为了达到上述目的, 本发明是按照如下方式实现的。 一种用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其包括照明灯 /发声 器、 电池及外壳, 外壳至少包覆有照明灯 /发声器, 其特征在于该外 壳具有:
进气端, 以使空气或其它气体进入到外壳中,
出气端, 使空气或其它气体排出外壳, 和
气体通道, 连接进气端和出气端,使外壳中具有一个贯穿的气体 流通通道;
且, 所述照明灯 /发声器设置于气体通道的中, 照明灯 /发声器的 具有密封装置, 便于照明灯 /发声器通过该密封装置封闭气体通道。
在气球未充气的时候,此时照明灯 /发声器的电路是无法接通的, 照明灯 /发声器不能启动, 进行工作; 当气球充气后, 气球内部具有 一定的气体压力, 压力在气体通道内外形成压力差, 促使照明灯 /发 声器向气体通道的外端移动并密封住气体通道,在密封气体通道的时 候, 就接通照明灯 /发声器的电路, 使照明灯 /发声器得以启动工作。
所述的密封装置为 0圏、 密封环、 密封圏 (如橡皮圏或橡胶圏) 的任意一种, 或者是照明灯 /发声器与外壳之间形成的配合机构, 例 如照明灯 /发声器外表面与外壳之间的紧密配合或嵌合结构、照明灯 / 发声器和外壳之间的扣合结构, 都具备密封气体通道的作用, 也可以 称为密封装置的一种形式。
所述照明灯 /发声器具有一支撑和固定的支架, 该支架至少从一 个横截面上包覆照明灯 /发声器,使照明灯 /发声器在该横截面上具有 一夕卜壁。 上述的外壁上套设有密封装置, 密封装置为环状结构; 且所述外 壁位于所述气体通道中。
对应于上述的密封装置, 所述气体通道, 至少有一部分为圓柱形 结构, 以便于与密封装置形成对气体通道的密封, 达到接通照明灯 / 发声器电路的效果。
一种比较好是方式中, 所述照明灯 /发声器的外部具有密封圏或 密封环, 密封圏或密封环突出于照明灯 /发声器的外缘, 以能够与气 体通道紧密接触, 从而达到密封气体通道的效果。
上述的突出于照明灯 /发声器外缘的密封圏和密封环, 其密封作 用和设置于所述外壁的密封装置是一致的。
所述外壳, 其具有一横截面为 T形、 工字形、 梯形及类似形状, 使气体通道形成一缩颈部, 缩颈部周围具有一平台; 所述照明灯 /发 声器的一端具有密封垫, 该密封垫突出于照明灯 /发声器的端部, 具 有平整的接触面, 且密封垫大于缩颈部的直径, 该接触面能够与平台 接触形成密封, 这样通过密封垫也可以对气体通道进行密封。
所述外壳内壁为喇八口状结构, 套有密封圏或密封垫的照明灯 / 发声器位于喇八口内, 照明灯 /发声器和外壳之间的间隙构成气体通 道。
所述照明 /发声装置设置于气球内,且被外盖固定在气球内壁上, 外盖上具有排气孔, 排气孔接通所述照明 /发声装置的出气端, 形成 气体通道。
且, 在外盖内, 照明 /发声装置与气球内壁接触的部位设置有刺 穿装置, 该刺穿装置具有一尖突, 在外盖固定在照明 /发声装置时能 够刺破气球内壁。
所述进气端, 具有一顶环, 顶环中部为空心状, 并具有突出的顶 突, 顶突通过两个侧壁固定在顶环上, 通过顶环可顶持照明灯 /发声 器移动, 以露出气体通道进行放气。
所述照明灯 /发声器弹性设置于气体通道内, 其被弹性机构支撑, 所述弹性机构固定于气体通道内, 其具有导电性, 可接通照明灯 /发 声器的控制电路, 所述的弹性机构, 常见的应用为金属弹簧、 金属弹 片等。
所述照明 /发声装置, 其外壳在进气端具有一延伸部, 延伸部向 外伸出, 便于人们在充气时候进行吹气。
照明 /发声装置可以安装在气球咀部, 绑在气球咀处, 或者固定 在气球咀处; 照明装置也可以安装在除气球咀外的任意部位, 并固定 在气球壁上, 这两种方式都可以实现本发明。 气球和照明 /发声装置 的固定方式, 可以是绑定, 如 0圏、 绳线、 橡皮圏, 也可以采用液压 压合的方式将气球压合于照明 /发声装置上, 或者采用粘胶将气球固 定在照明 /发声装置上。
