, 供与另一支撑件单元相互嵌接的 上开槽, 该支撑件单元的长侧下部设有至少一个, 供堆高机运送的下开槽, 而 形成一栈板支撑件。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 其特征在于, 该支撑件 单元的上开槽与下开槽事先在瓦楞板表面上冲切完成。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 其特征在于, 该支撑件 单元的上开槽与下开槽在该支撑件单元完成后才冲切出。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 其特征在于, 该瓦楞板 材选自瓦楞纸板或塑胶瓦楞板。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 其特征在于, 该瓦楞板 上的凹槽折线设置方式选自冲切或异型压出。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的栈板支撑件的折迭结构, 其特征在于, 该多条凹 槽折线呈纵向或横向设于该瓦楞板的上下两个表面上。
