本发明实施例涉及软件安装技术, 尤其是移动终端上的软件安装技术。 所 述移动终端是指以无线方式进行通信的终端, 如移动电话, 平板电脑等。 所述 软件是指可以安装在移动终端上的软件, 可以是任意类型的软件, 本发明对此 不限定, 如可以为 word、 QQ、 msn等等。 另外, 本发明实施例在移动终端上 安装软件是通过预先将该软件的信息备份到服务器上再由服务器查找相应的 安装包下发给移动终端来实现的, 当用户在同一个移动终端内先备份后安装是 指对已安装的软件进行恢复, 当用户在一个移动终端内进行备份在另一个移动 终端内安装时, 是指跨移动终端进行软件的安装, 本发明对具体的应用场景不 做具体限定。 所述服务器是指用于备份软件的信息, 以及存储各种版本软件安 装包的设备。 其中, 服务器根据用户的请求可以备份各种软件信息, 并且建立 并维护用户信息和软件信息的对应关系, 同时还存储有各种类型的软件, 各种 版本的安装包, 以方便下发给移动终端进行软件安装。
实施例一
参见图 1 , 本实施例提供了一种安装软件的方法, 读方法流程具体如下: 101 : 当用户在第一移动终端上请求安装软件时, 接收第一移动终端发来 的用户的信息和软件的标识信息。
102: 查找预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的对应关系, 判断对应关系中 是否存在用户的信息以及与其对应的软件的标识信息。
103: 如果是, 则确定用户已备份软件的信息, 根据软件的标识信息查找 对应的安装包, 将查找到的安装包发送给第一移动终端, 以使第一移动终端根 据安装包进行软件的安装。
参见图 2, 本实施例还提供了一种安装软件的方法, 包括:
201 : 当用户请求安装软件时, 向服务器发送用户的信息和软件的标识信 息, 使服务器判断预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的对应关系中是否存在用户 的信息以及与其对应的软件的标识信息。

本实施例提供的方法, 通过当用户在移动终端上请求安装软件时, 服务器 接收移动终端发来的用户信息和软件标识信息, 在根据预先建立的用户信息和 软件信息的对应关系确定该用户已备份该软件的信息时, 查找与该软件的标识 信息对应的安装包并发送给移动终端, 移动终端根据该安装包进行软件安装, 节省了移动终端逐一查找安装软件所消耗的时间和流量, 提高了软件安装效 率; 同时, 该查找到的安装包安全无毒, 降低了移动终端安装软件的风险。
为了更加详细的阐述本实施例提供的方法, 下面, 结合上述内容, 通过下 面的实施例二、 实施例三和实施例四的内容对本实施例提供的方法进行具体描 述, 详见如下实施例。 实施例二
参见图 3 , 本实施例提供了一种安装软件的方法, 移动终端根据服务器发 送的安装包和配置文件进行软件安装, 该方法流程具体如下: 301 : 当用户请求备份软件时, 服务器接收该用户的信息和该软件的标识 信息。
其中,软件的标识信息是指用于唯一标识一个软件的信息,包括但不限于: 软件的 UID ( Unique Identifier , 唯一标识符)、 软件名、发行商和证书等信息。 用户的信息是指用户的身份信息, 用于服务器对用户进行身份验证, 包括但不 限于: 用户名和密码等, 当用户请求安装时服务器会 居用户的信息对用户进 行身份验证, 如果通过, 则可以执行软件的安装流程; 否则, 流程结束。
302: 服务器根据接收到的用户的信息和软件的标识信息, 建立该用户的 信息和软件的标识信息的对应关系。
服务器对该用户的信息和软件的标识信息建立对应关系, 并进行存储, 即 完成对该软件的备份, 从而以便于用户请求安装该软件时可以根据该对应关系 确定用户是否已对该软件进行备份。
303: 当用户在第一移动终端上请求安装软件时, 第一移动终端向服务器 发送该用户的信息和该软件的标识信息。
本实施例中 , 步骤 301和 302中用户对所述软件进行备份, 可以通过所述 第一移动终端完成,或者也可以通过其它移动终端完成,如第二移动终端完成, 本发明对此不限定。
例如, 一种应用场景是用户在移动终端 A上对一个软件执行备份,之后由 于该软件出现异常无法使用,则根据该备份在移动终端 A上重新进行该软件的 安装, 即对该软件进行恢复。 另一种应用场景是用户在移动终端 A上对一个软 件进行备份, 之后希望在移动终端 B上安装相同的软件, 则根据该备份在移动 终端 B上安装该软件。
304: 服务器接收第一移动终端发送的该用户的信息和该软件的标识信息, 根据该用户的信息和软件的标识信息查找预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的 对应关系, 判断该对应关系中是否存在该用户的信息以及与其对应的软件的标 识信息, 如杲是, 则执行步骤 305; 否则, 流程结束, 或者也可以提示该用户 由于没有备份无法完成安装然后流程结束。