本发明所实现的结构, 能够利用气球内部的压力启动照明灯 /发 声器, 使照明灯 /发声器的控制更为筒便, 可靠。
且本发明无论将照明灯 /发声器设置于气球内部还是在气球咀的 部位, 都可以使用, 使用方便, 不需要额外的控制机构, 不会产生污 染环境的废弃物, 更为环保节约和节能。 附图说明

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合 附图及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描 述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 所示为本发明的第一种实施方式, 该实施方式为一照明装 置, 图中, 照明装置主要包括 LED灯 1、 支架 3、 纽扣电池 4、 外壳 5构成。
其中, LED灯 1后端伸出两个接触片, 一个接触片 11直接连接 在 LED灯 1和纽扣电池 4之间, 另一个接触片 12则向外弯折, 并沿 着支架 3的外壁延伸到纽扣电池 4的后部, 向内再弯折, 形成一个弯 部 13 , 该弯部 13对准纽扣电池 4的后部, 可以被弹簧圏 72接通到 纽扣电池 4上, 形成电回路, 达到点亮 LED灯 1的效果。
纽扣电池 4通常具有 1-4块 (图中显示为 2块, 但是并不限制其 它的实施方式纽扣电池的数量),并和 LED灯 1一起设置于支架 3内, 被支架 3固定支撑。 支架 3的外部套有外壳 5 , 外壳 5为中空结构, 其两端一为进气口 51 , —为出气口 52, 外壳 5与支架 3之间的间隙 构成气体通道 6。 其中, 进气口 51端的内侧具有向内的倾斜壁 53 , 与此同时, 支架 3的外壁上固定有环状的密封圏 2, 密封圏 2突出于 支架的外壁, 能够越来越紧地卡设于倾斜壁 53上, 从而达到密封气 体通道 6的效果。
为了能够将该照明装置固定于气球壁上, 外壳 5配合有一外盖 8 进行固定。 具体地说, 外壳 5的尾部外壁上具有突出的外螺纹 54, 同时一外盖 8的内壁具有内螺纹 82, 通过内螺纹 82和外螺纹 54的 咬合将外壳 5和外盖 8固定在一起, 气球壁从二者之间穿过,使二者 固定在气球壁上(内螺纹 82和外螺纹 54也可以采用凹入的形式, 都 能够具有同样的作用) 。
由于气体通道 6需要有一个气体的排放通道,外盖 8将气球壁和 外壳 5固定在一起后, 需要将气球壁进行刺穿, 便于气体排放, 因此 外盖 8的中部具有排气孔 81 , 且外盖 8和外壳 5之间还设置有一刺 穿盖 7,刺穿盖 7为环形盖 (在刺穿盖 7并不一定为环形, 只要能够刺 穿气球壁即可), 其中部具有一突出的尖刺 71 , 尖刺 71 对准排气孔 81。 当外盖 8将气球壁和外壳 5固定在一起时, 用力按压外盖 8, 夕卜 盖 8的中部就向内 陷, 尖刺 71就会伸入到排气孔 81中, 刺破气球 壁, 从而形成一个气体的排放通道。
刺穿盖 7上还套有一个弹簧圏 72, 弹簧圏 72为金属制作, 用以 接通接触片 12的弯部 13和纽扣电池 4。
在其它的实施方式中, 可以不设置刺穿盖 7, 直接将弹簧圏 72 固定于外壳 5上即可, 采用外界针刺的方式来刺破气球壁, 形成气体 通道。
结合图 2和图 3所示,照明装置安装于气球 9的内部并固定在气 球壁上。 当对气球 9进行充气时, 气球 p且 91端进气, 开始进气的时 候, 气球 9内的压力 4艮小, 气球内外的压力差可以忽略不计, 当气球 内的压力达到一定程度时, 气球内外就具有足够的压力差, 气体会沿 着箭头方向从气球通道 6中排出, 在排出气体的时候, 由于支架 3设 在气体通道 6中, 气体会推动支架 3沿着气体通道 6向外滑动, 支架 3上的密封圏 2就接触到倾斜壁 53 , 当密封圏 2与倾斜壁 53紧密接 触的时候, 就会密封住气体通道 6, 使气体不再排放到气球 9外。
