Dans l'hypothèse d'une traction faite de la bande de matériau par l'utilisateur générant un effet de basculement du dispositif de guidage (4) de la bande de matériau, l'effet retour de ce dernier ne provoque pas la remontée de la bande de matériau. En effet, le galet (9), libre que dans un seul sens de rotation par la roue libre disposée dans le bloc (10), ne peut tourner en sens arrière et il y a un effet de blocage du dit galet contre la paroi en regard arrière du couvercle. La bande de matériau est ainsi coincée et ne peut remonter. De plus, la partie levier (1 1) par une extrémité vient en contact avec la paroi intérieure du volet (6) en constituant un appui supplémentaire de blocage.