具体地, 服务器可以先对读用户的信息进行验证, 如果验证通过, 再查找 所述对应关系, 判断是否该用户的信息以及与其对应的软件的标识信息。
305: 服务器确定该用户已备份该软件的信息, 根据该软件的标识信息查 找对应的安装包。 本实施例中的所述安装包用于软件安装, 移动终端根据谊安装包可以执行 软件的安装, 具体安装流程, 此处不做过多说明。
具体地, 服务器的资源库中存储有多个软件的各个版本的软件资源, 每个 软件可以对应多个版本的安装包, 因此, 根据软件的标识信息可以获取到各个 版本的安装包。
306: 服务器判断上述对应关系中是否存在与该用户的信息对应的该软件 的配置文件, 如果是, 则执行步骤 307; 否则, 执行步骤 309。
本实施例中, 所述配置文件包括用户对该软件的一些使用习惯信息, 包括 但不限于: 软件书签、 字体大小和背景图片等等, 本发明对此不限定。 所述配 置文件为用户在备份软件的标识信息时一起备份到服务器的。
具体地, 当用户通过某一移动终端进行软件信息的备份时, 还可以预先设 置是否备份配置文件的个性化信息, 如果用户选择是, 则在发送用户的信息和 软件标识信息给服务器的同时, 还会发送软件的配置文件给服务器, 以便同时 备份;如果用户选择否,则备份时仅发送用户的信息和软件标识信息给服务器。
307: 服务器将该配置文件和查找到的安装包发送给第一移动终端, 然后 执行步骤 308。
308: 第一移动终端接收服务器发送的配置文件和安装包, 根据该安装包 进行软件安装, 并用收到的该配置文件替换安装工程中生成的配置文件, 流程 结束。
第一移动终端在接收到服务器发送的安装包之后即可对软件进行安装, 在 软件安装过程中会自动生成配置文件, 并存储在固定的路径中。 当第一移动终 端收到服务器发来的配置文件时, 可以用该配置文件替换所述自动生成的配置 文件, 由于配置文件中包含了用户的使用习惯信息, 因此, 用户在完成软件安 装后可以继续保留原有的使用习惯, 实现与备份时的软件一样的体验。

参见图 4, 本实施例提供了一种安装软件的方法, 服务器根据用户设置的 是否安装最新版本的软件的个性化信息获取相应的安装包并发送给移动终端, 以使移动终端进行相应版本的软件安装, 该方法流程具体如下:
401 : 当用户请求备份软件时, 服务器接收该用户的信息、 该软件的标识 信息和该软件的版本信息。
其中, 软件的标识信息是指用于唯一标识一个软件的信息, 用户的信息是 指用户的身份信息, 用于服务器对用户进行身份验证, 具体与实施例二中的描 述相同, 此处不赘述。
所述软件的版本信息用于标识软件的版本,具体地,可以为软件的版本号, 如 vl、 v2, 或者 v20U、 v2012等等, 本发明对此不限定。
402: 服务器根据接收到的用户的信息、 软件的标识信息和该软件的版本 信息, 建立该用户的信息与该软件的信息的对应关系, 所述软件的信息包括软 件的标识信息和版本信息。
403: 当用户在第一移动终端上请求安装软件时, 第一移动终端向服务器 发送该用户的信息和该软件的标识信息, 以及用户的个性化信息。
其中, 所述用户的个性化信息是指用户对软件安装所做的个性化设置, 用 户可以根据移动终端提供的各种设置项来具体设置, 所述设置项可以有一种或 者多种, 本发明对此不限定。 例如, 移动终端提供 "是否安装最新版本的软件" 的设置项, 如果用户选择是, 则服务器会查找最新版本的安装包发送给移动终 端,如果用户选择否,则服务器会查找备份时的版本的安装包发送给移动终端; 或者, 移动终端提供 "在没有与移动终端的操作系统匹配的安装包时是否接受 推荐的安装包" 的设置项, 如果用户选择是, 则服务器在没有与移动终端的操 作系统匹配的安装包时, 会根据移动终端的操作系统推荐功能类似的软件并将 其安装包发送给移动终端, 如果用户选择否, 则服务器在没有与移动终端的操 作系统匹配的安装包时, 不会发送任何安装包给移动终端。
另外, 如果第一移动终端没有向服务器发送用户的个性化信息, 则服务器 会获取默认的用户个性化信息。 具体地, 所述默认的用户个性化信息可以包括 但不限于: 默认用户选择不安装最新版本的软件, 或者默认用户在没有与移动 终端的操作系统匹配的安装包时不接受推荐的安装包等等, 本发明对此不限 定。 装最新版本的软件进行的设置, 以此为例进行说明。
本实施例中, 步骤 401和 402中用户对所述软件进行备份, 可以通过所述 第一移动终端完成,或者也可以通过其它移动终端完成,如第二移动终端完成, 本发明对此不限定。