由于外壳 5中金属的弹簧圏 72是不动的, 在支架 3向外滑动的 过程中, 金属的弹簧圏 72会被纽扣电池 4顶持到, 弹簧圏 72会进行 压缩并同时会接触到纽扣电池 4和接触片 12向后伸出的弯部 13 , 从 而接通电路, 达到点亮 LED灯 1的效果。
如果气球 9进行放气, 气球 9 内外的压力差就会消失, 弹簧圏 72就会自由复位, 从而将纽扣电池 4和支架 3弹出, 弹簧圏 72不会 接触到纽扣电池和接触片 12的向后伸出的弯部 13 ,从而不接通电路, LED灯 1熄灭。
这样, 在气球内部压力的作用下, 使照明装置点亮, 气球内部丧 失压力, 则照明装置不亮, 具有良好的使用效果, 且不需要其它的控 制机构进行启闭, 便于使用和控制。
图 4 -图 6为第二种实施方式。 图 4所示, 该实施方式为一照明 装置, 图中, 照明装置主要包括 LED灯 110、 支架 130、 纽扣电池 140、 外壳 150构成。
同样, LED灯 110后端伸出两个接触片, 一个接触片 111直接 连接在 LED灯 110和纽扣电池 140之间, 另一个接触片 112则向外 弯折, 并沿着支架 130的外壁延伸到纽扣电池 140的后部。
纽扣电池 140通常具有 1-4块 (图中显示为 2块, 但是并不限制 其它的实施方式纽扣电池的数量), 并和 LED灯 110—起设置于支架 130内, 被支架 130固定支撑。 支架 130的外部套有外壳 150, 外壳 150为中空结构, 其两端一为进气口, 一为出气口, 外壳 150与支架 130之间的间隙构成气体通道 160。 其中, 出气口的内侧具有向内的 倾斜壁 151 , 与此同时, 支架 130的外壁上固定有环状的密封圏 120, 密封圏 120突出于支架 130的外壁, 能够越来越紧地卡设于倾斜壁 151上, 从而达到密封气体通道 160的效果。
这种实施方式,通常的使用方式是将照明装置设置于气球咀的部 位, 因此, 外壳 150的中部具有两个突出的突起 152、 154, 突起 152、 154之间形成一个环形的凹槽 153, 用以固定气球和照明装置的 0圏 191就设置于凹槽 153处, 将照明装置固定在气球 190的气球咀 192 处, 使本发明的照明装置能够放入到气球咀内, 不影响气球的正常使 用, 气球仍然可以充气后绑于气球棒或者其它配件上。 在气体通道 160内, 一个金属的弹簧圏 170作为弹性机构(也可 以采用金属弹片替代金属的弹簧圏), 以用于连接接触片 112和纽扣 电池 140接通电路。金属的弹簧圏 170外端具有一顶环 180,顶环 180 固定在外壳 150内壁上, 用以对金属弹簧圏 170定位, 顶环 180为环 状结构, 其中部具有突出一顶突 181 , 顶突 181通过侧壁 182固定于 顶环 180上。 顶环 180是用以对金属弹簧圏 170定位,顶突 181主要用于顶持 金属的弹簧圏 170, 但是顶突 181还有一个作用, 就是可以通过按压 顶突 181 , 顶持纽扣电池 140和支架 130向气球内移动, 从而进行放 气 结合图 5和图 6所示, 当对气球 190进行充气时, 气体按照箭头 方向进入到气球 190内。 开始进气的时候, 气球 190内的压力很小, 气球内外的压力差可以忽略不计, 当气球内的压力达到一定程度时, 气球内外就具有足够的压力差,气球内的气体就要从气球通道 160中 排出, 以达到压力的平衡。 在排出气体的时候, 由于支架 130设在气体通道 160中, 气体会 推动支架 130沿着气体通道 160向外滑动, 支架 130上的密封圏 120 就接触到倾斜壁 151 , 当密封圏 120与倾斜壁 151紧密接触的时候, 就会密封住气体通道 160, 使气体不再排放到气球 190外。
