但是上述方案中可选的操作系统的范围还是有限的, 无法扩展, 仍然没 有实现终端的操作系统与硬件解耦, 而且同时在本地存储多个操作系统的副 本意味着要占用本地很多存储空间。 发明内容

本发明在终端设备的硬件层上引入基础功能集操作系统 (Just Enough Operation System, 简称 JE OS ) 的概念, 该基础功能集操作系统位于终端的 硬件和高层应用之间, 是硬件与软件之间的桥梁, 从逻辑上划分, 基础功能 集操作系统包括基础应用服务模块、 操作系统核心库模块、 指令转译模块。 所述操作系统核心库包括文件存储、 支撑所述基础应用服务的执行、 访问互 联网、 输入 /输出。 所述基础应用服务包括通话应用、 短信应用、 浏览器应用 以及输入法应用。用户可以在该 JE OS的基础上根据自己的个人数据 (Profile) 进行操作系统提供服务器的选择, 通过 JE OS将终端设备的硬件和操作系统 解耦。 在最初的终端设备上除了硬件外只有 JE OS , 用于提供终端设备必需 的也是最基础的网络服务、 通讯服务。 终端设备启动该 JE OS, 同时开启该 JE OS提供的基础应用服务, 此时的终端设备只具备了基本的开机、 显示、 输入 /输出等功能。 图 1为终端设备模块划分示意图, 如图 1所示, 终端设备 总体上包括两大模块, 即 JE OS模块和硬件模块, 其中, JE OS模块包括 JE OS核心和可移植操作系统(Portable Operation System, 简称 Portable OS )容 器。 〗E OS核心包括基础应用服务、 核心库、 指令转译器以及基础指令集; Portable OS容器包括 JE OS访问器和 Portable OS。 Portable OS包括应用数 据、 个人数据以及 Portable OS核心库。 JE OS模块是通过 JE OS核心中的核 心库对硬件模块进行访问的。 JE OS模块是软件模块, 其包括的 Portable OS 容器用于在终端本地执行存储和运行操作系统的操作; Portable OS即为操作 系统, 该操作系统可以是根据用户个人数据从操作系统提供服务器上同歩下 来的操作系统副本, 其中, Portable OS 核心库是该操作系统的核心逻辑模 块, 个人数据是从个人数据服务服务器上同歩来的个性化数据, 可以用于进 行操作系统的个性化处理, 应用数据是用户直接面对和使用的各类终端应 用, 例如可以安装在终端上的各种应用程序 (Application, 简称 APP) , 该 APP与操作系统的类型相关, 例如支持安卓系统的 APP、 支持苹果移动操作 系统的 APP; JE OS访问器是硬件访问 JE OS的中间件; JE OS核心位于终端 的硬件模块之上, 其中, 核心库是 JE OS核心的逻辑软件模块, 向上获得来 自 Portable OS容器的各种指令, 并予以执行, 向下访问终端硬件模块, 控制 硬件, 核心库中包含了终端的操作系统必备的各种控制模块、 逻辑模块、 文 件系统、 输入 /输出 (Input/Output, 简称 I/O) 设备控制等; 基础应用服务是 支持终端的基础通讯、 网络访问等基础功能的用户直接使用和面对的应用程 序; 指令转译模块与 Portable OS交互, 用于在获得 Portable OS发送的指令 后将其转译成 JE OS可识别指令, 并将转译后的指令交由 JE OS处理; 基础 指令集中包含所有 JE OS可识别的基础指令集。

