Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de commande hydraulique destiné à dérouler une corde et sur un système de commande hydraulique destiné à enrouler une corde, comprenant tous deux une pompe à huile (101), une première vanne d'inversion (102), une seconde vanne d'inversion (103), un premier moteur (106), un second moteur (107) et une unité de commande. La pompe à huile (101) est reliée à une alimentation en huile pour le système, à la première vanne d'inversion (102) et à la seconde vanne d'inversion (103). La première vanne d'inversion (102) et la seconde vanne d'inversion (103) sont respectivement reliées au premier moteur (106) et au second moteur (107). Le système de commande hydraulique destiné à dérouler la corde comprend en outre une unité de déroulement de corde (105), l'unité de déroulement de corde (105) comprenant un premier jeu de vannes d'équilibrage et un second jeu de vannes d'équilibrage. Le système de commande hydraulique destiné à enrouler la corde comprend en outre une unité d'enroulement de corde (104), l'unité d'enroulement de corde (104) comprenant un premier jeu de vannes de régulation de pression et un second jeu de vannes de régulation de pression. L'unité de commande est utilisée pour commander la première vanne d'inversion (102), la seconde vanne d'inversion (103), l'unité de déroulement de corde (105) et/ou l'unité d'enroulement de corde (104). L'invention décrit aussi une grue qui comprend les systèmes de commande hydraulique servant à dérouler la corde et à enrouler la corde. Dans les système des commande hydraulique, deux moteurs travaillant en coopération peuvent assurer fiablement une synchronisation non linéaire du déroulement de corde et de l'enroulement de corde au moyen de deux palans, en évitant que les cordes ne soient enchevêtrées, en facilitant le dépannage par un opérateur et en réalisant une économie sur les coûts.