这时, 在压力的作用下, 支架 130向外滑动了, 进行了位移, 金 属的弹簧圏 170会被纽扣电池 140顶持到,弹簧圏 170会进行压缩并 同时会接触到纽扣电池 140和接触片 112, 从而接通电路, 达到点亮 LED灯 110的效果。
充气后, 如果向内按动顶突 181对气球 190进行放气, 气球 190 内外的压力差为 0时, 弹簧圏 170就会自由复位, 从而将纽扣电池 140和支架 130弹出, 弹簧圏 170不会接触到纽扣电池 140和接触片 112, 从而不接通电路, LED灯 110熄灭。
在该实施方式中, 照明装置被放入气球咀 192内, 并被 0圏 191 固定, 气球咀 192的外端仍是柔性的气球壁结构。 充气时, 可依照惯 用的方式进行充气,例如用嘴吹气,或者借助工具进行充气,充气后, 气球咀 192部可以被绑起来或者只身缠绕成一个扣,形成对气体的密 闭, 然后将此气球悬挂, 或者通过不干胶粘贴于墙面, 或者挂于气球 棒上进行使用和娱乐。
图 7 -图 9为第三种实施方式。 图 7所示, 该实施方式为一照明 装置, 图中, 照明装置主要包括 LED灯 210、 支架 230、 纽扣电池 240、 外壳 250构成。
同样, LED灯 210后端伸出两个接触片, 一个接触片 211直接 连接在 LED灯 210和纽扣电池 240之间, 另一个接触片 212则向外 弯折, 并沿着支架 230的外壁延伸到纽扣电池 240的后部。
纽扣电池 240通常具有 1-4块 (图中显示为 2块, 但是并不限制 其它的实施方式纽扣电池的数量), 并和 LED灯 210—起设置于支架 230内, 被支架 230固定支撑。 支架 230的外部套有外壳 250, 外壳 250为中空结构, 其两端一为进气口, 一为出气口, 外壳 250与支架 230之间的间隙构成气体通道 260。 其中, 出气口的内侧具有向内的 倾斜壁 251 , 与此同时, 支架 230的外壁上固定有环状的密封圏 220, 密封圏 220突出于支架 230的外壁, 能够越来越紧地卡设于倾斜壁 251上, 从而达到密封气体通道 260的效果。
这种实施方式和图 4所描述方式的一样,通常的使用方式是将照 明装置设置于气球咀的部位, 因此,外壳 250首先具有一延伸部 252, 延伸部 252的后端具有两个突出的突起 254, 延伸部 252的外端便于 手持, 延伸部 252上具有一突环 253 , 以用来穿系绳索, 将气球系拉 或绑于其它物品上。
气体通道 260内具有一个金属的弹簧圏 270, 以用于连接接触片 212和纽扣电池 240接通电路。 金属的弹簧圏 270外端具有一顶环 280, 顶环 280固定在外壳 250内壁上, 顶环 280为环状结构, 其中 部具有突出一顶突 281 , 顶突 281通过侧壁 282固定于顶环 280上。
顶突 281主要用于顶持金属的弹簧圏 270, 但是顶突 281还有一 个作用, 就是可以通过按压顶突 281 , 顶持纽扣电池 240和支架 230 向气球内移动, 从而进行放气。
结合图 8和图 9所示, 气球 290与本发明的照明装置结合时, 将 气球咀 291套于突起 254夕卜, 同时用一密封环 292设置于两个突起 254之间, 这样能够将气球 290稳定地固定在照明装置上。
当对气球 290进行充气时, 如图 8所示, 气体按照箭头方向进入 到气球 290内。 开始进气的时候, 气球 290内的压力很小, 气球内外 的压力差可以忽略不计, 当气球内的压力达到一定程度时, 气球内外 就具有足够的压力差, 气球内的气体就要从气球通道 260中排出, 以 达到压力的平衡。
在排出气体的时候, 如图 9所示, 由于支架 230设在气体通道 260中, 气体会推动支架 230沿着气体通道 260向外滑动, 支架 230 上的密封圏 220就接触到倾斜壁 251 , 当密封圏 220与倾斜壁 251紧 密接触的时候,就会密封住气体通道 260,使气体不再排放到气球 290 夕卜。