404: 服务器接收第一移动终端发送的该用户的信息、 该软件的标识信息 和用户的个性化信息, 根据该用户的信息和软件的标识信息查找预先建立的用 户信息和软件信息的对应关系, 判断该对应关系中是否存在该用户的信息以及 与其对应的软件的标识信息, 如杲是, 则执行步骤 405; 否则, 流程结束, 或 者也可以提示该用户由于没有备份无法完成安装然后流程结束。
具体地, 服务器可以先对该用户的信息进行验证, 如杲验证通过, 再查找 所述对应关系, 判断是否该用户的信息以及与其对应的软件的标识信息。
405: 服务器确定该用户已备份该软件的信息, 则根据所述用户的个性化 信息, 判断该用户是否选择安装该软件的最新版本, 如果是, 则执行步骤 406; 否则, 执行步骤 408。
406: 服务器根据该软件的标识查找对应的最新版本的安装包, 并将该最 新版本的安装包发送给第一移动终端, 然后执行步骤 407。
407: 第一移动终端收到服务器发送的最新版本的安装包后, 根据该安装 包进行软件安装, 流程结束。
408: 服务器在所述对应关系中查找与该用户的信息对应的所述软件在备 份时的版本信息, 按照找到的备份版本信息查找对应的安装包, 并将该备份版 本的安装包发送给第一移动终端, 然后执行步骤 409。
其中, 服务器的资源库中存储有多个软件的各个版本的软件资源, 每个软 件可以对应多个版本的安装包, 因此, 根据软件的标识信息可以获取到各个版 本的安装包, 再根据备份软件的版本信息查找到对应的安装包, 并将该备份版 本的安装包发送给第一移动终端。
409: 第一移动终端接收服务器发送的备份版本的安装包, 根据该安装包 进行软件安装, 流程结束。
进一步地, 本实施例提供的上述方法还可以与实施例二中提供的方法结合 起来应用, 服务器将用户备份的配置文件发送给移动终端, 使得移动终端在安 装软件后可以用该配置文件替换安装过程中自动生成的配置文件, 由于配置文 件中包含了用户的使用习惯信息, 因此, 用户在完成软件安装后可以继续保留 原有的使用习惯, 实现与备份时的软件一样的体验。 具体地, 用户预先将软件 的配置文件备份在服务器上, 服务器在收到安装请求后, 会相应地查找该配置 文件, 并与找到的安装包一起发送给移动终端, 详细流程与实施例二中的描述 相同, 此处不赘述。

504: 服务器接收第一移动终端发送的该用户的信息、 该软件的标识信息、 用户的个性化信息以及第一移动终端的操作系统信息, 据该用户的信息和软 件的标识信息查找预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的对应关系, 判断该对应关 系中是否存在该用户的信息以及与其对应的软件的标识信息, 如果是, 则执行 步骤 505; 否则, 流程结束, 或者也可以提示该用户由于没有备份无法完成安 装然后流程结束。

其中, 服务器可以查找与用户备份的软件功能相似的其它软件, 并推荐给 第一移动终端。 具体地, 如果有多种功能类似的其他软件, 则服务器可以将该 多种其他软件的描述信息进行比较, 根据描述信息中的用户投票数选取评价最 好的软件, 并将其安装包发送给第一移动终端。

本实施例提供的上述移动终端, 可以执行上述任一方法实施例中提供的安 装软件的方法, 具体过程详见方法实施例中的描述, 此处不赘述。
本实施例提供的移动终端, 通过当用户在移动终端上请求安装软件时, 向 服务器发送用户信息和软件标识信息, 使服务器在根据预先建立的用户信息和 软件信息的对应关系确定该用户已备份该软件的信息时, 查找与该软件的标识 信息对应的安装包并发送给移动终端, 移动终端根据该安装包进行软件安装, 节省了移动终端逐一查找安装软件所消耗的时间和流量, 提高了软件安装效 率; 同时, 该查找到的安装包安全无毒, 降低了移动终端安装软件的风险。
进一步地, 通过接收服务器发送的预先备份的配置文件和查找到的安装 包, 根据配置文件对安装软件进行配置, 保留了用户原来的使用习惯, 极大地 提升了用户的体验。 另外, 还可根据用户的个性化信息进行软件安装, 依据用 户的不同设置实现不同场景下的软件安装,应用更灵活,提升了用户的满意度, 实用性强。 实施例七
参见图 10, 本实施例提供了一种安装软件的系统, 该系统包括: 服务器 1001和移动终端 1002;
其中, 服务器 1001可以为上述实施例五提供的服务器, 移动终端 1002可 以为上述实施例六提供的移动终端。
本实施例提供的系统, 可以执行上述任一方法实施例中提供的安装软件的 方法, 具体过程详见方法实施例中的描述, 此处不赘述。
