- the present invention relates to a prefabricated modular reinforced concrete system for the construction of U-shaped and Box-type buildings ( Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4) by continuously connecting said pieces in 3 directions, x, y and z (figure 5), thus constituting the foundations, walls and ceilings of a building of 1 or more floors.
- These self-supporting structures are applied buried, with hollow rectangular section, and can be constructed by monolithic pieces, or by two overlapping pieces. When coupled together they create a tunnel for various functions. Due to their geometry (“Box” and “U”) and composition (reinforced concrete), the parts have performance and strength characteristics that guarantee a long service life. The geometric shape of these pieces favors the resistance, because there is a redistribution of efforts, as they are unique pieces, while in the conventional structures composed by pillars, beams and slabs there are many points of weakness.
- the modular system makes walls, ceilings and floors at once and does not require any additional elements. Neither for compartmentalising, nor for covering, nor for towing or smoothing floors.

- a mechanical connection can be performed by means of studs (2) and sheet metal (8,9 and 10) to ensure effective tightness between the various parts and to minimize uneven opening of joints.
- additional connecting elements also serve to maintain the stability of the assembly and to absorb horizontal forces in multi-storey buildings (see figures 5, 7 and 8).
- components may be added to the concrete composition, such as fibers for increased strength and reduced rate of reinforcement, or materials with thermal characteristics for better thermal behavior.
- Additional elements may also be incorporated into walls, floors and ceilings in any material to lighten the parts or thermally reinforce them.
- the process for manufacturing these parts for building construction in accordance with the present invention involves the incorporation of a number of negatives into the molds for creating doors and passageways for plumbing, electrical and telecommunications installations. They will also additionally have some additional metal connections.
