技术领域
本发明涉及工程机械领域, 特别涉及一种移动式混凝土搅拌站。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的快速发展, 市场对于混凝土搅拌站的需求日益增 大。
传统的混凝土搅拌站多为固定式,固定式混凝土搅拌站包括搅拌主机、 皮带传送机和输送系统等, 其中搅拌主机位于高处, 物料通过皮带传送机 从输送系统传送至搅拌主机内。固定式混凝土搅拌站存在安装调试周期长, 移动不灵活等缺点, 已将逐步被移动式混凝土搅拌站所替代。
一种典型的移动式混凝土搅拌站包括三大系统, 即移动式搅拌系统、 移动式配料系统和粉罐系统, 其中粉罐系统为可自选的系统。 移动式搅拌 系统包括牵引车头和前端可被提升的搅拌挂车, 搅拌主机设置在搅拌挂车 的前端, 搅拌挂车上设置有皮带输送机, 移动式搅拌系统还包括粉料供给 系统和水供给系统等辅助系统; 移动式配料系统包括牵引车头、配料挂车、 皮带输送机以及多个储存仓。移动式搅拌系统和移动式配料系统各自独立, 分别运输。
上述移动式混凝土搅拌站的配料系统和搅拌系统分别集成于车桥上, 可以直接道路运输, 转场方便, 耗时较少。 但是, 该移动式搅拌站体积比 较大, 其超长、 超高、 超宽的特点, 导致运输存在很大问题, 尤其是在搅 拌站进行转场的时候, 需要办理特殊移动通行证, 手续繁杂, 费用昂贵, 搅拌站的转场费用较高, 增加了生产成本。
因此, 如何避免移动式搅拌站出现超长超高, 使其更适合普通道路运 输, 降低搅拌站的转场费用, 从而降低生产成本, 就成为本领域技术人员 亟须解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种移动式混凝土搅拌站, 其转场时能够满足道
路运输条件, 从而降低了搅拌站的转场费用, 进而降低了生产成本。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种移动式混凝土搅拌站, 包括搅 拌单元和配料单元, 所述搅拌单元包括第一支架及设于所述第一支架上的 搅拌主机和皮带输送机构, 所述配料单元包括第二支架及设于第二支架上 的配料系统, 所述第一支架和第二支架可拆卸连接, 所述第一支架和 /或所 述第二支架上设有便于所述搅拌单元和 /或配料单元移动的辅助行驶机构。
优选地, 所述第二支架上安装有配料系统, 且其下方安装有长度可调 的支腿。
优选地, 所述支腿为液压支腿。
优选地, 所述支腿中的外侧支腿为折叠支腿, 所述外侧支腿包括固定 段和折叠段, 所述固定段的上端与所述第二支架固定连接, 其下端与所述 折叠段的上端通过转轴连接, 所述折叠段在外力作用下绕所述转轴在竖直 平面内转动。

本发明的核心是提供一种移动式混凝土搅拌站, 其转场时能够满足道 路运输条件, 从而降低了搅拌站的转场费用, 进而降低了生产成本。

在一种具体实施方式中, 本发明所提供的移动式混凝土搅拌站包括搅 拌单元 1、 配料单元 2, 所述搅拌单元 1包括第一支架 51及设于所述第一 支架 51上的搅拌主机 14和皮带输送机构 11 , 所述配料单元 2包括第二支 架 52及设于第二支架 52上的配料系统, 所述第一支架 51和第二支架 52 可拆卸连接,所述第一支架 51和 /或所述第二支架 52上设有便于所述搅拌 单元 1和 /或配料单元 2移动的辅助行驶机构。
除了上述第二支架 52, 上述配料单元 2还包括车桥 23 , 输送机构 25 (输送机构为皮带输送机,该皮带输送机通过托架安装在第二支架上), 骨 料计量系统 27 , 配料站 28等; 除了搅拌主机 14和皮带输送机构, 上述搅 拌单元 1还包括螺旋输送机 16, 控制室 17, 搅拌单元车桥 12 (包括粉料 计量系统和水计量系统), 粉料罐 15 , 计量系统 19 (包括粉料计量系统和 水计量系统)等。

安装于所述第一支架 51上、牵引搅拌单元 1的辅助行驶机构包括车桥 和车轮, 且可以通过半挂车 3牵引, 安装于第二支架 52上、 牵引配料单元 2的辅助行驶机构包括车桥和车轮, 且可以通过拖挂车 4牵引, 采用一个 拖车加一个半挂车运输的方式, 能够保证转运过程符合道路运输规定, 节 约了生产成本。
显然地, 也不局限于使用半挂车牵引搅拌单元 1 , 也可以使用拖挂车 牵引搅拌单元, 同样地, 也不局限于使用拖挂车牵引配料单元, 也可以使 用半挂车牵引配料单元。
道路运输时, 将第一支架 51和第二支架 52拆开, 从而将配料单元 2 和搅拌单元 1拆分开来,通过设于第一支架 51和 /或第二支架 52上的辅助 行驶机构将搅拌单元 1和 /配料单元 2运走,剩下的一个单元通过拖车运走 即可; 船舶运输时, 可将第一支架 51和第二支架 52拆开, 而后将搅拌主 机 14和皮带输送机构 11从第一支架 51上卸下,即将整机拆分为若干个系 统装入标准集装箱中运输; 这样, 搅拌站转场时能够满足道路运输条件, 从而降低了搅拌站的转场费用, 进而降低了生产成本。