本实施例提供的系统, 通过当用户在移动终端上请求安装软件时, 服务器 接收移动终端发来的用户信息和软件标识信息, 在根据预先建立的用户信息和 软件信息的对应关系确定该用户已备份该软件的信息时, 查找与该软件的标识 信息对应的安装包并发送给移动终端, 移动终端根据该安装包进行软件安装, 节省了移动终端逐一查找安装软件所消耗的时间和流量, 提高了软件安装效 率; 同时, 该查找到的安装包安全无毒, 降低了移动终端安装软件的风险。
进一步地, 服务器将预先备份的配置文件和查找到的安装包一起发送给移 动终端, 移动终端根据配置文件对安装软件进行配置, 保留了用户原来的使用 习惯, 极大地提升了用户的体验。 另外, 还可根据用户的个性化信息进行软件 安装, 依据用户的不同设置实现不同场景下的软件安装, 应用更灵活, 提升了 用户的满意度, 实用性强。 需要说明的是: 上述实施例提供的设备和系统在安装软件时, 仅以上述各 功能模块的划分进行举例说明, 实际应用中, 可以根据需要而将上述功能分配 由不同的功能模块完成, 即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块, 以完成 以上描述的全部或者部分功能。 另外, 上述实施例提供的服务器、 移动终端和 安装软件的系统与安装软件的方法实施例属于同一构思, 其具体实现过程详见 方法实施例, 这里不再赘述。
上述本发明实施例序号仅仅为了描述, 不代表实施例的优劣。
本发明实施例中的全部或部分步骤, 可以利用软件实现, 相应的软件程序 可以存储在可读取的存储介盾中, 如光盘或硬盘等。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种安装软件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
当用户在第一移动终端上请求安装软件时, 接收所述第一移动终端发来的 所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息;
查找预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的对应关系, 判断所述对应关系中是 否存在所述用户的信息以及与其对应的所述软件的标识信息;
如果是, 则确定所述用户已备份所述软件的信息, 根据所述软件的标识信 息查找对应的安装包, 将查找到的所述安装包发送给所述第一移动终端, 所述 安装包用于所述第一移动终端进行所述软件的安装。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述第一移动终端发来 的所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息之前, 还包括:
当用户请求备份所述软件时, 接收所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息; 建立所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息的对应关系。
3、 ■据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 判断所述对应关系中是否存 在所述用户的信息以及与其对应的所述软件的标识信息, 进一步还包括:
判断所述对应关系中是否存在与所述用户的信息对应的所述软件的配置文 件;
如果是, 则将所述配置文件发送给所述第一移动终端, 所述配置文件用于 所述第一移动终端在安装所述软件后用所述配置文件替换安装过程中生成的配 置文件。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述第一移动终端发来 的所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息, 进一步还包括:
接收所述第一移动终端发来的所述用户的个性化信息;
相应地, 根据所述软件的标识信息查找对应的安装包, 包括:
根据所述用户的个性化信息判断所述用户是否选择安装所述软件的最新版 本;
如果是, 则根据所述软件的标识信息查找对应的最新版本的安装包; 否则, 在所述对应关系中查找所述用户的信息对应的所述软件在备份时的 版本信息, 按照找到的所述版本信息查找对应的安装包。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述第一移动终端发来 的所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息, 进一步还包括:
接收所述第一移动终端发来的所述用户的个性化信息, 以及所述第一移动 终端的操作系统信息;
相应地, 根据所述软件的标识信息查找对应的安装包, 包括:
