Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种新型闪光饰物品，它由上空管体、下空管体及外磁铁所组成，上空管体圆周上设有二个对称的插柱，电路板通过二插柱与上空管体连接，电路板上设有IC件及发光二极管，电路板外涂有一层透明胶，上空管体内设有一圈绝缘纸，下部设有外环管螺纹，下空管体内设有内环管螺纹，下空管体底部设有一块磁铁，上、下空管体的空管内设有1～3块电池，上、下空管体靠外环管螺纹及内环管螺纹旋转连接，外磁铁独立于上、下空管体之外。本实用新型因电路板形状的多变性，使闪光饰物更具趣味性，另外，旋紧上、下空管体则使电路板工作，发光二极管发光，这一功能代替了开关的作用，而使产品整洁、使用方便。

本实用新型设及一种新型闪光饰物品。
[背景技术]
以往的饰物品多数不具有闪光作用，缺乏趣味性，而有一些饰物品虽然具有闪光作用，但其要借助开关的开启才能作用，因增设了开关结构，使产品结构复杂化。
[发明内容]
本实用新型主要由上空管体、下空管体及外磁铁所组成，上空管体顶部圆周上设有二个对称的插柱，电路板通过二插柱与上空管体连接，电路板上设有IC件及发光二极管，电路板外涂有一层透明胶，上空管体内设有一圈绝缘纸，下部设有外环管螺纹，下空管体内设有内环管螺纹，下空管体底部设有一块磁铁，上、下空管体的空管内设有1～3块电池，上、下空管体靠外环管螺纹及内环管螺纹旋转连接，外磁铁独立于上、下空管体之外。在实施过程中，电路板的形状可以为圆形、心形及五角形，电路板顶部设有一圆孔，电路板外也可设有透明的塑胶体或玻璃体与上空管体紧密结合；上、下空管体之外也可不设外磁铁，而改为下空管体底部设一金属圈，成为戒指状。
本实用新型因电路板形状的多变性以及设有发光二极管，使闪光饰物更具趣味性，另外，旋紧上、下空管体则使电路板工作，发光二极管发光，这一功能代替了开关的作用，而使产品整洁，使用方便。

[具体实施方式]
参阅图1～5所示，本实用新型由上空管体1、下空管体2及外磁铁12所组成，上空管体1顶部圆周上设有二个对称的插柱15，电路板3通过二插柱与上空管体1连接，电路板3上设有IC件4及发光二极管5，电路板外涂有一层透明胶6，上空管体1内设有一圈绝缘纸13，下部设有外环管螺纹7，下空管体2内设有内环管螺纹8，下空管体2底部设有一块磁铁9，上、下空管体1、2的空管内设有3块电池10，上、下空管体1、2靠外环管螺纹7及内环管螺纹8旋转连接，外磁铁12独立于上、下空管体之外。
参阅图5、7、8所示，电路板3的形状可以为圆形、心形及五角形，电路板3顶部设有一圆孔14，电路板3外也可设有透明的塑胶体或玻璃体与上空管体紧密结合；上、下空管体1、2之外也可不设外磁铁12，而改为下空管体2底部设一金属圈11(参阅图6所示)，成为戒指状。

1、一种新型闪光饰物品，其特征在于它由上、下空管体及外磁铁所组成，上空管体顶部圆周上设有二个对称的插柱，电路板通过二插柱与上空管体连接，电路板上设有IC件及发光二极管，电路板外涂有一层透明胶，上空管体内设有一圈绝缘纸，下部设有外环管螺纹，下空管体内设有内环管螺纹，下空管体底部设有一块磁铁，上、下空管体的空管内设有1～3块电池，上、下空管体靠外环管螺纹及内环管螺纹旋转连接，外磁铁独立于上、下空管体之外。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型闪光饰物品，其特征为该电路板的形状可以为圆形、心形及五角形，电路板顶部设有一圆孔，电路板外也可设有透明的塑胶体或玻璃体与上空管体紧密结合。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型闪光饰物品，其特征为上、下空管体之外也可不设外磁铁，而改为下空管体底部设一金属圈，成为戒指状。
