 なお、凸部32の位置に対応する底面312には、各々窪み313が設けられている。

 従って、実装基板212の上面角部214は、金型の摩耗により形成時にR状になるおそれがある嵌合凹部31の底面角部314に当接しない。

 このとき、嵌合凹部31の内周壁311が実装基板212の側端面215に当接する位置には、嵌合凹部31の内周壁311に連続する底面312に窪み313を設けたので、嵌合凹部31の形成時に金型の摩耗により生じるR部は、実装基板212に当接しない。
 これにより、実装基板212を灯具本体22に対して容易に位置決めするとともに密着させることができ、組立作業性および放熱効果を改善させることができる。

Claims (3)

  1.  実装基板にLEDを実装したLED光源と、
     前記LED光源を取り付ける取付面を有する灯具と、を備え、
     前記取付面に、前記実装基板を嵌め込む嵌合凹部を設けるとともに、
     前記嵌合凹部の内周壁が前記実装基板の側端面に当接する位置には、前記嵌合凹部の前記内周壁に連続する底面に窪みを設けたLED照明器具。