根据所述用户的个性化信息和所述第一移动终端的操作系统信息, 判断所 述用户是否选择在没有与所述第一移动终端的操作系统匹配的安装包时接受推 荐的安装包;
如杲是, 则根椐所述软件的标识信息和所述第一移动终端的操作系统信息, 查找与所述第一移动终端的操作系统匹配的且与所述软件相关的其它软件的安 装包;
否则, 提示没有与所述第一移动终端的操作系统匹配的所述软件的安装包。
6、 一种安装软件的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
当用户请求安装软件时, 向服务器发送所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识 信息, 所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息用于所述服务器判断预先建立的 用户信息和软件信息的对应关系中是否存在所述用户的信息以及与其对应的所 述软件的标识信息;
当所述服务器确定所述用户已备份所述软件的信息且根据所述软件的标识 信息查找到对应的安装包时, 接收所述服务器发送的所述安装包;
根据收到的所述安装包进行所述软件的安装。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 接收所述服务器发送的所述 安装包, 进一步还包括:
接收所述服务器发送的与所述用户的信息对应的所述软件的配置文件, 所 相应地, 根据收到的所述安装包进行所述软件的安装之后, 还包括: 用收到的所述配置文件替换所述安装过程中生成的配置文件。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 向服务器发送所述用户的信 息和所述软件的标识信息, 进一步还包括:
如果所述用户设置了是否安装所述软件的最新版本的个性化信息, 则还向 所述服务器发送所述用户的个性化信息;
相应地, 接收所述服务器发送的所述安装包, 包括:
当所述服务器根据所述用户的个性化信息确定所述用户选择安装所述软件 的最新版本时, 接收所述服务器发送的与所述软件的标识信息对应的最新版本 的安装包;
当所述服务器根据所述用户的个性化信息确定所述用户选择安装所述软件 的备份版本时, 接收所述服务器发送的按照与所述用户的信息对应的所述软件 在备份时的版本信息找到的对应的安装包。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 向服务器发送所述用户的信 息和所述软件的标识信息, 进一步还包括:
如果所述用户设置了是否在没有与本地操作系统匹配的安装包时接受推荐 的安装包的个性化信息, 则还向所述服务器发送所述用户的个性化信息, 以及 本地的操作系统信息;
相应地, 接收所述服务器发送的所述安装包, 包括:
当所述服务器根据所述用户的个性化信息和所述操作系统信息确定所述用 户选择在没有与所述操作系统匹配的安装包时接受推荐的安装包时, 接收所述 服务器发送的与所述操作系统匹配的且与所述软件相关的其它软件的安装包。
10、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器包括:
第一接收模块, 用于当用户在第一移动终端上请求安装软件时, 接收所述 第一移动终端发来的所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息;
判断模块, 用于查找预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的对应关系, 判断所 述对应关系中是否存在所述用户的信息以及与其对应的所述软件的标识信息; 查找模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断所述对应关系中存在所述用户的信息 以及与其对应的所述软件的标识信息时, 确定所述用户已备份所述软件的信息, 根据所述软件的标识信息查找对应的安装包; 发送模块, 用于将所述查找模块查找到的所述安装包发送给所述第一移动 终端, 所述安装包用于所述第一移动终端进行所述软件的安装。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器还包括: 第二接收模块, 用于当用户请求备份所述软件时, 接收所述用户的信息和 所述软件的标识信息;
创建模块, 用于建立所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息的对应关系。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块还用于判 断所述对应关系中是否存在与所述用户的信息对应的所述软件的配置文件; 所述发送模块还用于在所述判断模块判断所述对应关系中存在与所述用户 的信息对应的所述软件的配置文件时, 将所迷配置文件发送给所述第一移动终 端, 所述配置文件用于所述第一移动终端在安装所述软件后用所述配置文件替 换安装过程中生成的配置文件。
