Claims (2)
- 베이스 필름상에 서로 근접하여 한 쌍의 온도센싱단자가 형성되고, 상기 온도센싱단자는 베이스 필름의 일단에 형성된 접속단자에 배선으로 연결되며, 상기 온도센싱단자, 접속단자, 그리고 배선은 인쇄방식에 의해 형성된 센서필름;상기 센서필름의 접속단자와 접속되어 온도센싱단자로부터 발생된 저항값에 의해 온도값을 산출하여 원격지로 무선 송신하는 커넥터 모듈;로 구성되며,상기 커넥터 모듈은하우징의 일측에 상기 센서필름의 접속단자 부위를 수용하기 위한 수용홈이 형성되고, 상기 수용홈의 상측에는 힌지를 매개로 하여 하우징에 결합된 덮개가 구비되어 수용홈을 덮도록 구성되며, 상기 덮개의 내측에는 수용홈에 수용된 상기 센서필름의 접속단자를 관통하여 전기적으로 연결시키기 위한 연결핀이 구비됨과 아울러 수용홈의 바닥부에는 상기 연결핀과 대응된 위치에 핀홈이 형성되도록 구성되며,상기 하우징의 내측으로는배터리;연결핀과 전기적으로 연결되어 온도센싱단자의 전기저항값을 인가받아 온도값을 산출하는 컨트롤러;상기 컨트롤러로부터 산출된 온도값을 원격지로 무선 송신하는 무선송신부;가 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형 온도센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 필름의 하부면에는 접착층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 필름형 온도센서.