歩骤 102、 获取用户输入的数据选择指令, 根据所述数据选择指令确定 个人数据提供服务器, 并从所述个人数据提供服务器获取操作系统信息; 本实施例中, 用户在终端上输入数据选择指令, 这个过程可以采用多种 形式, 例如可以是用户主动输入个人数据提供服务器提供的数据下载的 IP地 址或域名, 以向终端设备输入数据选择指令; 也可以是用户输入个人数据提 供服务器的中 /英文名称, 由终端设备从本地存储的个人数据提供服务器的中 /英文名称处匹配出个人数据提供服务器提供数据下载的 IP地址或域名;还可 以是终端设备通过显示屏幕把用户可能输入的数据作为默认下拉菜单选择数 据呈现给用户, 用户通过选择下拉菜单的选项输入数据选择指令。 用户通过 终端的输入 /输出模块选定自己的个人数据服务提供服务器, 即可在终端中 产生数据选择指令。 这里的个人数据服务提供服务器可以是存储了用户个人 数据的大型服务器、 云计算平台等, 用户可以预先将自己的部分个人数据存 储在该服务器上, 例如过去使用操作系统的记录、 个人操作系统的偏好等, 终端设备根据该数据选择指令可以获知用户的个人数据提供服务器, 该数据 选择指令可以是上述 IP地址或域名的登陆指令, 也可以是上述下拉菜单每个 选项对应的控件指令,终端设备根据这些指令访问个人数据服务提供服务器, 再根据用户输入的登录账号即可从该个人数据提供服务器上获取到该用户的 操作系统信息, 并同歩到本地。
歩骤 103、 根据所述操作系统信息访问操作系统提供服务器, 获取操作 系统副本, 并将所述操作系统副本部署在操作系统容器内以建立操作系统。
本实施例中, 终端设备从个人数据提供服务器获取到用户的操作系统信 息后, 该操作系统信息中可以包括用户偏好的操作系统类型、 版本等信息, 终端设备可以从本地存储的操作系统提供服务器地址处匹配出与用户偏好的 操作系统类型对应的操作系统提供服务器的地址; 该操作系统信息中还可以 直接包括操作系统提供服务器的地址, 终端设备根据该地址直接寻址访问操 作系统提供服务器。 终端设备即可从操作系统提供服务器获取到操作系统副 本, 该操作系统副本例如可以是手机系统固件 (ROM) 包。 终端设备将该操 作系统副本同歩到本地后, 部署在操作系统容器内, 所述操作系统容器用于 运行所述操作系统副本。这里的操作系统容器可以是上述 Portable OS容器, 即终端中专门用于保存和运行操作系统的软件模块, 此时在终端设备上即建 立起了用户偏好的操作系统。 需要说明的是, 操作系统容器仅为本发明实施 例对运行所述操作系统副本的装置或模块的一种叫法, 凡是能够实现运行操 作系统副本功能的装置或模块均应在本发明实施例的保护范围之内, 对此, 本发明实施例不做限定。
由此可见, 基础功能集操作系统将终端的硬件和操作系统分离开来, 由 基础功能集操作系统在硬件和操作系统之间承担信令交互和转译的工作, 硬 件不需要直接解析操作系统的指令, 操作系统也不需要根据硬件的功能被动 实施, 只要有基础功能集操作系统作为中介, 终端即可在自身硬件的基础上 建立起任意一种操作系统。 可选的, 终端在获取用户的操作系统副本时, 可 以是有多个选择的, 即用户可能偏好多种操作系统, 此时可以通过用户的进 一歩选择确定操作系统提供服务器以及操作系统副本, 这样一来, 终端本地 是不需要保存所有操作系统的副本的, 大大节省了终端本身的存储空间。
本实施例, 通过在终端设备中启用基础功能集操作系统, 将终端的硬件 和操作系统的解耦, 实现一个终端可根据用户偏好建立操作系统的目的, 并 且不需要在终端本地保存多个操作系统副本, 将大量的存储空间释放出来, 解决现有技术中操作系统的选择范围有限, 无法扩展的问题。

具体来讲, 用户通过终端的输入 /输出模块选定自己的个人数据服务提 供服务器后, 终端设备接收上述操作形成的数据选择指令, 该指令中可以包 括用户选择的个人数据提供服务器的身份标识(Identification, 简称 ID) , 还 可以包括用户输入的个人账号 ID, 终端设备根据个人数据提供服务器的 ID 确定要登陆的服务器, 再用用户的 ID 寻址访问个人数据提供服务器上保存 的与该用户相关的操作系统信息, 该操作系统信息可以包括用户偏好的操作 系统的提供服务器的信息。

本实施例中, 终端设备建立起操作系统后, 终端设备还可以对操作系统 进行个性化处理。 终端设备向个人数据提供服务器发送个人数据请求消息, 这个过程可以是终端设备的操作系统在部署好之后自发地发起操作系统个性 化处理,即终端设备的 JE OS访问器接收到 Portable OS 容器发送的个人数据 请求指令, 先通过基础指令集翻译指令对该指令进行转译, 再通过核心库执 行该指令, 即向个人数据提供服务器发送个人数据请求消息。
可选的, 还可以是用户输入个性化处理指令触发操作系统的个性化处理 过程, 例如用户在终端上输入下载电话薄、 通话记录等指令, 终端设备根据 该指令向个人数据提供服务器发送个人数据请求消息。

本实施例, 通过在终端设备中启用基础功能集操作系统, 将终端的硬件 和操作系统的解耦, 实现一个终端可根据用户偏好建立操作系统的目的, 而 且实现操作系统的个性化处理, 实现用户的操作系统定制, 解决现有技术中 操作系统的选择范围有限, 无法扩展的问题。