13、 根据权利要求 10所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述第一接收模块还用 于接收所述第一移动终端发来的所述用户的个性化信息;
相应地, 所述查找模块包括:
第一判断单元, 用于根据所述用户的个性化信息判断所述用户是否选择安 装所述软件的最新版本;
第一查找单元, 用于在所述第一判断单元判断所述用户选择安装所述软件 的最新版本时, 居所述软件的标识信息查找对应的最新版本的安装包;
第二查找单元, 用于在所述第一判断单元判断所述用户选择不安装所述软 件的最新版本时, 在所述对应关系中查找所述用户的信息对应的所述软件在备 份时的版本信息, 按照找到的所述版本信息查找对应的安装包。
14、 根据权利要求 10所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述第一接收模块还用 于接收所述第一移动终端发来的所述用户的个性化信息, 以及所述第一移动终 端的操作系统信息;
相应地, 所述查找模块包括:
第二判断单元, 用于根据所述用户的个性化信息和所述第一移动终端的操 作系统信息, 判断所述用户是否选择在没有与所述第一移动终端的操作系统匹 配的安装包时接受推荐的安装包;
第三查找单元, 用于在所述第二判断单元判断所述用户选择在没有与所述 第一移动终端的操作系统匹配的安装包时接受推荐的安装包时, 根据所述软件 的标识信息和所述第一移动终端的操作系统信息, 查找与所述第一移动终端的 操作系统匹配的且与所述软件相关的其它软件的安装包;
提示单元, 用于在所述第二判断单元判断所述用户选择在没有与所述第一 移动终端的操作系统匹配的安装包时不接受推荐的安装包时, 提示没有与所述 第一移动终端的操作系统匹配的所述软件的安装包。
15、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括:
发送模块, 用于当用户请求安装软件时, 向服务器发送所述用户的信息和 所述软件的标识信息, 所述用户的信息和所述软件的标识信息用于所述服务器 判断预先建立的用户信息和软件信息的对应关系中是否存在所述用户的信息以 及与其对应的所述软件的标识信息;
接收模块, 用于当所述服务器确定所述用户已备份所述软件的信息且根据 所述软件的标识信息查找到对应的安装包时, 接收所述服务器发送的所述安装 包;
安装模块, 用于根据所述接收模块收到的所述安装包进行所述软件的安装。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块还用于 接收所述服务器发送的与所述用户的信息对应的所述软件的配置文件, 所述配 相应地, 所述移动终端还包括:
替换模块, 用于使用所述接收糢块收到的所述配置文件替换所述安装过程 中生成的配置文件。
1 7、 根据权利要求 1 5所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于 如果所述用户设置了是否安装所述软件的最新版本的个性化信息, 向所述服务 器发送所述用户的个性化信息;
相应地, 所述接收模块包括: 第一接收单元, 用于当所述服务器根据所述用户的个性化信息确定所述用 户选择安装所述软件的最新版本时, 接收所述服务器发送的与所述软件的标识 信息对应的最新版本的安装包; 户选择安装所述软件的备份版本时, 接收所述服务器发送的按照与所述用户的 信息对应的所述软件在备份时的版本信息找到的对应的安装包。
18、 根据权利要求 15所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述发送模块还用于 如果所述用户设置了是否在没有与本地操作系统匹配的安装包时接受推荐的安 装包的个性化信息, 则还向所述服务器发送所述用户的个性化信息, 以及本地 的操作系统信息;
相应地, 所述接收模块具体用于当所述服务器根据所述用户的个性化信息 和所述操作系统信息确定所述用户选择在没有与所述操作系统匹配的安装包时 接受推荐的安装包时, 接收所述服务器发送的与所述操作系统匹配的且与所述 软件相关的其它软件的安装包。
19、一种安装软件的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括如权利要求 10至 14 中任一项所述的服务器和如权利要求 15至 18中任一项所述的移动终端。
