Abstract
Description
本発明は、このような問題に鑑みて、液体を加熱する調理器具において、料理者が中身をかき混ぜる負担を低減することを課題とする。
請求項1に記載の発明は、底面と略円筒形の側壁を有する加熱調理用器具において、 側壁の内面側に、下方から斜め上方に延びる突条及び/又は溝が1以上形成されたことを特徴とする加熱調理器具である。なお、略円筒形の側壁は、上方に広がった形状のものや全体に丸みを帯びたものなどが含まれる。
請求項2に記載の発明は、底面と略円筒形の側壁を有する加熱調理用器具に装着される加熱調理器具用アダプターであって、前記側壁の内面又は上縁に係合するベース部と、 前記ベース部に固定され、前記ベース部が前記側壁に係合した状態において、側壁の内面側に沿って下方から斜め上方に延びるように形成される1以上の突条部とを有する加熱調理器具用アダプターである。
請求項2に記載の発明は、一般的な鍋などの加熱調理器具に装着することで、請求項1に記載の発明のように、加熱対流により内容物を渦を巻くように回転させることができる。
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1に本実施形態に係る加熱調理器具Xの斜視図を示す。加熱料理器具Xは、平らなの底面11に全体に丸みを帯びた略円筒状の側壁12を有する片手鍋からなる本体10と、本体10の側壁内側に沿って設けられる複数の突条が内周に沿って等間隔に配置された回転付与部20とから構成される。ここでは、本体10と回転付与部20はセラミックで一体に形成されている。
回転付与部20を構成する各突条21は、断面略三角形状であり、下方から斜め上方に延びるように形成されている。なお、隣接する突条21同士の間には同様に下方から斜め上方に延びる溝が形成される。
上記実施形態1では、回転方向付与部20と本体10とは一体に形成しているが、本実施形態では、これらを別体として形成する。図3に回転方向付与部20を加熱調理器具用アダプターYとして別に形成した、加熱調理器具用アダプターYと加熱調理器具Pの分解斜視図を示す。加熱料理器具Pは一般的な金属性の片手鍋である。加熱調理器具用アダプターYは加熱料理器具Pの内壁に嵌る大きさのリング体からなるベース部32の内周面に下方から斜め上方に延びる突条31を内周に沿って複数配置したものである。この加熱料理器具用アダプターYを一般的な加熱料理器具Pに嵌めると、加熱料理器具Xと同じ構造となり、加熱による対流によって内部の液体を回転させることができる。
なお、ここではベース部はリング状に形成しているが、必ずしも加熱調理器具Pの側壁全周に渡って設ける必要はなく分断した形状でもよい。具体的な例を図4に示す。図4は一の凸条のみが形成された加熱調理器具用アダプターY2と加熱調理器具Pの分解斜視図である。加熱調理器具Pはやはり一般的な金属性の片手鍋である。加熱調理器具用アダプターY2は、加熱調理器具Pの上縁に嵌めて固定するフック状の挟む体からなるベース部42とベース部42に斜め取り付けられる板体により下方から斜め上方に延びるよう形成された突条41とにより構成される。加熱調理器具用アダプターY2は一つでも使用可能であるが、通常は複数の加熱調理器具用アダプターY2を適当な間隔が形成されるように加熱調理器具Pの上縁にベース部42を嵌めることで固定する。これにより、加熱料理器具Xと同じ構造となり、加熱による対流によって内部の液体を回転させることができる。なお、ベース部32は加熱調理器具Pの内側壁に凸条を固定できるものであれば種々の固定方式を採用でき、加熱調理器具用アダプターY2における挟持体の他、加熱調理器具が磁性体により形成される場合は磁石を用いることもできる。
なお、上記実施形態1では加熱料理器具Xをセラミックで形成したが、金属などその他の材質で形成してもよい。金属で形成する場合は、側壁全体を波打つように加工することで内部に斜めに延びる突条又は溝を形成すればよい。また、このような鍋をアルミ箔により形成すれば、簡易に製造できるとともに使い捨て用の鍋として利用することができる。
それから、多くの場合、突条は円周に沿って配置すると自ずと溝が形成されるが、突条と突条の間隔が広くなると溝が形成されない場合もある。また、斜めに延びる溝によっても液体を回転させることは可能であり、溝同士の間隔が広い場合には突条が形成されない場合もある。さらに、突条又は溝の数は、所望する回転の強さに応じて適宜変更することができ、弱い回転であれば1つの突条又は溝でもよい。
また、突条や溝の形状は、薄い板により羽根のような突条を形成する等、適宜変更することができる。また、斜めに延びる突条や溝は上記実施形態のように曲線状に斜めに延びてもよく、真っ直ぐに伸びてもよい。
そして、上記実施形態では加熱料理器具として片手鍋を例示したが、液体を入れて加熱する調理器具なら適宜適用することができ、両手鍋や薬缶、炊飯器などにより構成することができる。

- 底面と略円筒形の側壁を有する加熱調理用器具において、
側壁の内面側に、下方から斜め上方に延びる突条及び/又は溝が1以上形成されたこと
を特徴とする加熱調理器具。 - 底面と略円筒形の側壁を有する加熱調理用器具に装着される加熱調理器具用アダプター
であって、
前記側壁の内面又は上縁に係合するベース部と、
前記ベース部に固定され、前記ベース部が前記側壁に係合した状態において、側壁の内
面側に沿って下方から斜め上方に延びるように形成される1以上の突条部と
を有する加熱調理器具用アダプター。