这时, 在压力的作用下, 支架 230向外滑动, 进行了位移, 金属 的弹簧圏 270会被纽扣电池 240顶持到,弹簧圏 270会进行压缩并同 时会接触到纽扣电池 240和接触片 212 ,从而接通电路,达到点亮 LED 灯 210的效果。
如果向内按动顶突 281对气球 290进行放气,气球 290内外的压 力差为 0时, 弹簧圏 270就会自由复位, 从而将纽扣电池 240和支架 230弹出, 弹簧圏 270不会接触到纽扣电池 240和接触片 212, 从而 不接通电路, LED灯 210熄灭。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其包括照明灯 /发 声器、 电池及外壳, 外壳至少包覆有照明灯 /发声器, 其特征在于该 外壳具有:
进气端, 以使空气或其它气体进入到外壳中,
出气端, 使空气或其它气体排出外壳, 和
气体通道, 连接进气端和出气端,使外壳中具有一个贯穿的气体 流通通道;
且, 所述照明灯 /发声器设置于气体通道的中, 照明灯 /发声器的 具有密封装置, 便于照明灯 /发声器通过该密封装置封闭气体通道。
2、如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述的密封装置为 0圏、 密封环、 密封圏的任意一种。
3、如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述照明灯 /发声器具有一支撑和固定的支架, 该支架至少 从一个横截面上包覆照明灯 /发声器,使照明灯 /发声器在该横截面上 具有一外壁。
4、如权利要求 3所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述的外壁上套设有密封装置, 密封装置为环状结构; 且所 述外壁位于所述气体通道中。
5、如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述密封装置为照明灯 /发声器的具有密封圏或密封环, 密 封圏或密封环突出于照明灯 /发声器的外缘。
6、如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述气体通道形成一缩颈部, 缩颈部周围具有一平台; 所述 照明灯 /发声器的一端具有密封垫,该密封垫突出于照明灯 /发声器的 端部, 具有平整的接触面, 且密封垫大于缩颈部的直径, 该接触面能 够与平台接触形成密封。
7、如权利要求 5所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述外壳内壁为喇八口状结构,套有密封圏或密封环的照明 灯 /发声器位于喇八口内,照明灯 /发声器和外壳之间的间隙构成气体 通道。
8、如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述照明 /发声装置设置于气球内, 且被外盖固定在气球内 壁上, 外盖上具有排气孔,排气孔接通所述照明 /发声装置的出气端, 形成气体通道; 且, 在外盖内, 照明 /发声装置与气球内壁接触的部 位设置有刺穿装置, 该刺穿装置具有一尖突, 在外盖固定在照明 /发 声装置时能够刺破气球内壁, 形成气体通道。
9、如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其 特征在于所述进气端, 具有一顶环, 顶环中部为空心状, 并具有突出 的顶突, 顶突通过两个侧壁固定在顶环上。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的用于气球充气启动的照明 /发声装置, 其特征在于所述照明灯 /发声器弹性设置于气体通道内, 其被弹性机 构支撑, 所述弹性机构, 固定于气体通道内, 其具有导电性, 可接通 照明灯 /发声器的控制电路。
