如图所示,车头管2在与底板3铰接处还设置有定位凸块21,在底板3上设置有与定位凸块21对应的调紧螺丝31,当伸缩管12伸长至靠近底板3的弹珠组件4的弹珠41与定位孔111对应位置时,即滑板车处于张开状态,调节调紧螺丝31使其压紧定位凸块21,从而消除张开状态时由于弹珠41与定位孔111之间间隙产生的前后松动,使得伸缩管机构1结构更为紧凑可靠,而且保证伸缩管12不至于过度伸长而滑出固定管11,进一步提高伸缩管机构1的可靠性和安全性。
上述仅为本发明一种优选实施例,在实际应用中还可以作出相应的变化,例如定位机构5和安全锁位装置6可设计为:销钉定位、卡齿定位等其他定位方式,在此不作详述。
所以,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下所作的等同的变换或相应的改动,都应该属于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于包括伸缩管机构(1),所述伸缩管机构(1)的一端与滑板车的车头管(2)中下部铰接,另一端与滑板车的底板(3)中前部铰接,滑板车的车头管(2)下部与底板(3)前部铰接,使伸缩管机构(1)、车头管(2)、底板(3)相互铰接围成三角形,所述伸缩管机构(1)包括固定管(11)和套装在固定管(11)内的伸缩管(12),并且伸缩管(12)可沿固定管(11)轴向滑动,在伸缩管机构(1)上设置有可将固定管(11)和伸缩管(12)分别定位在伸展状态和收合状态的定位机构(5),且伸缩管机构(1)上还设置有可使固定管(11)和伸缩管(12)限制于伸展状态的安全锁位装置(6)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述定位机构(5)包括分别设置在伸缩管(12)侧面的两组弹珠组件(4),所述的两组弹珠组件(4)在伸缩管(12)侧面上的轴向分布,并具有一定间距。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述弹珠组件(4)包括复位弹簧(42)和分布在伸缩管(12)两侧的弹珠(41),在固定管(11)两侧设置有与弹珠组件(4)对应的定位孔(111),在伸缩管(12)两侧上开设可供对应弹珠(41)伸出的弹珠孔(121),使弹珠(41)可滑出并卡掣在固定管(11)的定位孔(111)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述复位弹簧(42)安装在伸缩管(12)内,且两端分别顶压在两个弹珠(41)的后端面,当伸缩管(12)滑动至弹珠(41)与定位孔(111)对应的位置时,弹珠(41)会由于复位弹簧(42)的弹力自动卡掣在定位孔(111)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述固定管(11)在定位孔(111)上设置有按钮(112),当弹珠(41)滑进定位孔(111)时,按下按钮(112),可使弹珠(41)滑出定位孔(111)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述安全锁位装置(6)包括设置在伸缩管(12)上侧面的安全弹珠组件,所述安全弹珠组件包括设置在伸缩管(12)内的锁位弹簧(62)和安全弹珠(63),在伸缩管(12)上侧面上开设可供安全弹珠(63)伸出的安全弹珠孔(122),所述锁位弹簧(62)一端顶压在伸缩管(12)内壁,另一端顶压在安全弹珠(63)尾部,在固定管(11)上侧面开设有与安全弹珠(63)对应的滑槽(113),当伸缩管机构(1)伸展至一定长度时,安全弹珠(63)可从安全弹珠孔(122)滑出至滑槽(113),当固定管(11)和伸缩管(12)处于伸展状态时,安全弹珠孔(122)与滑槽(113)的底部有一定距离。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述固定管(11)在滑槽(113)上设置有安全按钮(114),当安全弹珠(63)滑进滑槽(113)时,按下安全按钮(114),可使安全弹珠(63)滑出滑槽(113)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述弹珠(41)和安全弹珠(63)的头部为半球形结构,其尾部设置有环形阶梯卡块(411)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型滑板车折叠装置,其特征在于所述车头管(2)在与底板(3)铰接处设置有定位凸块(21),在底板(3)上设置有与定位凸块(21)对应的调紧螺丝(31),当伸缩管(12)伸长至所需展开位置时,调紧螺丝(31)能够调节至压紧在定位凸块(21)的端面上。
